        PURPOSE : This study was conducted to investigate the effect on the dorsiflexion(D/F) angle of the ankle joint when the gastrocnemius and the hamstrings among the superficial posterior line(SBL) muscles were stretched using the Hold-Relax(H-R) technique. Through this, a study was conducted to compare the effects of remote and local interventions using myofascial meridians, especially SBL, and to suggest more effective interventions by comparing the effects of single and multiple interventions. METHOD : In a single-stretch group, the H-R technique was applied to the gastrocnemius and hamstrings, respectively, and in a multiple-stretch group, the H-R technique was applied to both the gastrocnemius and hamstrings. Active range of motion was measured using a universal goniometer. RESULT : As a result of applying the H-R technique to each group, the active D/F angle after the intervention was significantly increased in all groups(p<.001). There was no significant difference in the increase in D/F angle between the group in which the hamstrings was single stretched and the group in which the gastrocnemius was single stretched(p>.05), and when both muscles were stretched at the same time, the effect was significantly higher(p<.05). CONCLUSION : All muscle groups stretched through the H-R technique were effective in in -creasing the angle of D/F. There was no significant difference between the gastrocnemius single-stretch group and the hamstrings single-stretch group, but the two muscle intervention groups showed a higher effect. Therefore, remote intervention according to SBL can be expected to have similar effects to local treatment, it is thought that a holistic treatment approach will be more effective than a single approach.

        The consumer-oriented health or eco-friendly, it is very important to inform your safe food. In particular, you can see that you are using natural yeast, in front of a bakery shop introduced a variety of products and good for your health. So, when you create a yeast species and indicate the precise knowledge of the characteristics of yeast used than when selling consumers more easily identify and should provide the opportunity to choose. Understanding and application of the yeast species of interest in yeast species increased, this is increasingly required. This should reduce unnecessary misunderstanding about the concept of artificial yeast species (yeast) of yeast species. Studies were compared on the basis of a previous study materials from South Korea and Japan, it seeks to eliminate unnecessary misunderstanding about the kinds of artificial yeast (yeast) through it. Do not be limited to the results of natural and artificial word of this study, if you are using the species name fermentation was alive the features and benefits of each species of yeast can reduce unnecessary misunderstandings and prejudice of consumers. Looking to the future development of various kinds of fermentation, see this previous study will try to give a lot of help as baking ingredients.

      • 균형 운동, 플라이오메트릭 운동이 기능적 발목 불안정성 환자에게 미치는 영향

        Background : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of balance ex ercise and plyometric exercise on fuctional ankle instability. Methods : Followed by an ankle instability questionnaire, 25 adults in their 20's were surveyed regarding ankle sprain experience of which, 18 subjects were rando mly assigned into balance exercise group(BEG,n=9) and complex exercise group(C EG,n=9). The degree of ankle instability of each group was determined by the CAI T, The digital inclinometer was also used to measure the ROM of ankle plantar fl exion and dorsiflexion. Static balance ability, dynamic balance ability were measure d using-Biorescue-equipment to evaluate balance ability. Participant's balance left to right and front to back were measured by static plantar pressure and the follo wing results were obtained. Results : To justify its significance, the standard of ankle instability of each contr ol groups were set at less than CAIT 24 points and results showed both groups h ad a statistically significant difference(p<.05). It was also evident the ROM showe d a significant difference in the dorsiflexion of the BEG(p<.05). Furthermore, by c omparing the difference between static balance and dynamic balance, results showe d there was a significant different between Romberg velocity and limit of stability area in CEG and Romberg velocity in BEG(p<.05). Lastly, there was significant di fference in BEG's area between front to back(p<.05). Conclusion : By the mentioned results, it was concluded there were some signific ant effects on the ankle instability, ROM, balance ability and partial plantar pressu re between the balance exercise group and plyometric exercise group.

        Purpose : Elderly patients being admitted to medical institution we want to help on fall prevention program for development Method : Fall analyzed the problems of using the fall related review of literature and the National Statistical Office. Result : 1. Fall causes Fall out(74.9%), slippery(60.3%), dizziness(48.2%), fall over (25.2%). 2. Fall by several of the complex interplay of factors but the lack of exercise of the elderly as a result of the fall's great danger. 3. Nevertheless, psychologically a reduction in fall with the basic factor. Conclusion : Fall to prevent an exercise program are most required. The basic goal of exercise program is psychological defusing a slowdown.

      • 행위자기반 분석모형을 적용한 건강검진센터의 효율적인 공간배치에 관한 연구

        Purpose : In the modern society, the social structure is getting more complex due to the development of science and the increase of information, and the relatio n between user and space is also being expressed more diversely. This characte ristic of space as a complex system came to require the methodology to review the functional efficiency from the stage of planning with the objective and quantitative method. Methods : The vision-based analysis method has a limit in analyzing the characteristics of complex system rather than the physical analysis of space. This study proposes a method to analyze the space structure by using the interaction between space and agent based on the agent-based modeling theory that reflects the characteristics of complex system. The study was carried out in the following way. First, through the experiment of proposed model, the vision analysis theory and the agent-based analysis theory were compare d to evaluate the validity and effectiveness of agent-based analysis model. And then, it proposed the possibility of new analysis method by measuring the space sharing rate according to the adjustment of time and space control variables. Results : The results of this study are: 1) Even in the same space structure, the space occupying time of agent has influence on the relativity change of spac e structure; 2) In the spaces with the same topological route, the size change of space also has great influence on the relation of space structure. Conclusion : With this, we can expect the fairly practical effect of the agent -based analysis model when it is applied to the preliminary simulation for the space traffic analysis and the set-up of effective route, as a tool to analyze the emergence phenomena occurred by the interaction between agent and space as the complex system characteristic of space.

      • 다리길이가 인체에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is how the difference in leg lengths affects the initial body changes. After making an artificial leg length difference for normal people, we will measure the tilt of the spine and the torsion of the pelvis in the body. Based on this, we tried to provide the basic data of correction prescription(shoe lift or heel lift) for the difference of leg length. METHOD : This study was conducted to investigate the effects of leg length differences on the body. After measuring the leg length of the subjects, the leg length difference was given using 1cm, 2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm insole. For adaptation to an artificial leg length difference, each height was stepped for 10 minutes, and measurements were made during the last minute of adaptive gait. We used Formetric as a Measuring tools. RESULT : The subjects who participated in this study were 16 male and 15 female adults in the age group of 20, who were in the K age group. The increase in the insole height resulted in a difference in leg length, And the extent to which it is concerned. CONCLUSION: This study used a spinal structure analyzer (Formetric 4D, Diers Inc, Germany) to investigate the effect of general characteristics, BMI, VAS, leg length, and gender insole height on body changes. According to statistical results, the higher the difference of anthropomorphic leg length, the more influence on pelvic torsion and tilt angle, but it did not affect kyphotic angle and lordotic angle.

      • 보건계열과 비보건계열 학과 대학생의 전공만족도, 진 로성숙도, 취업 스트레스 및 취업 준비 추이 연구 : C 대학교 대학생을 중심으로

        Background : The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference the im pact of their affiliated characteristics and the general characteristics on depa rtment satisfaction, career maturity, and career stress of C-college students. Methods : The study was conducted from June, 2022 of 279 students in C -college health department and non-health department in Suncheon City. Results : There was a significant difference in career maturity and career stress to gender of the students. But the`re was no significant difference in department satisfaction. There was no significant difference according to grade level. There was a significant difference in department satisfaction, career maturity and career stress according to health and non-health department. Conclusion : Before and after the career decision period, it is necessary to operate a counseling for career interest, effective career guidance, and stres s control. Various supports are needed, such as providing major-related subject programs and certificate acquisition programs.

      • 운동방법에 따른 사이드 플랭크 운동이 몸통 근육의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE : The purpose of this study was to investigate the side plank exercis e effect on the muscle activity of core muscles. After performing exercise by ap plying each sling position differently to the side plank exercise, the muscle activi ty of External obilique abdominal muscle(EO), Internal oblique abdominal muscle (IO) and Rectus abdominal muscle(RA) was compared. It was intended to lay th e foundation for presenting more efficient exercise methods to subjects in need of strengthening abdominal muscles. METHOD : The subjects of this study were 30 healthy adults (15 men and 15 women) and were randomly and equally assigned to three groups by a random n umber table. All subjects were divided into three groups according to the side pl ank exercise method. side flank (Group A = general side plank, Group B = knee sling side plank , Group C = ankle sling side plank). The side plank exercise was performed three times a week for 4 weeks for 1 minute and 50 seconds. We had pre-post measurements of trunk muscles(EO,IO,RA). All measured data were compared and analyzed as follows. Measure the corresponding table number T test and repeat measurement ANOVA and one-way ANOVA. The statistical significance level is set to 0.05. RESULT : The results of this study are as follows: 1. There were significant differences in the External obilique abdominal muscle(EO) and Rectus abdominal muscle(RA) in all groups 2. Compared to other conditions, there was significant muscle activity when wearing slings at the ankles (p<0.05). CONCLUSION : The trunk muscle activity was the most effective when exercising the ankle sling side plank. As a result, when the lever was exercised on the longest and unstable support, the greatest effect was seen. It can be seen that the long and stable support surface has a better effect than the short and unstable support surface.

      • 스쿼트 운동시 도구를 이용한 엉덩관절 등척성 모음이 VMO와 VL의 근활성도 비율에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE : The purpose of this study was to compare effects of isometric hip adduction using tools on muscle activity rates of VMO and VL while performing squat. METHOD : Seventeen healthy male subjects, between twenty and fourty years old, performed traditional squat exercise and squat with isometric hip adduction using ball, Theraband, Pilates circle on stable and unstable base of support(BOS) for 3 sets of 5 seconds. They had a rest for 30 seconds between each set and rest for 30 minuts between each tool. The muscle activities of VMO and VL while performing the exercise were measured by electromyography(EMG) and muscle activity rates of VMO and VL was calculated. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 version. RESULT : Squat with isometric hip adduction using ball produced significantly high muscle activity rate of VMO(p<0.001). Muscle activity rate of VMO during performing squat with isometric hip adduction using tools and traditional squat was significantly greater on stable BOS than on unstable BOS. CONCLUSION : The exercise on unstable surface is more effective than on unstable surface. The ball squat exercise is the most effective than another 3 exercise group(TS, TS, PS). The best method for the selective strengthening of VMO muscle is ball squat exercise on unstable surface.
