This study began with the aim of exploring the meaning of grit in games and training through five male and female leaders registered as Poomsae leaders of the Korea Taekwondo Association in 2023. Leaders were selected through regional arrangements from their 40s to 60s, and three results were finally drawn after a period of data collection during the three-month competition. First, it was the belief of Grit and the leaders that showed up with the passion, sincerity, and effort of the players. Second, it was found that grit was used as a method of psychological and functional training experienced by leaders. Third, it was the use, reality, and complementarity of Grit in training that appeared as experience.

신경교육종(gliosarcoma)은 종양성 신경교세포와 육종성 방추상 세포로 구성된 원발성 뇌종양으로 매우 드물게 발생한다. 저자의 3예에서는 자기공명영상에서 악성 성상세포종의 소견으로 보이는 종양이 주로 뇌의 주변부에 위치하고 뇌경막과 접하거나 침범하고 있으면서, 특히 T2 강조영상에서 악성 성상세포종보다 다소 낮은 신호강도를 보이는 경우 감별진단에 신경교육종이 포함되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Gliosarcoma is a rare primary brain tumor composed of neoplastic glial cells and a sareomatous spindle-cell element. We report three cases of gliosarcoma, and describe their MR findings, which in many respects are very similar to those of malignant astrocytomas. Gliosarcomas are, however, more peripherally located, abutting and/or invading the dura mater, and at T2-weighted imaging their signal intensity is lower than is usually the case with malignant astrocyomas. Despite its rarity, the possibility of gliosarcoma should be considered when MR findings of this nature are apparent.
일측성 폐의 음영감소: 정확한 방사선사진 판독을 위한 체계적 접근

The radiographic appearance of a unilateral hyperlucent lung is related to various conditions, the accurate radiographic interpretation of which requires a structured approach as well as an awareness of the spectrum of these entities. Firstly, it is important to determine whether a hyperlucent hemithorax is associated with artifacts resulting from rotation of the patient, grid cutoff, or the heel effect. The second step is to determine whether or not a hyperlucent lung is abnormal. Lung that is in fact normal may appear hyperlucent because of diffusely increased opacity of the opposite hemithorax. Thirdly, thoracic wall and soft tissue abnormalities such as mastectomy or Poland syndrome may cause hyperlucency. Lastly, abnormalities of lung parenchyma may result in hyperlucency. Lung abnormalities can be divided into two groups: a) obstructive or compensatory hyperinflation; and b) reduced vascular perfusion of the lung due to congenital or acquired vascular abnormalities. In this article, we describe and illustrate the imaging spectrum of these causes and outline a structured approach to accurate radiographic interpretation. 흉부X선사진상 일측폐의 음영감소 소견은 여러 가지 질환을 포함한 다양한 상황에서 관찰된다. 따라서 일측폐의 음영감소에 대한 정확한 방사선학적 진단을 하기위해서는 이들 원인에 대한 다양성을 잘 인식하여야 하며 이와 더불어 영상소견에 대하여 체계적인 접근방법이 필요하다. 첫째, 음영이 감소된 편측흉부가 환자 자세의 회전, 격자 절단 (gird cutoff), 힐효과 (heel effect) 등의 인공물에 의한 것인 지를 우선 판단하여야 한다. 다음 단계는 음영 감소된 편측흉부가 비정상인 지를 결정하여야 한다. 왜냐하면 반대쪽 편측흉부가 비정상적으로 음영이 약간 증가하면 정상 편측흉부가 음영이 감소된 것으로 오진할 수가 있기 때문이다. 세번째는 유방절제술 혹은 폴란드 증후군 (Poland syndrome) 등에서와 같이 흉벽 이상으로 인해 편측흉부의 음영이 감소된 것인 지를 구분하여야 한다. 마지막으로 폐실질의 이상에 의해 음영감소가 발생할 수가 있다. 폐실질 이상에는 크게 두 종류로 나눌 수 있으며 여기에는 폐쇄성 혹은 보상성 과팽창과 혈관질환에 의한 폐순환의 감소가 포함된다. 이 임상화보에서는 편측흉부의 음영감소와 관련된 여러 가지 원인과 정확한 판독을 위한 체계적 접근방법에 대한 기술과 예들을 보여주고자 한다.

This study was carried out to investigate anti-inflammatory effects of collected mushroom in Korea. Anti- inflammatory effects analysis was followed by MTT test and nitric oxide inhibition activity. Thirty mushrooms were screened and twelve mushrooms were selected about MTT assay and three mushrooms were good at nitric oxide inhibition test. In our result, three mushrooms: Amanita virgineoides, Tylopilus neofelleus, Armillaria tabescens were good resource for anti-inflammatory effects and to be followed more research about relat.

This study reorganized the characteristics of the training and participation activities of Poomsae athletes in the elderly, and used an open questionnaire method to find out the answer to whether it is possible to construct a special performance factor unique to the elderly in this regard. Inductive analysis was performed. The results were obtained by reorganizing the psychological competency into four subcategories, such as motivation, goal consciousness, mental power, and crisis management, and the subcategory's physical functional competencies into four subcategories such as game comprehension ability, skill level, physical strength, and skill use. It is important to recognize that strengthening physical strength with an emphasis on maintaining flexibility and maintaining a sense of balance with daily life are very important factors when adjusting the performance of the elderly Poomsae athletes with the goal of training and participation in competitions.
