감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료효과에 관한 체계적 고찰

목적 : 감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료의 효과를 연구한 연구들의 체계적인 고찰을 통하여, 임상에서 치료계획 시 도움이 될 수 있는 정보를 제공하고, 앞으로 감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료의 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : MEDLINE/PubMed와 AOTAPress에서 제공되는 연구논문들 중에서 1993년부터 2011년까지 발표된 아동과 청소년을 대상으로 감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료 효과를 살펴 본 10개의 논문을 분석하였다. 결과 : 연구대상은 감각조절장애와 자폐스펙트럼의 진단군이었으며, 중재 효과를 증명하기 위 에 선택한 다른 중재유형은 여전히 과거의 체계적 고찰연구와 유사하였다. 중재기간은 대체 로 감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료중재를 10주 이상, 20회기 이상, 적어도 주당 2~3회 정 도 실시하였다. 감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료중재가 대체로 효과적인 편으로 특히 운동수 행영역과 행동개선 영역, 학습과 관련한 교육영역이 효과적인 것으로 나타났고, 최근에는 감각처리 영역이나 작업수행영역에 감각통합중재의 효과가 있음을 GAS를 사용하여 규명하 고자 하는 연구노력이 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 임상가들에게 감각통합에 기반을 둔 작업치료중재 효과를 증명할 수 있는 연구디자인의 최소 틀을 알고 연구계획을 실시할 수 있는 근거를 갖게 될 것이다. Objective : This study aimed to systematically reviewed to identify, evaluate, synthesize the research literature and suggested to the research direction on the effectiveness of occupational therapy using a sensory integration approach. Methods : We analyzed 10 studies that identified the effectiveness of occupational therapy using a sensory integration approach for children and adolescents offering in MEDLINE/PubMed and http://ajot.aotapress.net between 1993 and 2011. Results : The subjects were the sensory modulation disorder and autism spectrum . The different intervention strategies were similar to a previous studies. Intervention dosage was over 20 sessions, 2~3days per week more than 10weeks. Occupational therapy using a sensory integration approach may result in positive outcome in motor performance, behavioral outcomes, academic and psychoeducational outcomes and tried to currently identify the effect of intervention outcomes in sensory processing and occupational performance using the GAS. Conclusion : Clinicians have a minimal idea planing a research design and a evidence running a study.

교육내용의 상호주관적 구성

이 글은 현상학의 상호주관성 개념을 중심으로 교육과정 내용 구성의 철학적 기초를 탐구하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 교육내용의 구성은 고립된 개인적 행위에 의해서가 아니라 상호적인 인간관계를 통해 실현된다. 상호주관성이란 개별적 의식 또는 상이한 의식들간에 이루어지는 상호관계로 개인과 집단의 공통문화를 토대로 공통교육내용을 구성할 수 있게 한다. 공통교육내용을 구성하기 위해서는 각 집단의 가치, 생활형태, 경험 등과 같은 문화적 다양성을 대등하게 보는 상대주의적 태도가 요구된다. 어떤 시각을 가진 사람들이 교육 내용 구성과정에 참여하느냐에 따라 교육내용이 달라지므로 여러 사람과 집단의 다양한 시각이 제시될 때 객관적인 내용구성이 가능하게 될 것이다. 이 글은 교육내용 구성에 있어서 상호주관적 합의의 가능성을 권력개념과 포스트모더니즘에 기초하여 논의하고자 하였다. 교육은 대화적 관계의 형성과 발달에 초점을 둠으로써 상호주관적 의사소통을 용이하게 하여야 할 깃이다.

남자 고교생의 메르스 관련 건강행위에 대한 영향요인

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to survey male high school students on their MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome)-related knowledge, risk perception, and health behaviors and to identify the factors affecting health behaviors during the MERS outbreak in Korea. Methods: The subjects in this study were 144 students in a male high school. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires in July, 2015. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The proportion of correct answers to questions testing MERS-related knowledge was 71.6% among male high school students; their health behaviors were rated at 48.9%; and their risk perception rate was 1.8 out of 4. There was a positive correlation between knowledge, risk perception, and health behaviors. Knowledge and risk perception explained 15.1% of the variance in health behaviors. Conclusion: To improve students’ health behaviors, their risk perception and knowledge over MERS should be strengthened. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement efficient and feasible MERS education programs for high school students.

감염관리인력을 확대하는 의료법개정에 따른 감염관리간호사의 핵심역량 조사

2015년 메르스 유행 이후 2016년 새롭게 개정된 감염관리 관련 의료법은 감염관리간호사의 양적 증대를 가져왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 의료법 개정 후 감염관리간호사의 핵심역량, 직무스트레스와 감염관리 지식을 조사하고, 핵심역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 연구자의 편의에 2018년 감염관리 업무를 수행하고 있으며, 대한감염관리간호사회에서 개최한 하계 학술대회에 참석한 감염관리간호사 250명으로 의료법 개정으로 새롭게 감염관리간호사가 된 대상자들은 경력이 낮은 군이었다. 감염관리간호사의 핵심역량은 의료법이 개정되면서 새롭게 배치된 2년 미만 경력자가 가장 낮았다. 핵심역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감염관리 지식, 감염관리 경력과 감염관리간호사 인정 여부로 세 가지 요인에 의한 핵심역량의 설명력은 55.8%였다. 감염관리간호사의 핵심역량을 향상시키기 위하여 2016년 의료법 개정 이후 새롭게 배치된 인력을 주요 대상자로 인식하여야 한다. 또한 감염관리지식 증진과 감염관리 경력유지 및 감염관리간호사 인정을 확대하기 위한 노력이 필요하겠다.

프리셉터의 지도유형과 신규간호사의 성격특성에 따른 신규간호사의 간호업무수행과 조직사회화

Purpose: In this study, we examined the differences and relationship between teaching style of preceptors, and personality, nursing performance, and organizational socialization of new nurses. Methods: The participants were 118 new nurses. The data collected from March to May 2011 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Teaching style of preceptors was most frequently judgement-initiative, and personality of new nurses was most frequently extraversion. Nursing performance (3.05±.59) and organizational socialization (3.05±.59) of new nurses were at an average level. Nursing performance and organizational socialization of new nurses were not significantly different according to teaching style of preceptors. Significant correlations were found between personality and nursing performance, and between personality and organizational socialization. Conclusion: These findings indicate that changes in perceived teaching style of preceptors and personality of new nurses may be necessary to increase efficiency of preceptorship related to nursing performance and organizational socialization of new nurses. The above-mentioned results should be reflected in the development of effective preceptor training programs.

감각처리 영역이 부모의 양육 스트레스에 미치는 영향

Objective : To evaluate the sensory processing ability in relation to parenting stress and find the sensory modulation areas affecting the parenting stress in disabled children Methods : Parents of 124 children with disabilities between 3 to 7 years receiving occupational therapy in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do made out the questionnaire and in items of questionnaire, Short Sensory Profile and Parenting Stress Index of short form was included. Results : Among general information, parenting stress of parents had significant correlation with the degree of disability and correlation with the lower level 2 of Parenting Stress Index. The more sensory processing disability was increased, the more parenting stress was increased. Parenting stress showed the significant correlation with movement sensitivity area and under-responsiveness/behaivor area seeking specific stimulation among sensory processing areas and had significant correlation with tactile sensitivity and auditory filtering. Sensory processing areas which affect the most the Parenting Stress were movement sensitivity and under-responsiveness/behaivor area seeking the specific behavior among sensory control disabilities. Conclusion : The parenting stress of parents with the disabled children had the correlation with sensory processing ability. The difficulty of sensory processing increased the parenting stress. Hence, in order to improve children's sensory processing ability, the appropriately coping program should be developed and the appropriate intervention for improvement of sensory processing ability of children will be necessary.
