        비즈니스 한국어 교재의 지시 화행 분석 연구

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 윤미라(2020)에서의 지시 화행 분석 결과를 바탕으로 최근 출판된 비즈니스 한국어 교재에 나타난 지시 화행수행 양상과 공손을 위한 헤지 문형을 분석하고 교재 개선 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 방법 본 연구는 2018년 이후에 출판된 3종류의 비즈니스 한국어 교재를 선택하였다. 이들 교재는 모두 초 중급으로 구성되어 있으며 총 7권이다. 이 교재들을 분석하기 위해 지시 화행의 하위 유형의 개념을 정리하고 맥락 요인을 바탕으로 지시 화행의 하위 유형의직간접성과 자주 사용된 공손 전략 및 헤지 문형을 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 최근 출판된 비즈니스 한국어 교재는 직장 내 업무 담화에서 상사는 지시 화행의 하위 유형인명령 화행을 주로 사용하였고 요청, 제안, 충고와 같은 다른 하위 유형의 화행은 거의 사용하지 않았다. 한편 부하 직원이나 동료 사이에서의 담화에서는 지시 화행 하위 유형들이 거의 나타나지 않았다. 이는 교재의 담화 구성 자체가 상사의 담화 위주로 구성되었기때문이다. 둘째, 비즈니스 교재에서 사용된 지시 화행 공손 전략을 살펴보면, 대부분의 담화가 상사의 발화로 구성되어 있음에도 불구하고 청자 지향적 전략에 해당하는 헤지 문형인 ‘-(으)세요’와 ‘-어/아 주세요’를 여전히 주로 사용하고 있었다. 한편 부하 직원이나동료 사이에서의 담화에서는 다양한 맥락과 상호 작용 목적에 따른 지시 화행 발화의 수가 적었기 때문에 윤미라 (2020)에서 조사된부하 직원이나 동료들의 지시화행 공손 전략들을 살펴보기 어려웠다. 결론 이런 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로의 비즈니스 한국어 교재에서는 상호 작용 목적에 따른 부하 직원과 동료 사이에서의 직장 내 업무담화 구성을 확대하고, 다양한 지시 화행의 하위 유형의 사용, 공손 전략 및 헤지 문형을 다룰 필요가 있다. 하지만 본 연구는 비즈니스한국어 교재에서 친밀함의 정도와 업무의 부담 정도와 관련된 지시 화행 수행과 지시 화행에 대한 교육적 방안은 제시하지 못했다는한계가 있다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 이러한 논의들이 이루어지길 기대한다.

        품종별 현미밥의 조직감 특성 비교

        Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most important staple foods in Korea and the consumption of brown rice is increasing annually. The objective of this study is to investigate the physicochemical, hydration and textural properties related to eating quality of cooked brown rice by using glutinous, semi-glutinous, four non-glutinous and four colored varieties. The moisture, protein and total dietary fiber contents of brown rice are shown in the range of 11.1~12.6%, 6.6~8.7% and 6.28~12.40%, respectively. The amount of water uptakes for brown rice during the hydration has shown significant differences. The glutinous variety of Boseogchal indicate the highest water absorption levels by reaching $0.38gH_2O/g$. The hardness of hydration for Seolgaeng is distinctively lower than those of the other brown rice varieties. According to the textural characteristics of cooked brown rice when using the Tensipresser, the hardness of Boseogchal, Baegjinju and Seolgaeng all exhibit the lowest values out of ten varieties and the highest levels of adhesiveness.

        Contaminated Bacterial Effects and qPCR Application to Monitor a Specific Bacterium in Chlorella sp. KR-1 Culture

        To investigate the effects of bacteria contaminated in microalgal cultivation, several bacteria were isolated from four photobioreactors for Chlorella sp. KR-1 culture. A total of twenty-one bacterial strains isolated from the reactors and identified by 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Six bacteria, which were found from more than two reactors of the four photobioreactors, were introduced into co-culturing experiments with Chlorella sp. KR-1. Then, the bacterial influences on the productivity of microalgal biomass and lipids were assessed in the photoautotrophic- and mixotrophic microalgal cultivation by comparing them with axenic culture of Chlorella sp. KR-1. The results showed that both biomass and lipid production were significantly enhanced under mixotrophic conditions compared to photoautotropic conditions. However, an excess ratio (more than 10%) of bacterial cells to microalgal cells at the initial stage of mixotrophic cultivation has limited the growth of Chlorella sp. KR-1 because of the relatively fast growth of bacteria, especially under mixotrophic conditions. Moreover, it was proven that the strong biofilm formability of Sphingomonas sp. MB6 is the responsible strain to cause the biomass aggregation observed during the early stage of co-culture. The high abundance of Sphingomonas sp. MB6 during early cultivation period shown by qPCR results was also well corresponded with the period shown a strong biofilm formation, which suggested the applicability of qPCR to monitor a specific bacterial group in a microalgal culture.

        Effects of the Abdominal Drawing-in Maneuver and the Abdominal Expansion Maneuver on Grip Strength, Balance and Pulmonary Function in Stroke Patient

        Purpose: The purpose was to determine whether the application of the abdominal drawing-in maneuver (ADIM) and abdominal expansion maneuver (AEM) to stroke patients would affects their trunk stability, balance, pulmonary function, and grip strength. Methods: The subjects were 36 stroke patients who were randomly and equally assigned to an ADIM group (n=12), an AEM group (n=12), and a control group (n=12). The intervention was applied to each group three times per week, 30 minutes each time, for four weeks. Outcome measures were grip strength, modified functional reach test (mFRT) and pulmonary function. Pulmonary function were measured force expiratory volume at one second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC and peak expiratory flow (PEF) values. Results: The results of the three groups showed statistically significant improvements in grip strength. The AEM group showed significantly greater differences in grip strength than either the ADIM group or the control group. In the anterior mFRT, the ADIM group showed significantly improvements than the control group. The ADIM and AEM groups were showed statistically significant greater improvements in PEF between the baseline and post-intervention and the post-analysis revealed that the AEM group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the ADIM and AEM were effective in improving the PEF of pulmonary function. The ADIM was more effective than AEM in trunk stabilization.

        환경유전자 메타바코딩을 활용한 하천 어류 군집 분석

        The present study aims to assess the effectiveness of eDNA metabarcoding for the analysis of fish communities in rivers. The findings suggest that the methodology attained an accuracy rate of 80% for species identification and was able to detect between 79.2% and 87.5% of the fish species recorded in the fish monitoring database for three rivers of Anseong, Bokha and Gyeongan during the period 2019 to 2021. Significantly, the eDNA metabarcoding technique enabled the successful detection of comparatively larger fish species, such as Channa argus and Silurus asotus. Furthermore, depending on the river, this method identified 12 to 14 additional species that could not be observed through traditional methodologies. However, it is worth noting that the Mifish primer used amplifies short gene segments, which can pose challenges in identifying species with identical gene sequences. Notwithstanding this limitation, the advantages of eDNA analysis over conventional methods are significant, enabling the identification of a broader range of species within a shorter timeframe, using smaller sample volumes and minimizing risks to both endangered fish and to researchers. As a result, eDNA analysis represents a valuable alternative for assessing biodiversity and for collecting data on fish species that are challenging to analyze.

        Increasing numbers of unite plans from the contemporary Architecture with a continuous use of uniformity in space composition characters, result a lock of diversification of living space and for the dwellers need. Therefore, space diversification and geometric formation of the design principles of De still can be apply to generate and reorganize unite plans of contemporary Living space - to diversify the space far the dwellers. First, understanding the concept of De stijl and space characters, generate code for structural factor, furniture factor, and finished material factor regardless of farm and its function. Secondly, generated code from the factors with the design principle of De stijl based on vertical and horizontal cross, color, and 9-dimensional space will be decomposed and reorganized for the constrtaction of a new space. This study aims for reconstruction of space through Ideas of De stul and regenerated code of it's principle to create a significant design method and space composition to minimize uniformity in interior living space.

        자아성찰적 명상 융합콘텐츠가 대학생의 용서와 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

        This study examined effects of a Mind Subtraction Meditation program on university students’ self-reported forgiveness and self-esteem. A Mind Subtraction Mediation intervention program was administered to an experimental group of twenty-four university students twice a week for eight weeks with each session lasting fifty minutes. The control group was consisted of twenty six students from another university. The results of a series of ANCOVA analysis of response showed that self-forgivenesses and self-esteems of the experimental group were significantly improved after the meditation program compared to the control group. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in dispositional forgiveness of others and situations. The results of a content analysis of subjects’ writing of personal experiences were as follows: after meditation their bad memories were gone, their minds were relaxed. They found their true selves and their stress coping strategies had changed. They also had come to prepare for more positive lives. These results are discussed along with the implications of the Mind Subtraction Meditation program in developing positive effects on the university students, who face various interpersonal conflicts and stress. 본 연구는 자아성찰적 요소와 명상이 융합된 마음 빼기명상 프로그램이 대학생의 용서와 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 시작되었다. 8주간 총 16회기, 1회에 50분간의 마음빼기명상 수업이 개발되 어 시행되었고 실험군은 대학교 2학년 학생 24명이, 대조군은 비슷한 조건의 다른 대학 학생 26명이 참가 하여 효과를 검증한 비동등성 대조군 실험연구이다. 연구결과, 마음빼기 명상프로그램 이후 실험군의 자기 용서와 자아존중감이 대조군에 비해 유의하게 상승되 었다. 프로그램 참가후의 체험수기 분석결과, ‘안 좋은 기억이 사라짐’, ‘마음이 편해짐’, ‘나를 알게 됨’, ‘스트 레스 대처전략이 변화함’, ‘긍정적인 삶의 자세를 갖게 됨’으로 요약되었다. 본 연구는 대인관계 갈등과 스트 레스를 경험하는 대학생들을 위해 명상콘텐츠가 인성 교육의 대안이 될 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 교육적 함의를 가진다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 대 학생을 위한 마음빼기명상 프로그램의 다양한 개발과 효과 검증을 위해 무작위 대조군 연구 등 좀 더 정교 한 연구 설계를 활용한 반복 연구가 필요함을 제언한 다.

        실과 교과 식생활 단원의 실습 실태에 관한 연구

        The present study was to analyze problems in teaching the unit of dietary life, a part of practical arts in elementary schools through investigating the current state of students' practical exercise related to the unit, and to propose a direction for improving the teaching of the unit of dietary life.First, for efficient teaching·learning of the unit of dietary life, financial support and the expansion of facilities must precede. The importance of the practical exercise of dietary life was inadequately recognized in the field of education, and even if the importance was recognized, schools had to depend on students and their parents for practice materials due to lack of funds. Second, teachers still appeared to feel burdened with the unit of dietary life included in the 7th Education Program. The unit contains optional works intended to give teachers discretionary power, but, in reality, it caused troubles to teachers. Therefore, compulsory works need to be distinguished from optional works. This must be reflected in the 8th Education Program.Third, for main practical exercises in the unit of dietary life, fifth year students did egg boiling and potato boiling, and the sixth year students did Kimbap making and sandwich making. Fourth, field teachers had few opportunities for having specialized training of practice guidance. As a result, they were solving problems in practice guidance by themselves or through asking colleague teachers for help. Fifth, teachers replied that, for effective teaching, exclusive teachers who majored in practical arts must take charge of practical arts. 결론 및 제언1. 요약
