      • CNN과 Kibana를 활용한 호스트 기반 침입 탐지 연구

        사이버 공격이 더욱 지능화됨에 따라 기존의 침입 탐지 시스템(Intrusion Detection System)은 기존의 저장된 패턴에서 벗어난 지능형 공격을 탐지하기에 적절하지 않다. 딥러닝(Deep Learning) 기반 침입 탐지는 새로운 탐지 규칙을 생성하는데 적절하다. 그 이유는 딥러닝은 데이터 학습을 통해 새로운 침입 규칙을 자체적으로 생성하기 때문이다. 침입 탐지 시스템 데이터 세트는 가장 널리 사용되는 KDD99 데이터와 LID-DS(Leipzig Intrusion Detection-Data Set)를 사용했다. 본 논문에서는 1차원 벡터를 이미지로 변환하고 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)을 적용하여 두 데이터 세트에 대한 성능을 실험했다. 평가를 위해 Accuracy, Precision, Recall 및 F1-Score 지표를 측정했다. 그 결과 LID-DS 데이터 세트의 Accuracy가 KDD99 데이터 세트의 Accuracy 보다 약 8% 높은 것을 확인했다. 또한, 1차원 벡터에 대한 데이터를 Kibana를 사용하여 데이터를 시각화하여 대용량 데이터를 한눈에 보기 어려운 단점을 해결하는 방법을 제안한다.

        Concept Verification of Three-Layer DOI Detectors for Small Animal PET

        <P> Improved spatial resolution without sacrificing sensitivity is one of the most challenging developmental goals for small animal PET scanners. The 3-layer configuration that we propose here utilizes relative offsets of half a crystal pitch in x- and y-directions, and pulse shape discrimination to obtain depth of interaction (DOI). Three layers of crystals with a dimension 1.5<TEX>$\,\times\,$</TEX>1.5<TEX>$\,\times\,$</TEX>7.0mm <TEX>$^{3}$</TEX> were composed of a L <TEX>$_{0.2}$</TEX> GSO (Lu<TEX>$_{0.4}$</TEX> Gd<TEX>$_{1.6}$</TEX> SiO<TEX>$_{4}$</TEX>: Ce) crystal layer and a L<TEX>$_{0.9}$</TEX> GSO (Lu<TEX>$_{1.8}$</TEX> Gd <TEX>$_{0.2}$</TEX> SiO<TEX>$_{4}$</TEX> : Ce) crystal layer aligned with each other, and a L <TEX>$_{0.9}$</TEX> GSO crystal layer offset at half a crystal pitch in x- and y-directions. The L<TEX>$_{0.9}$</TEX> GSO crystal layer was attached to a Hamamatsu H9500 flat-panel PMT. The devised small animal PET scanner has a diameter of 84 mm with one detector ring, and can be upgraded to two detector rings. GEANT4 Monte-Carlo simulation was used to estimate sensitivities of <TEX>$\sim 12\hbox{\%}$</TEX> and <TEX>$\sim 20\hbox{\%}$</TEX>, respectively, at the center of one and two PMT ring system with an energy window of 350 <TEX>$\sim$</TEX> 750 keV. We present flood images with peak-to-valley ratios of about 5–6 obtained using <TEX>$^{22}$</TEX> Na and layer identification capability of <TEX>$\sim 99\hbox{\%}$</TEX> with pulse shape analysis, and verified the basic concepts of multi-layer small animal PET. </P>

      • 국내 콘크리트 기준의 발전 방향에 대한 고찰

        유럽 각국의 규준을 통합한 유로 Code의 등장과 북미지역을 중심으로 한 기술통합의 흐름과 같은 Global Network화의 추세에 적극적으로 대처하고자 Asia Concrete Model Code(ACMC)의 제정이 제안되었다. 현재까지 ACMC 위원회는 LevelⅠ과 Level Ⅱ의 draft를 완성하였으며, Level Ⅲ에서는 국가/지역조건을 고려한 실제적인 지침을 준비하고 있는 단계이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 시방들을 비교·분석하고 현재 제안된 ACMC Level Ⅲ Document 및 Perforomance Based Design과 관련된 문헌들을 고찰함으로써 국내현황에 적합한 ACMC Level Ⅲ Document의 작성방안을 제안하고자한다. Asian Concrete Model Code (ACMC) was proposed to cope with appearance of Euro-Code and a trend of Global Network such as a flow of the technique unification of North America. ACMC Committee has completed two drafts of LevelⅠ and LevelⅡ. Also, prectial specification considering national/regional condition is being prepared in draft of Level Ⅲ Document. On the study, each specification was analyzed and compared and a number of references were studied in order to propose ACMC Level Ⅲ Document considering domestic conditions.

      • 촉각센서를 위한 실리콘 마이크로다이어프램 배열의 제조

        Silicon diaphragm arrays were fabricated by silicon micromachining using porous silicon. Fabricated diaphragms consist of 3x3 array. The thickness of diaphragm is 5μm and theire size are 200x200, 300X300 and 400X400μm^(2), respectively. Several % of resistance change is observed, when stress was applied at diffused resistor on the diaphragm. Microdiaphragm arrays were easily fabricated by silicon micromachining using porous silicon, and we confirmed feasibilty of application at tactile sensor.

        The small and medium enterprises are the bases of nation's industry and economy as well as local. Therefore it is very important to cultivate the competitive small and medium firms. Recently, the electronic commerce has enlarged its sphere of utilization and scale of a market rapidly, and many countries and enterprises pay attention to its influences on business. The electronic commerce will give good chances to the small and medium firms. But they have many difficulties in introducing it. In this empirical study we tried to find out the need and strategies for utilizing the electronic commerce in small-medium business in Choongnam Provincial Area to strengthen their competitiveness. And we suggest the government must establish the effective supporting policies to speed up the adoption and spread of the electronic commerce.

      • 적층구성이 다른 복합재의 드릴 가공에 관한 연구

        In recent days the more use of CFRP composite is in the airplane, automobile, and sport goods , etc., the more necessity of research on it in this engineering. In this research, the CFRP composite specimen are fabricated by 48 CFRP plies with 6 stacking sequences, and the specimens are drilled with 4 tools. The results are analyzed with consideration of cutting force, type of tools and fabrication condition. The specimens with each drilling conditions are also investigated with SEM. The optimal drilling conditions such as drill types and cutting force with respect to the fabricating condition are studied.

        둔상에 의한 기관지 파열 1례

        Traumatic rupture of the major airways may be caused by blunt or penetrating injury. The incidence of blunt trauma has risen dramatically in this century with the increase in modern high-velocity transportation. Clinical presentation of bronchial injuries in blunt trauma is varied, and the initial diagnostic evaluation is often misleading. The emphasis in management of these injuries is on early diagnosis and intervention. We experienced a case of bronchial rupture caused by blunt trauma. A 5-year-old male visited Emergency Room complaining of severe dyspnea and chest pain after traffic accident. Chest X-ray showed left tension pneumothorax. After emergent closed-thoracostomy, persistent air leakage and collapse of the left lung were noted. Chest CT revealed cut-off of left main bronchus and "dropped lung". Bronchoscopic examination confirmed the rupture of left main bronchus including proximal part of upper lobe bronchus. The patient underwent left upper lobectomy and bronchoplasty by using interrupted 4-0 Vicryl sutures. The postoperative course was uneventful.

        초음파 반사 패턴과 주파수 대역 분할 신호처리를 이용한 다층구조인 노내 간극 측정

        모의 원자로내 용융물 냉각 실증 실험 결과 용융물 Al₂O₃/Fe themite 와 lower head vessel사이에 간극이 발생된다. 간극을 정량적으로 측정하기 위한 기존의 초음파 방법은 구조물의 복잡성과 2300℃ 에서 용융되는 thermite Al₂O₃/Fe, Al₂O₃의 영향으로 발생되는 lower head의 열영향부위(HAZ)의 금속학적인 결정입자 크기의 변화로 결정 계면으로부터 발생되는 잡음신호와 초음파 산란, 감쇠, 모드 변환 등이 발생되어 신뢰성이 떨어지고 있다. 간극을 정량적으로 측정하기 위해서 thermite와 lower head 사이에 물이 체워진 형태의 즉 고체, 액체, 고체의 다층구조에서 초음파의 진행 및 반사 형태를 분류 및 분석하였다. 결정립의 잡음을 억제하기 위하여 주파수대역의 확률 처리 방식인 PT(polarity threshold) 알고리즘을 이용하여 약 6dB 신호 대 잡음비의 개선효과를 가져왔다.

      • 백서 적혈구에서 glutathione이 paraquat 독성에 미치는 영향

        The participation of superoxide in initiating tissue damage from administration of a xenobiotics is best illustrated by paraquat intoxication, in which it is known that one electron reduction of paraquat leads to the formation of radicals which react with molecular oxygen to give superoxide. In the present study, the effects of paraquat on the level of glutathione and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase and glutathione stransferase were investigated in rat liver and erythrocytes. The contents of glutathione in liver and blood were sinificantly decreased by paraquat administration, but the activities of enzymes were unaltered. Incubation of the buffered aerobic mixture of erythrocyte in the presence of 5mM glucose, Paraquat and/or N-ethylmaleimide(NEM) resulted in the formation of lipid peroxide, the activities of various enzyme and the levels of glutathione were determined. The malondialdehyde(MDA) contents as a indicator of lipid peroxidation was decreased and the levels of total glutathione were not changed but the levels of oxidized glutathione(GSSG) were in creased in paraquat treated erythrocytes. The activites of ezyme were decreased in paraquat treated erythrocytes but in reduced glutathione(GSH) treated erythrocyte, the enzymes activities were less decreased by paraquat. These results suggest that paraquat toxicity was probably somewhat reduced by GSH, but paraquat-induced injury were not increased by GSH depletion in erythrocytes.
