Various koji were prepared by fungi isolated from traditional nuruk and their quality characteristics were investigated. Acidity and saccharification power of their koji were ranged in 5.0~6.8 and 128sp~241sp. Nine fungi which were showed good quality and sensory evaluation were identified by analysis of their nucleotide sequences with PCR-amplified 18S rDNA internal transcribed spacer-1(ITS-1) and ITS-4 genes. Among them, six strains were identified as Aspergillus oryzae and the other strains were identified as Mycocladus corymbiferus, Rhizopus oryzae, Lichtheimia corymbifera.

The executive function are a collection of processes that are responsible for guiding, directing, and managing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral function, particularly during active, novel problem solving (Gioia, Isquith, Guy, & Kenworthy, 2000). It is proposed that favorable environmental experiences, especially those embedded within early caregiving relationships, may have a positive impact on brain development (Glaser, 2000; Nelson & Bloom, 1997; Schore, 1996, 2001). Parenting quality mediated the effects of family resources on children's performance at all age (Julieta Lugo-Gil & Caterine S, 2008). Parent-child relationships may play an important role in children's developing self-regulatory capacities (Narasha Whipple, 2010). However, until now there have been few studies on parent-child executive function. Therefore, this researcher studied executive function in the childhood and parents' fostering attitude in order to prove the existing studies. Key words:executive functions, parenting.

조선초 원경왕후의 정치적 역할과 생애

원경왕후는 고려말 명문가인 여흥민씨 민제의 딸이며, 고려말·조선초의 정치적 혼란기에 이방원의 내조자이자 정치적 지원자였다. 여흥민씨는 이성계 자녀들과 혼인을 통한 결합으로 조선왕조 개국에 참여하였다. 이방원은 '1차 왕자의 난'을 통해 즉위의 기반을 마련하고 '2차 왕자의 난' 직후 세자에 책봉되어 즉위하였다. 한씨 소생 왕자들의 소외와 방석의 세자책봉, 사병혁파가 원인이 되어 발생한 '1차 왕자의 난'을 성공으로 이끌어낸 이방원의 뒤에는 그의 부인 원경왕후가 있었다. 원경왕후는 상건 당시 이방원에게 위험한 상황을 알리고, 친정가문의 도움을 빌어 무기와 병사를 준비하여 남편을 지원하엿다. 원경왕후는 당시 정세의 흐름을 정확히 파악하고 남편을 위기에서 구하였던 것이다. 또한 '2차 왕자의 난'에서도 마찬가지로 남편 이방원을 승리로 이끄는 데 견인차 역할을 하였다. 태종의 즉위로 중전이 된 원경왕후는 내명부의 수장 역할에 충실하였다. 그러나 태종의 왕권강화책으로 인해 아버지와 네 명의 동생들이 죽는 등 친정이 몰락하는 비극을 당하였다. 이것은 원경왕후의 정치적 능력과 그의 친정세력이 결합하여 왕권강화에 지장을 초래할까 우려한 태종의 염려 때문이었다. 그러나 태종은 평생토록 원경왕후가 '왕자의 난'에서 보여주었던 공을 잊지 않았다. 이것은 태종 자신의 집권과정에 부인 원경왕후의 정치적 역할이 매우 컸음을 스스로 인정했기 때문이었다. The queen Wongeoung(元敬王后) was wife of the king Teajong(太宗) that is 3rd king at the Chosun Dynasty. She was king Teajong-Lee bangwon's(李芳遠) wife and ploitical partner in the confused period by politics from the late Corea era to the early Chosun era. Specially, she contributed though Lee Bang-won accedes to the throne, because she acted big role in "The first royal prince's war'. This shows the political role of the queen Wongeoung. The queen Wongeoung who is Min Je's(閔霽) daughter came from a distinguished family in the late Corea era. As Mr. Min parentage had deep attainments in Sung Confucianism and combined to marriage with Lee Song-gye pedigree, they participated in founding of a country of Chosun Dynasty and kept their pedigree. The queen Wongeoung did big contribution in success of "The first royal prince's war'.(1차 왕자의난)Causes of'The first royal prince's war' are as following. First, royal princes of the queen Sineui(神懿王后) estranged in power. Second, the prime minister's force was rising because of that royal prince of the queen Sinduck(神德王后) became Crown Prince. And last, king Teajong tried to diminish privates. By the queen Wongeoung prepared weapon and soldiers in 'The first royal prince's war' by political sense that was born, she helped Lee Bang-won. Here was Yeoheungmin pedigree's(驪興閔氏) cooperation. Also, 'The second royal prince's war' succeeded by her help. The queen Wongeoung rose to queen's position reclaiming herself's fate. But, Yeoheungmin parentage was fallen because of sovereign power reinforcement policy of king Teajong after enthronement of king Teajong, And the queen Wongeoung and king Teajong's relation grew worse regarding indiscreet royal harem choice of king Teajong. She was a good woman who give help to raise husband in throne by her excellent personality, an appreciative eye that read political situation, and excellent political activity. However, such eminent her ability became subject of restraint of king Teajong to solidify sovereign power preferably.

PFAPA (Periodic Fever, Aphthous Stomatitis, Pharyngitis, and Cervical Adentis) 증후군 1예

PFAPA (Periodic Fever, Aphthous stomatitis, Pharyngitis, and cervical Adenitis) syndrome has characteristic features of an early onset, periodicity (interval <4 weeks), and a brisk rising high fever (>39℃) of 3 to 6 days' duration without signs of infection. An 18-year-old male was admitted for high fever, sore throat, headache, and abdominal pain. He had suffered from periodic fevers associated with pharyngitis and cervical adenitis for 14 years without any evidence of infection. The fever recurred approximately every 4 weeks lasting 4 to 7 days with intervening asymptomatic periods. Physical examination was unremarkable except for slightly injected tonsils. Most laboratory tests including CBC were normal except for elevation of Creactive protein level (3.47 mg/dL). Bacteriologic and radiologic studies were negative. The fever was spontaneously subsided in 6 days. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of PFAPA syndrome in Korea. (Korean J Infect Dis 33:219∼222, 2001)

대학졸업 여성의 직업관 및 유망직종 분석에 관한 연구(Ⅰ)

A Study on the Analysis of the Prospective Jobs and the View of Occupation of Highly Educated Women For the past twenty years, educational opportunities for women have been greatly expanded. Highly educated women want to get a job after graduation, but the job oppor­tunities for them are limited. In view of this premise, the purposes of this study are (1) to examine the job motiva­tion and the view of occupation of highly educated women, (2) to analyze the kinds of prospective jobs, (3) to examine the job satisfaction of employed women. To achieve the above mentioned purposes we made two questionnaires. One is for university women that consisted of the 1 open question ite, and the 25 multiple choice items, the other is for women with job that consisted of the 29 multiple choice items. The subjects of this survey were 437 students and 201 employed women. The results of this study can be summarized as follows:(1) In the case of job motivation, most of students accounted much of personal aspect than social aspect. (2) Most of subjects were willing to have a job after marriage but they responded that if their husband don't agree they will give it up. That is even in highly educated women, many of them have the passive attitude that they'll allow their husband's will rather than they decide their life style for themselves. (3) The results showed that the prospective jobs viewed by university women were jobs related to mass­media, teacher, counselor and the white collar job of firms and foreign agencies. The reasons for this they insisted were the act to the best of their abilities and the higher earnings. And they didn't made much of attaining the opportunity of promotion and the social fame. In order to work successfully most of subjects responded that they have to possess the intellectual ability, the efficient work accomplishment and the good interpersonal relationships.(4) Above 70 percentage of subjects, who have the prospective jobs responded that they are statisfied with their jobs and give much value on their jobs. The reasons of their satisfaction with their jobs are the importance of their work, the good circumstance and fringe benefits of jobs. They also value social experiences and the achievement of self­actualization. In short, Most of highly educated women want to get a career. So it was suggested that vocational guidance for university women should begin from early grade. Informations on occupations and special­lectures about jobs should also be offered to the university women.

화학발광(Chemiluminescence)법을 이용한 식품 오염 미생물의 측정

Ultraweak photons could be emitted from the chemical reaction without any electromagnetic radient. These chemiluminescence could be detected by highly sensible photomultiplier recently. We will introduce the principal of chemiluminescence generation reaction, and the application studies in the determination of food-borne microorganisms in field. The counts of surface contaminated microorganism in mackeral and chicken for cold storage determined by ATP-chemiluminescence method had good correlation with the counts by standard agar plate method. However, there was little correlation between 2 methods in ginseng powder whose microbial counts were lower than 10,000 CFU.
