This study was to examine the most effective exercise intensity to decrease blood alcohol level under the condition of the same exercise volume after alcohol ingestion The subjects of the study were 7 students who enrolled in physical education major at H University, The blood alcohol levels of subjects were recorded and analyzed in different exercise condition, which were without exercise, HRmax 50% aerobic exercise, HRmax 70% aerobic exercise at each exercise situation(before, immediately after, 65rnins after, and 120mins after exercise). The effects of aerobic exercise on blood alcohol level and the changes in blood alcohol concentration level according to aerobic exercise intensity were as follows : 1. The blood alcohol levels in non-exercise group, HRmax 50% exercise group, and HRmax 70% exercise group illustrated significant difference(p<.05), In post hoc test, there was significant difference between non-exercise group and HRmax 50% exercise group (p<.05). In addition, there was significant difference between non-exercise group and HRmax 70% exercise group(p<.05). However, the blood alcohol levels in HRmax 50% exercise group and HRmax 70% exercise group did not show significant difference(p>.05). 2. The levels of decreasing blood alcohol concentration in the exercise situation(before, immediately after, 60mins after, and 120mins after exercise) showed significant difference(p<.001). 3. The interactive effect between exercise group and exercise situation illustrated significant difference(p<.001). As mentioned above, aerobic exercise was effective to decrease blood alcohol level after alcohol ingestion but under the condition of the same exercise volume the change of blood alcohol levels according to exercise intensity did not show significant difference. In conclusion, the most effective and fastest way to decrease blood alcohol level was HRmax 50% aerobic exercise, that is low intensity, rest after the exercise, and slight physical activity.

PROSET2000 that is integrated protective management system had developed and used in order to automate the setting process of protective relays in transmission system protection. PROSET2000 have database for relay setting and automated for relay setting program within. This paper proposed PCM current differential relay setting program point of Object Oriented Programming paradigm using Unified Modeling Language about additional relay in PROSET2000. Nevertheless each relay uses same current differential but setting method is different. This paper discribed different thing about setting method of each relay and evaluated more effective and corrective relay setting program using UML.

동적 물체에 대한 로봇 매니퓰레터의 Visual Servoing

This paper presents a new method for visual servoing to control the pose(position and orientation) of the robotic manipulators for grasping the 3-D moving object whose initial pose and motion parameter are unknown by using the stereo camera. The stereo camera is mounted on the end-effector of robotic manipulator. In order to track the current pose of robotic manipulator to the desired pose, we use the Jacobian relating the change in image feature point to the change in the object's pose with respect to the camera. In this paper the simple PD controller is adopted for tracking the desired pose. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by some computer simulations.

율피, 솔잎, 호프의 아세톤 추출물의 항산화작용

The extracts 70% acetone from chestnut inner shell, pine needle and hop flower were added to soybean oil, lard, soybean oil-water emulsion and lard-water emulsion in order to test the antioxidant activity compared with α-tocopherol, respectively. Induction period was determined by Rancimat and the antioxidant activities were recorded in the order of pine needle〉chestnut inner shell〉hop〉tocopherol in the soybean oil, and in the order of tocopherol〉chestnut inner shell〉pine needle〉hop in the lard treatment. These three extracts showed similar high antioxidant activity by peroxide value test in soybean oil, soybean oil-water emulsion, lard and lard water emulsion, respectively. The chestnut inner shell extract would be the highest antioxidant agent among the extracts tested in this study. Ellagic acid of chestnut inner shell and flavanol of pine needle would increase the antioxidant activity according to analysis result of polyphenol compound, respectively.

A peripheral T-cell lymphoma with a high content of epithelioid cells-an entity that reveals morphologic and clinical characteristics resembling those seen in angio-immunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AILD)-was separated from lymhoepithelioid cell lymphoma(Lennert' slymphoma, or LeL). It was considered a variant of the AILD type of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. AILD-PTCLep and LeL share so much similarities, clinically and morphologically, that they can't be differentiated each other. We experienced a case of AILD-PTCLep confirmed by a panel of immunohistochemistry and reviewed the differential points between the LeL.

신속 조형 모형을 이용한 악 교정 수술의 정확성 예측에 관한 연구

Rapid Prototyping(RP) models in facial asymmetry patients are used mainly for assisting diagnosis, planning treatment. It provides an easy way to measure discrepancies due to asymmetry on the model directly, and opportunity to study the bony structures of the patient and to manipulate them as required before the actual surgery. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the surgical prediction of orthognathic surgery using RP model in facial asymmetry patients. In 26 patients with facial asymmetry. We compared patient cephalogram and skull posterior-anterior view with RP model after surgery. Surfery methods were sagittal split ramus osteotomy(SSRO), intraoral vertical ramus osteotomy(IVRO), inverted L osteotomy, Le FortⅠosteotomy. Difference of two groups was analyzed and compared statistically. The results were no difference between patients and RP model is useful in selection of surgery method and prediction of surgery. In facial asymmetry, we knew that IVRO in mandibular surgery is better method than others.

발작성상심실성 빈맥환자에서 Adenosine과 Verapamil의 치료효과

Background. According to the 1992 version of ACLS guideline, adenosine is recommended as the first line drug for the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT). But adenosine is not used frequently in our country, despite currently proven effect and safety. Therefore we tried to compare the efficacy and safety of adenosine with verapamil for the treatment for PSVT. Materials and Methods. We prospectively reviewed charts of PSVT patients admitted to YongDong Severance Hospital from Jan. 1995 to Dec. 1996. These patients were randomly divided into two groups. The first group was given 6mg of adenosine initially , and another 12mg was given within 5minutes if first dose failed. The other group was given 5mg of verapamil initially, and if failed, 10mg was given within 10minutes. The results were analyzed by Chi-square test and student- t method Results. In converting PSVT to normal rhythm, adenosine and verapamil showed similar results and there was no difference between the two groups in frequency of side effects, but serious arrhythmia such as ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia was not seen in the adenosine group. Conclusion. Adenosine not only showed comparable effect and safety, but also had shorter action time than verapamil. Therefore we recommand sdenosine, as a safe and effective first line drug for PSVT.

제주도 연안 초망 어선의 소음에 관한 연구

제주도 연안에서 이루어지는 초망 어업에서 수중음을 이용하여 멸치 어군을 유효하게 집어하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻기 위하여 어선의 주기관을 공회전시켰을 때의 선상과 어군이 유집되어 투망되는 수심 4m지점과 함께 수심 10m층의 수중 소음을 측정 조사하였다. 이때 사용한 선박의 공회전은 전진시의 800 rpm과 후진시의 1000 rpm으로 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 기관의 회전수 800 rpm에서 선수(B), 갑판(D), 선미(S), 연돌 위(F), 기관실 내(E)의 소음 준위는 각각 90, 93, 106, 107, 101 dB 이었으며, 기관 회전수 1,000 rpm에서의 소음 준위는 각각 93, 95, 110, 109, 103dB이었다. 2. 회전수를 800rpm으로 할 경우 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 Hz에서 선수의 소음 준위는 4m인 경우 각각 92, 95, 102, 97, 94, 92dB 이었으며, 수심 10m인 경우 87, 88, 99, 96, 94, 93 dB이었고, 선체 중앙에서는 4m인 경우 94, 91, 100, 96, 94, 92dB, 10m인 경우 93, 92, 99, 95, 93, 91dB이었다. 선미에서는 4m인 경우 98, 94, 100, 97, 94, 92 dB이었으며 10 m인 경우 92, 93, 99, 96, 93, 92 dB로 나타났다. 3. 후진시 사용하는 회전수 1000 rpm으로 할 경우 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 Hz에서 선수 소음 준위는 4m인 경우 각각 86, 91, 98, 95, 93, 92 dB로 나타났고, 10m인 경우 88, 87, 99, 96, 94, 92 dB로 나타났으며, 선미에서는 4m인 경우 88, 88, 99, 96, 93, 92 dB, 10m인 경우 88, 86, 99, 96, 94, 92 dB로 나타났다. In order to obtain a basic data for alluring a school of fish, anchovy with emitting underwater sound, an experimnet for measuring noise level was carried out on no-load operation of a engine. noise level was measured at the depths of four meters and ten meters and analyzed. Then, the revolution per minute of the ship used at this field experiment was 800 including 1000. The results were followed. 1. On 800 rpm, noise levels on board were 90, 93, 106, 107 and 101 dB in the order of bow, deck, stern, funnel, funnel and engine room. In addition, 93, 95, 110, 109 and 103 dB on 1000 rpm, respectively. 2. on 800 rpm, underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the bow were 92, 95, 102, 97, 94 and 92dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 87, 88, 99, 96, 94 and 93 dB. Underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters outside the engine room were 94, 91, 100, 96, 94 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 93, 92, 99, 95, 93 and 91 dB. Underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the stern were 98, 94, 100, 97, 94 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 92, 93, 99, 96, 93 and 92 dB. 3. On 1000 rpm, underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the bow were 86, 91, 98, 95, 93 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 88, 87, 99, 96, 94 and 92 dB. 천연두 백신 접종 후 발생된 급성 심근염 1예

Acute myocarditis complicating coronary vasospasm after smallpox vaccination is very rare complication that can be generally developed within less than 30 days after vaccination. Clinically and biochemically, this disorder is often mimic and highly suggestive of acute myocardial infarction. We report 21 years old man that had a history of a smallpox vaccination 3 weeks ago and prodromal symptoms(fever, malaise etc) a few days ago. hIe visited to our hospital because of abrupt onset of severe substernal chest pain, dyspnea and diaphoresis. At admission, electrocardiography was ST elevation in lead Ⅰ, aVL, V4, V5, and V6. The CK-MB level was 68 U/L, LDH level was 760 U/L, Troponin-Ⅰ was 24.64 ng/㎖, and Troponin-T was positive. 2D-echocardiograpy was normal left ventricular function, Clinically we presumed this disorder as acute myocardial infarction and we promptly performed the coronary angiography and revealed focal spasm in distal left coronary artery territory without critical stenosis in both coronary arteries. We diagnosed this disorder as coronary vasospam complicating acute myocarditis that is different with acute myocardial infarction, and we prescribed nitroglycerin and nifedipine. After discharge, he is now well without any symptoms and has been following up monthly at our outward department for 6 months.
