The purpose of this study is to analysis of disposition distance of city park for the plan of suitable arrangement of city park based on the date examining Daegu Metropolitan City. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The result of analysis of population density as the case of districts, it appeared highly in city center area which Seo-Gu district and Nam-Gu district besides Jung-Gu district. However, it apperared in a low Buk-Gu district, Dong-Gu district and Salseong-Gun. 2) The result of analysis of population density as the case of regions, it appeared very highly Joukjun-Dong of Dalseo-Gu district(31,554per/㎢), Naedang-Dong of Seo-Gu district(29,922per/㎢). However it appeared in a low YeugaoMaen(85per/㎢) and Gachang-Maen(94per/㎢) of Dalseong-Gun. The regions where the population density is high have very low green space and live a lot of low income layer. 3) The result of analysis of disposition distance, in the case of children park, it appeared an intensive distribution in Dongcheon-Dong and Guam-Dong of Buk-Gu district, Whanggm-Dong and Dusan-Dong of Suseong-Gu district, Sangin-Dong and Yeongasn-Dong and Walsung-Dong of Dalseo-Gu district. however, it appeared in a low in Jung-Gu district. The case of urban park of the neighboring area, it appeared the most in Dalseo-Gu district except 2 parks in Jung-Gu district, the case of urban park of the walking area, it apperared in equality in city. 4) In conclusion, the area have population density and lots of low income layer, is in out of disposition distance should be considered in first for city park plan.

Polyphenol profiles, physicochemical properties, antioxidant activities, and inhibitory effect of adipocyte differentiation of Houttuynia cordata fermented with Lactobacillus brevis B84 were evaluated. Six polyphenols were characterized for this plant by using high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS), and the results were compared with total phenolic content by a spectrophotometric method. The total amount of the identified polyphenols was lower than that determined by the spectrophotometric method. However, the fermentation process influenced polyphenol composition such as content of vanillic acid and caffeic acid. The phytochemical profiles were evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry detection (HPLC-DAD-ESI-MSn). Total sugar and reducing sugar contents decreased after fermentation. Antioxidant activities such as DPPH, ABTS, and superoxide anion radical scavenging and reducing power were evaluated to compare the beneficial effect after fermentation. Fermented H. cordata increased the lipolytic effect in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Overall, the results indicate that the fermentation of H. cordata with L. brevis B84 produces changes of phenolic compounds, antioxidant activity, and lipolytic effect.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Trichlorfon is a moderately toxic organophosphate pesticide that is widely used in aquaculture. This study investigated the effects of trichlorfon on hematological parameters, biochemical factors, and stress reaction in <I>Cyprinus carpio</I> L. The fish were exposed to acute concentrations of trichlorfon (0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0 mg L<SUP>−1</SUP>) at 25 °C and 15 °C for 1 and 2 weeks, after which several parameters were evaluated to assess the effects of the pesticide. Significant decreases were observed in red blood cell (RBC) Count, hemoglobin (Hb) level, hematocrit (Ht), and plasma protein levels after each exposure period. In contrast, notable increases in mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean cell hemoglobin (MCH), calcium, and glucose levels were observed in the trichlorfon-treated groups. Additionally, there were significant increases in the plasma levels of glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) following the exposure to trichlorfon. Furthermore, the results showed a relationship between toxic stress and increment in <I>HSP70</I> and cytochrome P450 1A (<I>CYP1A</I>) expression over time. Ht, MCV, MCH, and the value of other biochemical parameters were quite lower at 15 °C than their corresponding values were at 25 °C, which indicated the decreased physical activity at 15 °C. The results of the present work indicate that acute exposure to trichlorfon and thermal stimulus could damage erythropoietic tissue. Additionally, hepatocytes function and physiological mechanisms could be impaired. Ht, glucose, GOT, GPT, <I>HSP70</I>, and <I>CYP1A</I> levels might be useful biomarkers of trichlorfon toxicity in contaminated aquatic ecosystems.</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>La<SUB>0.3</SUB>(Ba<SUB>0.5</SUB>Sr<SUB>0.5</SUB>)<SUB>0.7</SUB>Co<SUB>0.8</SUB>Fe<SUB>0.2</SUB>O<SUB>3−<I>δ</I></SUB> is a promising bifunctional perovskite catalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction and the oxygen evolution reaction. This catalyst has circa 10 nm‐scale rhombohedral LaCoO<SUB>3</SUB> cobaltite particles distributed on the surface. The dynamic microstructure phenomena are attributed to the charge imbalance from the replacement of A‐site cations with La<SUP>3+</SUP> and local stress on Co‐site sub‐lattice with the cubic perovskite structure.</P>

<P>Chitosan-<I>graft</I>-polyethylenimine (CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI) copolymer has been used for the improvement of low transfection efficiency of chitosan. The present study aims to test the pulmonary toxicity and efficiency of CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI as an aerosol gene carrier. Mice were exposed to aerosol containing green-fluorescent protein (GFP)-polyethylenimine (PEI) or GFP-CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI complexes for 30 min during the development of our nose-only exposure chamber (NOEC) system. CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI-mediated aerosol delivery demonstrated 15.65% enhancement of the fluorescence intensity. Compared to PEI, CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI showed no significant pulmonary toxicity. In summary, using CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI is safe and shows high transfection in aerosol gene delivery to animals, and enhanced efficiency was achieved through our aerosol gene delivery system. Therefore, CHI-<I>g</I>-PEI and this system would be applicable to future study for aerosol gene therapy. </P>

Recently, due to natural disasters such as flood, earthquake, tsunami, fire, and forest fire, etc., the destruction of the existing network infrastructure has caused situation that what happen in disaster area. To solve this case, we need to research to establish a wireless communication network using the communication equipment mounted on UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). In this paper, we present the integration method of wireless communication equipments through the research of the design and development of UAV mounted communication equipment.
