        충북의 2010년 이후 신설된 학교 분석을 통한 저층부 배치 시설 및 공간 특성 연구

        The policy of the Ministry of education through the social awareness and issues are being changed. Accordingly, in response to the school building which also has to be changed. This study is Low-floor(1~2 floor) for high accessibility, important management and a lot of locomotion. This study is analysis by floor of newly established schools in Chungbuk. Facility and space on the possible low-floor situated are classified administrative zone, health zone, student support + local exchange zone, STEAM(creativity, personality) supporting zone. The administrative area includes administration office, principal's office and board rooms. The administrative zone is located against schoolyard. Because it is possible visual control of schoolyard. also it controls visitor access so it is placed near main entrance. Health zone is located near a special class, counseling center and wee class for emergency situation. and is located near schoolyard for visual control. Student support + local exchange area includes library and computer lab, audio-visual room, auditorium or gymnasium. It put more emphasis resident welfare, culture and education. So it opens for local residents. It is located center of few stories or near entrance. STEAM(creativity, personality) supports science lab, art room, family room. It is possible such a theory class, experience class and indoor and outdoor class. It is located few floors. This study is used as a reference for school building projects planing.

      • 경부고속도로 인근 학교 주변에서의 미세먼지 농도 조사

        고속도로는 60년대 경제성장의 발판을 위한 건설을 시작으로 매년 지속적으로 신규 고속도로가 건설되어 관리 연장이 계속 증가하고 있으며 고속도로를 사용하는 교통량도 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이와 더불어 통과차량에서 배출되는 미세먼지뿐만 아니라 도로 포장면마모, 타이어마모 등으로 인한 비산먼지의 발생량도 증가하고 있는 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 고속도로에서 발생된 미세먼지는 도로 주변에 영향을 미칠 우려가 있으며 특히 고속도로 주변의 주거단지, 학교, 공원, 복지시설, 병원 등과 같은 미세먼지 취약시설에 대해서는 대기오염 현황 파악을 하고 우심지역 또는 우심구간을 설정하여 도로에 의한 대기오염 피해를 받지 않도록 관리를 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 운영 중인 고속도로 노선 중 가장 연장이 길며, 교통량이 많은 경부고속도로 인근의 학교(초, 중, 고)를 대상으로 미세먼지의 농도를 조사하여 도로 영향 여부를 파악하고자 하였다. 경부고속도로 상 · 행의 이격 거리 300 m 이내에 있는 96개 학교 중 사전 조사를 통해 측정 필요 지점 15개교를 선정하고, 대상학교 인근 고속도로, 고속도로 최근접 학교부지경계선, 학교 인근 일반 도로에서 PM10과 PM2.5의 농도를 조사하였다. 교통량이 많은 도심구간의 경우 학교-고속도로의 사이에 시설물 존재로 직접 영향을 받기 어려워 측정 대상에서 제외되는 경우가 많고, 고속도로에 근접한 학교의 경우 방음벽 설치가 거의 되어 있어 직접 영향 받기는 어려운 것으로 사료되었다.

        Correlation of animal-based parameters with environment-based parameters in an on-farm welfare assessment of growing pigs

        Nine pig farms were evaluated for the welfare quality in Korea using animal- and environment- based parameters (particularly air quality parameters) during the winter of 2013. The Welfare Quality® (WQ®) protocol consists of 12 criteria within four principles. The WQ® protocol classifies farms into four categories ranging from ‘excellent’ to ‘not classified’. Each of these criteria has specific measures for calculating scores. Calculations for the welfare scores were conducted online using the calculation model in the WQ® protocol. Environment-based parameters like microclimate (i.e., temperature, relative humidity, air speed, and particulate matter), bacteria (total airborne bacteria, airborne total coliform, and airborne total Escherichia coli), concentration of gases (carbon dioxide, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide) were measured to investigate the relationship between animal- and environment-based parameters. Correlations between the results of animal- and environment-based parameters were estimated using spearman correlation coefficient. The overall assessments found that five out of nine farms were ‘acceptable’, and four farms were ‘enhanced’; no farm was ‘not classified’. The average score for the four principles across the nine farms, in decreasing order, were ‘good feeding’ (63.13 points) > ‘good housing’ (59.26 points) > ‘good health’ (33.47 points) > ‘appropriate behaviors’ (25.48 points). In the result of the environment aspect, the relative humidity of farms 2 (93.4%), 3 (100%), and 9 (98%) was much higher than the recommended maximum relative humidity of 80%, and four out of the nine farms had ammonia concentrations greater than 40 ppm. Ammonia had negative correlations with ‘positive social behaviors’ and positive emotional states: content, enjoying, sociable, playful, lively, happy and it had positive correlations with negative emotional states: aimless, distressed. The concentration of carbon dioxide had negative correlations with positive emotional states; calm, sociable, playful, happy and it had a positive correlation with negative emotional state; aimless. Our results indicate that the control of the environment for growing pigs can help improve their welfare, particularly via good air quality (carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide).

        <한림별곡> 관련 악곡의 선율 연구

        This study was attempted to closely examine the influence of the melodies of <Halimbyeolgok> on subsequent pieces of music. To this end, the melodies of <Jinjak4>, <Halimbyeolgok>, <Yurimga>, <Gamguneun>, and <Samsungdaewang> were structurally compared and analyzed. As a result of structurally analyzing the melodies of the musical pieces studied, it was found that <Halimbyeolgok> had the most direct impact on the formation of melodies in <Samsungdaewang>, and also influenced the formation of melodies in <Yurimga> and <Gamguneun>. The basic form of the phrase unit melody of the music related <Halimbyeolgok> is as follows. In ‘Jeongang(前腔)’: ‘gung-sang2-gung(宮-上二-宮)’, in ‘Junggang(中腔)’: ‘sang2-gung-ha2-gung(上二-宮-下二-宮)’, in ‘Hugang(後腔)’: ‘sang2-gung-ha2(上二-宮-下二)’, in ‘Daeyeop(大葉)’: ‘gung-sang2-gung-ha2(宮-上二-宮-下二)’, in ‘Buyeop(附葉)’: ‘gung-ha2-ha3-ha5(宮-下二-下三-下五)’ was used. The basic form of ‘Daeyeop’ melody, ‘gung-sang2-gung-ha2(宮-上二-宮-下二)’ is also included in many variations of the melodic type of the music related <Halimbyeolgok>. So this type of melody is very important in the music related <Halimbyeolgok>. The melodic type, ‘gung-sang2-gung-ha2(宮-上二-宮-下二)’ consists of a melodic contour that ascends 4th and then descends 4th twice in a row, and can be said to be a melodic type that ascends and descends one octave long. Through this study, it was found that the melodies of the music related to <Halimbyeolgok> were structurally very similar. Therefore the establishment of <Halimbyeolgok> means the birth of the melodic matrix of the pieces composed of 7 phrases. And it can be seen that even if the melodic types used in the phrase unit melodies of each piece of music are similar, individual pieces with different types of sub-phrase unit melodies are made. At this time, the sub-phrase unit melodies depends on which melody is added to the lyrics of which note, and how the melody is separated and connected.

        기억의 국제정치와 국내정치적 요인 연구: 문재인 정부 시기 한일 갈등 사례 연구

        Sometimes countries value ideological factors and accept conflicts with other countries even at the expense of security interests or economic losses. A case in point is the Korea-Japan conflict. The period when such conflicts between Korea and Japan intensified was during the Moon Jae-in government. The specificity and sensitivity of Korea-Japan relations were recognized by both citizens of the two countries, and even though it was necessary to maintain a cooperative relationship in consideration of the mutual dependence between the two countries, there was a tendency to officially express the Korea-Japan conflict during the Moon Jae-in government. If so, was there any domestic political benefit that could be gained from this? For this study, we tried to apply the politics of memory, and as examples, we tried to investigate the problem of victims of Japanese Military Sexual Slavery, victims of forced labor, and trade disputes caused by Japan's economic sanctions. As for the analysis data, data such as opinion polls, time series data on the president's approval rating and the Korea-Japan conflict index, political speeches, diplomatic documents, and media articles were mainly used. As an analysis method, it was intended to examine how the Korean government's political and diplomatic actions affect the president's approval rating in Korea-Japan issues at a time when the Korea-Japan conflict was high. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the timing of the government's political and diplomatic actions on Japan-related issues tended to overlap with the timing of the rise in the Korea-Japan conflict index.

        A Comparative Analysis of Performance Assessment Tools for Establishing Evaluation Framework for Sustainable Buildings

        Recently, the development of sustainable building assessment tools as means to invigorate the dissemination of sustainable buildings has been actively progressed. However, many assessment tools involve various problems in terms of assessment method and system framework, which greatly impede their credibility and applicability. If these problems persist over time, the role of sustainable building assessment tools as decision making measures during the design stage will be greatly limited. The objective of the study is to suggest a systematic model for sus- tainable building assessment tools by establishing a logical system of performance assessment framework. For this purpose, the Environmen- tal Impact Assessment(EIA) framework used in selected and modified to fit the building performance assessment. The analysis of performance assessment tools for sustainable buildings was conducted using the EIA framework. Based on the results of the analysis, a framework for the performance assessment of sustainable buildings was established.
