        한·중 ICT제조업 경쟁력 비교분석을 통한 한국기업의 대응전략

        The purpose of study is to analyze the competitiveness of Korea-China ICT manufacturing and to develop countermeasures and strategies based on the policy of <Made in China 2025>, the strategy to cultivate China’s future manufacturing. As a result of study, Korea has the advantages like its top-level ICT infrastructure and successful business know-how: however, it also has disadvantages such as aging issues and low growth rate. On the other hand, China has it’s own problems like losing population bonus effects, rising wages, and diplomatic friction with neighboring countries. Therefore, we have reasoned out countermeasures to keep a technological gap in ICT manufacturing industry between Korea and China, and to maintain a cooperative relationship with competitiveness. Those business models consist of 「Made in China with Korea」and 「Business initiatives in Component and Equipment」. In order to gain a competitive edge in future Korea-China ICT manufacturing business, Korea’s ICT manufacturing industry needs a strategic paradigm shift: 1) integration of manufacturing business beneficial for both Korea and China, 2) Korea-driven advancement of component industry. Accordingly, we think it is time to implement a government-led policy to enhance a cooperation between Korea and China as well as to secure a dominant position concerning enterprise-led convergence model in the ICT manufacturing. 본 연구는 중국의 미래 제조업 육성전략인 <중국제조 2025> 정책을 중심으로 한·중 ICT제조업 경쟁력을 비교·분석하여 한국기업을 위한 비즈니스모델 도출 및 이를 실천하기 위한 대응전략 수립을 주목적으로 하였다. 분석결과, 한국은 최고수준의 ICT 인프라, 비즈니스 성공 노하우의 장점이 있으나 고령화, 저성장 등 단점도 보유하고 있으며, 중국은 혁신적인 정부지원 정책의 이면에 인구보너스 효과 소멸, 임금상승, 주변국과의 외교마찰 등 문제점이 동시에 나타나고 있다. 이에 한국 ICT제조업이 중국에게 기술적 우위를 지켜가면서 경쟁과 협력 관계를 병행할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 도출하였다. 첫째는 「한국은 중국 제조업의 질적성장이 위기가 아닌 기회로 인식을 전환하여 중국의 낮은 국가브랜드를 대체할 수 있는 한·중 공동 비즈니스 모델을 수립(Made in China with Korea)」하는 것이고, 둘째는 「한국은 지경학적 이점과 세계 최고수준의 ICT 인프라를 활용하여 중국의 대외의존도가 높은 부품·장비시장에서 이니셔티브를 선점(Business Initiatives in Component and Equipment)」하는 것이다. 향후 한·중 ICT제조업 경쟁구도에서 우위를 선점하기 위해서, 한국은 ‘한·중 호혜형 제조산업 통합화 및 한국 주도형 부품산업 선진화’로 패러다임 변화가 필요하고, 이를 위해 정부주도의 한·중협력 고도화 정책 및 기업주도의 ICT·제조 융합모델을 선점하는 대응전략이 필요한 시점이다.

        대학생 토론대회의 현황과 개선방안-중앙선거방송토론위원회 주최 토론대회 사례를 중심으로

        This study analyzed the present condition of competitive debates sponsored by the National Election Broadcasting Debate Commission in order to find means for their improvement. This analysis focused particularly on questionnaires by university students who participated in debate championships in 2009 and 2010.  Based on the results, problems were examined and recommendations for improvement were made. Specific recommendations included selection of a fixed annual schedule, efforts to increase the number of participating students, implementation of a systematic operating system, and alteration of the debate format.  Ultimately, the goal is to increase the participation rate of university students and to promote debate culture in Korea. 본 연구는 토론대회의 개선방안을 모색하기 위하여 중앙선거방송토론위원회가 주최한 토론대회의 현황과 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해서는 국내 토론대회의 개최현황과 2009년과 2010년 중앙선거방송토론위원회가 주최한 토론대회에 참가한 대학생들의 설문조사를 활용하였다. 이것을 바탕으로 그동안 나타났던 문제점을 살펴보고 그에 따른 개선방안을 마련하였다. 토론대회의 개선방안으로는 대회 개최시기의 조정, 참가 대학생들의 확대, 대회의 체계적인 운영, 토론진행방식의 보완을 제시하였다. 결국 대학생들의 참여율을 높이고 우리나라 토론문화를 보다 더 활성화하기 위한 방안이다.

        MDCT 검사에서 환자 체중을 이용한 선량 평가

        환자가 두부, 흉부, 복부 MDCT 검사에서 피폭되는 선량을 평가하였다. 선량의 지표는 CTDIvol, DLP, 유효선량을 평가하여 환자의 체중과 선량과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. CT 검사에서 검사 조건을 동일하게 하여 연속적으로 두부(520명), 흉부(531명), 복부(724명) 환자를 대상으로 하였다. CTDIvol과 DLP 평균선량은 두부검사에서 CTDIvol (48.6 mGy), DLP (1,604 $mGy{\cdot}cm$), 흉부검사에서 CTDIvol (6.9 mGy), DLP (250 $mGy{\cdot}cm$), 복부는 CTDIvol (10.5 mGy), DLP (575 $mGy{\cdot}cm$), 유효선량은 두부, 흉부, 복부에서 3.6, 4.2, 8.6 mSv로 분석되었다. 환자의 체중과 선량과의 상관분석에서 두부, 흉부, 복부에서, 두부는 상관관계가가 보이지 않았고, 흉부는 CTDIvol ($r^2$=0.62), DLP ($r^2$=0.694), 복부는 CTDIvol ($r^2$=0.691), DLP ($r^2$=0.741)와 양의 상관관계를 나타내냈다. 검사에 따른 체중과의 상관관계를 이해하고 검사 하면 방사선 피폭에 의한 선량을 평가하고 관리하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study provides measurements of radiation dose from MDCT of head, chest, abdomen and pelvic examinations. A series of dose quantities that are measured of patient weight to compare the dose received during MDCT examinations. Data collected included: weight together with CT dose descriptors, volume CT dose index (CTDIvol) and dose length product (DLP). The effective dose was also estimated and served as collective dose estimation data. Data from 1,774 adult patients attending for a CT examination of the head (n=520) or chest (n=531) or abdomen (n=724) was obtained from spiral CT units using a same CT protocol. Mean values of CTDIvol was a range of 48.6 mGy for head and 6.9, 10.5 mGy for chest, abdomen examinations, respectively. And mean values of DLP was range of 1,604 $mGy{\cdot}cm$ for head, 250 $mGy{\cdot}cm$ for chest, 575 $mGy{\cdot}cm$ for abdomen examinations, respectively. Mean effective dose values for head, chest, abdominal CT were 3.6, 4.2, and 8.6 mSv, respectively. The degree of CTDIvol and DLP was a positive correlation with weight. And there was a positive correlation for weight versus CTDIvol ($r^2$=0.62), DLP ($r^2$=0.694) in chest. And head was also positive correlation with weight versus CTDIvol ($r^2$=0.691), DLP ($r^2$=0.741). We conclude that CTDIvol and DLP is an important determinant of weight within the CT examinations. The results for this study suggest that CT protocol should be tailored according to patient weight.

        하지심부정맥 혈전증을 동반한 광범위 내장정맥 혈전증

        Extensive visceral vein thrombosis, including the femoral vein, iliac vein, superior mesenteric vein, splenic vein and portal vein, is an uncommon type of thrombosis that is associated with significant mortality and morbidity. Making an early diagnosis and adequate management are very important. We present here the case of a 39-year-old woman with extensive visceral vein thrombosis and complicated small bowel necrosis and perforation. She had no known prothrombotic conditions, but the laboratory findings showed an elevated level of factor VIII. The patient’s condition improved without complication after resection of the infarcted and perforated small bowel along with immediate postoperative anticoagulant therapy. On the follow up, the size of the thrombosis was decreased and there was no complication.

        The Role of Large Animal Studies in Cardiac Regenerative Therapy Concise Review of Translational Stem Cell Research

        Animal models have long been developed for cardiovascular research. These animal models have been helpful in understanding disease,discovering potential therapeutics, and predicting efficacy. Despite many efforts, however, translational study has been underestimated. Recently, investigations have identified stem cell treatment as a potentially promising cell therapy for regenerative medicine, largely be -cause of the stem cell’s ability to differentiate into many functional cell types. Stem cells promise a new era of cell-based therapy for salvag-ing the heart. However, stem cells have the potential risk of tumor formation. These properties of stem cells are considered a major concern over the efficacy of cell therapy. The translational/preclinical study of stem cells is essential but only at the beginning stages. What types of heart disease are indicated for stem cell therapy, what type of stem cell, what type of animal model, how do we deliver stem cells, and how do we improve heart function? These may be the key issues that the settlement of which would facilitate the transition of stem cell research from bench to bedside. In this review article, we discuss state-of-the-art technology in stem cell therapies for cardiovascular diseases.

        가토에서 히알루론산나트륨과 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨 혼합액이 술 후 유착에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To evaluate the effect of the mixed solution of hyaluronate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose (HACMC, Guardix-sol®) in reducing postoperative adhesion following strabismus surgery. Methods: In 16 rabbits out of 20 rabbits, 3 mm recession of the superior rectus muscle was performed on both eyes and HACMC solution was applied only to one eye which was randomly chosen. The rabbits were divided into a surgery-HACMC group and a surgery-no HACMC group. As a control group, the remaining 4 rabbits had no procedures performed. After 3 weeks, both eyes of 8 rabbits with surgery and 2 rabbits of the control group were enucleated. After staining with hematoxylin-eosin and Masson\'s trichrome, a histologic examination was performed. In the remaining 10 rabbits, the severity of adhesion in muscle and adjacent tissues was observed by blunt dissection. A researcher blind to the experiments performed all the examinations. Results: A significant reduction in the degree of adhesion (P=0.005) as well as decreased fibrosis (P=0.015) was observed in the surgery-HACMC group. Conclusions: The mixed solution of HACMC was effective in reducing postoperative adhesion after strabismus surgery in rabbits.
