        화학적심제 dikegulac의 처리시기와 농도가 Rhododendron simsii ‘California Sunset’ 삽목묘의 분지 및 생육에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 화학적심제 dikegulac의 처리시기와 농도 가 Rhododendron simsii ‘California Sunset’의 분지 및 생육에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 6월에 dikegulac의 처리는 8월에 처리한것 보다 식물의 정아 발달을 지연시켰으나, 잎의 크기와 엽록소의 함량 및 분지수를 증가 시켰다. 특히, 1,500 mg·L-1의 처리가 가장 우수하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of treatment time and concentration of a chemical pinching agent, dikegulac, on branches and growth of Rhododendron simsii ‘California Sunset’. R. simsii ‘California Sunset’ developed lateral branches naturally but the number of them was few. Treatment of dikegulac delayed the terminal bud development, increased in size, the chlorophyll contents of the leaf, and the number of lateral branches in June. Especially, the number of lateral branches were better at 1,500 mg·L-1 dikegulac than the others. But growth in August of R. simsii ‘California Sunset’ was naturally lower than June, there was no effect of lateral branches by dikegulac.

        Dose-Dependent Effects of Evening Primrose Oil in Children and Adolescents with Atopic Dermatitis

        Background: Previous clinical trials with evening primrose oil in atopic dermatitis (AD) treatment have shown different results. In addition, the optimal dose and duration of treatment with evening primrose oil have not yet been determined. Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the dose-response treatment effects of evening primrose oil on clinical symptoms of AD and serum concentrations of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Methods: Forty AD patients were enrolled for the study and randomly divided into 2groups: those who received evening primrose oil 160 mg daily for 8 weeks and those who received 320 mg of evening primrose oil twice daily for 8 weeks. We evaluated the Eczema Area Severity Index (EASI) scores of all AD patients at weeks 0, 2, 4 and 8. In addition, we measured the levels of serum fatty acids, including C16 : 0 (palmitic), C18 : 2n (linoleic), C18 : 3n (linolenic) and C20 : 4 (arachidonic acid)using gas chromatography. Results: The serum fatty acid levels C18 : 3n and C20 : 4 were higher in the 320 mg group than in the 160 mg group, with statistical significance. After evening primrose oil treatment, EASI scores were reduced in the 2 groups. The improvement in EASI scores was greater in the 320 mg group than in the 160 mg group. There were no side effects seen in either group during the study in the 2groups. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the 320 mg and 160 mg groups may be equally effective in treating AD patients and show dose-dependent effects on serum fatty acid levels and EASI scores.

        전투기 탑재 레이다를 위한 예측시선좌표계 기반 표적 추적필터 설계

        This paper deals with the problem of tracking a target using an airborne AESA radar. Unlike the ground-based tracking systems, the angular motion of a platform makes the noise statistics of the converted measurements (CMs) complicated, hence the conventional approaches produce the biased target state estimates. To settle this problem, the predicted line-of-sight Cartesian coordinate system (PLCCS) is introduced. Provided that the a priori state estimation error is small enough, the statistical properties of the CMs in PLCCS can be accurately approximated only using the 1st and 2nd moments of the radar measurement noises. In addition, the resulting debiasing term leads to the satisfactory performance of the proposed filter. Enjoying the diagonal form of the noise covariance matrix, we can decouple the tracking filter into each axis for real-time implementation. Through simulations, the enhanced performance of the suggested method over the previous schemes is demonstrated.

        고Mn강과 저탄소강의 CO<sub>2</sub> 레이저 이종용접 특성

        High Mn steel has been developed for automotive applications since the steel has an excellent combination of strength and ductility. However, from the viewpoint of welding, high Mn steel has a few problems related to its chemical composition. This paper describes characteristics of dissimilar $CO_2$ laser welding for expanding application of high Mn steel. From this work it was cleared that dissimilar laser welded joint between high Mn steel and carbon steel had poor formability due to the formation of martensite within weld metal. In order to improve ductility of welded joint, the method of controlling the dilution ratio of high Mn steel was suggested.

        문헌고찰을 통한 조직변화저항 모형 개발

        The purpose of this study is to explore the multi-level factors affecting the resistance to organizational change including individual-level, change-agent-level, and organizational-level factors and find the conceptual integrative model by reviewing relative studies. Thus this study, based on the methodology of integrative literature review proposed by Torraco (2005), determined the selection criteria of articles on the topic of “resistance to organizational change” and identified the reliable selection. After establishing the conceptual model, we analyzed 10 selected data which were both the Social Sciences Citation Indexes (SSCI) and peer-reviewed. Results show that there are two affective variables, five cognitive variables and three behavioral variables at the individual level, two behavioral variables at change agent level, and three cultural variables and two contextual variables at the organizational level as antecedents. Also, results confirm that there are two affective variables and two behavioral variables on individual level variables as outcomes. This result suggests that taking a systemic approach and building the emotional bond is necessary to gain a trust throughout the organization and effectively manage the resistance to organizational change. 이 연구의 목적은 조직변화저항을 주제로 고찰된 신뢰성 있는 연구를 통해 조직변화저항에 영향을 미치는 개인수준, 변화담당자수준, 조직수준 요인을 탐색하고 나아가 통합 개념적 통합 모형을 밝히는 데 있었다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 Torraco(2005)가 제시한 문헌고찰 방식을 토대로 분석대상의 선정준거를 설정하고, 분석대상 연구물에 대한 자료수집을 실시하였으며, 연구의 개념적 모형을 설계한 후 선정자료를 투입하여 분석하였다. 분석에 투입된 연구물은 동료 검토 논문인 동시에 변인 간 관계가 실증적으로 구명된 연구물로 SSCI급 논문 10편이었다. 연구결과 조직변화저항에 영향을 미치는 개인수준 변인으로 감정적 차원 2개, 인지적 차원 5개, 행동적 차원 3개의 변인이 나타났고, 변화담당자 수준 변인으로 행동적 차원 2개의 변인, 조직수준 변인으로 문화적 영역 3개, 맥락적 영역 2개의 변인이 나타났다. 조직변화저항의 결과변인으로는 개인수준 변인으로 감정적 차원 2개, 행동적 차원 2개로 각각 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 조직변화저항을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 개인 수준의 요인으로부터 조직 수준 요인까지 체계적인 개입이 필요하다는 점, 변화관리담당자는 변화의 주체인 조직구성원에게 신뢰받고 감정적 유대 관계를 쌓을 수 있도록 노력해야 한다는 점을 제언하였다.

        Repolarization Heterogeneity of Magnetocardiography Predicts Long-Term Prognosis in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

        Purpose: Magnetocardiography (MCG) has been proposed as a noninvasive, diagnostic tool for risk-stratifying patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). This study evaluated whether MCG predicts long-term prognosis in AMI. Meterials and Methods: In 124 AMI patients (95 males, mean age 60±11 years), including 39 with ST-elevation myocardial infarction,a 64-channel MCG was performed within 2 days after AMI. During a mean follow-up period of 6.1 years, major adverse cardiacevents (MACE) were evaluated. Results: MACE occurred in 31 (25%) patients, including 20 revascularizations, 8 deaths, and 3 re-infarctions. Non-dipole patterns were observed at the end of the T wave in every patients. However, they were observed at T-peak in 77% (24/31) and 54% (50/93) of patients with and without MACE, respectively (p=0.03). Maximum current, field map angles, and distance dynamics were not different between groups. In the multivariate analysis, patients with non-dipole patterns at T-peak had increased age- and gender-adjusted hazard ratios for MACE (hazard ratio 2.89, 95% confidence interval 1.20–6.97, p=0.02) and lower cumulative MACE-free survival than those with dipole patterns (p=0.02). Conclusion: Non-dipole patterns at T-peak were more frequently observed in patients with MACE and were related to poor long-term prognosis. Thus, repolarization heterogeneity measured by MCG may be a useful predictor for AMI prognosis.

        Microdochectomy Assisted by Ultrasound-Guided Indigo Carmine Staining of Intraductal Lesions: A Case Report

        Spontaneous bloody nipple discharge from a single duct is asignificant clinical problem. When performing preoperative markingof the discharging duct, it is sometimes difficult to identify theduct owing to intermittent discharge. Precise preoperative markingof the discharging duct and intraductal lesions is very importantto avoid unnecessary wide excision of breast tissue or failureto remove the cause of nipple discharge. We herein presenta case of preoperative ultrasound-guided indigo carmine stainingin a patient with no discharge on the day of surgery. When adilated duct is visualized on ultrasound, the targeted duct can belocalized using indigo carmine staining, and it is possible to performa precise minimalvolume microdochectomy
