      • 대학교원 성역할 인식척도 개발 및 타당화

        본 연구에서는 대학교원이 성역할에 대한 인식의 정도를 측정하기 위해 성역할 인식 구성요소를 확인하고, 대학교원 성역할 인식척도를 개발 및 타당화를 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 선행 연구 고찰과 3차에 걸친 전문가 자문을 거쳐 총 59문항을 예비문항으로 개발하였다. 4년제 교원을 241명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 그 검증 결과를 통해 얻은 사적인 생활의 성평등, 여성성역할고정관념, 공적생활의 성평등, 성역할에 따른 민감성, 남성성역할 고정관념으로 구성된 5개 요인으로 15개 문항을 도출되었다. 또 다른 대상인 4년제 교원 373명을 표집 하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 최종문항의 모형 적합도를 확인하였다. 대학교원 성역할 인식척도의 타당화 작업을 위하여 한국형 남녀평등 의식척도와 한국형 다면성별 의식척도를 통해 상관관계를 통해 타당도를 갖춘 검사 도구임을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 대학교원 성역할 인식척도가 상담에 활용될 수 있는 시사점을 제공하고 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. Though universities as higher educational institutions are required to have more gender-equal education systems and value systems, there are, still in reality, lots of power-related violence between faculty and students, seniors and juniors. In this situation, it is important to complete the scale development which offers exact understanding and examination of gender role recognition of faculty members in universities, with the full understanding of the necessities of developing assessment tools for gender role recognition in the studies and researches of gender equality in universities. This study aims to perform the reliability tests and validation researches of the objective tools for examining how faculty feel and express the gender issues in their education fields and daily lives through developing and validating the gender role recognition inventory for university faculty. I have primarily extracted the component factors of the gender role recognition in university faculty members through the investigation of preceding research analysis, and then have prepared preliminary surveys consist of 59 questions divided by 5 subdivisions, scrutinized by 10-12 experts and professors who demonstrated, revised, and deleted the questions after proving content validity a few times. To develop scale, I did the online preliminary survey for the university faculty members in Daegu and Kyungbuk Province, and extracted 15 questions from the 241 responses, classified by 5 component factors, such as gender role sensitivity, gender equality in public life, male gender-role stereotype, gender equality in private life, female gender-role stereotype screened through the question analysis and validation of reliability. I have conducted the online main surveys of 373 respondents in Daegu and Kyungbuk Province with the questions in Korean-Multiple Sexism Inventory(K-MSI) questionnaire and Korean gender egalitarianism scale(KGES) questionnaire. In the analysis results of 373 responses analyzed by using confirmatory factor analysis, the gender role recognition suitability of the university faculty scores .924 and .942 each in TLI and CFI, and in RMSEA analysis. The correlation coefficient in the subordinate scope scores .75(p<.001), which proves construct validity resulting in significant consequences in a higher level. It has proved that with the K-MSI and KGES scales, to verify the convergent validity and criterion-related validity the extracted 15 questions confirm the validity. Consequentially, it can be said that gender role recognition scale for university faculty developed in this research consists of reasonable and suitable questions which prove their own validity and reliability in the questionnaire. This gender role recognition scale can contribute to making it possible for the faculty in universities to produce policies and educational programs preventing sexual violence including sexual harassment by teachers through the self-assessment committed by themselves.

      • NCS 기반 부사관 교육 표준화 모형 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop a standardized non-commissioned officer training model based on national competency standards(NCS). In order to achieve this goal, the study utilizes three research methods such as nationwide population research, a case study and Delphi method. The total population research analyzes three parts of non-commissioned officer training, which consists of the education system, curriculum and its subjects of 70 departments in 42 universities. A case study chooses the Department of Defense Technology Administration at Taegu Science University, which has been operating a curriculum based on national competency standards(NCS) since 2015. The Delphi research develops a hypothetical standardized model for non-commissioned officer education. In this study the Delphi survey conducted two times: the first was from May 9 to 11, 2022 and the second, from May 16 to 18, 2022. Its sample size is 30 experts. With the Delphi method research results, the study revises the hypothetical model and set up the final standardized non-commissioned officer education model. The final standardized model proposes the following policy advices. First, the government should provide a sufficient financial support for the completion of the national competency standards. Second, the national competency standards(NCS) should establish an efficient connection with society. Third, the standardized system should be clear on what job skills are appropriate to graduates. Fourth, universities should set up their educational goals in relation with national competency standards(NCS) based subjects. Finally, the Ministry of National Defense, and universities should strengthen their linkage to produce excellent non-commissioned officers.

      • 라이프스타일에 따른 맞춤형화장품 소비가치인식이 맞춤형화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        These days, health and beauty have been taken as important values in life. At the same time, people’s interest in beauty has gradually risen. In cosmetics as well, a report system for customized cosmetics sales business was introduced in 2018 to enhance the competitiveness of cosmetics industry in consideration of personal values and consumers’ preference of differentiated products. In addition, due to the sales of the products which meet each consumer’s taste and product classification by skin type, the customized cosmetics market in which consumers choose a product according to their skin type and are recommended by an expert after skin diagnosis has drawn an attention from people. Under these circumstances, this study attempted to investigate regular and customized cosmetics use patterns according to customers’ personal lifestyle. Furthermore, it aimed to examine the influence of perception of customized cosmetics consumption values on purchase intention and make a contribution to the promotion of customized cosmetics industry. For this, a self-administered questionnaire survey was performed against a total of 405 adult women in their 20-60s from across the nation. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, chi-square () test, simple linear regression analysis and Pearson’s correlation coefficient, using SPSS 25.0, and the results found the followings: Concerning subjects’ demographic characteristics, in age, ‘50s’ was the highest. In terms of marital status and education, ‘married’ and ‘college graduate’ were the highest respectively. In occupation, ‘service worker’ was the highest. In cosmetics use patterns, ‘dry skin’ was the highest in terms of skin type. In skin concerns, ‘loss of elasticity and wrinkles’ was the highest. Since ‘50s’ was the highest in terms of the number of respondents by age, there were a lot of concerns about elasticity and wrinkles. When asked what they have done to take care of their skin concern, ‘purchase of cosmeceuticals’ was most responded. In average monthly expenditure for cosmetics, ‘KRW 50,000-100,000’ was the highest. When asked what kind of cosmetics they usually buy, ‘basic cosmetics’ was most responded. When asked what aspects they consider in basic cosmetics, ‘moisturizing and nourishing’ was most responded. When asked what aspects are important in buying cosmetics, ‘efficacies and effects’ was most responded. In customized cosmetics use patterns, many consumers had no experience of customized cosmetics. When asked what kind of customized cosmetics was most popular against those who used customized cosmetics before, ‘basic cosmetics’ was most responded. When asked what motivated them to buy customized cosmetics, ‘recommendation by acquaintance’ was most responded, confirming that recommendation has a considerable influence on purchase of customized cosmetics. In terms of use of customized cosmetics by average monthly income, ‘KRW 5 million or higher’ was the highest. In other words, customized cosmetics are commonly used by women making a lot of money. Concerning perception of customized cosmetics consumption values by lifestyle, a statistically significant difference was found in ‘perception of functional consumption values’, ‘perception of epistemic consumption values’ and ‘perception of emotional consumption values’ between the two groups. In terms of customized cosmetics purchase intention by lifestyle, a personal life-oriented group was greater than a family life-oriented group, showing a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Regarding the influence of perception of customized cosmetics consumption values on purchase intention, ‘perception of functional consumption values’ in which safety, quality and efficacies are taken seriously was the highest, confirming that functional aspects are important in customized cosmetics. Therefore, customized cosmetics manufacturers and distributors consider their functional aspects such as efficacies and effects and set a reasonable price. Lastly, according to analysis of correlations between perception of customized cosmetics consumption values and purchase intention, a considerable correlation was found in all four categories: perception of functional consumption values, perception of social consumption values, perception of emotional consumption values, perception of epistemic consumption values. In other words, a close correlation between perception of customized cosmetics consumption values and purchase intention was confirmed. However, consumers’ perception of customized cosmetics is not clearly established yet. In addition, it is difficult to have a clear conceptualization of customized cosmetics from the market perspective. Under these circumstances, there should be more efforts to help consumers have a correct perception of customized cosmetics. It is also required to promote specific publicity and marketing to make consumers not confused between regular and customized cosmetics. In order for customized cosmetics to become a new growth engine for K-beauty, it is needed to set reasonable prices based on their quality and functional aspects. As a result, it is anticipated to facilitate the customized cosmetics market which meets consumer expectations. 우리 사회는 건강과 아름다움을 중요한 삶의 가치로 여기고 있으며, 뷰티에 대한 관심 역시 점점 높아지고 있다. 화장품 분야에서도 역시 개인의 가치가반영되고, 타인과 차별화된 제품을 선호하는 소비자들의 욕구를 고려하여 화장품 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 맞춤형화장품 판매업에 대한 신고제를 2018년에 도입하였다. 또한 개인의 소비 취향에 맞는 제품 판매와 피부유형별 제품의 구분으로 소비자가 자신의 피부타입에 맞춰 제품을 선택하고, 피부 진단을 통해 화장품 전문가가 추천하거나 제조 판매하는 맞춤형화장품 시장이 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인의 라이프스타일에 따른 화장품 사용실태와 맞춤형화장품 사용실태를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 맞춤형화장품 소비가치인식의 차이와 맞춤형화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아봄으로써 맞춤형화장품 산업의 활성화에 기여함을 목적으로 진행하였다. 연구 대상으로는 전국 20∼60대 성인 여성 405명을 대상으로 자기응답식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS Ver. 25.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 χ2(Chi-square)검증, 단순선형회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 마지막으로 피어슨의 상관관계 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구대상자의 연령은 50대가 가장 많았고, 결혼유무는 기혼이 가장 많았으며, 학력은 대학교 졸업이 많았다. 직업에서는 서비스직이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었다. 연구대상자의 화장품 사용실태를 알아본 결과 피부타입은 건성피부가 가장 많았고, 피부고민은 탄력과 주름을 가장 많이 고민하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 연구대상자가 50대가 가장 많은 점에서 탄력과 주름에 대한 고민이 많은 것으로 사료된다. 또한 피부고민 해결을 위해 하는 노력은 기능성화장품을 구매해서 사용한다는 소비자가 가장 많았고, 월 평균 화장품 구입비용으로는 5만원∼10만원 미만이 가장 많았다. 구매하는 화장품 종류로는 기초화장품이 많았고, 기초화장품 구입시 관심을 두는 부분은 보습과 영양이 높게 나타났으며, 화장품 구매 시 중요하게 생각하는 것은 효능 및 효과를 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 조사되었다. 연구대상자의 맞춤형화장품의 사용실태를 알아본 결과 사용경험이 없는 소비자가 많은 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 맞춤형화장품을 사용해 본 대상자 중 가장 많이 사용한 종류는 기초화장품으로 나타났다. 맞춤형화장품 구입동기는 주변인의 권유가 가장 높게 나타나 사용한 사람의 추천이 구매에 영향을 많이 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 월 평균 소득에 따른 맞춤형화장품 사용경험은 500만원 이상이 가장 높게 나타나 소득이 높은 여성들에게서 사용경험이 많은 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 라이프스타일에 따른 맞춤형화장품 소비가치인식의 차이를 알아본 결과 두 집단 간 비교에서 기능적소비가치인식과 진귀적소비가치인식, 감정적소비가치인식에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 라이프스타일에 따른 맞춤형화장품 구매의도의 차이를 알아 본 결과 개인생활추구형 집단이 가족생활추구형 집단보다 더 높은 평균값을 나타내 두 집단 간 유의미한 차이가있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 라이프스타일에 따른 맞춤형화장품 소비가치인식이 맞춤형화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과는 피부 고민을 해결해 주고 안전성과 품질 및 효능을 중요하게 생각하는 기능적소비가치인식이 가장 높게 나타나 맞춤형화장품에 대해 기능적인 면을 중요하게 인식하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 맞춤형화장품 판매업자나 기업은 소비자가 중요하게 생각하는 화장품의 효능과 품질에 대한 기능적인 면을 고려하고, 그에 따른 합리적인 가격 형성이 필요하다고 사료된다. 마지막으로 맞춤형화장품 소비가치인식과 맞춤형화장품 구매의도와의 상관관계에 대해 알아본 결과 기능적소비가치인식, 사회적소비가치인식, 감정적소비가치인식, 진귀적소비가치인식의 4가지 하위범주 모두 상관성이 있는 결과가 나타나 맞춤형화장품 소비가치인식은 맞춤형화장품 구매의도와 밀접한 상관성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 맞춤형화장품에 대한 소비자의 인식이 명확하게 정립되지 못하고, 시장의 환경 역시 맞춤형화장품에 대한 명확한 개념정립이 어려운 점은 현재 시장상황의 한계로 보여진다. 그러므로 관련 업계에서는 소비자들이 맞춤형화장품의 정확한 인식에 대한 홍보가 필요하다고 생각되며, 소비자들이 맞춤형화장품과 일반화장품을 혼돈하지 않도록 구체적인 홍보와 마케팅이 필요하다고 보여진다. 따라서 맞춤형화장품이 K-뷰티의 새로운 성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 기능적인면과 품질을 바탕으로 그에 맞는 합리적인 가격 형성이 필요하다고 사료 되며, 향후 소비자 기대에 충족되는 맞춤형화장품 시장의 활성화를 기대한다.

      • 소비가치가 비건화장품 인식과 구매행동에 미치는 영향

        Recently, consumers have pursued value consumption in which they purchase products based on their belief and values. They have engaged in consumption behavior, showing an interest in meaning out, ethical consumption and good consumption. They believe that their consumption behavior is not separated from social issues such as ethical management, human right issues and environmental issues. In cosmetics consumption as well, they take value consumption seriously with a high interest in the fields which are closely related with social and environmental issues including clean beauty and vegan cosmetics. This study attempted to investigate the influence of consumption values on the perception and purchase behavior of vegan cosmetics with a goal of providing useful data for marketing, which could facilitate vegan cosmetics market if such consumption values are related with the perception and purchase behavior of vegan cosmetics. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against adult men and women in their 20-40s living in Seoul and capital region from June 15 to 30, 2022. Among a total of 408 questionnaires distributed, 400 copies were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed, using SPSS 23.0, and the results found the followings: First, concerning subjects’ demographic characteristics, women were higher than men in terms of the number of respondents by gender. In age, ‘20s’ was the highest. In terms of marital status, ‘single’ was higher. In educational background and occupation, ‘college graduate’ and ‘office worker’ were the highest respectively. In terms of degree of interest in cosmetics, ‘average’ was the highest. When asked what image comes to their mind when they hear vegan cosmetics, ‘cosmetics without animal test’ was most responded. More than half of the respondents were aware of vegan cosmetics. Second, regarding differences in consumption values, in gender, a statistically significant difference was found in both men and women. In age, ‘emotional value’ and ‘epistemic value’ were more important among 30s and 40s each. In consumption values by education, ‘functional value’ revealed a statistically significance difference among ‘college graduates’. In average monthly income, ‘emotional value’ showed a statistically significance difference among ‘those with KRW 2-2.99 million’. In occupation, ‘epistemic value’ revealed a statistically significance difference among ‘office workers’. In addition, ‘functional value’ showed a statistically significance difference between ‘office workers’ and ‘those with professional job’. In sole proprietorship, a statistically significance difference was found in ‘emotional value’. Third, as interest in regular cosmetics increased, the respondents were more aware of vegan cosmetics. Fourth, as ethical, functional and emotional values increased, interest in vegan cosmetics was higher. Those with high ethical/social values showed high trust in vegan cosmetics. Those taking ethical values seriously were well aware of the VEGAN certification mark. When asked what is important in buying vegan cosmetics, ‘brand awareness’ was most responded. Fifth, as the respondents were more satisfied with vegan cosmetics, ethical values were more important. In addition, they were more willing to keep using vegan cosmetics. Furthermore, an intention to recommend vegan cosmetics to acquaintances has also increased. Lastly, many companies have released a wide variety of vegan cosmetics. At the same time, vegan cosmetics industry has gradually grown. Under these circumstances, this study targeted to examine what consumption values have an influence on the perception and purchase behavior of vegan cosmetics and help consumers have a clear understanding of a necessity of vegan cosmetics. It is anticipated that the study results would support a necessity of the study of the influence of consumption values on the perception and purchase behavior of vegan cosmetics and be available as basic data for the growth and development of vegan cosmetics industry. 최근 소비자들은 본인의 신념과 가치관을 기반으로 제품을 구매하고자 하는 가치소비를 추구하고 있다. 소신소비, 윤리소비, 착한소비 등에 관심을 갖고 소비행동을 하고 있는 이들은 기업의 윤리적 경영, 인권문제, 환경문제 등의 사회적 이슈와 자신들의 소비행동을 분리하여 생각하지 않는다. 화장품 소비에 있어서도 가치소비를 중요시 하는 이들은 클린뷰티, 비건화장품 등 사회적, 환경적 이슈와 밀접한 연관을 갖는 분야에 높은 관심을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 어떤 소비가치가 비건화장품 인식과 구매행동에 영향을 미치는 지 알아보고 소비가치가 비건화장품 인식과 구매 행동에 연관성이 있다면 앞으로 비건화장품 시장 활성화에 도움이 될 마케팅 자료로 기여하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상 및 자료 수집은 서울, 수도권 지역에 거주하고 있는 20∼40대 남녀를 대상으로 2022년 6월 15일부터 2022년 6월 30일까지 총 408부의 설문지를 배부하여 400부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS Ver 23.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상자들 중 남성보다 여성들의 응답률이 많았으며, 연령은 20대가 가장 많았다. 응답자들 중 결혼 여부로는 미혼이 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었으며, 학력으로는 대학교 졸업자들이 가장 많았다. 직업의 경우 회사원 가장 많았고, 화장품 관심도는 보통 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 비건화장품에 대한 이미지로는 동물실험을 하지 않는 화장품이라는 응답이 가장 많았고, 응답자 절반 이상이 비건화장품에 대해 알고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 연구대상자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 소비가치 차이를 본 결과 성별에 따른 소비가치 차이는 남녀 모두 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 연령에 따른 차이에서는 30대가 40대 보다 감정적가치와 진귀적가치를 더 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 최종 학력에 따른 소비가치 차이는 대학교 졸업을 한 집단에서 기능적가치가 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 월 소득에 따른 소비가치는 차이에서는 월 소득 200만원 이상∼299만원 미만 집단에서 감정적가치가 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 직업에 따른 소비가치 차이에서는 회사원 집단에서 진귀적가치가 통계적 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 회사원집단과 전문직 집단에서 기능적가치가 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 자영업 집단에서는 감정적가치가 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 일반화장품(관심도)가 높을수록 비건화장품 인식에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 윤리적가치, 기능적가치, 감정적가치가 높을수록 비건화장품에 대한 관심도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 윤리적가치와 사회적가치가 높은 응답자들은 비건화장품에 대한 신뢰도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 윤리적가치를 중요시 하는 응답자들은 비건화장품 인증마크에 대한 인지도가 높았으며, 비건화장품 구매 시 브랜드 인지도가 중요하다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 다섯째, 비건화장품 만족도가 높을수록 윤리적가치를 중요시하고, 지속적으로 이용할 의향이 높게 나타났으며, 주변인들에게 비건화장품 추천의도도 높아지는 것으로 연구되었다. 마지막으로 많은 기업들이 다양한 비건화장품들을 출시하고, 비건화장품 산업이 꾸준히 발전 하고 있는 현 시점에서 본 연구 결과를 통해 어떤 소비가치가 비건화장품 인식과 구매행동에 영향을 미치는지 연관성을 살펴보고 소비자들에게 비건화장품의 필요성과 정확한 인식을 심어주어야 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 소비가치가 비건화장품 인식과 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 주는 것에 대한 연구의 필요성을 뒷받침해 주며, 향후 비건화장품 산업의 발전에 대한 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

        In this paper, in order to strengthen each battery protection function according to the usage conditions of the system, 16 levels of battery low voltage warning and blocking functions are implemented. In order to improve the control method that lights up consistently from sunset time to sunrise time, a load control controller that can adjust the brightness by reducing the brightness of the LED street light by 50% was designed at dawn when the brightness of the LED street light is not needed much. This can reduce energy consumption by 50%. The load variable controller designed in this paper can reduce the capacity of the photovoltaic panel and energy storage battery, thereby reducing the installation cost of the standalone photovoltaic power generation system, and thus greatly securing the price competitiveness of the manufactured product.

        본 연구는 경계선 성격특성과 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략의 매개효과 및 순차매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 거주하는 만 19세 이상 29세 이하의 성인 남녀 652명(남성 210명(32.2%), 여성 442명(67.8%), 평균연령 만 24.58세(SD=3.36))의 응답자료를 사용하여 변인들 간 관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석을 통하여 주요 변인들의 관계를 확인한 결과, 모든 변인 간 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 경계선 성격특성은 반응적 공격성 및 거절민감성, 부적응적 정서대처전략과 높은 정적상관을 보였고, 반응적 공격성은 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략과 높은 정적상관을 보였다. 또한, 거절민감성은 부적응적 정서대처전략과 높은 정적상관을 보여 모든 변인 간 유의미한 정적상관을 확인하였다. 둘째, 경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 거절민감성이 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 부적응적 정서대처전략이 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 경계선 성격특성이 반응적 공격성에 미치는 영향을 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략이 순차적으로 매개하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 높은 경계선 성격특성에서 나타나는 반응적 공격성에 대한 개입 시 거절민감성과 부적응적 정서대처전략을 다루는 것이 중요함을 시사하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. 주요어: 경계선 성격특성, 반응적 공격성, 거절민감성, 부적응적 정서대처전략 This study was conducted with the aim of checking the mediating and sequential mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and maladaptive emotional coping strategies in the relationship between borderline personality traits and reactive aggression. To this end, responses from 652 adults (210 males (32.2%), 442 females (67.8%), average age of 24.58 years (SD=3.36)) between the ages of 19 and 29 nationwide were used to check the relationship of the variables. The main results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of checking the relationships of the major variables by correlation analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation among all variables. Borderline personality traits showed strong positive correlations with reactive aggression, rejection sensitivity, and maladaptive emotional coping strategies, reactive aggression showed strong positive correlations with rejection sensitivity, and maladaptive emotional coping strategies, and rejection sensitivity showed a strong positive correlation with maladaptive emotional coping strategies, confirming significant positive correlations among all variables. Second, it was observed that rejection sensitivity mediates the effect of borderline personality traits on reactive aggression. Third, maladaptive emotional coping strategies were found to mediate the effect of borderline personality traits on reactive aggression. Fourth, rejection sensitivity and maladaptive emotional coping strategy sequentially mediate the effect of borderline personality traits on reactive aggression. These results suggest that it is important to deal with rejection sensitivity and maladaptive emotional coping strategies when intervening for reactive aggression observed among those with borderline personality traits. Based on this, the significance and limitations of this study, as well as suggestions for follow-up studies, are discussed.       • 센서 장착오차를 고려한 차량용 INS/GPS/NHC 복합항법시스템

        차량의 항법정보를 위해 INS(Inertial Navigation System)를 사용할 수 있다. 그러나 INS 단독으로 사용하기에는 시간에 따른 오차 증가를 막을 수 없다. 따라서 INS의 단점을 보완하기 위해 GPS(Global Positioning System)와 결합하는 INS/GPS 복합항법시스템을 구성할 수 있다. INS와 GPS는 상호보완적인 특성을 지니고 있기 때문에 안정적인 항법 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 도로환경에서는 터널, 도심/산악지역 등 GPS 음영지역이 많이 존재한다. 이때는 측정치 갱신 없이 pure INS로 동작하기 때문에 오차가 점점 증가한다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 INS/GPS 복합항법시스템에서 차량의 운동특성인 NHC(Non Holonomic Constrain) 정보를 측정치로 활용하여 INS/GPS/NHC 복합항법시스템을 구성할 수 있다. 이는 추가적인 센서 없이 항법 정확도를 향상시키는 방법이다. NHC는 Slip이나 점프현상이 없는 정상적인 상황에서 동체 좌표계 상의 y축과 z축의 속도는 0이라는 정보이다. 기존에는 차량의 동체 좌표계와 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit)의 센서 좌표계는 일치하다고 가정하고 NHC를 사용했다. 그러나 실제로는 차량에 IMU를 장착하는 과정에서 동체 좌표계와 센서 좌표계는 장착 비정렬로 인해 일치하지 않게 된다. 이 경우 센서 좌표계에서는 NHC 조건이 성립하지 않게 되기 때문에 NHC 정보를 사용하게 되면 오히려 항법정보의 정확도는 떨어지게 된다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 IMU의 장착 비정렬을 정확하게 추정/보상 해주어야 하며, NHC 정보를 정확히 활용하기 위해 IMU의 장착 비정렬을 고려한 결합필터를 설계하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 결합필터는 상태변수에 y축과 z축 장착 비정렬을 추가하였으며, INS의 비선형성을 고려하여 EKF(Extended Kalman Filter)기반으로 결합필터를 설계한다. 그리고 장착 비정렬의 추정 성능 및 항법정보의 정확도를 분석하기 위해 NHC와 GPS의 측정치 사용방법에 따라 Case를 구분하여 Monte Calro 시뮬레이션 기반으로 분석한다. 그리고 차량 실험을 통해 제안하는 방법인 IMU의 장착 비정렬을 고려한 INS/GPS/NHC 복합항법시스템이 기존에 사용하던 장착 비정렬을 고려하지 않은 복합항법시스템 보다 항법결과가 우수하다는 것을 검증한다. INS (Inertial Navigation System) can be used for vehicle navigation informatio n. However, using INS alone cannot prevent an increase in error over time. Therefore, an INS/GPS integrated navigation system combined with a GPS (Global Positioning System) can be configured to make up for the shortcomings of the INS. Since INS and GPS have complementary characteristics, they can provide stable navigation information. However, in the road environment, there are many GPS shaded areas such as tunnels and urban /mountain areas. At this time, the error increases more and more because it operates with pure INS without updating the measured value. In order to solve this problem, the INS/GPS/NHC integrated navigation system can be configured by utilizing the NHC(Non Holonomic Constrain) information. This is a way to improve navigation accuracy without additional sensors. NHC is information that the velocity of the y-axis and z-axis on the fuselage coordinate system is zero in a normal situation without slip or jump phenomenon. In the past, NHC was used on the assumption that the body coordinate system of the vehicle and the sensor coordinate system of the IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) match. However, in reality, in the process of mounting the IMU on the vehicle, the fuselage coordinate system and the sensor coordinate system do not match due to the mounting misalignment. In this case, since the NHC condition is not satisfied in the sensor coordinate system, the accuracy of the navigation information is rather lowered when the NHC information is used. To solve this problem, IMU mounting misalignment must be accurately estimated/compensated, and a coupling filter that considers IMU mounting misalignment must be designed to accurately utilize NHC information. In this paper, the proposed coupling filter adds y-axis and z-axis mounting misalignment to the state variables, and designs an EKF(Extended Kalman Filter)-based coupling filter in consideration of the nonlinearity of INS. Then, in order to analyze the estimated performance of mounting misalignment and the accuracy of navigation information, Cases are divided according to the usage of NHC and GPS measurements and analyzed based on Monte Calro simulation. And it proves that the INS/GPS/NHC integrated navigation system that considers the mounting misalignment of the IMU, which is a method proposed through vehicle experiments, has better navigation results than the conventional integrated navigation system that does not consider the mounting misalignment.

        This research paper suggests a model for the management of photographic records to local administrations with recognition of the need in ‘management and conservation of photographic records upon their production’. During this research, the current status of production and management of photographic records by local administrations was examined, and at the same time, the forms of photographic records made available to unspecified individuals through the archives of press release materials and photos on the websites of 246 local administrations nationwide were analyzed. Among 246 local administrations across the nation, most municipalities - 227 of them - were found to provide press release materials on their websites. A total of 168 local administrations provided photos as attachment or inserted image within the attachment, allowing the public to freely download them. 50 local administrations were operating their own database for photographic records, and 27 local administrations among 44 which were found relevant for the research allowed the download of original photos. There was 1 local municipality which did not announce the copyright notice for the use of photographic records, and the criteria of applied copyrights varied - ranging from Type 1 to Type 4 in terms of KOGL (Korea Open Government License). The photo databases were classified by various criteria: date taken, themes with topics that the administrative departments or local administrations were promoting. Some local administrations aimed for user convenience by supporting hash tag or keywords search. As the classification based on specific themes can be subjective, most of the local administrations applied more than one type of classification criteria: categorization by date along with the theme, or categorization by administrative departments for an intuitive search. Among photo databases of 44 local administrations, 3 of them did not apply any classification system. A closer look into metadata of photos provided on photo databases revealed that most of the information consists of title, date taken, photographer, location, and caption. In some cases, original photo information, related departments, classification system and EXIF data were also provided. However, in most cases of downloaded originals, information of only the date taken and photographers remained. When local administrations provide original photos for press release materials and photo gallery on a website, it raises concerns regarding copyrights and portrait rights. Furthermore, the original intentions and purposes of the photos may not be maintained in the process of utilization of the photos. Given that numerous photos are produced in all related fields, a systematic management of photos and an applicable model should be established. In this regard, this research paper proposes the management of photographic records by each project by reflecting the characteristics of the photos produced in the process of planning, implementation and completion. A directory is established per each project level, and the directory is again divided into a document and a photo directory. The status of each project at any level can be recognized easily by following a unified rule on setting a folder name and the location of a directory. The photo folder consists of 4 sub-folders that are classified according to the importance of photographic records, and folders with low importance level are deleted after a certain period. The metadata elements were extracted from the photo databases operated by local administrations and were compared with the criteria for metadata records of the National Archive of Korea. Common elements were extracted by comparing the EXIF and IPCT metadata elements together. The extracted metadata is designed to be managed on a personal computer or to be applied across the board when uploading the photo on the database. The operation of photo databases was assigned to the department in charge of photo production so that the photographers are able to monitor the entire management process of photographic records including the use thereof. Necessary functions and services of the database management were prepared by separating the administrative functions and the service for use of photographic records. This research paper focused on working out an action plan with which the management of photographic records can be done at the individual level, in respect of the work done by local administrations In order for this model to be applicable, the awareness that photographic records should be managed from the moment of their production should be raised first. Furthermore, for a speedy application of the management model designed in this paper to local administrations, specific application cases should be discovered for the improvement of the model.

        The purpose of this study is to understand the culture of the senior swimming club in depth by focusing on the theme of harmony and conflict. Ethnography, a method of qualitative research, was conducted, and a total of 10 research participants were selected. Data were collected using participatory observation and in-depth interviews, and text analysis was performed. As a result of this study, first, we have fun with each other: in harmony, securing trust through resource exchange, a happy virus, seeking health, overcoming psychological depression, and lifelong companion were derived: The conflict led to sub-themes of power and rank within the club, differences in swimming skills, trauma to the family, economic differences, and concerns about health. As a suggestion of this study, first, it is necessary to study the culture of the elderly who participate in various sports. Second, specialized sports facilities for the elderly are required. Third, there is a need for an exchange between senior sports clubs. Physical activity of the elderly is considered to be an important activity with many meanings. The elderly are experiencing difficulties in various aspects such as physical, emotional, and social aspects, and solving these difficulties can lay the foundation for a better life in old age and further, well-dying. Swimming is a popular sport that many people participate in, and it is also an event that is not unfamiliar to the elderly. Of course, it may be difficult to approach elderly people with strong conservative tendencies in terms of having to take off their clothes and wear a swimsuit, but everyone is saying that it is a perfect activity if you overcome that moment. Considering this situation, in-depth research on the participation of the elderly in swimming club activities will act as an opportunity for more elderly people to participate in swimming. 본 연구의 목적은 융화와 갈등이라는 주제를 근간으로 하여 시니어 수영 동호회 문화를 심층적으로 이해하는데 있다. 질적 연구 방법인 문화기술지(Ethnography)를 실시하여 총 10명의 연구 참여자를 선정하였다. 참여관찰과 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 우리는 서로 즐겁다: 융화, 자원 교환을 통한 신뢰 확보, 해피 바이러스, 건강 추구, 심리적 우울증 극복, 평생 동반자가 도출되었다. 클럽 내 권력과 지위, 수영 기술의 차이, 가족에 대한 트라우마, 경제적 차이, 건강에 대한 우려. 본 연구의 제안으로 첫째, 다양한 스포츠에 참여하는 노인들의 문화에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 노인을 위한 전문 체육시설이 필요하다. 셋째, 시니어 스포츠 구단 간의 교류가 필요하다. 노인의 신체활동은 많은 의미를 지닌 중요한 활동으로 여겨진다. 노인들은 신체적, 정서적, 사회적 측면 등 다양한 측면에서 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 이러한 어려움을 해결함으로써 더 나은 노후생활, 더 나아가 웰다잉을 위한 기반을 마련할 수 있습니다. 수영은 많은 사람들이 참여하는 인기 스포츠이자 어르신들에게도 낯설지 않은 종목이다. 물론 보수 성향이 강한 어르신들에게는 옷을 벗고 수영복을 입어야 한다는 점에서 접근하기 어려울 수 있지만, 그 순간만 이겨내면 완벽한 활동이라고 모두가 말하고 있다. 이러한 상황을 감안하여 노인들의 수영 동호회 참여에 대한 심도 있는 연구는 더 많은 노인들이 수영에 참여할 수 있는 계기가 될 것이다.

        This study compared and analyzed assistant systems in other professional qualifications based on the reality of Korea's real estate brokerage assistant system, and sought ways to improve system operation by conducting an empirical analysis of licensed real estate agents who hired brokerage assistants. As a result of the empirical analysis, this study drew the following problems by dividing the current real estate brokerage assistant system into reporting process, work performance process, and supervision process, respectively. First, in the reporting process of intermediary assistants, the job training that must be completed for reporting is limited to very limited time and limited content, and is not equipped with even the minimum expertise as it is done in the form of formal Internet video lectures. Under such poor basic conditions, licensed brokers indiscriminately hire brokerage assistants under the perception that they are working part-time, resulting in harming the stability of the real estate brokerage market. Second, in the process of performing the duties of brokerage assistants, since the scope of the ‘simple duties’ they perform is not clear, in addition to on-site guidance and general office work, the services of certified brokers are conducted in the form of proxy. Since it is difficult for the brokerage client to accurately confirm the identity of the brokerage assistant, serious brokerage accidents and incidents may occur surrounding the work in which the brokerage assistant was directly involved. Third, in the process of guiding and supervising brokerage assistants, there is no on-site control by the registration authority on the activities of brokerage assistants after employment, and it is difficult for licensed brokers in practice to build on-site practical assistance capabilities in the process of controlling and managing brokerage assistants.
