        공동주택에 대한 하자정보 관리시스템의 개선 모델

        The purpose of this study is to suggest an Improvement Model of defect information management system. The improvement model adapts methods for the residents to input defect information correctly and share to defect information with construction company. The adapted research method is review for existing defect information management system and suggested for data flow diagram of improvement model. The results of this study are as follows: The basic design of the information input window of the defect information management system for connecting with big data was made. And 5 point scale was applied to evaluate the convenience, simplicity, accuracy, necessity, and usability of the improvement model. It is evaluated that the economic effect caused by using the improvement model is saved by about 151 million KRW compared to the existing method. The Improvement model is used utilize big data in correct defect management and decision making.

        모듈러 플랜트의 업무특성을 고려한 위험 평가 및 예비비 예측

        The purpose of this study is to assess the risk and predict the contingency for modular plant construction projects. Considering the work characteristics of the modular plant, The adapted research method is that suggest models for assessment impact of risk and predict the contingency considering risk. Based on the proposed models, It is selected one modular plant construction project and assessment impact of risk factors and predicted the contingency. The results of this study are as follows: Assessment the probability of occurrence of risk factors and intensity of impact, and extract 15 important risk factors. These are classified as Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Transportation, Construction phases to consider the work characteristics of the modular plant. The predicted contingency is that 6.739%(Engineering 2.850%, Procurement 6.225%, Fabrication 6.211%, Transportation 4.165%, Construction 8.168%) to prepare the basic business expense. The model is used as a way to derive quantitative results in the decision-making process for risk management in construction projects. 본 연구의 목적은 플랜트 건설사업에서 모듈러 공법의 적용이 확대됨에 따라 모듈러 플랜트에 대한 업무특성을 고려하여 위험을 평가하고 위험에 대응하기 위한 예비비를 예측하는 것이다. 연구방법은 모듈러 플랜트의 업무특성을 고려하여 위험의 영향을 평가하기 위한 모델(방법)과 예비비를 예측하기 위한 모델(방법)을 제시한다. 그리고 제시된 모델을 기반으로 모듈러 플랜트 건설사업 1곳을 사례로 선정하여 위험요인의 영향을 평가하고 예비비를 예측한다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 위험요인의 발생확률과 영향점수를 평가하여 중요 위험요인 15개를 선정하였다. 그리고 모듈러 플랜트의 특성을 고려하기 위하여 설계(E), 구매(P), 제작(F), 운송(T), 시공(C)단계로 업무를 분류하여 예측된 예비비는 기초사업비(610,503,596 천원) 대비 약 6.739%이며, 설계(E) 2.850%, 구매(P) 6.225%, 제작(F) 6.211%, 운송(T) 4.165%, 시공(C) 8.168%로 도출되었다. 본 모델은 위험관리를 위한 의사결정 과정에서 정량적인 결과를 도출하는 방법으로 활용된다.

        임시 활주로 건설공사의 위험영향 및 손실비용 사례분석

        본 연구의 목적은 임시활주로를 건설하는 과정에서 발생된 위험항목을 도출하고 위험항목을 조치하기 위해서 지출된 위험비용에 따른 손실비용을 분석하는 것이다. 이에 따라 건설공사가 완료된 임시활주로를 사례대상으로 선정하였으며, 시공자료(실정보고자료, 설계변경요청자료, 설계변경승인자료, 계약내역, 준공내역 등)를 기반으로 공사비의 변동을 유발한 위험항목과 위험항목을 조치하기 위해서 지출된 위험비용 그리고 손실비용을 분석하였다. 사례대상으로 선정된 임시활주로를 건설하는 기간 동안에 발생되었던 위험항목은 8개로 도출되었으며, 그 중에서 발주기관의 책임으로 인하여 발생된 위험항목은 3개, 건설회사의 책임으로 인하여 발생된 위험항목은 5개이다. 그리고 위험비용은 520백만원으로 발주기관이 부담하여야 하는 위험비용은 243백만원, 건설회사가 부담하여야 하는 위험비용은 277백만원으로 산정되었다. 이에 따라 발주기관은 건설회사와 체결된 계약금액 대비 2.36%의 예산이 추가적으로 지출되었고 건설회사는 최초 계획된 수익 443백만원 중 –277백만원이 손실되어 잔여수익은 165백만원으로 분석되었다.

        무감동증을 동반한 알쯔하이머병에서 국소뇌혈류 변화의 SPM 분석

        Background: Apathy is one of the most frequent behavioral symptoms in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and interferes with activities of daily living. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the differences of cerebral blood flow between AD without apathy and with apathy. Methods: Nineteen AD patients without apathy (AD-NA group) and 15 AD patients with apathy (AD-A group) were evaluated. Cerebral perfusion was measured by 99mTc-ECD single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). The images of the AD-A and AD-NA groups were statistically analysed by means of statistical parametric mapping (SPM) 99. Results: Compared with AD-NA group, the AD-A group had significantly lower perfusion in the left inferior frontal regions (left orbital gyrus, Broadmann area 47 and left median frontal gyrus, Broadmann area 11) (uncorrected p<0.01). Conclusions: These results suggest apathy may be related with disturbances in projections of frontal subcortical circuits, even though apathy is primarily related with dysfunction of the cingulate gyrus.

        Analysis of the Probabilistic Cost Variation Ranges According to the Effect of Core Quantitative Risk Factors for an Overseas Plant Project : Focused on a Middle East Gas Plant Project

        The purpose of this study targets overseas gas plant construction projects with the aim of analyzing the probabilistic cost variation range with consideration of the effect of core quantitative risk factors. C-Project, which is expected to be completed by a domestic construction company in country U, was thus selected as the subject of analysis. By interviewing experts through survey questions, the core quantitative risk factors for the engineering, procurement, and construction phases were derived. Based on these risk factors, the cost variation range, which is caused by the risk factor effects on project cost, was analyzed. Monte Carlo simulation was applied to this quantitative cost variation result, and the probabilistic cost variation range was assessed. The summarized results of this study are as follows: The probabilistic cost variation range for each phase, with consideration of the effect of core quantitative risk factors, is: an engineering cost of -1.95% to 2.49%, procurement cost of -3.07% to 3.91%, construction cost of -2.99% to 3.80%, and a total project cost of -2.58% to 3.50%. The analysis model and analysis result from this study can be used as decision-making tools to help minimize the economic loss resulting from the effect of risk factors during the overseas plant construction process.

        Influence of Diaphragmatic Mobility on Hypercapnia in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

        A reduction in diaphragm mobility has been identified in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and has been associated with a decline in pulmonary function parameters. However, little information exists regarding the potential role of diaphragm mobility on hypercapnia in COPD. A new method of assessing the mobility of the diaphragm, using ultrasound, has recently been validated. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between diaphragm mobility and pulmonary function parameters, as well as that between arterial blood gas values and diaphragm mobility, in COPD patients. Thirty seven COPD patients were recruited for pulmonary function test, arterial blood gas analysis and diaphragm mobility using ultrasound to measure the craniocaudal displacement of the left branch of the portal vein. There were significant negative correlations between diaphragmatic mobility and P_aCO_2 (r = -0.373,P = 0.030). Diaphragmatic mobility correlated with airway obstruction (FEV_1, r = 0.415,P = 0.011) and with ventilatory capacity (FVC, r = 0.302, P = 0.029; MVV, r = 0.481,P = 0.003). Diaphragmatic mobility also correlated significantly with pulmonary hyperinflation. No relationship was observed between diaphragm mobility and P_aO_2 (r =-0.028, P = 0.873). These findings support a possibility that the reduction in diaphragm mobility relates to hypercapnia in COPD patients.
