In this study, the author attempt to analyze the principle of performance to pay under documentary letter of credit and to compare the principle and current practice in operation of the credit. Another purpose of this study is to support credit tansactions to supply a theoretical standard in re-lation with the disputes caused by different measurement of same clause in the credit. In addition to the above, this study is to give a defenition of terms used in credit transaction and to search for the materials studied in the field of credit. With the above purpose, the opening bnak and confirming bank are defined as a major obligor to pay to the seller under the credit. Beside of two banks the buyer is included in the object of this study as an obligor who assume full responsibility to pay to the opening bank even though he is not obligor to the seller under the credit. The cores of credit transaction is the performance to pay to the seller by opening bank, therefore in this study the formation and termination of obligation to pay is studied prior to define the principle of performance to pay. Also the major obligor's right and responsibility will be investigated and also disputed in relation to payment will be specified theoretically. As the validity of credit will commence after when letter of credit opened and advised to the ben-eficiary, the formation of obligation will effect same time. The termination of credit will be closed respectively after when the credit expired, all party concerned agreed to cancel the credit or the amount of credit paid by opening or nominating bank. In case of nominating bank negotiate the documents tendered by beneficiary, the credit will not be expired at the time of negotiation but the credit will be expired when the reimbursement be executed by opening bank. The governing law applicable to the contract of sale, the underlying contract of the credit, is the law of conducting place but to the credit is the law of the place of nominating bank except freely negotiable credit that will governed by the law of the place of opening bank.

순천향대학교 사회과학대 학생의 진로인식 및 진로지도개선에 관한 연구

This study conducted an empirical research to find ways to guide the career of college students in the social science at Soonchunhyang university. Research findings are as follows. 1) About 42% respondents answered that they did job-seeking efforts. 2) With regard to job preparing efforts, students spent their time on improving their English ability, major classes, computer ability, and license obtaining. 3) Job-related information sources in the school were not fully utilized by the students. 4) In the future, students hope that our school strengthen its PR efforts, open more English-related classes, improve its school image as a local university, and provide more job-related information The study concludes with implications of the study results and suggestions for career guidance of students.

The purpose of this study is to derive meaningful implications as to the way how to inspire attachment to the school for the students in the college of social science at Soonchunhyang University from a survey research. This study may provide some important implications in terms of how to manage the university such that the students become more satisfied with and love their university. This may contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the university. Overall, the results of this study suggest that the students in the college of social science tend to make positive evaluations on the university. Especially, their evaluations appear to be more positive after they entered the university than before. However, still, there are many things with which the students are very dissatisfied. We believe that the whole family of Soonchunhyang should try to address these problems, and therefore, ultimately, improve and enhance the competitiveness of the university.

Since 1978 the township-village enterprises have become the bases of nation's agriculture in China. After reforming and opening economy policy they had been developed more quickly and actively . And they had made a primary role in the developing of the township. Therefore it is very important to cultivate the township-village enterprises. But now it is becoming difficulty owing to so many problems's appearing such as lack of funds , revaluation, rising of the pay, lack of skilled workers and so on. So it is necessary tu restructure. Also they have to manage on scientific lines according to the supporting of the government. In this study will suggest the present condition of the township-village enterprises and consider the solution of the questions.

민간건설임대아파트 개발사업의 리스크 중요도 순위 분석에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to conduct an AHP analysis on risk factors at each development stage of private construction rental apartment development projects and analyze their relative importance rankings. In order to achieve this research objective, through a review of previous research, we first extracted the stage classification and risk factors of the private construction rental apartment development project and conducted two brainstorming sessions. Based on this, a survey was designed and a questionnaire was created to enable AHP analysis, and a survey of experts was conducted. The analysis results suggest that the adequacy of the site purchase price is the most important factor in a private construction rental apartment development project, followed by the expected sales rate, business balance analysis reflecting the appropriate sales price, location analysis, and adequacy of future value. These results are expected to become the basis for risk management in the progress of private rental housing development projects.
