        정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

        연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

        포르말린으로 유도된 안면통증에 대한 홍삼추출물의 항염증 효과

        본 연구는 건강보조제 및 약제로서 전신의 염증반응 및 여러 약리적 효능을 가지고 있는 홍삼이 국소적인 안면 통증 의 완화에 영향을 끼치는지에 관해 조사하였다. 실험동물은 4그룹으로 대조군(n=6)과 5% 포르말린 주입군(n=6), 5% 포르말 린+D.W. 주입군, 홍삼(4.5 ml)(n=6) 복용군으로 나누어 45분간 안면을 긁거나 문지르는 행위를 계수하여 비교하였다. 홍삼 복용군에서 포르말린 주입군에 비해 유의하게 긁거나 문지르는 행위가 줄어들었으며, 15분부터 통증완화효과가 증가되기 시작되어 30분까지 유의한 효과를 보였다. 홍삼투여군에 대한 단백질정량분석 (western blot)으로 통증유발기전에 연관되는 염증과 항산화, NO생성에 관련된 신호전달 단백질 p38 MAPK와 iNOS, Nrf2를 뇌, 연수에서 활성정도를 비교한 결과 감소하 는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과들은 홍삼이 전신적 약리효과 뿐만 아니라 국소적인 염증, 통증완화에도 효능이 있음 나타낸다. The effects of korean red ginseng (KRG) extracts on orifacial pain control in terms of the systemic inflammatory response and pharmacological effects as health supplements were investigated. The experimental group were divided into three groups, the control group (n=6), formalin (5%, 50 ㎕) injection group (n=6), and formalin (5%, 50 ㎕) injection added KRG administrated group (4.5 ml/kg, n=6). The KRG administrated group prior to the formalin injection significantly attenuated the behavioral response compared to that of the control group. Pain reduction was suppressed mainly from 15 min to 30 min. The KRG administrated rats showed significantly reduced p38 MAPK, iNOS and Nrf2 expression in the brain and medulla oblongata according to Western blot analysis. These findings suggest that KRE may have a useful effect on orificial pain control functions by preventing the p38 MAPK pathway.

        中學 科學敎育의 探究學習에 대한 評價問項 開發 (Ⅱ)

        This study was accomplished to develope the evaluation items for inquiry learning in the 2nd grade Middle School Science for the consecutive study of the evaluation items for inquiry learning in the 1st grade Middle School Science(U-Hang Ki et al, 1984). In this study, paper and pencil test items and performance test items are made by analyzing the abilities of inquiry according to the contents and four basic experiments from each unit in the 2nd grade Middle school science. These evaluation items were applied to tke five classes of the 2nd grade of middle school to test their validity. It is desirable that performance test schuld be used for the evaluation for the abilities of inquiry which can not be evaluated by paper and pencil test. In the evaluation methods of performance test, tester evaluation, peer evaluation and self-evaluation can be applied to the science class in a multi-student class. In higher grade, however tester evaluation is more desirable than peer and self evaluation. It is found that peer evaluation and self-evaluation make possible the perfect study by feedback.

      • 생체분해성 고분자를 이용한 사시수술용 제형개발 및 효용성에 대한 연구

        A new device, muscle clamping system was developed to facilitate exact quatifying technique A strabismus surgery, and reduce the risk of complications. The device is composed of a lower fixing body with three jaws and an upper supporting body. They are used to clip an extraocular muscle and fix it to the sclera with a single bite. Superior rectus recession on 16 rabbit eyes were performed with this new device. Conjunctival injection, muscle adhesion strength, and light microscopic findings were examined at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively. The Conjunctival injection were minimal, adhesion power ranged from 420 to 600 gram gravity, which is sufficient in withstand the normal pull of human extraocular muscle. In microscopic exam, some Inflammatory cells and fibrosis were found. The new device was technically easy, fast, and accurate, so it may be useful in stabismus surgery.

      • 고밀도 플라즈마를 이용한 YMnO_3 박막의 건식 식각 특성

        본 연구에서는 YMnO_3 박막을 유도결합 플라즈마 (ICP : inductively coupled plasma)와 Cl_2/Ar 가스를 이용하여 식각하였다. 최대 식각율은 1.0의 Cl_2/(Cl_2+Ar) 가스 혼합비, 600W의 rf 전력, -200 V의 직류 바이어스 전압, 15 mTorr의 반응로 압력 및 25 ℃의 기판 온도에서 285A˚/min이었다. 완충층으로 사용되는 CeO_2, Y_2O_3와 전극 물질인 Pt, 마스크 물질인 PR (photoresist)와의 선택비는 각각 2.85, 1.72, 0.45, 0.06이었다. 식각된 YMnO_3 박막 표면에서의 화학반응을 알아보기 위해서 XPS (x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)와 SIMS (secondary ion mass spectrometry) 분석을 수행하였다. Y은 Cl 라티칼과의 화학적인 반응에 의해 주로 제거되는 반면, Mn은 Ar 이온에 의한 물리적인 스퍼터링에 의해 주로 식각된다. SEM (scanning electron microscopy)을 통해 식각 단면을 분석하여 약 65°의 식각 기울기와 측벽에 잔류물이 없는 것을 확인하였다. Ferroelectric YMnO_3 thin films are excellent dielectric materials for high integrated ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) with metal-ferroelectric-silicon field effect transistor (MFSFET) structure. In this study, YMnO_3 thin films were etched with Cl_2/Ar gas chemistries in inductively coupled plasma (ICP). The maximum etch rate of YMnO_3 thin films is 285A˚/min under Cl_2/Ar of 10/0, 600 W/-200 V and 15 mTorr. The selectivities of YMnO_3 over CeO_2 and Y_2O_3 are 2.85, 1.72, respectively. The results of x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) reflect that Y is removed dominantly by chemical reaction between Y and Cl, while Mn is removed more effective by Ar ion bombardment than chemical reaction. The results of secondary ion mass spectrometer (SIMS) were equal to these of XPS. The etch profile of the etched YMnO_3 film is approximately 65° and free of residues at the sidewall.

      • 가연공정의 제조공법에 따른 고신축성 폴리에스테르 직물의 특성분석 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the physical charaeteristics of 6 highly stretchable polyester yarns made by SㆍZ Nip belt mechanism and False twisting-after twisting mechanism which are replaceable for Spandex and PBT. The results were as follows: 1.Tenacity of the sample yarns was 7∼8% higher than that of the regular polyester DTY. 2.It was showed that the maximum stretch will be achieved in case that the warp density should be reduced by 10%, considering the shrinkage of the final fabric width since the stretchable yarns are mainly used as the weft yarns. 3.Both wet and dry shrinkage of the sample yarns were 10% higher than those of the regular polyester DTY, PBT, and Spandex. 4.Crimp recovery of the sample yarns were 40%∼200% higher than that of the regular polyester DTY and 20% higher than that of PBT. Therefore, it might be concluded that the sample yarns will be suitable for highly stretchable fabrics for clothings.

      • 운동선수의 체간부 등속성 근기능 및 유연성과 요통과의 관계

        The relationships of the isokinetic muscle functions and the flexibility of body trunk to low back pain(LBP) were investigated in 16 female ahtletes aged 21.5 years. Some of them were suffering from LBP syndrome without clinical signs of lumbosacral nerve root irritation or compression. The isokinetic muscle functions of subject's body trunk were evaluated using Cybex770. The peak torques of trunk extensors and flexors were measured at 60˚ /sec, respectively. The powers and the total works of trunk extensors and flexors were measured at 180˚ /sec, respectively. The back strength and the trunk flexibility of the subjects were measured with dynamometer and flexormeter. The frequency scale, the visual analogue scale(VAS), and the verbal rating scale(VRS) of subject's LBP were evaluated by interview. The Pearson' Rs between the variables and their significances were calculated for statistical analysis. The coclusions were as follows. 1.The frequency of LBP in female athletes was once in four months. 2.The VAS(0-10) of LBP in female athletes was 2.62. 3.The VRS(1-7) of LBP in female athletes was 2.81(weak). 4.The significant negative correlations were observed between the frequency of LBP and the muscle mass, the trunk flexibility, and back strength of subject. 5.The weak correlations exist between the VAS of LBP and the age of subject, between the VRS of LBP and the trunk flexibility of subject. 6.There were not any significant correlations between the variables of LBP and the isokinetic muscle functions, and other physical and physiological variables.

      • 모직물의 구조인자가 기공특성 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to determine the effect of structural characteristics of selected wool fabrics on mechanical and porosity properties of wool fabrics There was a significant positive relationship between water vapor transmission rate and air permeability of samples, and keeping warmth ratio of samples with finer yarns was higher than that of samples with coarse yarns, specially for plain and twill woven samples. And mean pore diameter of samples increased with decreasing cover factor and increasing geometrical roughness(SMD). Mean pore diameter of samples with plain woven and coarse denier and single yarn was larger. Water vapor transmission rate of samples decreased with thickness and bulk density of samples, and water vapor transmission rate and air permeability of samples increased with mean pore diameter of samples. The above results show that wearing sensation and comfort properties of fabrics are changed depending on the end-use. and thus, above results can be used to manufacture of fabrics for specific end-use with high comfort properties.

      • 페야쿠르트병을 이용한 오수정화시설의 유기물 처리 특성 및 서식 미생물 분류

        The average concentration of BOD, SS, TKN and T-P of influent were 94.81, 105.58, 9.72㎎/L, respectively. Also, these average concentration of effluent were 7.94, 2.98, 18.21 and 4.95㎎/L, respectively. The corresponding removal efficiencies were 91.33% in BOD, 97.18% in SS, 67.30% in TKN and 49.0% in T-P. The process of this system was maintained stably because of flowing by gravity. The media used for this study was Yakult filter with specific surface area of 130㎡/㎥ and surface loading rate of 28㎡/㎥. In this system, the removal efficiencies of SS and sludge were higher than those of activated sludge process. Twenty eight senora and sixty eight species of aerobic bacteria were identified from floating water and Yakult filters in the septic tank. Especially, only two strains of the bacteria were found from the effluent. Alcaligenes, Corynebacterium, Flavobacterium, Pseudomonas, and Staphylococcus of the bacteria were found, and they were known as excellent bacteria for the degradation of organic matter. Also, Alcaligenes, Bacillus, Flavobacterium, Micrococcus, Proteus and Pseudomonas, which can denitrification organic matter, were found and phosphorus removal bacteria, Acinetobacter was identified.

      • 문자영상 紬線化에서의 雜音除去 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we study thinning algorithms which are peeling off successive contours of the character image to be thinned while keeping the connectivity of the skeleton in the process. Noise rejection algorithm is proposed for the purpose of removing the common short-comings of thinning algorithms when applied to hand-printed data. The algorithm consists of the three processings: preprocessing, thinning, and postprocessing. The preprocessing smooths down the originally-thick image and the postprocessing leads to the well-groomed skeleton. The noise rejection algorithm is implemented with FORTRAN language and tested through a CYBER170-825 computer system.
