        민간공원 특례사업으로 인한 청주시 공원 · 녹지의 연결성 변화 분석

        The Korean government introduced a private-initiative park project to prevent further environmental damage caused by the abolition of parks. The private-initiative park project is expected to affect the connectivity of the green space system by creating a part of the park site as a non-park facility. The purpose of this study is to analyze the change in the connectivity of the green space system in relation to the private-initiative park project. The spatial scope of this study is in Cheongju, Korea. There were 8 private-initiative park projects selected as research subjects. The IIC indicator and d_IIC indicator, which are widely used in the analysis of green space connectivity, were used as analysis methods. Changes in connectivity according to four scenarios were simulated. Upon analysis, the results revealed that private-initiative park projects can reduce the overall connectivity of green spaces. The connectivity of private-initiative park projects can be improved compared to the situation of unplanned development while maintaining the current state. Lastly, changes in connectivity due to private-initiative park projects vary by region. This study was meaningful as an early study that analyzed private-initiative park projects in terms of the connectivity of green areas and is expected to be used for the improvement of the park and green space system in the future.

        조혈모세포이식 환자에서 침습성 진균 감염에 대한 Micafungin의 예방 효과 및 안전성

        Background: Micafungin, a potent inhibitor of 1,3-β-D-glucan synthase, is a novel antifungal agent of the echinocandin class. In vitro study showed that micafungin was effective against Aspergillus species as well as Candida species, but clinical data on the prophylactic efficacy against invasive fungal infections (IFIs) other than candidiasis are still lacking. Materials and Methods: We identified 60 consecutive adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients who received at least 3 doses of micafungin during neutropenic period. Micafungin was started as an alternative in patients who were intolerant or had adverse events (AEs) to primary prophylactic antifungal agents. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and analyzed the efficacy and safety of micafungin for prophylaxis against IFIs. Results: The patients either had autologous (n=9) or allogeneic (n=51: 1 syngeneic, 24 sibling, 26 unrelated donor) HSCT. Itraconazole oral solution (n=58) was the most frequently used first line antifungal agent for prophylaxis and was administered for median 11 days. The most frequent cause of switch to micafungin was vomiting (n=42). The duration of neutropenia and micafungin administration was median 13 and 12 days, respectively. A successful outcome was achieved in 45 (75%) patients. Empirical antifungal therapy was initiated in 13 (22%) patients. There were 2 cases (3.3%) of breakthrough fungal infections which comprised a probable invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and a possible invasive fungal sinusitis. There was no case of invasive candidiasis. A total of 53 (88%) patients experienced at least one AE regardless of causality during micafungin administration. The most frequent AEs were hypokalemia, vomiting, diarrhea, and elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase. Among the aforementioned AEs, only 1 case of diarrhea could be classified as a probable relation with micafungin when causality was assessed. There was no AEs that caused discontinuation of micafungin. Conclusions: Micafungin seems to be a safe and effective agent for prophylaxis of IFIs including aspergillosis as well as candidiasis in HSCT recipients. However, further large, prospective, and randomized comparative studies are warranted for aspergillosis.

        다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 이용한 반코마이신 내성 장구균의 신속 검출

        일반적으로 임상검사실에서 vancomycin resistant enterococci(VRE)를 검출하는 일은 어렵고, 시간이 많이 들며, 검체처리 비용도 많이 든다. 따라서 본 실험은 임상검체에서 분리된 세균으로부터 VRE를 신속하게 확인하고, 진단하기 위한 방법으로서 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 확립하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 primer는 장구균에 특이한 유전자인 vanA, vanB, vanC-1, vanC-2/3각각의 염기서열을 기초로 primer를 제작하고, 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 실시하여 임상검체로부터 분리된 VRE 유전자의 type 및 분포율을 조사하고자 하였다. 국내에서 분리된 75주의 장구균을 대상으로 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 실시한 결과 36주의 분리균주에서 vancomycin에 대해 높은 저항성을 보이는 vanA 유전자를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 18주에서는 vancomycin에 낮은 저항성을 내성을 보이는 vanC-1또는 vanC-2/3유전자를 보유한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 실험에서 확립한 다중 중합효소 연쇄반응 기법은 신속한 VRE 진단 방법으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다. It is generally difficult, time-consuming, and expensive for the clinical laboratory to detect vancomycin resistant enterococci (VRE). The aim of this study was to develop and evaluate the multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay system as a diagnostic tool for the rapid detection of VRE from clinical samples and/or for the identification of VRE from the bacterial strains isolated from clinical specimens. Specific primers, designed from the nucleotide sequences respectively encoding the vanA, vanB, vanC-1, vanC-2/3 genes in enterococci, were coupled in a multiplex PCR assay system. With this multiplex PCR assay system, we investigated the incidence rates and types of VRE isolated from clinical samples. A total of 75 strains of enterococci were isolated in 3 general hospitals in Korea. Of these isolates, 36 strains showed a pattern of highlevel vancomycin resistance which associated with vanA gene, whereas 18 strains showed lowlevel vancomycin resistance associated with vanC-1 or vanC-2/3 gene. Thus, multiplex PCR assay method established in this study could be applied for the rapid detection of VRE.

      • 추상적 환경창조를 위한 De Stijl건축의 협력작업에 관한 연구

        세계 1차 대전을 전후해서 거의 동시대에 출현한 다양한 Avant-Garde예술운동들은 더 나은 사회의 건설과 그 배경요소로서의 이상적 환경창조를 목표로 다양한 예술분야 사이의 협력작업을 수행했다. 본 연구는 이러한 운동들 증에서 추상적 환경을 이상적 배경으로 간주하고 이의 창조를 위한 건축가와 화가 사이의 협력작업을 하나의 이상으로 추구한 De Stijl의 건축을 중심으로 전개과정에서 나타난 추상적 환경창조를 위한 협력작업의 시기별 양상과 이에 따른 작품변화를 통해 양자의 상관관계를 규명하였다. 추상적 환경창조를 위한 De Stijl건축의 협력작업은 양상과 건축적 결과를 기준으로 제1(1917~21), 2(1922~23), 3기(1924~31)의 3시기로 구분할 수 있다. 제1기에 화가는 공간적 효과의 창출에 있어 건축가에게 종속되었다. 제2기는 화가가 건축가의 권한을 초월하는 권리를 확보한 시기로서 추상적 환경형성을 위한 기반이 조성되었다. 제3기는 모든 협력작업의 중단 후에 건축가와 화가가 추상적 환경창조를 위한 독자적인 탐구를 모색한 시기이다. Before and after the First World War various Avant-Garde movements appeared simultaneously and it accomplished collaborative works between various parts of art which aimed the establishement of better society and the creation of ideal environment as a supporting element. Among these movements, De Stijl regared the abstact environment as an ideal background. In order to create the abstract environment, De Stijl continously pursued collaborative works between architects and painters as an ideal. The purpose of this study is to examine the architectural characteristics of De Stijl focused on the changes of collaborative aspects and buildings appeared in development process of collaborative works for creation of abstract environment.

      • Multibit Recoding 기법과 Redundant Binary 연산을 이용한 병렬 승산기 설계

        Proposed in this paper is a new algorithm for designing parallel multiplier, which is based on radix-8 Booth recoding and redundant binary (RB) representation of partial products. When compared to the conventional modified Booth algorithm, it reduces the number of partial products to be added by one third at the expense of an additional addition step for multiple generation. It has only [N/6]RB partial products for a N-b binary multiplication. To demonstrate the proposed approach, a 32-b x 32-b parallel multiplier has been designed using VHDL modeling and logic synthesis. The proposed multiplication scheme can be applied to the design of high-performance multiplier cores for floating-point unit (FPU) and general-purpose digital signal processors.

      • Oud의 집합주택에서 나타나는 공동체의식 제고를 위한 계획기법에 관한 연구

        요약문본 연구는 공동체의 구성요소로서의 집합주택의 의미와 20세기 초엽의 시대적 상황 과 사회문제 해결에의 요구를 분석하고, 그에 대한 건축적 대응으로 간주되는 당시의 많은 공동체 중에서 가장 현실적인 사례인 네델란드 건축가 Oud의 집합주택으로 동동체적 성격 의 규명과 함께 거주자들의 공동체의식 제고를 위한 다양한 계획기법을 고찰하므로써 현재 의 상황에 적용가능한 하나의 선례적 모델로 제시하고자 하였다. Oud는 자신의 집합주택단 지에서 외부와의 접촉을 단절하는 내향적·폐?거 단지배치와 공동생활을 지원하는 공동시 설의 부여, 구분의 폐지와 생활양식을 동질화 시키는 단위주호의 반복, 차별적인 외형의 modernity를 통한 정체성의 부여와 같은 계획기법을 통하여 집합주택 거주자들의 공동체의 식을 제고하고 있으며, 이러한 계획기법들은 시대적·공간적 간극에 대한 보충연구를 통해 현재의 상황에 적용 할 수 있는 선례로 고려할 만한 가치를 지닌 것으로 사료된다.AbstractThe purpose of this study is to consider the planning technique for uplifting of sense of the community in social housings of J. J. P. Oud, and to present the result as a precedential model which is able to apply in the current situation. Oud uplifted the sense of community of residents through the means of introversive and closed block arrangement, endowment of communal facilities, repetition of unit and abolition of discrimination, and endowment of identity through the modernity of facade.

        The purpose of this study is to estabilish systematic understanding on the architectural meaning and position of the Weissenhofsiedlung through the investigation into the background, planning intention and characteristics appeared in the process o f realization. The Weissenhofsiedlung exhibition was evaluated as an important architectural event in which various experimental attemts of 16 architects was carried out to create a new life style correspondent with the new era and to normalize the residential environment. The characteristics of the Weissenhofsiedlung can be summarized as follows: ⅰ ) standardization, rationalization and industrialization applied to mass production, ⅱ) use of new materials and construction methods for shortening of construction period and reduction of cost, ⅲ) seeking for the flexibility and openness in space and application of new concepts for reform of society through architecture.

      • 경북 유학산, 천생산과 성암산 일대의 식물군락유형 분석

        At the area of Yuhak, Cheonsaeng and Seongam mountains in Kyeongbuk, we studied the vegetation patterns with 75 plots on the base of Braun-Blanquet methods from March to October 2002. For the analysis of community patterns with 75 plots we used interspecies Affinity analysis method, DECORANA and TWINSPAN. The investigated area was divided into 17 communities with 177 species, and 20∼100% of treelayer, 10∼95% of shrublayer and 20∼100% of herblayer. By toe method of affinity analysis, it showed a big community with 86 species, but divided into 6 small groups by ordination and classification methods. Although it appeared as one group by the affinity test, the area divided into two groups by classification method at second level with eigenvalue of 0.320 and 0.430. It shows that the area of Yuhak, Cheonsaeng and Seongam mountains have own properties and in the process of succession.
