가습기 살균제 폐 손상 , 어떻게 해결해야 해결해야 하나 ?

우리나라 인구의 상당수가 가습기 살균제에 노출되었고 피해자가 주로 영유아인 점을 고려해볼 때 그 피해의 규모는 현재 밝혀진 것보다 광범위할 것으로 예상된다. 현재 피해자들은 다양한 질환과 이로 인한 문제점을 제기하고 있는데, 폐 손상 뿐만 아니라 폐 이외 질환 즉, 상기도 질환, 심혈관계 질환, 신장 질환, 근골격계 질환, 안구 질환, 피부 질환 등에 대한 피해 호소가 증가되고 있다. 그러나 폐 이외 질환에 대해서는 가습기 살균제가 특이적 원인이라고 그 근거를 아직 제시하고 있지 못한 상태여서 피해 인정과 인과 관계 규명에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 여기에 가습기 살균제 피해자 및 가족 구성원들은 외상 후 스트레스 장애, 우울, 억울함, 분노 등 다양한 정신적·심리적 고통까지 겪고 있는데 현재 적절한 정신·심리 지원을 받지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 게다가 PHMG, PGH, CMIT/MIT 등 가습기 살균제 내 독성물질에 대한 정확한 기전이 밝혀져 있지 않아 가습기 살균제 관련 문제에 대한 정보 욕구는 갈수록 커지고 있다. 따라서 현재 실시되고 있는 가습기 살균제 피해자들을 위한 의료비 및 생활비 등 경제적 지원에서 나아가 향후 건강 스크리닝을 통한 개별 맞춤 프로그램 즉, 심리지원과 적절한 사회적 지원을 결합하여 심신회복은 물론 정상적인 사회생활을 할 수 있도록 하는 통합적인 지원 대책이 필요하기에 국가적인 차원의 통합지원센터 추진이 긴급히 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 환경부와 보건복지부와 같은 직접 관련된 해당 부처 간의 긴밀한 협조와 지원 뿐만 아니라 범정부적인 협의체나 지원단과 같은 국가적인 차원의 적극적인 지원이 필요하다.

As demands for interaction of humans and robots are increasing, robots are expected to be equipped with intelligibility which humans have. Especially, for natural communication, hearing capabilities are so essential that speech recognition technology for robot is getting more important. In this paper, we implement a speech recognizer suitable for robot applications. One of the major problem in robot speech recognition is poor speech quality captured when a speaker talks distant from the microphone a robot is mounted with. To cope with this problem, we used wireless transmission of commands recognized by the speech recognizer implemented using TMS320VC5510 DSK. In addition, as for implementation, since TMS320VC5510 DSP is a fixed-point device, we represent efficient realization of HMM algorithm using fixed-point arithmetic.

Export of Kimchi has dramatically increased since 1980 and export to Japan accounts for 97 percent of total Kimchi exported. In order to promote export of Kimchi, Korean Kimchi should be differentiated from Japanese and Chinese Kimchi through having own brands for the exported products and labeling of origin of raw materials. Quality control and development of design to meet preferences of Japanese consumers also should be maintained.

문학교육의 이론과 실제 - 이론의 실천성에 대한 논란을 중심으로

Quite a number of literature teachers complain that literary education theories can not help them teach a literary text. Furthermore, they assert those are to stay in a empty discussion. Their argue is about the role of the literary education theory. However it is also considered as setting up the relationship between theory and practice. In this context, I investigated the relationship between academy discourse and education discourse of literary education in South Korea. I also discussed how the incorrect preconceptions about the phenomenon of educational theory, the barriers to enter from educational discourse to academic discourse, and the lack of understanding as a researcher on educational field make a literary education theory be in controversy. And finally I came up with an assignment to carry out from three paths of actualization of academy discourse on literary education, that’s to say, ‘Transition’, ‘Adjustment’, and ‘Didactical transposition’, Quite a number of literature teachers complain that literary education theories can not help them teach a literary text.
