콜로케이션 측량에 따른 VLBI 안테나 기준점 결정에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 우주측지관측센터 내의 측량 기준점들 간의 위치관계를 정립하는 콜로케이션 측량에 따른 VLBI 안테나의 기준점을 결정하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 결합측량에 필요한 VLBI 안테나 상의 반사타겟 위치를 결정하였으며, 그에 따른 최적의 결합측량 방안을 수립하였다. VLBI 안테나에 부착한 반사타켓에 대한 토탈스테이션 측량을 수행하여 안테나 기준점의 위치 정확도를 평가하였다. The purpose of this study is to determine the reference point of the VLBI antenna based on co-location to establish a positional relationship between surveying reference points in the Space Geodetic Observation Center. For this, we determined the position of reflection target on the VLBI antenna and established the best method of co-location. Then we evaluated the accuracy of VLBI antenna reference point as precise total station surveying on reflection targets attached to the VLBI antenna.

사상체질음성분석기(四象體質音聲分析機)(PSSC-2004)를 이용한 한국인 소아의 체질별(體質別) 음향특성(音響特性)

1. Objective & Method The purpose of this study was to objectify the diagnosis of Sasang constitution. 163 children's voices were analyzed with 74 factors using PSSC-2004. 2. Results (1) In male children group, Taeumin's APQ4 was significantly low compared with the others. (2) In male children group, Taeumin's octave 5 & octave 6 were significantly low compared with the others. It was significant distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post hoc. (3) In male children group, Taeumin's Time Domain Total Sum / Time Domain Count & Frequency Domain Total Sum / count(0) were significantly low compared with the others. It was significant distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post hoc. (4) In male children group, Taeumin's 0k-2k total sum & 2k-4k total sum were significantly low compared with the others. It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post hoc. (5) In male children group, Taeumin's 2k-4k deviation was significantly low compared with the others. It was significant distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post hoc. (6) In male children group, Taeumin's D# Total Energy & F# Total Energy were significantly low compared with the others. It was significant distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post hoc. (7) In male children group, Taeumin's D# deviation & F# deviation were significantly low compared with the others. It was significant distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post hoc. (8) In female children group, Soyangin's center frequency (7) was significantly high compared with the others. It was significant distinction between Taeumin and Soyangin at the result of post hoc. 3. Coclusion With these results, we got some information for standardization of the clinical diagnosis guideline of Sasang constitutional type classification using PSSC-2004 in the Korean children

그리드 환경에서 글로버스 툴킷 4 기반 데이터베이스 접근 및 통합 서비스 설계 및 구현

Data Grid is a kind of Grid computing provides the cooperative environment through the distributed data sharing, and can manage the massive data easily and efficiently. We designed and implemented Globus Toolkit4 (GT4) based database access and integration service (GDAIS). This service was implemented as Grid service for run on the GT4 which is Grid middleware. And it provides functions which are automatic registration of database in virtual organization, distributed query service, and the unified user interface. Also this system can use components which are provided from GT4. Therefore it can improve the efficiency to distribute and manage databases, can easily access and integrate of the distributed heterogeneous data in Grid environments.

배달플랫폼의 가맹사업 영업지역 침해에 관한 소고

한국에서 가맹사업상 영업지역은 2013년 가맹사업법 제12조의4에 의하여 소상공인인 가맹점사업자들의 영업지역이 지도방식으로 보호받게 되었다. 그러나 최근 플랫폼의 발달에 따라 가맹점사업자들의 가맹계약상 영업지역이 침해받고 있다. 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 계약을 통하여 설정된 영업지역이 배달플랫폼이 제공하는 유료광고 서비스인 온라인상의 배달영업지역과 중첩되는 문제가 발생하고 있는 것이다. 예를 들면, 깃발 꽂기와 같은 유료광고 서비스는 실제 점포가 존재하지 않는 데도, 마치 점포가 존재하는 것처럼 온라인에 표시되어 소비자의 오인ㆍ혼동을 유발한다. 그리고 가맹점사업간 갈등 증가를 야기하고, 가맹본부의 브랜드 지속가능성을 훼손시킨다. 또한 깃발 꽂기 같은 배달플랫폼의 유료광고 서비스는 먼 곳의 점포를 가깝게 위치한 점포로 오인ㆍ혼동하여 이로 인해 위생ㆍ안전상의 문제 등이 유발시키고, 결국에는 유료광고 서비스료가 소비자에게 전가되어 판매가격이 인상되는 문제를 야기한다. 본 연구는 플랫폼의 공정거래법상 시장지배적지위남용, 시장지배력 전이 등의 국내외 입법례와 사례를 검토하고 비교분석하여, 배달플랫폼의 유료광고 서비스에 적용하여 검토하였다. 배달플랫폼은 소비자 후생, 창업증진 등 사회경제적으로 긍정적인 효과에 기여하는 측면도 존재한다. 그러나 소비자 후생을 저해하는 플랫폼의 영업 관행은 집행당국이 모니터링하고 규제해야 할 것이다. 특히, 배달플랫폼의 시장지배력이 밀접한 인근시장으로 전이되어 남용행위가 발생되는 경우에는 네이버 사례, EU 구글 사례 등을 참고하여 적극적인 교정이 필요하다고 본다. 향후에도 플랫폼에 의한 인접시장이나 다른 시장으로의 위법한 형태의 시장지배력 전이는 면밀한 조사와 감독이 필요하다. In Korea, in accordance with Article 12-4 of Fair Transactions in Franchise business act in 2013, Territory of franchisees who are small business owners were protected by business district map for business area. However, with the recent development of the platform, territory of franchisees under the franchise agreement is being infringed. The online delivery territory, which is the platform s paid advertising service, is encroaching on the territory established through the agreement between the franchisor and the franchisee. For example, paid advertising services such as ULTRA-CALL which is called Flag-Packing cause misunderstanding among consumers as if the actual store exists online even though there are no actual stores. This causes damage to the brand sustainability of the franchise headquarters due to increased conflicts between franchisees, rising prices that pass on to consumers, confusion in consumer misunderstanding about distance of stores, and this misunderstanding makes hygiene and safety problems. This study reviewed domestic and foreign legislations and cases such as abuse of dominant position, the leveraging of market power, and applied them to paid advertising services on delivery platforms. There are also aspects in which the delivery platform contributes to positive socio-economic effects such as consumer welfare and start-up promotion. However, the enforcement authorities should actively monitor and regulate the platform s business practices that cause consumer confusion, hinder consumer hygiene safety, or hinder consumer welfare due to rising prices. In particular, when abuse occurs due to transfer of market dominance of the delivery platform to a nearby market, active correction is necessary.

패들 휠 선회량 측정기의 효용성에 관한 실험적 연구

켄사스 경질 붉은 밀의 소규모 시험 제분 및 페리나 제분 특성과 이들로 부터 제조된 스파게티의 조리특성

켄사스 강력밀 중 종의 경우, Arken, Eagle, Scout 66의 경우가 제분 특성 (밀가루, 페리나)이 양호하였으며, Newton과 Centurk 78가 낮은 제분 수율을 보여주었다. 지역적 특성의 경우, Fort Hays에서 수확된 밀이 가장 양호하였으며 이에 반하여 Hutchinson에서 수확한 밀이 가장 낮은 수율을 보여주었다.<br/> 조리후의 품종별 전체적 스파게티의 품질을 측정하여 본 결과 Centurk 78, Larned종이 가장 양호하였던 반면 Vona와 Arken이 가장 불량하였음을 알 수 있었다. 지역적 특성을 비교하여 본 결과 Belleville, Fort Hays지역 밀이 가장 양호 하였으며, 반면에 Colby (Dry), Tribune(Dry)의 밀로 제조된 스파게티의 품질이 가장 열악한 것으로 나타났다. 경작한 땅(Irrigated land)의 품종이 경작하지 않은 땅(Dry land)에 비하여 대체적으로 단백질 함량이 높아서 양질의 스파게티 제조가 가능하였다.<br/> 듀럼밀 대신에 켄사스 강력밀로서 스파게티 제조에는 여러 품질 측정 지표들 사이의 서로 상관관계는 실험의 결과로 충분히 예상하기가 매우 어려우나, 우선 단백질 함량이 매우 중요한 품질 측정의 지표임을 본 실험의 결과 알 수 있었다. 적어도 양질의 스파게티 제조를 위해서는 가능한 한 13% 이상의 단백질을 함유한 켄사스 강력밀을 스파게티 제조의 원료로 사용하여야만 소비자에게 용납될 만한스파게티의 제조가 가능하다는 것을 시사한다. 또한 경도가 매우 중요한 요소이긴 하나 켄사스 강력밀로 페리나 스파게티를 제조할 때에 이 경도가 단백질 보다는 훨씬 낮은 상관관계를 가지므로 품질 측정의 예상 지표로서의 의미가 매우 약함을 알 수 있었다.<br/> 또한 품질의 지표인 단백질은 종 사이의 차이 보다는 지역적 특성의 차이가 컸으며 년도별 차이는 거의 없었다. The hardness of hard red winter (HRW) wheat had an effect on the yield of farina, as it positively correlated with the coarse fraction (over 34W) and negatviely correlated with the flour fraction from farina milling. But it did not show any significances on flour milling from the micromilling process. The flour yields was better correlated with the break flour fraction (r=0.73) than with reduction flour (r=0.27). The farina yield was controlled by a fraction over 34W (coarse granule). Protein was the most important single factor for the quality of cooked farina spaghetti, but not for flour milling or farina milling. On the other hand, hardness was important in the production of farina milling, whereas it did not govern spaghetti cooking quality. Environmental factors affected the quality of cooked spaghetti as much as varieties of HRW wheats. The quality of cooked farina spaghetti generally correlated with the protein in the location composites of wheats. Higher protein content wheats showed better spaghetti cooking quality.
