Jn this paper, under the title of "Cutback management and budgeting in korea" the writer attempts to analyze the nature of cutback management and also attempts to propose strategies of budgeting cutback management in order to solve the budgeting problems in Korea. In the first chapter the writer examines about what requires the austerity ethic to cope with the aggravating scarcify of resources. The second chapter analyzes the nature of cutback management, emphasing the cutback managenent is new austerity ethic. The third chapter gives some descriptions and comments on the basic directions and the budgeting for the cutback management. The fourth chapter descriptives of the budgeting adminstration in Korea: summarize the budgeting process, and analyzes the problms against the traditional budgeting. The fifth chapter proposes the efficient direction of the budgeting: point out a desirable view of decision-making, and proposes some of the practical strategies for ensuring successful cutback management in the Korean budgeting. The last chapter proposes the direction for the future studies.

Many anomalies are known. These include over reaction phenomena, firm size effect, calendar effect and so on. In Korea Stock market negative profit firms earned abnormally higher returns than positive profit ones. It can be called negative profit firm phenomenon. It can not be explained by over reaction or firm size effect.
Cyclone 內의 排氣內筒管의 變化에 따른 壓力分布에 關한 硏究

For the tangential inlet type cyclone, many scholars have examined the cyclone efficiency with relation to the length and diameter of exhaust inner duct. But it has rarely been studied on the cyclone efficiency with respect to pressure distribution in the cyclone. Therefore in the report, pressure distribution with respect to the cyclone efficiency was examined. Then, pressure change was made by the length and the diameter of exhaust inner duct. In the result, the best cyclone efficiency was shown when pressure distribution was nearly same in the axis direction, when the suitable pressure difference was in the radius direction. At this time, the ratio of exhaust inner duct diameter(d) and cylinder diameter(D) was from 0.35 to 0.45, the ratio of exhaust inner duct length(ℓ) and cylinderical part length(L) was from 0.8 to 1.0.

In order to investigate the behaviour of impurities in tin smelting, distribution coefficient of impurities (As, Bi, Cu, Pb, Sb) was measrued at 1523˚K and activity coefficient of impurities was evaluated by using the distribution coefficients. The results this experiment are as follows; 1. The distribution coefficient of impurities between metal and slag decreased with increasing FeO content in slag (xFeO-yCaO-zSiO_2), whereas that of impurities showed nearly constant above 30% FeO. In tin smelting, thereore, CaO-rich slag was effective for the removal of impurities. 2. The activity coefficient of impurities which is derived from this experimental results was as follows; r˚_AB=0.006~0.056, r˚_Bi=0.010~0.045, r˚_Cu=1.98~5.62, r˚_pb=0.37~1.62, r˚_Sb=0.08~0.82. 3. The distribution coefficient of impurities linearly decreased with increasing temperature.
