        자색 찰성 겉보리 신품종 ‘보안찰’

        ‘보안찰’은 답리작 적응성이 높은 조숙 내한 내도복 유색 찰성 겉보리로 육성된 품종으로 파성은 Ⅲ이며, 이삭의 밀도는 밀수형으로 까락 긴 장망형이다. 출수기와 성숙기는 각각 2일 빠른 조숙종이다. 흰가루병과 보리호위축병은 서둔찰보리와 비슷하였다. 내한성과 내도복성은 서둔찰보리보다 다소 강하였다. 간장(79 cm)은 작고, 수장은 서둔찰보리보다 약간 작다. m2당 수수는 854개로 서둔찰보리보다 많고, 1수립수는 43개로 적다. 천립중은 서둔찰보리보다 작은 중소립종이며, 1ℓ중은 다소 가벼웠다. 단백질 함량, β-glucan 함량과 정맥률은 비슷하였고, 입백도는 낮았다. 취반특성 중 흡수율과 퍼짐성은 비슷하였고, 안토시아닌 함량은 181.1 ㎍/g으로 높았다. 수량은 전작에서 2.96 MT/ha, 답리작에서 3.91 MT/ha 있었다. ‘Boanchal’, a new covered waxy barley cultivar derived from crossing the ‘Suwon232’ and ‘Masangwamaeg’ with earlymaturing and colored waxy endosperm cultivars, respectively was developed at the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA in 2009. ‘Boanchal’ is characterized as the growth habit of Ⅲ, green leaf, medium spike and long rough awns. The heading date was April 24 in upland and April 17 in paddy field which was 2 and 1 day, respectively earlier than check cultivar, ‘Seodunchal’.The culm length of ‘Boanchal’ was 79 cm, which was 11 cm shorter than that of check cultivar. It showed spike length of 3.5 cm, 854 spikes per m2, 43 grains per spike, and 28.0 g of 1,000-grain weight. Comparing to check cultivar, ‘Boanchal’showedstronger winter hardiness, but a similar resistance to barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV). It had purple grain and showed higher expansion rate than that of check cultivar, ‘Seodunchal’. Average yield of ‘Boanchal’ in the regional adaptation yield trial (RYT) was 2.96 MT/ha in upland and 3.91 MT/ha in paddy field. ‘Boanchal’ would be suitable for the area above -8℃ of daily minimum temperature in January in Korean peninsula.

        내도복 보리호위축병저항성 겉보리 ‘다혜’

        ‘다혜’는 답리작 적응 조숙 내재해 다수성 등을 목표로 조 숙 대립 특성을 지닌 ‘수원318호’를 모본으로, 보리호위축병 에 강한 ‘수원311호’를 부본으로 인공교배 육성 선발된 ‘익산 409호이다. 파성은 Ⅲ형이며, 이삭의 밀도가 조밀한 편이며 까락이 길지만 탈망성이 좋다. 출수기와 성숙기는 각각 4일 빠른 조숙종이다. 흰가루병은 ‘올보리’와 비슷하며, 보리호위 축병에 대한 저항성을 나타냈다. 내한성과 내도복성은 ‘올보 리’보다 다소 강하였다. 간장(88 cm)과 수장은 ‘올보리’와 비 슷하였으며, m 2당 수수는 666개로 ‘올보리’보다 7개 적고, 1 수립수는 52개로 2개 많으나 통계적인 차이는 없었다. 천립 중은 ‘올보리’와 비슷한 대립종이며, 1 L중은 다소 가벼웠다. 단백질 함량, β-glucan 함량과 정맥률은 비슷하였고, 입백도 는 약간 높았다. 엿기름의 효소력가는 ‘올보리’보다 25 DP 높았다. 수량은 전작에서 4.00 MT/ha, 답리작에서 4.11 MT/ha 이었다. ‘Dahye’, a new covered cultivar derived from the crosses between ‘Suwon318’ and‘Suwon311’ developed at the Honam Agricultural Research Institute (HARI), NICS, RDA in 2007. The initial crossing was made in 1996 and an elite line, ‘SB964008-B-B-B-92’ was selected from under yield trial test in 2004. It was designed as ‘Iksan409’ and showed a high yield and had good quality in the regional yield trials (RYT) from 2005 to 2007. It was released with the name of ‘Dahye’.‘Dahye’had a rate Ⅲ growth habit, green leaf and stem, compact spike and long rough awns. The heading date was April 29 in upland and April 20 in paddy field, which was 2 and 5 days earlier than that of check cultivar,‘Olbori’, respectively. It had 88 cm of culm length, 4.2 cm of spike length and 666 spikes per m2, 52 grains per spike, 35.6 g of 1,000-grain weight and 702 g of test weight. It showed stronger winter hardiness and higher resistance to barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV) than those of check cultivar. It had similar protein content with check cultivar and higher whiteness and diastatic power (DP) than those of Olbori. The average yield of the pearled grain in the regional yield trial (RYT) was 4.00 ton ha-1 in upland and 4.11 ton ha-1 in paddy field. This cultivar would be suitable for the area that the daily minimum mean temperature is above -8℃ in January in Korean peninsula.

        보리호위축병(BaYMV) 이병에 따른 쌀보리 품종의 생육특성 및 품질

        The growth characteristics and damage of naked barley infected with barley yellow mosaic virus (BaYMV) were investigated between resistant and susceptible varieties in habitual field plot of BaYMV BaYMV of the barley plants with typical disease symptom were identified by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test. The visual degree (0-9) based on disease symptoms of BaYMV was different as 9 and 1 between susceptible variety Baegdong and resistant variety Naehanssalbori, respectively. Susceptible variety, Baegdong showed significant damage in culm length, number of kernel per spike and tiller per square meter but not in 1,000 kernel weight, so these results caused yield reduction to only 80% comparing to the control. Seed germination did not affected by BaYMV infection both in susceptible and resistant variety. In grain quality test, abortive grain yale and crude protein content were significantly increased compared to the control. The relationships between BaYMV infection and growth characteristics showed the negative correlations in culm length, number of tiller, 1000 kernel weight and yield, but it showed the positive correlation in crude protein contents. These results implied that BaYMV can affect not only barley growth and yield but grain quality. 보리호위축병 피해지역에 대한 수량감소의 예측을 위하여, 보리호위축병(BaYMV)에 대한 저항성 품종과 이병성 품종간 수량구성요소, 수량 및 증질 변이를 건전구와 이병구에서 비교 조사하였다. 1. 보리호위축병의 이병주는 BaYMV에 감염된 것으로 나타났으며, 이병정도는 감수성 품종인 백동에서 9, 저항성 품종인 내한쌀보리에서 1정도 발병하였다. 2. 감수성 품종인 백동은 천립중을 제외한 간장, 수당립수, ㎡당 수수 등의 수량구성요소가 유의하게 감소하였으며, 수량은 대조구의 20%수준으로 현저히 감소하였다. 3. 보리호위축병 감염구에서 종자의 발아율은 감수성 품종과 저항성 품종간에 차이가 없었으나, 정립률은 감수성 품종인 백동에서 설립중이 유의하게 증가하였으며, 대조구에 비하여 정립률과 조단백질 함량 모두 유의한 차이를 보였다. 4. 보리호위축병은 간장, 수량, 정립률, 수수, 천립중, 1수립수 등의 피해와 부의 상관을, 조단백질 함량과는 정의 상관을 보여 보리호위축병에 이병이 되면 수량 및 품질에 크게 피해를 주는 것으로 나타났다.

        BIM 기반 비정형 건축물 패널화 모델 생성 방법에 관한 연구

        With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.

        보리호위축병 저항성 내도복 다수성 쌀보리 ‘호강’

        As a result of the efforts to breed a high yield naked barley cultivar with disease and stress tolerance in response to climate change and proper double cropping of barley and rice in a paddy field. A new naked barley cultivar named ‘Hogang’ was developed from the cross between ‘Suyoung’ and ‘Geukjosuk 55’ at the National Institute of Crop Science, RDA, Korea, in 2016. ‘Hogang’ is a naked barley cultivar used for powdering and mixing with rice. It has good cooking quality, high whiteness, water absorption rate, and expansion rate. Among other quality characteristics, β-glucan content (5.5%) was higher than that of ‘Saessalbori’ cultivar, while the amylose content (21.7%) was lower than that of ‘Saessalbori’. ‘Hogang’ has a short culm length of 69 cm and it is resistant to BaYMV as well as lodging-resistant. As in ‘Saessalbori’, the maturity date of ‘Hogang’ is May 26th. It has large seed size and grain weight of 34.6 g per 1,000 grains. The yield potential of ‘Hogang’ was 4.56 MT/ha, which was 7% higher than that of ‘Saessalbori’. ‘Hogang’ is expected to spread in BaYMV-prone areas since it is a stable and resistant cultivar.         유동세포계수법을 이용한 물오리나무와 수우물오리의 염색체 배수성 연구

        Alnus incana subsp. hirsuta(Spach) A. Löve & D. Löve and Alnus incana subsp. tchangbokiiChin S. Chang & H. Kim are indigenous tree species in Korea. They are distinguished bymorphological characters, but their genetical differences have not been founded yet. However,based on flavonoid chemistry and DNA data, the hypothesis that A. incana subsp. tchangbokii isa tetraploid of A. incana subsp. hirsuta has been proposed. To test the hypothesis, we collectedleaf samples from 21 individuals of A. incana subsp. hirsuta and from 24 individuals of A. incana subsp. tchangbokii in Kwanak Mountain near by the Seoul National University. As aresult, A. incana subsp. hirsuta showed both diploid and tetraploid, but A. incana subsp. tchangbokii has only diploid. It means the differences between two spices are not caused bypolyploid, and it is not possible to distinguish them cytogenetically in this study. The studyabout polyploid of A. incana subsp. hirsuta is additionally needed. 국내 자생종인 물오리나무(Alnus incana subsp. hirsuta(Spach) A. Lö ve & D. Lö ve)와 수우물오리(Alnus incana subsp. tchangbokii Chin S. Chang & H. Kim)는 형태학적인 차이로 식별 가능하지만, 유전학적인 차이는 아직 밝혀지지 않았다. 다만 플라보노이드 분석 자료와 DNA자료에 근거하여 수우물오리가 물오리나무의 배수체라는 가설이 제기된 바 있다. 이를 검증하기 위해 서울대학교 인근 관악산에서 물오리나무 21점, 수우물오리 24점의 잎을 채집하여 유동세포계수법(flow cytometry)을 통해배수성을 측정하였다. 그 결과 물오리나무는 2배체와 4배체가 나타난 반면, 수우물오리는 2배체만 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 가설과 달리 수우물오리의 형태학적 특성은 배수성에서 기인하는 것이아니며, 배수성을 통해 수우물오리와 물오리나무를 동정할 수는 없다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 물오리나무의배수성에 대해서는 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.
