        This study was designed to exam the aged's needs for spiritual nursing care. The purpose was to serve as a basis for the development of spiritual nursing practice. The major findings are as follows : 1. The degree of needs for spiritual nursing care as area was that needs of love and relationship mean 22.0, needs of meaning and object mean 28.2, needs of forgiving mean 13.5. Total needs for spiritual nursing care mean 63.7, which was on the upper middle level. The needs of meaning and object was rated highest. 2. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, needs of love and relatiohship wasn't significanlty different. 3. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, needs of meaning and object was significantly different according to two factors : age(F=7.260, p=0.001), religion(F=5.275, p=0.001). Higher needs of meaning and object was possessed by the older than the younger, by the one who have religion than the other. 4. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, four factors made a significantly difference to needs of forgiving : sex(t=-2.851, p=0.006), age(F=8.201, p=0.001), religion(F=6.928, p=0.000), disease(t=2.327, p=0.024). Higher needs of forgiving was possessed by man than woman, by the older than the younger, by the one who have religion than the other, by the one who have disease than the other.

        고등학교 가정계 학생들의 진로 선택에 관한 의식 조사

        This study aims at seeking the effective career guidance and operational plan. We collected data from questionaries to 305 students of vocational school, and 135 students on vocational course for the recgnition of and request for vocational home economics curriculum. Colleted data were analysed by freqency, perentage, and X², and SPSS/PC+ program are used for the statistical analysis. 1. The main considerations of students in their decision of course were the accessibility of getting a job, or a higher education aptitude, interest, and so on. They made their own decision in choosing their course, relatively were satisfied with their choices. As for the course after graduation, they hoped to come by a job related to their major in order to have an opportunity for further education, and teachers stood up for the large extent to which their students are satisfied with vocational training by answering that there would be higher possibility of using their major. 2. The results of the investigation into the desirable home economics vocational training in furture showed that students of vocational schools desired for the scientific teaching and learning method. Students on vocational course requested that the educational system should be supported. And new curricula were those for gerontology, interior design, and cookery and bakery.

        역사교육에서 '가학기술사' 교육의 의의와 교재 개발의 방향

        본 연구에서는 과학기술사 교육을 역사교육에서 접근한다면 다음과 같은 의의가 있음을 고찰하였다. 첫째, 역사적 방법의 특성을 살려 종합적으로 접근함으로써 과학기술사의 내용과 발달과정 및 그 배경과 영향을 종합적으로 파악할 수 있다. 둘째, 근거에 입각하여 사실을 주장하고 판단하는 역사적 방법과 과학의 본질인 합리성을 통해 시민적 자질의 기초를 육성할 수 있다. 셋째, 과학기술을 삶과 분리된 현상으로서가 아니라 인간생활의 한 양식인 문화로 인식하는 데 유용하다. 넷째, 역사교육의 내용이 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화의 측면에서 선정되고 구성되는 종래의 틀에서 벗어나 과학기술의 내용과 발전 과정을 중요한 내용으로 다룸으로서 역사교육의 내용과 소재를 풍부하게 할 수 있다. 다섯째, 과학적 문제의 해결과정과 사고의 발전과정을 추체험적으로 이해함으로써 역사적 사고력을 효과적으로 육성할 수 있다. 그리고 역사교육에서 과학기술사 교재 개발은 다음과 같은 방향에서 이루어지는 것이 바람직함을 고찰하였다. 첫째, 과학기술의 내용과 발전 과정 및 그 영향을 당시의 역사적 배경과 더불어 종합적으로 접근한다. 둘째, 과학의 합리주의적 정신이 과학기술사를 통해 어떻게 실현되며 또 그것이 당시의 사회생활에 어떠한 변화를 초래하였는지를 역사적 사례를 근거로 활용하여 실감할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째, 역사적 상황과 현실 속에서 새로운 과학기술의 발명과 문제해결이 구체적으로 어떻게 진행되는지 그 사고의 과정을 추체험할 수 있도록 새로운 과학기술의 내용뿐만 아니라 이를 발명하고 이끌어간 사람들의 삶과 경험 등을 소재로 교재를 개발한다. 넷째, 과학기술사를 통해 역사의 핵심 개념인 '변화와 계속성', '원인과 결과'를 학습하여 궁극적으로 역사이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있도록 교재를 개발한다. 다섯째, 과학기술을 잘못 사용하여 생긴 인류의 위기를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 인간·자연·과학기술이 공존하는 '생태학적 문화관'에 입각한 교재를 개발한다. This survey is to look over The Educational Meaning of Science- Technology History in History Education and The Guideline of Textbook Development, as a process of a textbook research in history education to teach 'Science-Technology History' effectively. Nowadays, Science-Technology History in Secondary class is to list only the events of Science-Technology, so it is difficult to comprehend the overall development of Science-Technology. There was no complete textbook and learning model used in the history class concerning the developmental stages, the contents of change, and the social influences of Science-Technology. In this respect, this survey is focused on the whole comprehension of Science-Technology, by enriching the contents as culture, by reflecting the historical and social changes, and by combining mult7i-discipline. The Education of Science-Technology History can be expected to be most effective in history class than any other class due to its overall comprehension, and can be helpful for growing up the scientific rationality, one of the democratic Qualities. In addition, teaching materials are enriched by adding Science- Technology to culture. The Guideline of Textbook Development is as follows; to comprehend the whole social phenomena related with Science-Technology; to get the experience shared in the past by re-enactment; to comprehend the main concept of history such as 'change and continuity' and 'cause and effect'; and finally to develop the textbook in terms of 'Physiological Culture' to coexist with Science-Technology.

        인간 면역부전 바이러스(HIV) 감염자 사이에서의 1기 및 2기 매독의 유행

        목적 : 국내 HIV 감염자 사이에서 발생한 매독의 유행을 보고하고, 그 역학적 특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 1999년 7월부터 2003년 9월까지 서울대학교 병원에서 추적 관찰을 받아온 HIV 감염자를 대상으로 하여 1기 및 2기 매독의 발생을 조사하였다. 발생률을 정확히 구하기 위해 추적 관찰을 받은 모든 HIV 감염자의 인년을 6개월 간격으로 구하였다. 결과 : 51개월 동안, 465명의 HIV 감염자가 서울대학교 병원에서 추적 관찰을 받았다. 이중 38명이 1기 및 2기 매독으로 진단되었다. 1기 및 2기 매독의 발생률은 이기간 동안 100인년 당 4.1명이었다. 1999년 7월부터 2001년 12월 사이에는 발생자가 없었으나, 이후 발생률은 꾸준히 증가하여 2003년 9월에는 100인년 당 18.8명이 되었다. 1기 및 2기 매독의 발생률은 동성애자 및 양성애자에서 이성애자에서보다 4.3배 높았고, HAART로 치료를 받지 않은 환자에서 HAART로 치료를 받고 있던 환자에서 보다 10.9배 높았다. 결론 : 2002년부터 국내 HIV 감염자 사이에서 1기 및 2기 매독이 유행하기 시작하였고, 이러한 유행은 동성애자와 양성애자 및 HAART로 치료를 받고 있지 않던 사람 사이에서 발생하였다. Background : This study was performed to characterize the epidemiologic and clinical features of outbreak of syphilis among HIV sero-positive patients in Korea. Materials and Methods : A retrospective case review of patients diagnosed with primary and secondary syphilis from July 1999 to September 2003 was carried out at Seoul National University Hospital in Korea. To estimate the incidence, person-years (PYs) of all HIV sero-positive patients, who visited the hospital in the same period, were calculated every 6 months. Results : In a 51 month period, 465 HIV-positive patients were followed up at Seoul National University Hospital. 38 cases of primary and secondary syphilis were diagnosed. The incidence of primary and secondary syphilis was 4.1 per 100 PYs during the study period. There was no case from July 1999 to December 2001, and then the incidence rose until September 2003 from 5.5 per 100 PYs in 1999 to 18.8 per 100 PYs in 2003. The rate of primary and secondary syphilis was 4.3 times higher among homosexual and bisexual men than heterosexual men (95% CI 1.87 to 11.17), and 10.9 times higher among patients who did not receive HAART than patients who were receiving HAART (95% CI 5.47 to 21.79). Conclusion : The outbreak of primary and secondary syphilis among HIV-positive patients started in 2002 and has been escalating, especially among homosexual/bisexual men and in patients who did not receive HAART.

        고등학교 가정계 직업 교육 프로그램 운영에 관한 연구

        This study aims at seeking how to activate and operate vocational home economics curriculum efficiently. We collected data from school district offices in the nation and questionaries to 37 high school teachers in charge of vocational home ceonomics. 30 teachers in charge of vocational course. 305 students of vocational school, and 135 students on vocational course for the recognition of and request for vocational home economics curriculum. Collected data were analysed by freqency, percentage, and X²,and SPSS/PC?? program are used for the statistical analysis. Followings are the outcomes of this study. 1. The number of classes in which vocational home economics is operated has been on the rise since 1986. As for curriculum of vocational high school, 79 classes for clothing, tourism, and childhood education are being operated in 8 schools. 2. Teachers acknowledge vocational training should keep complete and sustaining education and that it should aim at conduction education which enables students to acquire technical knowledge and to seek a job. Both teachers and students admit vocational home economics should be carried out so that vocational training can be combined with general education. 3. Teachers put more emphasis on its major field than that general field. As for laboratory classes, teachers complained about the financial lack, while students need for field practice for the purpose of opening the way for combing theory with practice and proposing for scientific study of industrial sites. As for the contents, students considered the technical course size appropriate and they thought it is desirable that the ratio of practical class should be increased by more than 60% of that of the current class ratio.

      • 폴리머 콘크리트를 이용한 환경친화형 호안블럭 개발

        폴리머 콘크리트를 이용하여 호안블럭을 디자인하고 제작하였다. 제품의 표준화를 위하여 '폴리머 복합체를 이용한 호안블럭 제조용 시방서'를 작성하였다. 폴리머 콘크리트의 우수한 물리적 성질을 이용하고 환경 친화적인 호안블럭을 제작하기 위하여 중앙에 원형 홀이 있는 I형, 원형, 반원형 호안블럭을 디자인하였다. 중앙의 홀은 바닥재로 채워질 수 있도록 했으며 인공적인 색상보다는 주위의 환경과 어울리도록 식물을 조경할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 시판중인 호안블럭과 호환이 되도록 크기를 결정하였으며 자외선 흡수제를 첨가하여 제작하였다. 시방서에서 제시하는 방법으로 휨강도 및 흡수율을 측정하였다. Polymer concrete was used to produce the stone block. In order to make the blocks standardize, 'Specifications for Producing Stone Block using Polymer Concrete' was suggested I-type, circular type and semi-circular type of stone blocks were designed and produced, in which a circular hole was made to utilize the excellent physical properties of the polymer concrete and to produce the eco-friendly stone block. Instead of using artificial color, the hole was designed to be filled with the ground soil and then grass can be planted to make the blocks harmonize with surroundings. The dimensions of blocks were determined to fit the cement concrete block on the market and the ultra violet absorber was added in producing the blocks. Flexural strengths and absorption of the polymer concrete blocks were measured by the method regulated in the specification.

      • 정서유발단어에 대한 주의이동시 뇌신경망의 활성 양상

        본 연구는 fMRI를 사용하여 정서유발단어에 의한 주의이동과 관련한 뇌신경망을 규명하기 위하여 12명의 오른손잡이 여대생을 대상으로 수행하였다. fMRI 실험을 위한 뇌활성화 과제는 예비실험을 통하여 선정된 행복, 슬픔, 위협에 해당하는 각각 36개씩의 단어와 각 단어의 짝을 이루기 위한 중성단어를 이용하여 변형된 Posner 패러다임을 블록디자인으로 고안하였다. fMRI 영상은 1.5T Simens Vision scanner를 사용하여 실시하였으며, single-shot EPI 기법으로(TR/TE:3840/40ms, flip angle: 90, FOV: 220, 64x64 matrix, Slice thickness: 6mm) 이미지를 얻었고 피험자의 반응시간을 기록하였다. 자료분석은 SPM-99 소프트웨어를 사용하였다. 정서유발단어는 중성단어에 비하여 반응시간이 의미있게 빨라 효과적인 주의이동이 일어났음을 알 수 있었다. 정서유발단어와 중성단어에 의한 뇌활성화 상태를 감산분석한 결과, 좌측 상두정엽, 양측 후두엽 및 소뇌에서 뇌활성화를 보였고, 이들 영역은 정서유발단어에 의한 주의이동시 특징적으로 활성이 일어나는 뇌영역임을 보여주었다. 또한 여러 가지 정서가를 가진 단어에 의해 유발되는 주의의 정도가 특징적인 신경망의 활성과 관련되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to delineate the neural network related to the shift of attention and its modulation by emotion-provoking words using functional MRI (fMRI). Twelve right-handed normal female volunteers participated in fMRI study. Their mean age was 24 years and the mean modified Edinburgh score was +90. Emotion-provoking words representing happy, sad, threatened, and neutral emotional valences respectively were chosen by the assessment of 60 normal volunteers using semantic differentiation and Mannequin scales. The activation tasks were designed using modified Posner's paradigm to have 4 blocks of each emotional and control periods, Imaging was conducted on a 1.5T Siemens Vision scanner. Single-shot echoplanar images (TR/TE = 3840/40 ms, flip angle = 90, FOV = 220, matrix = 62 ? 64, slice thickness = 6㎜) were acquired in 20 contiguous slices parallel to the AC_PC line as well as conventional T1-weighted images. Response times were obtained during the scanning, Imaging data were realigned, coregistered, normalized, smoothed, and statistically analyzed in group using SPM-99 software. The results showed that emotional valence of word stimuli produced the effect of attentional engagement. The left superior parietal, inferior frontal, bilateral occipital lobes and cerebellum were main area of modulation of attentional network by emotional words stimuli. The different extent of brain activation induced by different emotion-provoking words were determined.

        성인 남자의 의복 설계를 위한 신체계측 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analysis men's mesurement and index to provide the fundamental information for clothing design which can reflect the characteristic of their bodies. The items of study were composed 34 items in mesurement and 31 items in index. An anthropometric database used for this study was the 1992 national anthropometric survcy of Koreans. The results obtained are as follows. 1) Men showed statue to waist height was 5 to 3, statue to trochanter height was 2 to 9 and waist height to torso was 5 to 2.1. 2) We have obtained 8 factors from the result of factor analysis in index. 3) As the result of cluster analysis about somatotype, men were typed two which were contrary to each other. And as the result of t-test between type 1 and type 2,upper body (factor 5), fat factors(factor 2, 6). and body propotion (factor 4) were intent to each other. Therefore type 1 was peculiar about the factors of 2, 5, 6, and type 2 was about factor
