For smart structure technologies, the interests in wireless sensor networks for structural health monitoring are growing. The wireless sensor networks reduce the installation of the wire embedded in the whole structure and save the costs. But the wireless sensor networks have lots of limits and there are lots of researches and developments of wireless sensor and the network for data process. Most of the researches of wireless sensor network is applying to the civil engineering structure and the researches for the highrise building are required. And strain-based SHM gives the local damage information of the structures which acceleration-based SHM can not. In this paper, concept of wireless sensor network for structural health monitoring of highrise building is suggested. And verifying the feasibility of the strain-based SHM a strain sensor board has developed and tested by experiments.

Novel influenza A (H1N1) virus is a common pathogen of febrile respiratory infection recently. Here, we report the case of a 63-year-old male patient who presented with 3 days` ongoing cough and fever. He was diagnosed with novel influenza A (H1N1) pneumonia by real-time reverse-transcriptase-polymerase-chain-reaction (rRT-PCR). During treatment for novel influenza A (H1N1), his symptoms and radiologic findings improved initially, but multiple lung nodules developed subsequently and found on chest x-ray (on the 5th hospital day). Mycobacterium abscessus was isolated repeatedly from sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of Mycobacterium abscessus lung disease in a patient with H1N1 influenza pneumonia.

본 연구에서는 확률적 LCC 및 확률적 성능평가를 고려한 설계 VA분석 방법을 제안하였으며, 신뢰성 해석의 개념을 도입하여 신뢰도를 확보한 의사결정을 지원하고자 하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다: 1) 기능정의가 완료된 이후 도출된 대안들의 대안평가시 신뢰성 있는 분석을 위하여 개선된 설계VA 절차 와 가치상태함수를 정식화하였으며, 가치평가절차에서의 일관성 및 효율성을 확보하기 위하여 평가지표방안을 제시하였다. 2) 교량의 LCC분석을 위한 DB를 수집 및 분석하였다. 자료의 수집범위는 기존에 수행된 교량의 LCC분석 연구 문헌을 기초로 하여 분석하였으며, 분석결과에 대한 신뢰도 확보 및 수집된 자료의 불확실성 처리를 위해 MCS 기법을 적용하였다. 3) 대안별 성능평가를 위한 가중치 및 평가등급과 LCC 분석을 위한 LCC 분석모델, 분석기간, 할인율, 사용자비용, 안전점검 및 안전진단비용에 대한 조건을 제시하였다. 끝으로, 사례대상인 "OO대교 및 연결도로 건설공사 실시설계" 프로젝트에 대한 VA수행 사례를 중심으로 타당성을 검토하고 결론을 도출하였다. In this study, a design value analysis technique that considered stochastic LCC and stochastic performance evaluation was proposed, and by introducing the concept of reliability analysis, a decision making that secured reliability was supported. The results of this study, which was carried out according to the above objectives and methods, are summarized as follows: 1) The design value analysis procedures and value state function, improved in order to carry out a reliable analysis when evaluating alternate proposals that were extracted after the function definition was complete, were formalized, and in order to secure consistency and efficiency for value evaluation procedures, an evaluation index scheme was proposed; 2) Database collection and analysis were done for a bridge's LCC analysis. As for the collection scope of data, literature of previous research done on a bridge's LCC analysis was used as the basis for analysis, and for securing reliability regarding analysis results and dealing with uncertainty of collected data, the MCS technique was applied; 3) Weights and evaluation ranks for performance evaluation of each of the alternate proposals, as well as LCC analysis model, analysis period, discount rate, user expense, safety inspection and safety diagnosis expense conditions for LCC analysis were proposed. Lastly, a feasibility study was done and conclusion was made about "OO grand bridge and connecting road construction work execution design" project centered on value analysis execution case.
Variable Coast를 이용하는 3.5 지구-달 위상전이궤적에서 SEM 각도에 따른 임무설계 및 해석

달 궤도선의 전반적인 특성을 해석하기 위해 일별 발사가 가능한 Variable Coast 방식을 3.5 위상전이궤적에 적용하였다. 발사장 및 발사체를 선정하여 발사에서부터 달 궤도 진입까지의 전 과정에 대한 임무 시나리오를 구성 및 해석을 수행하였다. 특히 지구-달 회전좌표계에서 정의한 SEM(Satellite-Earth-Moon) 각도는 3.5 위상전이궤적을 전반적으로 검토할 수 있는 중요한 구속조건이다. SEM 각도를 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과를 지구-달 전이궤적 및 달 궤도 진입에서의 발사 시각, 관성비행 기간, 근지점 고도 및 △V등 다양한 관점으로 분석하고 최적의 SEM 각도를 제안하였다. 이 결과는 향후 Fixed Coast 분석결과와 비교함으로써 발사체 선정에 따른 3.5 위상전이궤적의 특성을 평가하는데 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다. In order to analyze the overall characteristics of the lunar orbiter, the Variable Coast method, which can be launched everyday, is applied to the 3.5 phasing loop transfer trajectory. The mission scenario for the entire process from launching to entering the lunar orbit is set up and performed simulation by selecting the launch pad and launch vehicle. In particular, the SEM(Satellite-Earth-Moon) angle defined in Earth-Moon rotating frame is an important constraint to comprehensively evaluate the 3.5 phasing loop transfer trajectory. The simulation using SEM angle is analyzed from various viewpoints such as launch epoch, coast duration, perigee altitude and △V not only trans-lunar trajectory but lunar orbit insertions and the optimum SEM angle is suggested in this study. It is expected that this results will be helpful to evaluate the characteristics of the 3.5 phasing loop transfer trajectory according to the launch vehicle selection by comparison with Fixed Coast analysis results in the future.
