특수아동 교육의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 교수 적합화 (instructional adaptation), 개별화교육 프로그램(individualized prescribed program), 차 별화 교수 (differentiated instruction) 등은 특수교육에 대 한 미시적인 관점을 가지고 교육수요자들을 직접적으로 겨냥한 질적인 변화를 가속화시키기 위한 시도이므로 교수 학습 설계, 교육과정의 적합화,교수법 (teaching method) 개발에 많은 노력과 관심과 재정적 투입을 필요로 하고 있다. 교수적합화(instructional adaptation) 에 대한 개념적 틀을 최초로 제공 Glaser(1977) 는 이전에 실시한 수엽이 성공적이지 못할 때 그 원인을 분석하고 적절 한 교수 행위를 선택하여 적용하는 과정을 교수 적합화라고 하였는데, 이것을 통합교육 장면에 적용시켜 보면,일반학급에 통합된 장애 학생의 학업 상 의 성공을 이끌어내기 위해 교사가 자료,과제,시험 절차,점수 부여 준거를 수정 하거나 교수 제공 방식,교수 집단의 규모, 피드백 방법을 변화시키는 것 등으로 나타난다(김종현, 2010). 또한,교육 현장에서 학습자 개개인의 수행을 향상 시키고,활동에 참여할 수 있도록 환경, 교수, 학습 자료를 조정 (adjustment) 또는 수정 (modification) 한다는 측면 에 서 보면 교육과정 의 적합화 (curricular adaptation) 라고 할 수 있는데 교수적합화의 이런 측면을 개 별 아동들에게 적용 한다면 이것이 바로 개별화교육과정(individualized curriculum) 이다. ‘차별화 교수’란 수업에서 채택하는 접근방법은 개인과 다양한 교실 상황에 맞도록 변화를 주고, 조절(적합화)해야 한다는 전제에 기초를 둔 교수이론 으로서 일반교사들이 일반학급에서 다양한 학습자의 요구에 맞도록 교수를 차별화 하기 위한 필요성에 기반을 두고 있으므로 이는 학생의 다양한 학습 요구에 대한 교사의 반응으로 개념화 될 수 있다(김종현,2010). 이를 위해서는 교사가 학생 개개인의 학습 양식과 선호도를 이해해야 할 뿐만 아니라 학생의 개별 요구를 충족시키기 위한 맞춤 교육을 실시함으로써 각 학생에 대한 관심을 보여 주어야 한다. 교수의 차별화를 위해서는 내용의 차별화 (content differentiation), 학습 과정 의 차별화(process differentiation), 성 과물의 차별화(product differentiation) , 교실 환경 의 차별화 (environment differentiation) 가 요구된다. 위에서 살펴 본 바와 같이 교수적합화, 개별화 교수, 차별화 교수는 교수가 객관적인 입장에서 교육과정과 교수 학습 방법과 교육 환경을 아동에게 맞도록 교사 주도로 변화시키는 절차이다. 이와 달리 반응성 교수는 교사가 제시하는 자극에 대한 아동의 반응에 따라 아동이 교수-학습을 주도할 수 있는 기회를 제공함으로써 교사 주도의 활동과 아동 주도의 활동이 균형을 이루도록 함으로 써 교육 성취의 질적 향상을 도모 하기 위한 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 아동 주도의 활동을 이끌어 내는 데 효과적이라는 평가를 받고 있는 ‘반응성 교수’에 대한 기본 개념과 핵심적인 내용을 소개함으로 써 이를 특수아동 교육에의 적용 방안을 제시함으로써 교수-학습의 질적 제고를 도모하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다.

CORBA 기반 분산환경에서 적응적 멀티미디어 스트림 서비스

This paper present a design and simple evaluation of an audio/video stream services with adaptive QoS control based on CORBA distributed objects. Our design abstracts software components concerning the processing of audio/video as distributed objects. And we separates the transmission path of control data and media data for efficient stream transfer. Our system architecture support multicast connections as well as point-to-point connection. We show a call/connection and flow control procedure of stream. And we propose simple QoS management policy based on a feedback style dynamic adaptive QoS control. Finally, we introduce an implementation environments and evaluate a simple performance.

This study conducted a survey to analyze the job ability of new employees of 43 chemical manufacturers that are located in the areas of Pusan, Yangsan and Kimhae in order to develop a curriculum for the chemical engineering department. The survey showed that the most insufficient job abilities for the incoming employees tamed out to be the applicability and creativity, followed by the lack of basic chemistry and major subject knowledge. It also investigated the employees' major subject knowledge and lab proficiency that are related to their assignment as well as their foreign language ability. In the survey directed to the students, when they were asked about their field preference technical development was the most popular and the quality management and business management were next in line respectively. In order to enhance one's ability in the areas of applicability and creativity, a new curriculum was established containing a new project subject, strengthening the basic chemistry subjects, and adding Microbiology, Business Administration and Economics.

경북 천생산, 유학산, 숲데미산지역의 현존식생 및 식물군락

From April to October 2001, we studied on vegetation of 60 plots through the methods of Braun-Blanquet at Cheonsaengsan, Yuhaksan and Supdemisan in Gyeongbuk. In whole area of Cheonsaengsan, Yuhaksan, Supdemisan we gave the grades based on the criteria of ministry of environment, and described an actual vegetation map based on physiognomy. Through the methods of Braun-Blanquet it showed 6 communities at Cheonsaengsan, 5 communities at Yuhaksan, 6 communities at Supdemisan and total appearance of 128 species and covered with 50∼95% of tree layer, 20∼90% of shrub layer, 20∼90% of herb layer. The vegetation in actual vegetation map divided by physiognomy were 8 communities at Cheonsaengsan, 8 communities at Yuhaksan, 10 communities at Supdemisan. The vegetation with more than vegetation grade Ⅲ was not appeared and it means that this area needs continuous conservation plan.
