        비호지킨림프종 환자에서 발생한 폐 효모균증 1예

        저자들은 비호지킨씨 림프종 환자에서 항암 치료 후 질환의 진행성 병변과 감별을 요했던 우폐 중엽의 단발성 종괴를 흉강경하 생검으로 폐 효모균증을 확진하고 amphotericin B와 fluconazole로 치료한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is monoclonal expansion of malignant B or T cells. The immunocompromised status in this disease is accompanied by many infections. The cryptococcosis, caused by Cryptococcus neoformans, frequently occurs in leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, sarcoidosis, diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, and long-term steroid-using patients. Recent increasing incidence of fungal infection could be due to the spread of AIDS and transplantation. We experienced one patient with lung mass in Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma after three cycles of chemotherapy, which could not be discriminated from the newly developed lymphoma mass. Cryptococcus neoformans was isolated from the lung tissue obtained by thoracoscopic biopsy. Herein we report this case with brief review of pertinent literature.

        Effect on the temperature, flow rate, and applied stack, voltage on zero-gap electrodialysis cell performance. Permeation of metal ion was increased with increasing temperature and flow rate. The temperature characteristics data were well coincided with Arrhenius type equation. As the applied stack voltage increased, the current density changing rate was increased rapidly with time due to the concentration polarization. It was proposed that not only the distance of electrode but also the flow pattern should be taken as a design factor electrodialysis cell.

        Crushed Stone Pile(CSP) is suitable for improving soft silts and clays and loose silty sands. The effects of this method are increasing bearing capacity and slope stability, reducing settlement, increasing the time-rate of consolidation, and reducing liquefaction potential. In this study several model tests are carried out to investigate the bearing capacity of CSP treated ground. The results show that bearing capacity increases with the area replacement ratio and the preconsolidation pressure of the ground.

      • 캔음료중 epichlorohydrin 의분석법에 관한 연구

        캔식품중에 잔류하는 epichlorohydrin을 분석하기 위한 pu링e & trap-Cc/uf통D 분석법을 확립하여 캔의 lacauer 코팅제에서 식품으로 이행되어 잔류하는 epichtorohydfn을 측정하고, 식품유사용매에 의한 용출시험을 통해 일일추정섭취량을 산출하였다. epichlorohydrin의 검량선은 y=0.0006x+0.OO6?(R큰0.9983)의 직선성·라 0.05#ga의 검출한계를 나타내었다. 각종 음료 및 식품유사용매에 일정량의 epichlorohydrin을 첨가한 후 분석하였을 때 회수을은 72~91%였으며, 실제 시판되는 f5건의 캔음료 중 잔류하는 epichlorohydrin을 측정한 결과 모든 캔음료에서 검출한계(0.1#94) 이하였다. 제관업체에서 구입한 modifed epoxy, epoxy phenolic, vinyl organosol, epoxy phenol ester 등의 BADGE(bisphenol A diglycidyt ether)형 에폭시수지로 lacquer 코팅된 식품용 캔에 식품윤사용매인 10% 또는 95% 에탄올을 층L진한 후 90~121'c의 드라이오븐에서 30분~2시간동안 용출시켰을 패 캔의 lacquer 코팅재에서 식품유사용매로 이행되는 epichBorollydirn은 코팅재질, 그리고 가열온도 및 시간에 문관하게 모든 캔에서 검출한계(0.4#ga)이하 였다. 위의 용출결과를 FD.f_의 "Recommendation for Chemistry Data for Indirect Food Additive Petition" 윽 일일추정섭취량 산출법에 적용하여 얻은 epichtorohydrin의 일딜추정 섭 취 량은 0.2r조persorday이하였다. A sensitive ana1?~7tical method based on gas cl)romatogFapy~mass spectrometry with a selected ion monitoring (GE/hfS-Slhf) and the purge-and-trap concentrator ))·asdeveloped for determining ot'epicillorohydrin in canr;ed be)#erages coated with eporl· resin. Thecalibration rurve in the ranre of 0.j ~50nr had'correlation coefficient of 0.9983 and detection limit of 0.Osrga. Recoveries of epichlorohydrin spiked to beverages were in the range of 72 ~91% with detection limits of 0.1 #ga. fn survey of epichlorohydff in twenty commercialcanned beverage samples, epichlorohydrin was not found in all the samples with the detectionlimit of 0.1 r9a. In migration test of various cans coated with BADGE-based coating cans;modifed epoxy, epoxy phenolic, vinyl organosol, epox?· phenol ester were exposed to the foodsimulants of 10% ethanol and 95% ethanol. flfo delectable epichlorohydrin migrated to foodsiHulants was found in aTl the cars with detection Jimit of 0.4 #9/L. Using the miEration data,along uTith the applicstion of food and beverage cans complied with FDA's "Recommendationfor Chemlstry Data f,3r Indirect Food Additive Petition" , the potential dietary exposure toepichlorohydrin was estlmated to be under 0.2rf/person/day.

      • 고농도 포도당이 흰쥐 인슐린 종 세포의 superoxide dismutase 발현에 미치는 영향

        Background: Reactive oxygen species are produced under diabetic condition and possibly cause various forms of tissue damage in patients with diabetes mellitus. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of high glucose on the gene expression of superoxide dismutase(SOD) isozymes in rat insulinoma cells line. Methods: Rat insulinoma(RINm5F) cells were cultured with RPMI 1640 media containing high glucose(22.2mM), or normo-glucose(5.6mM) for 3 days and for 21 days. The SOD activities were determined by spectrophotometric assay and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) stain. The levels of SOD mRNA were quantified by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The CuZn-SOD activity was decreased but Mn- SOD activity was increased significantly in RINm5F cells which cultured with high glucose(22.2mM) media for 3 days. In RINm5F cells, the Mn-SOD mRNA content was also increased by high glucose, but the level of CuZn-SOD mRNA was not changed by gluose concentration for 3 days culture. Both CuZn-SOD and Mn- SOD activity were increased significantly when cultured with high glucose media (22.2mM) for 21 days. The levels of Mn-SOD and CuZn-SOD mRNA were increased in RINm5F cells cultured with in high glucose media for 21 days. Conclusion: These results suggest that in RINm5F cells, both CuZn-SOD and Mn-SOD gene expressions maybe increase by high glucose and decrement of CuZn-SOD activity, in cells of short term culture with high glucose contained media may due to the protein modification.

        야간경관조명의 조명방식에 따른 평가특성 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to analyse evaluation characteristics according to a lighting method of exterior lighting. In this paper, we verified effectiveness of CG as an evaluation tool after we primarily extracted evaluation vocabulary via previous experiment. And then, we conducted subjective evaluation experiment after producing an evaluation object by CG according to a lighting method of exterior lighting. Finally, we analysed the factor of an evaluation result, analysing according to a lighting method of exterior lighting. The result of this paper is as follows: 1) The physical quantity presented by CG, compared with the real thing, is that the total relative error rate was within 5%. Also it did not have a quite difference in subjective evaluation experiment with the real thing in the most items excluding a part of evaluation items of subjective evaluation experiment by CG. 2) The 3 image axises of「exuberant」,「stable」and「warm」were selected as the result of the factor analysis In order to make sure the evaluation structure of exterior lighting. 「exuberant」and「stable」images were influenced a lot by a lighting method, and 「warm」image was affected by light color. The evaluation on the line lighting, the dot lighting and the compound lighting in「exuberant」image was high, and in「stable」image, the up and down lighting, the「transmitted lighting」, and the compound light were high. In「warm」image, the light color of yellow color as a warm color type was evaluated high, and the light color of green color as a cold color type was evaluated high in「mysterious」item.

        The Internet is convenient to use and makes possible to utilize the dispersed information source through single/unity interface so that it provides the most effective computing environment since 1990. But the current web reveals the limitation in data control and expansion due to the unstructured character of the HTML. The XML, the next generation language and developed to overcome the limitation of the current web, can make the data controlled and managed very efficiently. With these advantages the XML is now using broadly in the area of electronic commercial transaction, EDI, medical management system, etc. This paper shows that the development of 3-Tier client/server system with the CORBA basis dispersed object technique. It makes use of the advantages of XML and CORBA, which can make the document data access dynamically.

        Cases that apply mobile technology in own company's business processing in various industry area are increasing. In this paper, we propose a Mobile Portal constructin method accepting that flowing these age. Analyze instance that is applying mobile service in another industry to achieve Mobile Portal service and we chose core technology with this result. As focus of research, we implemented interaction interface between web page and database, conversion skill between wire and wireless contents, communicatin method between web page and contents conversion server, and application technology on Mobile service target Business and implemented Mobile service that applicable.

      • Ethephon의 浸漬處理 및 圃場處理가 고추의 着色 및 主要成分에 미치는 影響

        Color enhancement, contents of red pigment and capsaicin were studied with the dipping and field treatment of various levels of ethephon concentrations; 250, 500 and 1000ppms.The results were summarized as followings: 1. Dipping treatment effectively enhanced the coloring of the unmatured stages of fruit, especially, under younger fruit age. As the ethephon concentration increased, the remarkable effects were observed in Saegochu while Saemaul-Gumjang and Cheonan were less affected. 2. The optimum ethephon concentration for color enhancement were 500 and 250ppm in dipping and field treatments, respectively. 3. Red pigment content was slightly increased in 500ppm concentration level. 4. As the fruit age increased, capsaicin contents were increased in the ethephon concentration level from 500 to 1000ppm. In younger fruit slight increment was observed in the 1000ppm treatment.
