조각자나무의 部位 및 採取時期別 SAPONIN 含量 差異에 關한 硏究

On the whole, it has been known that the common effect by the part of the Gleditschia is the discharge of phlegm, the push of pus and the removal of tumor, the main component of which is the Gleditschia-saponin. It has been reported that the component consisted in the Lehume and the Semin and did not exist in the Thorn. This study was designed in the fact that the component will be contained in the Thorn which has been often used for the treatment of the push of pus and the removal of tumor, and in the fact that we could expect the good remedical value in the clinical treatment by comparing the content by its collection times, as the difference of the main component content by its collection times would differ in the remidical value. Comparative study was made through analyzing Gleditshcia-saponin content by the MeOH extract and by the water extract according to various part and collection times of Gleditschia. The result s were as follows: 1. As the result of the saponin confirmation reaction. both of the constant saopninfiable reaction and the Libermann-Burchard reaction proved positive. 2. The result confirmed of the Thin layer chromatograms showed that the sorts of the Gleditschia-saponin was eight and the Rf value of the Gleditschia-saponin by its part was the same. 3. As the result of measuring the Gleditschia-saponin content by MeOH extract, the Legume was highest by its part and the things gathered in December were highest by the collection times. 4. The result by the water extract showed that the Lehume was highest according to its part and the things gathered in December were highest by the collection times. 5. The content by the MeOH extract was higher than that by the water extract. From the above results. The Gleditschia-saponin was contained not only in the Legume and the Semen but also in the Thorn. The content of Gleditschia-saponin was highest in December by the collection times.

Mori Fructus extracts(MFE) was investigated effects of antioxidation for the electron donating ability, superoxide dismutase(SOD), nitrate reductase(NR), xathine oxidase(XO) and lipid peroxidase(LP) activity. In vitro, eletron donating ability, SOD and NR activity were increased according to the increasing of MFE concnentrations. Levels of lipid peroxidation were proportionally decreased to concentrations of MFE. Also, enzyme activity of xanthine oxidase was decreased. However, electron donating ability showed strong activity under the lower concnentrations under 40ppm. SOD and NR activities was significantly increased depends on the higher MFE concentrations. These results suggest that MFE would be prevented lipid peroxidation though removing the oxygen free redicals and nitrate.

우리나라 「企業會計基準」上의 貸借對照表 優位論에 관한 理論的 根據

헌행 기업회계 기준은 外監法(株式會社의 外部監査에 과한 法律)에 의하여 직전 사입년도말의 자산총액 40억원 이상인 法人은 누구나 의무적으로 감사를 받아야 하며 기타 다른 法人은 이를 준수해야 하는 기업회계 처리상의 법률이요 회계처리 지침인 것이다. 그러므로 일반 회계 처리 과정에서 현행 기업회계 기준이 차지하는 비중은 매우 중요하다. 이것이 과거에는 기업회계 원칙과 재무재표 규칙으로 二元化되어 있던것이 1983년에 현행 기업회계 기준으로 一元化되었고 1990년 3.29字 자본시장 개방을 앞두고 개정된 바 있다. 기업회계 기준은 제1장 총칙, 제2장 대차대조표, 제3장 손익계산서, 제4장 자산부채의 평가, 제5장 이익잉여금 처분계산서, 제6장 재무상태 변동표, 제7장 부속명세서, 제8장 연결재무제표(본 기준에서 삭제되고 연결재무제표기준 1987.4.27 별도로 제정 1992.6 개정됨)제9장 보칙으로 되어 있다. 기업회계기준이란 기업의 결산시 財務諸俵 作成의 문제를 주요내용으로 다룬 법률인데 그 중에서 대차대조표와 손익계산서가 가장 중요한 기업의 결산서이다. 이 양자의 관계는 과거서부터 오늘날까지 학자, 실무가들 사이에 그 중요성의 우위성 논란이 계속 되어져 왔다. 本人은 양자중 대차대조표가 보다 우위에 있음을 본논문에서 기업회계기준상의 배열 순위에서, 우리 상법에서(1984년 개정) 그 우위성을 찾아 주장하고 있다. 그러므로 기업의 결산공고시에는 약해서 대차대조표만을 공고하게 되는 것이다. 이러한 주장을 전개하기 위해 기업회계 기준의 歷史, 기중의 체계, 우위성의 이론적 근거를 확연히 제시하였다.

Fine structure of the CNS ganglia in the geometric spider Nephila clavata (Araneae: Nephilidae)

As web spiders usually hang with their head downward, geometrical differences in body position could affect the organization of their central nervous system (CNS). Nevertheless, most of our knowledge of spider's CNS is dependent on what has been revealed from wandering spiders. To fill the gap, we describe here the fine structural organization of the ganglionic neurons and nerves in the geometric orb web spider Nephila clavata. Nerve cells in the supraesophageal ganglion in N. clavata are packed in the frontal, dorsal and lateral regions, but the nerve cells of the subesophageal mass are only restricted to the ventral and ventrolateral regions. High resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals the fine structural details of the neuroglial cells and the neuronal cells which have a conspicuous Golgi apparatus, rough ER, free ribosomes and well‐developed mitochondria. Comparing fine structural characteristics of the CNS ganglia with those of wandering spiders in most respects, it has been revealed that the geometrical difference may affects to the arrangement of receptors in the central body known as an important association center for web building behavior. In particular, remarkable differences can be detected in the protocerebral area by the extraordinary development of the central body including absence of the globuli and associated mushroom bodies.
