Effective copper (II) ions nanofibrous adsorbents were fabricated by electrospinning with a blend solution of thiol-functionalized silica nanoparticles, poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA). The thiol-functionalized silica nanoparticles were successfully synthesized with 3-mercaptoproplyrimethoxysilane (MPTMS) using as a base catalyst. The results of FT-IR indicated that the PVA/PAA/SiO<sub>2</sub>-SH nanofibers were functionalized by thiol groups. The nanofibers were chemically cross-linked through heat treatment for water resistance. Experiment data showed that the resultant hybrid fibers were more effective in removal of copper(II) ions than the pure PVA/PAA nanofibers.
시각장애인을 위한 배리어프리영화의 국내 제작현황 및 표현양식 연구 - 한국 다큐멘터리 영화 <달팽이의 별>을 중심으로

The involvement of the disabled in cultural and artistic area should be taken not only in terms of welfare but also human rights. Since culture and art is one of the basic human rights that anyone can express and enjoy. The Barrier-free film for the visually impaired should also be understood in the similar context. This study is about the Barrie-free film for the visually impaired, and the purpose of this study is that the equal opportunity to watching movies should be provided for both disabled and non-disabled people. This study summarized the concept of Barrier-free film, and looked over the domestic production status of Barrier-free film, as well as a form of ideal expression of the Barrier-free commentary through the documentary film " Planet of Snail" which has already successfully started in the Barrier-free film. The commentary and screen subtitles of Barrier-free film are services for the visually impaired people, however it might work as a factor of over-information or interruption of absorption to non disable people because they are provided for the non disabled people at the same time. Maybe it is fundamentally impossible for different people in varied conditions enjoying the same work together in the same space. However the basic purpose of the Barrier-free film is that the disabled and non-disabled people enjoy the same movie together in the same space, so the discussion and research of Barrier-free film must be continued in terms of the culture beyond any consideration for the disabled people to which settle down the useful viewing manner for the non-disabled people and share the same movie altogether 장애인의 문화예술 참여는 복지적 관점을 넘어서 인권적 차원에서다루어져야한다. 문화예술은 누구나 표현하고 향유할 수 있는 인간의기본적 권리이기 때문이다. 시각장애인을 위한 배리어프리영화도 같은맥락에서 이해해야 될 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 시각장애인의 영화 관람을 위한 배리어프리영화에 대한 연구로서 장애인의 특수성을 감안하여 문화예술 분야에서 시청각장애인들이 비장애인들과 동등하게 영화를 관람할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 한다는 것을 기본 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 극장용 배리어프리영화의 개념정리를 비롯하여 배리어프리영화의 국내 제작현황을 살펴보고 배리어프리영화로서 성공적인 출발을 한 한국 다큐멘터리영화 <달팽이의 별>의 표현양식을 통해 배리어프리영화의 이상적인 화면해설 표현방식을 연구하였다. 배리어프리영화의 화면해설과 자막은 시각장애인을 위한 서비스이지만 비장애인에게도 동시에 제공이 되므로 비장애인에게는 정보과잉이거나 영화의 몰입에 방해가 되는 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 어쩌면 장애를 포함한 다양한 조건을 가진 사람들이 함께 같은 공간에서 같은 작품을 감상한다는것은 근본적으로 불가능한 일일 수 있다. 하지만 배리어프리의 기본적인 취지는 장애인과 비장애인이 한 공간에서 같은 영화를 감상하게 한다는 것이므로 배리어프리영화에 대한 논의와 연구는 단순히 장애인에대한 배려차원을 넘어서 비장애인에게도 유용한 영화관람 방식으로 자리 잡아 서로 한 공간에서 연결되어 함께 같은 영화를 공유할 수 있는문화로 정착시켜야 한다는 측면에서 이어가야 할 것이다.
래피드 프로토타입 방법에 근거한 국군간호사관학교 훈육 프로그램 개발

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the discipline program for Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy cadets. Methods: Based on Rapid Prototyping Method, this study was conducted in the steps of analysis, design, and development. In the analysis step, literature review and focus group interviews with 5 participants groups (34 people in total) were conducted from November 2020 to February 2021. In the design step, a prototype of the discipline program was drawn up, and the validity of the prototype was reviewed by 10 experts. The final version of the discipline program was made in the development step. Results: The goal of the discipline program is to cultivate values and personality as a nursing officer. The discipline program was consisted of 10 core competencies including 'loyalty', 'responsibility', 'initiative', 'leadership', 'honor', 'respect and consideration', 'devotion', 'cooperation and communication', 'broad-mindedness', 'physical strength', and 17 related discipline tasks. Conclusion: The study proposed to prepare a detailed curriculum and portfolio for each discipline task in order to differentiate the level of education by grade. It also pointed out that research on the competency and job analysis of discipline educators should be conducted.
