        대리석양 피부 감압병은 경증 감압병인가, 중증 감압병인가?

        Objective: The cutaneous manifestation of decompression sickness (DCS) known as cutis marmorata (CM) is generally mild, but it is often accompanied by severe DCS or may be a prognostic sign. We aimed to analyze the clinical course of patients with CM to improve our understanding of CM. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2020, a retrospective cohort single-center study was conducted on patients with acute DCS who underwent emergency recompression therapy. We analyzed their data and the clinical outcomes after recompression therapy. In addition, we reviewed relevant literature. Results: A total of 341 people were enrolled during the study period. Of them 94 (27.6%) patients presented with CM and the symptoms appeared at an average of about 60.5 minutes after surfacing. Among the CM patients, 76.6% had accompanying DCS type II, and in 23.4%, had accompanying DCS type I (P=0.011). With single recompression therapy, 88.3% of patients with CM immediately recovered. Among these 95.4% of patients with DCS type I and 86.1% with DCS type II recovered immediately. However, there were no statistical differences in the immediate treatment outcomes according to the delay time from the onset of symptoms to recompression therapy, accompanying symptomatic DCS classification, and recompression modalities. Ultimately, all the patients recovered from CM. Conclusion: CM by itself can be considered a mild DCS in terms of treatment progress, but prompt treatment is required to prevent complications. In addition, greater focus is needed on other accompanying DCS symptoms in patients with CM, and the treatment method should be determined accordingly.

        초・중・고 학교 소비자교육 내용체계안 개발 및 활용 방안 연구

        This study aims to prepare a content framework to implement consumer education in elementary, middle and high school education in response to the policy demands of revitalization and systematization of school consumer education. To this end, first, we examined changes in the consumption environment and education environment related to school consumer education, and analyzed the current state of consumer education in Korea focusing on the cross-curricular learning themes of the curriculum. Additionally, we examined research trends related to the content framework of school consumer education, and derived implications for preparing the content framework for school consumer education. Afterwards, we conducted Delphi surveys twice with 20 experts, and analyzed results focusing on content validity ratio and degree of agreement. Based on the results of the Delphi survey, the goals and content framework of school consumer education were derived. The overall goal of consumer education was prepared so that the identity of consumer education could be revealed while meeting the goals of school education. The content framework for school consumer education was drawn into four major areas with connectivity and hierarchy and it was as follows: ‘Ⅰ. Changes in Market Environment and Consumption Culture’, ‘Ⅱ. Rational Purchasing Decision Making and Financial Management’, ‘Ⅲ. Types and Solutions of Consumer Problems’, ‘IV. Consumer 초ㆍ중ㆍ고 학교 소비자교육 내용체계안 개발 및 활용 방안 연구 103 Rights and Consumer Citizenship’. Finally, we implemented plan of the school consumer education content framework in five aspects: ⑴ subject education, ⑵ creative experience activities and cross-curricular learning, ⑶ free-semester program (free school year program) and career education, ⑷ extracurricular consumer education program, and ⑸ consumer competency measurement tool development. 본 연구의 목적은 학교 소비자교육의 활성화 및 체계화라는 정책적 요구에 부응하여 초·중·고 학교 교육에서 소비자교육을 실시하기 위한 내용체계안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 학교 소비자교 육과 관련된 소비 환경 및 교육 환경의 변화를 살펴보고, 우리나라 소비자교육의 현황을 교육과정의 범교과 학습 주제를 중심으로 분석하였다. 또한 학교 소비자교육 내용체계 관련 연구 동향을 검토하 여, 학교 소비자교육의 내용체계안 마련을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. 이후 전문가 20명을 대상으로 두 차례에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하고 내용타당도와 합의도를 중심으로 결과 분석을 진행하였다. 델 파이 조사 결과를 바탕으로 학교 소비자교육의 목표와 내용체계안을 도출하였다. 학교교육 목표에 부 합하면서도 소비자교육의 정체성이 드러날 수 있도록 소비자교육의 전체 목표를 마련하였으며, 이러 한 전체 목표를 달성하기 위해 통합성과 계열성을 고려하여 학교급별 목표를 구체화하였다. 학교 소비 자교육의 내용체계안은 연계성과 위계성을 염두에 두면서 4개의 대영역으로 도출하였으며, ‘Ⅰ. 시장 환경의 변화와 소비문화’, ‘Ⅱ. 합리적 구매의사결정과 재무 관리’, ‘Ⅲ. 소비자 문제의 유형과 해결’, ‘Ⅳ. 소비자 권리와 소비자시민성’으로 구성하였다. 마지막으로, 교과 교육, 창의적 체험활동 및 범교과 학 습, 자유학기제(자유학년제) 및 진로 교육, 학교 외 소비자교육 프로그램, 소비자역량 측정 도구 개발 이라는 다섯 가지 측면에서 학교 소비자교육 내용체계안의 활용 방안을 제안하였다.

        고등학생의 환경관심과 주관적 규범이 친환경 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 친환경 제품·서비스에 대한 태도의 매개효과 분석

        The purpose of this study is to observe the influence of high school students’ environmental concerns and subjective norms on the attitude toward eco-friendly products and services and the purchase intentions of eco-friendly products. Also by examining the variable relations, the study scopes out the effectiveness of attitude toward eco-friendly products and services. For the analysis, high school students in Korea were gathered from online and correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny mediation analysis were conducted among a total of 418 surveys. The main findings are as follows: First, environmental concerns and subjective norms were proven to be essential factors that have influence on the high school students’ attitude toward eco-friendly products and services. Second, environmental concerns and subjective norms were proven to be essential factors that have influence on high school students’ purchase intentions of eco-friendly products. Third, partial mediating effect of attitude toward eco-friendly products and services were verified in the relationship among environmental concerns, subjective norms and purchase intentions of eco-friendly products. 본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 환경관심(자기중심적 환경관심, 생태중심적 환경관심)과 환경에 대한 주관적 규범이 친환경 제품·서비스에 대한 태도와 친환경 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향력과 요인들 간의 관련성을 살펴봄으로써, 지속가능한 소비생활을 위한 관련 정보를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 고등학교 1∼3학년 418명을 최종 분석에 활용하였으며, 기술통계, 중다회귀분석, Baron과 Kenny (1986)의 회귀분석을 통한 매개효과 분석법과, Sobel(1982) 방정식을 사용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경관심(자기중심적 환경관심, 생태중심적 환경관심)과 환경에 대한 주관적 규범은 친환경 제품·서비스에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경관심(자기중심적 환경관심, 생태중심적 환경관심)과 환경에 대한 주관적 규범은 친환경 제품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 환경관심(자기중심적 환경관심, 생태중심적 환경관심), 환경에 대한 주관적 규범 그리고 친환경 제품 구매의도와의 관계에서 친환경 제품·서비스에 대한 태도의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉, 환경관심과 주관적 규범은 매개변인인 친환경 제품·서비스에 대한 태도를 통하여 친환경 제품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        Clinical Implications and Risk Factors of Acute Pancreatitis after Cardiac Valve Surgery

        Purpose: Acute pancreatitis is one of the potentially lethal complications that occurs after cardiac surgery. We tried to identify risk factors for and the prognosis of acute pancreatitis after cardiac valve surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed a database of consecutive patients who underwent cardiac valve surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass between January 2005 and April 2010 at our institution. Patients were classified as having acute pancreatitis based on serum lipase concentration and clinical symptoms (lipase ≥180 U/L or ≥60 U/L with relevant symptoms). Results: Of the 986 patients who underwent cardiac valve surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, 58 (5.9%) patients developed post-operative pancreatitis. Post-operative hospital stay was significantly longer (29.7±45.6 days vs. 12.4±10.7 days, p=0.005) and in-hospital mortality rate was higher (15.5% vs. 2.0%, p<0.001) in patients with post-operative pancreatitis than those without. Hypertension, chronic kidney disease, and peri-operative use of norepinephrine were identified as independent risk factors for developing pancreatitis after cardiac valve surgery. Conclusion: We found that acute pancreatitis after cardiac valve surgery requires longer hospitalization and increases the in-hospital mortality rate. Clinicians should be aware that patients could develop pancreatitis after cardiac valve surgery, especially in patients with hypertension and chronic kidney disease treated with norepinephrine.

      • 효율적인 파이로 충격 모사를 위한 고유주파수 가변형 보의 Knee Frequency 예측 모델 개발

        인공위성이나 발사체에서 발생하는 파이로 충격은 탑재 전자 장비에 치명적이며, 따라서 전자 장비의 생존성을 실험적으로 검증하는 것은 필수적이다. 금속 보나 판에 전자 장비를 붙인 후, 금속 대 금속충돌로 공진시키는 방법은 대표적인 파이로 충격 모사 방법이다. 다양한 충격 환경을 모사하려면 여러 개의 공진체가 필요하기 때문에 최근에는 고유주파수 가변형 보를 이용하여 파이로 충격을 모사하고 있다. 그러나 고유주파수 가변 시 사용되는 이론 해가 고유주파수를 잘 예측하지 못 하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Rayleigh 방법을 이용하여 개선된 해를 개발하였으며, 기존 해에 비하여 고유 주파수 예측이 상당히 정확해졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. Electronic devices are vulnerable to pyroshock induced by the release events of a satellite or a launch vehicle. Thus, the experimental verification of electronic device survivability under pyroshock environment is essential. It is a typical pyroshock simulation method to excite a beam or a plate using metal-to metal impact after attaching electronic devices to them. In this case, since many resonant beams or plates are required for simulating various pyroshock environments, tunable natural frequency beams have been recently developed and being used. However, the current analytical solution cannot predict the natural frequency well. Therefore, in this study, an improved solution is developed by using Rayleigh method, and the natural frequency prediction becomes more accurate.

        고등학생의 학교생활적응과 진로성숙과의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과에 관한 연구

        “Career maturity” is very crucial for high school students since it has an impact on their career path and decision-making. Not only that, it is also important in self-realization and happiness as well as maximizing human resources. When it comes to understanding high school students' career path, it is necessary to know how they perceive school life since they spend most of their time in school. It's also vital to observe in the perspective of students' personal growth. This study seeks to understand the relationship between “adaptation to school life” “self-esteem” and “career maturity”. To accomplish this, the 7th additional surveys conducted by Welfare Panel Study were used. The survey was conducted among 496 high school students in order to come up with descriptive statistics and correlation between “adaptation to school life” and “self-esteem” as well as the level of “career maturity”. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to understand the effects of “adaptation to school life” and “self-esteem” on “career maturity.” The Baron and Kennny mediation analysis were used to understand the effects when the mediating role of “self-esteem” comes into the relationship between “adaptation to school life” and “career maturity”. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the average age for high school students' “career maturity” is 2.07, while it is 1.91 for “self-esteem”. For “adaptation to school life,” the relationship between “obedience to school regulations” and “relationship with friends” was relatively higher than the relationship between “attitude toward school life” and “interest in school life” Second, high school students' “career maturity” “adaptation to school life” and “self-esteem” were thought to be statistically meaningful since it showed that they had a positive relationship with each other. Third, “interest in school life” “attitude toward school life” and “obedience to school life” and “relationship with friends” in which all of these are the sub factors for “adaptation to school life” together with “self-esteem” had an influence on high school students' “career maturity”. Lastly, the relationship between “adaptation to school life” and “career maturity” was proved to be influenced by the partial mediating role of “self-esteem”. As the study seeks to find relationships and the factors that affect high school students' “career maturity” meaningful information is given out for the development and progress of educational programs for “career maturity”. This was done by understanding the fundamental and systematic approach towards “career maturity” in the students' perspective. 진로의 결정이 중요하게 작용하는 고등학생에게 있어 진로성숙은 개인적인 자아실현과 행복을 위해서만이 아니라 국가 인적자원의 극대화를 위해서도 매우 중요하다. 대부분의 시간을 학교에서 보내는 고등학생의 진로에 대한 이해는 학생의 측면에서 그들이 인지하는 학교에 대한 생각과 개인적인 성장의 관점에서 바라봄이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 고등학생의 진로성숙을 학교생활 적응과 자아존중감과의 관계에서 파악해 보고자 7차년도 한국복지패널의 부가조사 자료를 이용하였다. 고등학생 496명을 분석대상으로 학교생활적응, 자아존중감, 진로성숙의 정도와 관계를 파악하고자 기술통계 및 상관관계분석을 하였으며, 학교생활적응과 자아존중감이 진로성숙에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 살펴보고자 위계적 중다회귀분석을, 학교생활적응과 진로성숙간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개변인 역할을 파악하고자 Baron과 Kennny의 매개효과분석법과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생의 진로성숙은 평균 2.07이며, 자아존중감은 1.91로 나타났으며, 학교생활적응에서는 학교규범준수와 친구관계가 학교생활태도, 학교생활흥미보다 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생의 진로성숙, 학교생활적응, 자아존중감은 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교생활적응의 하위영역인 학교생활흥미, 학교생활태도, 학교규범준수, 친구관계와 자아존중감은 고등학생의 진로성숙에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 학교생활적응과 진로성숙과의 관계에서 자아존중감의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 고등학생의 진로성숙에 미치는 영향력과 관련성을 파악한 본 연구는 학생측면에서 진로성숙을 위한 근본적이고 체계적인 접근을 이해하게 함으로써, 진로성숙 교육 프로그램 개발과 진행에 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 것이다.

        제4차 산업혁명 시대의 소비생활 변화와 소비자교육

        Considering the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study examines the changes and influences of intelligent information technology and the role of consumer education in the context of consumption life. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical foundation to effectively respond to the future consumption society as an independent consumer by enhancing the understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in terms of consumption life. First, in terms of changes in the consumption paradigm in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, production and consumption are converged by being shared through a comprehensive connection platform in real time. Regarding the meaning of consumption, mental experience is being emphasized; moreover, usage and sharing, rather than ownership, are being highlighted. In terms of major changes in consumption life, the emergence of a more convenient smart consumption life and the possibility of personalized consumption optimized for individual demand are anticipated. Moreover, sustainable eco-friendly consumption is expected to increase further, and rapidly changing consumption trends will experience accelerated progress in consumer-centered changes. Next, the predicted problems in consumption life in the Fourth Industrial Revolution include unequal consumption due to intelligent information technology power center and the use and management of personal information data. Furthermore, ethical concerns related to the introduction of new technologies will become prominent, eventually resulting in issues concerning consumption satisfaction. To effectively respond to these new paradigm changes, consumer education should be value-centered. Ethical aspects of consumption should be considered, and consumption life should include trust and mutual cooperation. Furthermore, consumer education should facilitate creative convergence. 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하며 소비생활 측면에서 지능정보기술이 가져올 변화와 영향력을 살펴보고, 가정교과의 소비자교육 역할에 대해서 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 소비생활 측면에서 제4차 산업혁명에 대한 이해를 높여 주체적인 소비자로서 현명하게 미래 소비사회에 대응하기 위한 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 함이다. 먼저 제4차 산업혁명에서의 소비패러다임 변화에 대한 부분에서 생산과 소비는 초연결 플랫폼을 통해 실시간으로 공유되면서 융합되고 있다. 소비의 의미는 정신적 경험과 체험이 중요시 되고 있으며, 소유보다는 사용과 공유가 부각되고 있다. 주요 소비생활의 변화에 있어서는 더욱 편리해지는 스마트한 소비생활이 나타날 것이며, 개인별 수요에 최적화된 개인 맞춤형 소비가 가능해 질 것이다. 또한 지속가능한 환경친화적 소비가 더욱 증가할 것으로 예견되며, 급변하는 소비트렌드의 변화는 소비자중심으로 빠르게 진행될 것이다. 다음으로 제4차 산업혁명에서 예견되는 소비생활에서의 문제점에 대해 살펴보면, 지능정보기술 권력중심으로 인한 불평등적 소비가 나타날 것이며, 개인정보 데이터의 활용 및 관리 문제가 나타날 것이다. 또한 신기술 도입에 대한 윤리적 문제가 대두될 것이며, 궁극적으로 소비의 행복에 대한 문제점이 제기된다. 이러한 새로운 패러다임의 변화에 현명하게 대처하기 위해서 가정교과 소비자 영역에서는 우선적으로 가치 중심교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 소비의 윤리적 측면이 고려되어져야 하며, 소비생활에서 신뢰와 상호 협력이 이루어져야 한다. 아울러 창의적 융합이 가능하도록 소비자교육이 진행되어져야 한다.

        청소년의 윤리적 소비 교육 경험과 윤리적 소비행동에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to explore a plan for maximizing effectiveness of adolescents' ethical consumption education. The ethical consumption education experience and the ethical consumption behavior in home, school and society were examined targeting 587 middle and high school students. As a result of research, first, adolescents' ethical consumption education experiences were indicated not to be mostly high. In the sphere of ethical consumption behavior, the ethical consumption education for the future generation of centering on green consumption was being much performed. Second, the students are much facing ethical consumption through participating in event and voluntary-service activity as for school program and through participating in flea market as for social program. And the tendency was being shown that has high contact frequency in ethical consumption education through internet. Third, the adolescent consumers' ethical consumption behavior level was not high as a whole. Thus, it could be known that the ethical consumption education is needed continuously. Especially, the education of the ethical consumption for current generation is further demanded. Fourth, the factors of having influence upon adolescent consumers' ethical consumption behavior were indicated that the more ethical consumption behavior is shown in more taking home consumer education and school consumer education in case of women and in the lower school year as for school year. In this way, the importance of ethical consumption education in home, school and society is indicated. Thus, there will be a need of being developed the educational method and the educational contents that are connected with real life so that adolescents themselves can acquire through experience by being linked mutually.
