      • 에틸렌 시아노히드린에 의한 실크의 화학적 개질

        Pad-dry-cure 방식으로 ethylene cyanohydrin을 이용하여 견직물을 acrylonitrile화 시킬때 건조 시간, curing 온도 및 시간, ethylene cyanohydrin처리 농도, ZnCl₂처리 농도 등 조건 변화에 따른 변화와 반응양식을 규명하고자 하였다. 가공된 견직물의 FT-IR과 DSC 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Curing을 150 ℃에서 2분, ethylene cyano hydrin 처리농도 5%, ZnCl₂처리농도 0.1%, 건조 온도를 80 ℃로 하여 건조 시간 경과에 따른 견직물의 FT-IR 분석 결과, 건조 시간 경과에 따라 -0H(3,450cm^(-1)) 특성 peak가 전부 장파장 쪽으로 shift 되어 나타 났고, random coil에 의 한 amide peak(1,663cm^(-1))는 단파장 쪽으로 shift되어 β-sheet peak(1,635cm^(-1))와 중복되어 나타났다. 건조를 8℃에서 3분, curing을 110℃에서 2.5분, ZnCl₂농도를 0.1%로 하여 eylene cyanohydhn처리 농도에 따른 가공 견직물의 FT-IR 분석에서 -OH(3,450cm^(-1))특성 peak에서 변화가 나타나 견직물의 -OH기가 반응에 관여하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 위와 같은 조건으로 가공된 견직물의 DSC 분석에서 eylene cyanohydnn처리에 의해 견직물의 열분해 온도는 무처리의 311'C에서 대략 320 "C로 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 건조를 80'C에서 3분, curing을 110'C에서 2.5분, ethylene cyanohydrin 처리농도 5%로 하여 ZnCl₂처리 농도에 따른 가공 견직물의 FT-IR 분석에서는 촉매 처리농도 0.8%일 경 우를 제외하고는 -OH(3,450cm^(-1))특성 peak에서 대부분 무처리와 비슷한 결과를 보여주고 있으나, 0.8%의 경우에는peak에 큰 변화를 나타냈다. 같은 조건에서 가공된 견직물의 DSC 분석에서, ethylene cyanohydhn 처리에 의해 견직물의 열분해 온도는 촉매농도와는 관계없이 무처리(311'C)에 비해 가공 견직물(대략 320'C)의 열분해 온도가 상승점을 알 수 있었다. 건조를 80 "C에서 70초, eylene cyanohydrm처 리 농도 5%, ZnCl₂처리농도 0.8%, Curing시간을 2.5분으로 하고 curing 온도를 각각 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160 ℃로 변화시켜 가공한 견직물의 FT-IR의 분석 결과, curing 온도 110, 150, 160℃에서 -OH특성 peak의 변화가 크게 나타났다. 같은 조건으로 가공한 견직물의 DSC분석에서는 ethylene cyanohydrin 처리에 의한 견직물의 열분해 온도는 curing 온도에 상관없이 미처리구(311℃)에 비해 전부 열분해 온도(대략 320℃)가 상승함을 알 수 있었다. In this paper, when the silk fabric was modified by ethylene cyanohydrine, the reaction mechanism between both was studied at various treatment conditions such as curing temperatures and times, ethylene cyanohydrin concentrations and ZnCl₂concentrations. Through the FT-IR and DSC analyses of the treated silk fabrics, we found the results as follows : It was observed in FT-IR analysis of the treated silk fabrics that the -OH characteristic peak(3,450 cm^(-1))position and shape were all changed when drying and curing treatment conditions were at 80℃ for 3 minute and 110℃ for 2.5 minute, and the concentration of the ZnCl₂ was 0.1%. It indicated that the -OH group of the silk participated in the reaction between the silk fabric and ethylene cyanohydrin . From the DSC analysis, it was found that the pyrolysis temperatures of the treated silk fabrics by ethylene cyanohydrin which was processed in the same condition, were all increased from 311℃ to ab. 320 ℃. From the FT-IR analyses of the silk fabrics treated by ethylene cyanohydrin at the various concentrations of ZnCl₂, it was found that the -OH characteristic peaks(3,450 cm^(-1)) were similar to the nontreated one except that of the fabric treated at the ZnCl₂conconcentration of 0.8% when drying and curing treatment conditions were at 80℃ for 3minute and 110℃ for 2.5 minute, and the concentration of the ethylene cyanohydrin was 5%. In the case of the ZnCl₂ concentration of 0.8% soultion, a lot of change were observed in peak. From the DSC analysis of the treated silk fabrics which was processed in the same condition, it was showed that the pyrolysis temperatures of treated silk fabric were all increased from 311℃ to ab. 320℃, which was no relation with the concentration of ZnCl₂.

      • 흑미 왕겨 추출물을 이용한 견직물의 천연염색

        The purpose of this study was the efficient use of the black rice bran for dyeing textiles. For this purpose, we investigated proper extracting conditions of black rice bran, dyeability and dyeing fastness of dyed silk fabrics. To find proper extracting condition of black rice bran, we extracted black rice bran with water at different temperatures(, , ), different extracting pH(pH3, pH4, pH5, pH6) and extracting time(20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180min.). Also we investigated the effect of dyeing time(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6hr.), dyeing temperature(, , ) and mordanting method(non, pre, sim, post) to examine dyeability and dyeing fastness of dyed silk fabrics. As a result, when the extracting temperature and time were , 3hr., respectively, extracting was best. And the higher the extracting concentration, the more the extracting amount. As the dyeing temperature and time were higher and longer, the dyeability of silk fabrics was better. With mordant, the dyeability was improved and when using premordant method better, the K/S value was maximized. The laundering fastness of the silk fabrics dyed with black rice bran was estimated to have a good grade of 3~4, however, the light fastness was poor to have a grade of 1~2.

        저자드은 전신 무력감과 양측 다리의 근무력감을 주소로 내원한 80세 여자 환자에서 감초에 의한 의인성 외견상 염류 코르티코이드 과다증후군(apparent mineralocorticoid excess syndrome)을 진단 하였고 환자의 임상경과를 기존의 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Prolonged ingestion of licorice can hypermineralocorticoidism with sodium retension and potassium loss, edema, increased blood pressure and depression of rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. We describe a 80-year old woman with muscle weakness with hypokalemia(serum K+: 1.6 mEq/L) and rhabdomyolysis(urine myoglobin> 2000 ng/mL) due to licorice tea. After quitting the licorice and potassium replacement therapy, hypokalemia and muscle weakness gradually improved within 5 days.

      • 서암저수지 둑높이기 사업에 따른 지속가능한 지역 발전과 환경 보전 효과 연구

        In recent years, there have been a lot of severe flood and drought disasters and the rural environment have been worsened due to rapid industrialization and urbanization in the river basins of Korea. To prevent such disasters and to improve environment in the era of climate change, Korean Government carried out 110 projects to heighten irrigation dam in the rural area. The study has been carried out to evaluate the heightening work of the irrigation dam for the supply of reserved water and to derive optimal scheme to allocate the water resource for irrigation, domestic demand and environmental conservation as well as to contribute for the rural development in sustainable way. The study is focused on the Seoam Irrigation Dam which has been constructed in 2005 to be connected with the new Gami Reservoir which has been constructed since 2010. In addition, it was studied the contribution effect of the reservoirs for the adjacent comprehensive rural development projects which have been executed by local government. In the study, the principles and visions of sustainable development which have been derived by International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage is applied to estimate the sustainability of the irrigation dams in line with the adjacent comprehensive rural development projects. The project is estimated that the water resource in the reservoirs shall be used integratedly in cooperation with various stakeholders not only to conserve water environment but also to increase productivity of agricultural goods and ecological tour in the rural area.

        간질 환자와 의료인이 인지하는 간질 환자를 위한 교육 요구도 비교조사

        Purpose : To determine whether there is a discrepancy between the medical professions perception of what patients should know and that of the patients themselves, we studied patients need to be informed about different aspects of epilepsy and compared findings with medical personnels perceptions of the issue. Methods : Our study population consisted of 39 patients with epilepsy from the inpatient epilepsy unit, and 51patients from the outpatients clinic of the S. University Hospital between July and November 1997. However, the patients who declined to participate or who were not able to understand the directions and content of the questionnaire were excluded. The medical personnel participated in this study were 56 residents or nurses who were working in either Neurology or Neuro surgery Units. The questionnaire with 5 indicating the highest need. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, students t-tests, and chi-square. Results : Of the 90 patients and 56 medical personnel studied, the need for lifestyle information such as smoking, drinking, sleep, driving, employment, and marriage was significantly higher from medical personnel than that of the patients(p=0.00). Regarding medical knowledge about epilepsy, the patients group had higher scores in the need for information on the structure of the brain (p=0.00), whereas medical personnel had higher scores on the symptoms of epilepsy. There was no correlation between the length of epilepsy and the need for information on every item on the questionnaire. The patients had higher rank regarding diet, although it was not significantly different from the medical personnel. Regarding antiepileptic drugs and what to do when there is an attack, medical personnel scored higher. The items on which the patients group scored higher than 4.5 were the possibility of inheritance, the factors that might reduce the number of attacks, the period of usage of AED, and the food they have to avoid or the food they have to take to reduce seizure attacks. Conclusions : Our study indicates that the patients group requires higher educational need in the structure of the brain, diet, and surgical treatment, but less in lifestyles and what to do when there is an attack. The educational program for the patients with epilepsy should emphasize medical knowledge with regard to brain anatomy, what to eat and what to avoid, and details of surgical treatment.

      • 남자대학생의 유행관심과 최신 유행스타일 선호에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between three aspects of clothing behavior (Fashion interest, Clothing exhibition, Modesty) and the preference in the latest fashion design among college men. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) Clothing exhibition of college men was positively correlated to the Fashion Interest and Modesty. 2) The interest of Clothing & Textile Science was positively related to the Fashion Interest. 3) In the case of the Clothing exhibition, it was negatively related to the interest of Clothing & Textile Science. 4) In case of wearing the latest fashion design as campus wear, it was more positively evaluated for others than for self and more positively evaluated for common college women than their girl friend. 5) The preferred stles in men's wear were wild check patterned jackets and in women's wear were jackets with wide shawl collar and flared skirts.
