        This study is carried out as the efforts to analyze the critical factors in the design of the electronic payment system From the stand point of the users and merchants, not only the critical factors of an electronic payment system that is convenient and reliable to more efficient and secure design, but also the barrier factors involved such as the level of the transaction, product, information and technology has not been proved empirically. The purpose of this study is to present a model and test factors that influence the design of an electronic payment system. In the case of the actual purchase through the internet, the security issue must be resolved in the design of a payment system. The users are not confident about dealing with the transaction on the web. The main contribution of this study is to present a model for design of an electronic payment system and to offer the critical success factors in the design of the electronic payment system.

      • 분만 후 심한 저혈당이 동반된 림프구성 뇌하수체염 1예의 경과 관찰

        저자들은 출산 후 발생한 심한 저혈당을 주소로 내원한 31세 여자 환자에서 뇌 자기공명영상검사에서 뇌하수체종괴가 관찰되고 복합 뇌하수체 기능검사 결과전반적인 뇌하수체 기능저하증의 소견을 보여 림프구성 뇌하수체염을 진단하고, 호르몬 보충요법만으로 경과를 관찰하여 호전된 예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Lymphocytic hypophysitis, an inflammatory disease of the pituitary gland that is often associated with pregnancy, is caused by autoimmune destruction of the pituitary gland evidenced by diffuse inflammatory cell infiltration of the pituitary gland and some kinds of detectable autoantibodies. We report a case of lymphocytic hypophysitis in a 31-year-old woman presenting with severe hypoglycemia and hyponatremia after delivery. Hormonal study revealed panhypopituitarism and magnetic resonance imaging with enhancement showed the bulging contour of the right side pituitary gland with an ill-defined mass-like lesion and nodular thickening of the stalk The patient's symptoms and biochemical data improved greatly with replacement of L-thyroxine and glucocorticoid. Partial recovery of panhypopituitarism was also seen. The follow-up tests revealed dramatic resolution of the pituitary lesion (J Kor SOC Endocrinol 1 8 : 3 25 -33 1, 2003).

        There seems to be a renewed interest in interorganizational relationship to search for strategic information partnerships it is particularly noteworthy that no study has yet reported configurations at the level of interorganizational relationships nor compared such configurations across different types of IOS(Interorganizational Information System) This paper seeks to uncover dominant configurations of interorganizational relationships across the various types of IOS We integrate relevant theoretical concepts from transaction cost economics, organization theory and political economy to develop a conceptual model of interorganizational relationships based on the fit between information processing needs and information processing capabilities We empirically uncover a set of hypothesis toward the patterns of interorganizational relationships Moreover the implications for further research pertaining to the logic and development of configurations were proposed

        고압전류 감전자에게서 나타난 말초신경병증 증례보고

        Background: With increasing industrial development, opportunities are growing to contact electricity in the workplace or home. Therefore, the risk of electrical accident has been increased gradually. In general, electrical injuries involve the extremities and result in amputation or severe disability of limbs. Delayed spinal cord injury and peripheral neuropathies following electrical accidents are extremely rare. Case report: A 32-year-old man with 10 years working experience at a CRT-monitor manufacturer with repetitive exposures to high voltage current visited our hosipital. He complained of left leg weakness and atrophy, and intermittent pain. The symptoms were progressive. Other symptoms occurred such as nocturia, hesitancy, and weak urinary stream. We examined the patient and conducted EMG, L-spine MRI, neurometer test, isokinetic strength test, and physical examination. The results showed neural injuries due to anterior horn lesions or compression of the left femoral nerve pathway, with a consequent diagnosis of neurogenic bladder.

        Detection of benzalkonium chloride on glass surfaces using silver nanoparticles

        Raman reporter-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has been used to investigate the detection of one member of a class of the cationic surfactant quaternary ammonium compounds, alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, also known as benzalkonium chloride (BAC). For this study, SERS was performed using silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). Density functional theory (DFT) of BAC on Ag6 clusters was introduced to estimate binding at the level of the B3LYP/LANL2DZ basis sets. As the chain length increased from n = 8 to 18, the binding energies were expected to increase by 2.1 kcal/mol. Methylene blue (MB) Raman reporter molecules were subsequently treated on BAC thin-film-covered glass surfaces. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images were used to determine the coverage of BAC on the glass, and field-emission electron microscope (FE-SEM) images revealed the surface morphologies of the SERS substrates. A standard calibration curve was prepared to quantify BAC within a concentration range of 0.0036805 to 36?805?ppm (r2?≥?0.99), according to the BAC-correlated SERS intensities of MB Raman peaks at ~1620?cm?1 adsorbed on AgNPs. A molecular dynamics (MD) simulation supported strong adsorption of BAC on glass surfaces.

        상악골 전방견인 후 경조직과 연조직의 재발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 성장기 아동 중 골격성 III급 부정교합 환자에서 구외력을 이용한 상악골 전방견인시에 발생하는 경조직과 연조직의 변화와 상악골 전방견인 장치의 제거 후 관찰되는 경조직과 연조직의 재발 양상 및 이들의 상관성을 알아보곡자 하였다. 부산대학교병원 치과교정과에 내원하여 상악골 열성장을 동반하는 골격성 III급 부정교합으로 진단받은 아동 중 안면 비대칭과 순구개열이 없고 상악골 전반견인 치료 전이나 후에 상하악에서 고정성 또는 가철성 장치를 사용하지 않은 29명(남자 10명, 여자19명)을 대상으로 상악골 전방견인 전, 후와 장치제거 후 1-3개월 때 채득한 측모두부 방사선 규격사진을 계측, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 상악골 전방견인에 의하여 상순부 연조직은 그 하방 경조직과 함께 전하방 이동되었고 하순부 연조직은 경조직의 변화에도 불구하고 수평적으로는 비교적 안정적이었다. 2. 상악골 전방견인 장치제거 후 상하 전치의 재발양상에도 불구하고 상하순 모두 수평방향으로는 비교적 안정적이었으며 수직방향으로는 전방견인 후보다 더 하방이동 하였다. 3. 상악골 전방견인에 의하여 상악골과 상악치열이 전방 이동되었고 구개평면은 전상방 회전되었으며 하악골과 하악치열은 하후방 회전되었다. 4. 상악골 전방견인 장치제거 후 악골의 위치는 비교적 안정적이었으나 상하 전치의 치축과 전상방 회전되었던 구개평면이 치료 전 위치로 재발되었다. 5. 경조직과 연조직의 상관성 검정에서 입술의 위치는 그 하방 경조직과 밀접한 상관성을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of maxillary protraction and the relapse of hard and soft tissue after maxillary protraction. For this study 29 patients who were treated with maxillary protractor and labiolingual archwire were selected. Their mean age was 9 years 4 months and mean treatment period was 8.5 months. Lateral cephalograms were taken at pretreatment, immediately after treatment and one to three months after removal of the maxillary protractor. They were traced on skeletodental and soft tissue structures based on Burstone`s analysis and analyzed by Quick-Ceph Image Digitizing System(ORTHODONTIC PROCESSING). The mean and standard deviation between pretreatment and posttreatment and between posttreatment and retention period for each cephalometric variable were calculated. Student t-test was used to determine the statistical significance of the changes in each variable. Correlation coefficients between hard tissue and soft tissue were used to determine interrelationship. The results were as follows : 1. After maxillary protraction, the maxilla and maxillary dentition moved antero-inferiorly, the mandibld and mandibular dentition moved postero-inferiorly and palatal plane rotated antero-superiorly by 0.59°. 2. After maxillary protraction, the soft tissue of upper lip moved antero-inferiorly with the movement of hard tissue but the antero-posterior position of lower lip was stable in spite of the change of hard tissue. The thickness of upper lip was decreased and that of lower lip was increased after maxillary protraction. 3. During the retention period, the position of jaws was relatively stable but upper and lower anterior teeth and antero-superiorly rotated palatal plane relapsed to original position. 4. During the retention period, the soft tissue of lips was stable antero-posteriorly and moved more inferiorly than posttreatment. 5. The correlation coefficients between the position of upper and lower incisal edge and that position of lips were high, especially in horizontal change.

      • 자동차차체 및 부품제조업 산업장의 작업환경실태에 관한 조사 연구

        Objectives: For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and control the working environment and assessing the status of working environmental in manufacturing industry of bodies for motor car and of parts. Methods and Materials: Accessories for motor car and its engines the auther measured the noise level, concentration of dust, heavymetals, organic solvents, chemicals to 99 industries(24 working processes) form Feb. 2000 to Oec. 2000. Results: The results were as follows : 1. Mean noise level cutting, grinding, pressing, foundries and shot-blast was exceeded to threshold limit value(TLV) of noise. 2. Mean concentration of total dust was not exceeded to TLV. 3. Mean concentration of Mn in welding process and Pb in drying, welding, fabricating, rolling was exceeded to TLV. 4. Mean concentration for chemicals and organic solvents were not exceeded to TLV. 5. Mean concentration of dust and heavymetals were statistical significant difference between with local ventilation system and without local ventilation system. Conclusion: Above results, author suggest to prepare more passively control to working environment where exceeded the TLV.

        치과용 아말감의 열반응에 관한 연구

        The aim of the present investigation was assess the thermal reaction during hardening of representative fourteen commercially available conventional dental amalgam alloys: DA HA HV KA AC CA FC IH MM OT SS SCA SA UT and six high-copper dental amalgam alloys: A-21 KS LA OP PM PA used in Korea. These tests were performed with a thermistor probe (YSI Model 42 SC) using physiograph(MK-IV, Narco, Biosystems, U.S.A.). The peak temperature of the thermal reactions of dental amalgams were determined by the mean value of three measurements. From the experiments, the results were as follows: 1. The results indicate that the peak temperature of exothermic reactions of the conventional amalgams was attained during 7.67 ±1.76℃ and 15.50 ±0.50℃, respectively. 2. The results suggest that the exothermic peak temperature for the high-copper amalgams was considerably higher than those of the conventional amalgams. 3. The results for the recommended ratio revealed significant increases in exothermic reactions and the (+) modified ratio showed significantly less exothermic reactions than the (-) modified ratio. 4. The results show that the peak temperature rise of dental amalgams was attained during 7.17 ±0.29℃ and 24.17 ±0.29℃ according to the type of amalgamators, respectively.

      • CALS에 있어 STEP/SGML표준과 응용방안

        CALS(Commerce At Light Speed)는 제품생산과 관련된 설계, 생산과정, 보급 및 조달과 관련된 일련의 과정을 통합시키고, 이들 과정에서 사용되는 문자와 그래픽정보의 표준과 D/B를 통하여 설계, 제조 및 운용지원 자료와 정보를 통합하여 자동화시키는 개념이다. 이상적인 CALS시스템을 구축하려면 로지스틱스와 비지니스의 물류를 잘 조화시켜서 접목한 물류의 기능(Function), 절차(Procedure), 양식(Form), 자료(Data Dictionary)를 어떠한 방법으로 국제적 표준에 가깝게 하느냐가 중요한 부분이다. CALS시스템의 구축에 이용되는 표준에서는 여러 종류가 있다. 그와 같은 표준들 중에서 STEP/SGML과 관련된 표준들은 CALS시스템의 구축에 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 CALS시스템의 구축에서 표준화의 중요성에 비춰 CALS시스템의 구축에 이용되는 표준 중에서 중요한 역할을 하는 STEP/SGML표준 및 그의 응용방법을 살펴보았다. 현재 구미에서는 SGML에 관한 연구가 활발하여 문서의 공유와 교환을 위해서 문서구조에 대한 표준화가 급속히 진행되고 있다. 우리 나라도 모든 특허출원을 SGML을 통하여 시도하는 사업이 진행되고 있으며, 학술논문의 전자화에 관해 SGML에 의한 논문의 데이타베이스화의 검토가 시작되는 등 SGML에 의한 응용의 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 따라서 우리 나라에서도 SGML의 중요성을 인식하여 SGML을 표준화하여 공표 하려는 움직임이 있고 추후 이에 대한 연구가 급속히 증가하리라 생각되며 보다 많은 추후 연구가 필요하리라 본다.

        연세대학교 치과병원에 내원한 어린이에서의 영구치 맹출 시기 및 순서

        치아의 정확한 맹출 시기와 그 순서는 어린이의 발육 성숙도의 지표로서 소아치과 임상 및 예방 교정치료에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 이에 2001~2003년에 연세대학교 치과대학병원 소아치과에 내원한 어린이중 만 5세부터 만 14세까지의 남자 654명, 여자 542명, 총 1,196명의 자료를 수집하여 영구치의 맹출 시기 및 순서에 대한 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 상악 영구치의 맹출 시기는 중절치 남 만6.81세, 여 만6.78세, 측절치 남 만8.30세, 여 만7.98세, 견치 남 만10.28세, 여 만10.04세, 제1소구치 남 만9.74세, 여 만9.90세, 제2소구치 남 만10.87세, 여 만10.41세, 제1대구치 남 만6.25세, 여 만6.54세, 제2대구치 남 만12.21세, 여 만12.03세, 여 만12.03세였다. 2. 하악 영구치의 맹출 시기는 중절치 남 만6.00세, 여 만6.06세, 측절치 남 만6.99세, 여 만6.74세, 견치 남 만9.83세, 여 만9.17세, 제1소구치 남 만9.92세, 여 만9.75세, 제2소구치 남 만10.66세, 여 만10.39세, 제1대구치 남 만5.99세, 여 만5.75세, 제2대구치 남 만11.92세, 여 만12.17세였다. 3. 영구치의 맹출 순서는 상악에서 제1대구치, 중절치, 측절치, 제1소구치, 견치, 제2소구치, 제2대구치의 순이었고, 하악에서 제1대구치, 중절치, 측절치, 견치, 제1소구치, 제2소구치, 제2대구치의 순이었다. Accurate timing and sequence of eruption of permanent teeth are indicies of growth and essential for pediatric dentistry and pediatric clinical orthodontics. From the children brought to the Yonsei Dental Hospital during 2001 to 2003, 654 boys and 542 girls, ranging in age from five to fourteen years, were selected and analysed. The following was concluded. 1. Eruption time of maxillary teeth is 6.81 years in boys, 6.78 years in girls for central incisor, 8.30 years in boys, 7.98 years in girls for lateral incisor, 10.28 years in boys, 10.04years in girls for canine, 9.74 years in boys, 9.90 years in girls for first premolar, 10.87 years in boys, 10.41 years in girls for second premolar, 6.25 years in boys, 6.54 years in girls for first permanent molar, 12.21 years in boys, 12.03 years in girls for second permanent molar. 2. Eruption time of mandibular teeth is 6.00 years in boys, 6.06 years in girls for central incisor, 6.99 years in boys, 6.74 years in girls for lateral incisor, 9.83 years in boys, 9.17 years in girls for canine, 9.92 years in boys, 9.75 years in girls for first premolar, 10.66 years in boys, 10.39 years in girls for second premolar, 5.99 years in boys, 5.75 years in girls for first permanent molar, 11.92 years in boys, 12.17 years in girls for second permanent molar. 3. The following eruption sequence was observed: the first permanent molar erupted first, followed by the central incisor, the lateral incisor, the first premolar, the canine, the second premolar and the second permanent molar in the maxilla. The first permanent molar erupted first, followed by the central incisor, the lateral incisor, the canine, the first premolar, the second premolar and the second permanent molar in the mandible.
