일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상

This DANGUN-faith oriented point of the philosophical attributes of love itself, ‘You and I’ and not ‘our’ life-oriented and effective, ‘a closed society’ beyond the ‘open society’ is to promote, ‘alone worth living’ and not ‘worth living together’and in that connection, I’ve found in the The people talk of the possibility of the world’s liberal interpretation would also remained open. 우리 민족사에 있어 단군은 민족 구난의 상징적 존재였다. 단군구국론이란 바로 이러한 의식을 통해 민족의 위난을 극복코자 했던 우리의 정서를 말한다. 단군이라는 정신가치가 우리 민족 현대사 미친영향은 크다. 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화 등 민족사회 전반에 혁명적인변화를 가져왔기 때문이다. 물론 이와 같은 단기간의 혁명적 영향력의* (사)국학연구소 연구원132 仙道文化 제 10 권뒤에는, 대종교가 갑자기 만들어진 것이 아니라 우리 민족사의 바닥에 연면히 흘러온 단군신앙의 현대적 부활체로써, 당시대의 많은 지식인들이 대종교를 신앙 또는 국조숭배를 통한 국교적(國敎的) 정서로 인식했던 것과 관련이 있다. 단군정신의 항일투쟁 무력적인 측면이나 문화적인 측면, 그리고사상적 측면 등 다양하게 나타나지만, 그 정신적 배경은 역시 단군으로 일치된다. 즉 대종교의 중광을 통한 단군신앙의 부활은 민족의 성지인 배달국토를 되찾아야 한다는 주권적 명분과 함께, 배달국이상향 건설이라는 종교적 명분이 동시에 작용했던 것이다. 주시경 등으로 대표되는 한글운동의 배경이나, 김교헌 등의 민족주의사학의 바탕, 그리고 신규식 등의 활동으로 만들어지는 사상투쟁의 토대에는 단군이라는 정신적 배경이 굳게 자리하고 있었다. 또한 북로군정서 등의 대종교 무력투쟁의 배경에도 교학일여(敎學一如)를 통한 군교일치(軍敎一致)의 정신이 지탱하고 있었음은 물론, 임시정부 태동의 배경이나 활동에서도 단군의 정신 깊숙이 숨쉬고 있었다. 일제시기 민족운동의 정신적 배경으로 대종교를 일으킨 나철 등의지도층의 영향력은 실로 지대했다. 그것은 그들이 단군정신 상징하는 인물들로서, 수많은 교도들을 거느리고 그들 스스로가 개인의 영달과 명예를 뒤로한 채 멸사봉공(滅私奉公)을 통한 살신성인의 길을기꺼이 걸어갔기 때문이다. 특히 이러한 정신을 통한 항일투쟁의 과정에서 종교나 이념을 초월하여 단군정신으로 합심하였다는 것은, 우리 민족의 역사적 경험이 일깨우는 바와 같이, 우리에게 있어 단군의 상징적 의미가 무엇이라는 것을 분명히 가르쳐준 교훈이었다. 한편 투쟁의 질적(質的)인면에서도 단순한 증오와 구축을 위한 싸움이 아니라, 철학이 있는 싸움ㆍ정사(正邪)를 구별하는 싸움을 가능케 한 것도 바로 단군정신이다. 일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상ㆍ김동환 133이것은 단군정신의 궁극적 지향점인 홍익인간이라는 철학적 속성자체가 ‘너와 나’가 아닌 ‘우리’를 지향하는 삶이요, ‘닫힌 사회’를 넘어 ‘열린 사회’를 도모하는 것이며, ‘끼리만 사는 가치’가 아닌 ‘더불어 사는 가치’와 연결된다는 점에서, 근자에 회자되는 민족에 대한세계주의적 해석의 가능성도 열어두었던 것이다.

So systematic approach of the GEUKWON(極元)-Philosophy, the next task meaning in the Korean philosophy. 소래 김중건은 일제 식민지치하라는 역사가 만들어 낸 비운의 이상주의자다. 일찍이 한학을 익혀 서당을 운영했고, 신학문에 눈을 뜬후에는 국내와 만주를 무대로 수많은 학교를 세워 신교육에 헌신했다. 1909년 천도교에 입교하여 그의 사상적 포부를 바탕으로 조국독립을 꾀하려 했으나, 기존의 천도교단을 통한 독립운동에 크게 낙담을 했다. 그리고 고향으로 낙향한 뒤 독자적인 우주관을 정립하고 천도교 교단의 개혁을 촉구하는 등, 진보적 외침을 토해냈지만, 오히려이로 인해 출교를 당했다. 그 후 김중건은 잡지를 발행하여 사상계몽과 독립의식을 고취시키다 일제에 체포되는 등의 우여곡절을 겪었고, 북만주의 황무지 지역에 어복촌을 건설하여 공동 생산과 공동 분배가 이루어지는 이상적농촌공동체를 세우기도 했다. 이 어복촌의 공동체에서는 평소 교육과 군사 훈련이 동시에 이루어졌기 때문에, 만주사변 이후 부대를 일으켜 일본군과 전투를 벌이기도 했다. 이러한 역정에서 만들어진 철학이 극원철학이다. 주인이 주인 노릇을 할 때 사람이 곧 하늘이요하늘이 곧 사람이 된다고 외쳤던 그는, 한국적 사유관념이 녹아있는우주관·절대자관·인간관·세계관 등을 극원철학 속에 폭넓게 나타냈다. 우선 종교적인 교(敎)가 아닌 법(法)이나 도(道)를 강조하면서, 이론적·수리적 원종교(元宗敎)를 내세웠던 김중건의 자취에서 하느님관념이 확연 드러난다. 또한 그가 세운 원종교(元宗敎)의 원종(元宗)이 우리 전래의 종사상(倧思想)과도 밀접하다는 것도 확인할 수 있다. 한편 원·방·각 관념이 극원철학의 한 부분에 짙게 드러나고 있는데, 하늘·땅·사람에 연결시켜 설명한 김중건의 여러 내용에서그러한 사고가 그대로 투영된다. 더불어 그는 극원철학의 핵심 가운데 하나인 ‘원(元)’을 조물주의 개념으로 인식하였고, 하늘이란 땅과사람과 더불어 천·지·인 삼재(三才)의 권능으로 인식하였다. 또한인간의 문제 역시 3수의 논리로 파악했으며, 이러한 3의 수리가 곧‘1·3·3·1[一而分三 會三歸一]’의 원리로 운용됨을 피력했다.

농촌지역 인구구조 특성에 따른 지역발전 방안

In recent years, the population structure has been changed by the progresses of 6th-industrialization and transportation in farming areas. This study aims to suggest a regional development plan of farming areas in accordance with the demographic changes. Population structure indicators were derived from previous studies and literature review in order to identify the types of farming areas. Demographic indicators separated to depopulation and population growth in farming areas through a standardized scoring method. This research found that the division of economy is not only the most important division in any other regional development divisions but also necessary to develop new sources of non-farm income through traditional culture, natural environment. In the social division, it is necessary to secure the facilities for the formation of a sense of community to multicultural families and existing residents in farming areas. In the environmental division, it is desirable to improve the quality and satisfaction of life for residents such as the sidewalk and park that utilize ecological environment, culture, history for both depopulation and population region. In the physical division, there is a need for improvement of the facilities of basic living infrastructure service such as roads, water supply and sewerage systems. In the institution division, sustainable financial support of the central government policy for farming areas is crucial for the improvement of residential environment in the farming areas of depopulation and population region.

대형 유통업체 영업 규제가 농수산업에 미치는 영향

2012년 1월 17일, 전통시장 활성화와 지역상권 균형발전을 위해 대형마트의 영업시간을 제한하고 월 2회 의무적으로 휴무해야 하는 내용의 유통산업발전법 개정안이 공포되었다. 이후 각 지자체에서는 대형마트 휴일과 영업시간 제한에 관한 조례를 제정하여 전국 대부분의 대형마트와 SSM에서 휴무를 시행하고 있다. 월 2회 휴무에 따라 대형 유통업체 바이어들은 신선식품의 선도 저하와 폐기를 우려해 발주량을 줄여 농수산물을 납품하던 생산자들은 규제 이후 어려움을 겪고 있다. 대형 유통업체 납품 물량이 감소하면서 발주 감소분을 도매시장이나 다른 곳으로의 출하하게 되어 도매시장 가격이 하락하는 부작 용도 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 대형마트, SSM 등에 대한 영업규제가 농수산물 판매에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 정책 수립의 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 대형 유통업체에 납품하는 생산자 조직을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사 결과에 의하면, 대형유통업체 휴무에 따라 선도 유지가 중요하고 저장성이 약한 품목을 중심으로 산지 유통조직의 매출이 연간 기준으로 10.1% 줄어든 것으로 나타났다. 월 2회의 대형유통업체의 의무 휴업 및 영업시간 제한 규제로 농수산물 산지유통조직의 출하량 감소 및 출하 가격 하락으로 인한 1차 피해뿐만 아니라 발주 감소 물량의 도매시장 출하시 가격하락 및 고용인력 감소로 인한 농외 소득 감소 등의 2차 피해가 예상된다. 또한, 대형 유통업체의 규제로 인찬 반사 이익이 전통시장 등으로 이전되지 않았다는 조사결과는 중소유통을 보호하고자 시행되고 있는 대형 유통업체 영업규제가 농어업 생산자에게는 매출 감소, 소비자에게는 편익 감소 등 부정적인 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 대형 유통업체 휴무에 의한 매출 감소액은 전체 농수산물 생산액에 비하면 미미하지만 영업규제로 인한 발주량 감소, 도매시장 가격 하락 및 소비 위축 영향이 누적될 경우, 장기적으로는 농어업 부가가치가 감소할 것으로 예상된다.

귤응애의 생물적 방제를 위한 Amblyseius fallacis의 방사수준

항온$.$항습 조건에서 Amblyseius fallacis의 접종밀도별 귤응애에 대한 밀도억제효과를 조사한 결과, 16 : 1(Panonychus citri :A.fallacis) 이상의 비율로 접종한 경우에 귤응애의 밀도가 매우 효과적으로 억제되었다. 그리고 귤응애의 초기 밀도가 잎 당 0.5마리와 1마리일 때 20:1로 1-2회씩 방사한 결과, 모든 처리에서 A.fallacis의 밀도는 다소 높게 형성되었으나 귤응애에 대한 뚜렷한 억제효과를 보이지는 않았다. 정상적으로 관리되고 있는 비닐하우스의 감귤나무에서 귤응애가 잎 당 0.1-0.2마리 정도일 때 10:1로 2회 방사한 경우에는 A.fallacis의 밀도도 높게 형성되었으며, 유기합성농약을 살포한 처리구와 동일할 정도의 높은 방제효과를 보였다. 그리고 이리응애가 서식하는 곳은 수관 내부이므로 수관 내부와 외부의 환경차이를 조사한 결과,주간에는 수관내부가 외부에 비해 기온은 낮고, 상대습도는 높기 때문에 A.fallacis의 서식에 다소 유리한 것으로 나타났으며, 기온은 7.2$^{\circ}C$ 이상, 상대습도는 18.5% 이상까지도 차이가 있었다. The effect of density suppression of Amblyseius fallacis (Garman) against Panonychus citri (McGregor) on citrus tree introduced with some different ratio was investigated. When it was introduced with over 16:1 (Panonychus citri: A. fallacis) ratio, Panonychus citri was suppressed very effectively. And in case of introduced once or two times with 20: 1 ratio when the density of Panonychus citri was reached 0.5 and 1.0 per leaf, the density of A. fallacis was formed highly, but the suppression effect against Panonychus citri was not effective. Also, the density changes of P. citri and A. fallacis on the citrus tree released with 10: 1 ratio (P. citri: A. fallacis) when the density of P. citri was reached about 0.1 per leaf in plastic film house were investigated. In case of released twice at the interval of 10 days, the density of A. fallacis was high and P. citri was suppressed so effectively over two month. On the inside of canopy of the citrus tree planted in plastic film house, the air temperature was much lower than on the outside of canopy, while relative humidity was much higher.

무기인산염 함유 이상성 인산칼슘이 외방성 수직골 형성에 미치는 영향

Purpose: In this study, the effect of micro-macroporous biphasic calcium phosphate(MBCP) incorporated with inorganic polyphosphate for bone regeneration in the calvaria of rabbit was evaluated. Materials and Methods: The procedure of guided bone regeneration was performed with titanium reinforced expanded polytetrafluoroethylene(TR-ePTFE) membrane. Four animal groups were compared : 1) TR-ePTFE membrane for negative control group, 2) TR-ePTFE membrane filled with MBCP for positive control group, 3) TR-ePTFE membrane filled with MBCP soaked in 4% inorganic polyphosphate for experimental group I, and 4) TR-ePTFE membrane filled with MBCP soaked in 8% inorganic polyphosphate for experimental group II. Results: 1. Negative control group showed the highest new bone formation at 16 weeks. 2. Positive control group showed the smallest new bone formation compared to other groups. 3. 8% inorganic polyphosphate induced more volume of bone formation, otherwise experimental group II did not show significant difference compared to negative control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that inorganic polyphosphate has a promoting effect on bone regeneration, possibly by enhancing osteoconductivity of the carrier and by increasing osteoinductivity of the defected alveolar bone tissue.
