Plasma Display Panel의 기술은 급격하게 발전 하고 있지만, 여전히 몇 가지 문제를 해결하기 위해 다각적인 접근이 이루어지고 있다 동화상의 윤곽제거, 광(光) 대비 향상을 통한 화질의 개선, 신뢰도 및 전력 효율을 개선하는 둥의 문제가 여기에 해당되며 그 중에서도 특히, 전력 효율을 향상시키 기 위해서는 PDP 의 발광효율을 높이는 것과 함께 기체방전과는 직접적인 관련이 없이 구동과정에서 발생하게 되는 불필요한 전력 소모를 최소화 하여야한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전력소모를 최소화하기 위한 새로운 형태의 고효율 에너지 회수 회로를 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 그동작을 확인하였다. 그리고 제안하는 회로를 실제 75인치 패널 에 연결하고 , 200 [kHz]에서 실험하여 제안한 에너지 회수 회로의 타당성을 검증하였다

In directly grounded power systems, the protection relay generally gain currents enough to interpret fault if any type of grounded faults occurs. But, the fault currents can be considerably reduced by the system with high impedance or non-grounding for secure stability. For such reasons, it must be provided not only zero-sequence current but also zero-sequence voltage for increase operating stability to OCGR(Over Current Ground Relay). Because it can have direction by using measured information of zero-sequence current and voltage. Zero-sequence voltage is detected where unbalanced voltage from ground in 3rd orderd open delta side of GPT(Ground Potential Transformer). In this paper, the zero-sequence voltage occurrence due to capacitance of underground cable is verified. It is also verified that the zero sequence voltage elimination because of changing from non-grounded neutral system to resistance grounded neutral system using PSCAD/EMTDC software simulation.

Current differential relay for Busbar notices electrical accident by comparing differential of magnitude and phase of current, and protects busbar from electrical accident by tripping circuit breaker. Recently, there are several cases of malfunction of Busbar protection relay at no-load inrush current. This problem is caused by inrush DC component which reduces CT's excitation impedance and relative permeability(μs). In this reason, CT is saturated, and causes differential current, finally, alarm is occurred. This document is for analysing main cause of malfunction of bus protection relay by inrush current from transformer, and proposal of standard for CT selection.
저항접지 시스템에서 지락사고시 CLR과열 소손방지를 위한 GPT 정격용량의 적정성 연구

Among the high distribution voltage consumers, high-capacity consumers are often applying the grounding resistance method in order to overcome demerits such as erroneous operation of the ground reply or potential increase in the battery at the accident of the isolated neutral system. In this paper, to prevent damage to CLR and GPT in the delay to block the breakdown in the resistance grounded neutral system, this study aims to provide a proper suggestion for continuous rating capacity of GPT to check the appropriateness of CLR size and reduce GPT burden. Thereupon, this study comparatively analyzes CLR current applied in general GPT and the current gained when CLR demanded in the system is used and analyzes the simulated system through simulation using PSCAD/EMTDC in order to suggest GPT’s proper continuous rating capacity.

영유아에 대한 안전사고는 꾸준히 발생하는 추세지만, 부모의 지속적인 관심만큼 효과적인 해결방안은 발표되지 않고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 유아용 모빌에 카메라를 장착하여 아기가 촬영되고 있는 영상을 임베디드 보드에 전송하고, 딥러닝과 영상처리를 통해 영유아의 안전 상황에 대한 판단을 진행한다. 실시간 영상 스트리밍 서비스만을 제공하는 기존의 스마트 모빌에 대한 차별성과 모빌의 동작 오류에 따른 영유아 무방비 상황 노출을 방지하기 위한 이중화 시스템이 적용된 영유아 사고 방지 스마트 모빌을 구현한 후, 성능 평가를 통해 본 시스템의 우수성을 입증했다.
혈액 투석중인 만성 신부전증 환자에서 혈청 Apolipoprotein A - I 과 B 의 변화

Cardiovascular complications are frequently observed in patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis. The role of the disorder of apolipoprotein composition has been emphasized. Serum concentrations of apolipoprotein A-I and apolipoprotein B were determined by radioimmunodiffusion in 44 patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis. The results were compared with those obtained in asymptomatic normolipidemic subjects and patients with chronic nephritis. Chronic renal failure patients on hemodialysis had reduced concentration of apolipoprotein A-I (107.1±25.54㎎/dl) compared with chronic nephritis (116.9±20.51㎎/dl) and the normal controls (137±25.54㎎/dl) as well as increased concentration of apolipoprotein B (123.5±20.54㎎/dl) compared with chronic nephritis (102.4±26.04㎎/dl) and the normal control (98.0±20.12㎎/dl), respectively (p<0.01). The ratio of apolipoprotein A-I to apolipoprotein B (0.87±0.514) was decreased compared with chronic nephritis (1.13±0.601) and the normal controls (1.39±0.513), respectively (p<0.01). These findings suggest that cardiovascular complications observed in chronic renal failure patients receiving hemodialysis may be related with the abnormalities in serum apolipoprotein A-I and apolipoprotein B level.
Streptozotocin 유발성 당뇨백서에서 해당효소에 대한 Phlorizin의 효과

In glycolysis, the reactions catalyzed by hexokinase, Phosphofructokinase, and pyruvate kinase are lally irreversible; hence they would be expected to have regulatory as well as catalytic roles. They ilso adaptive in a number of physiological states, and although the molecular mechanisms controlling adaptations are largely unknown, dietary and hormonal stimuli serve as environmental factors lating enzyme levels in vivo. The present study was undertaken to examine the effects of phlorizin, a blocker of renal tubular ose reabsorption, on the activities of glucokinase, hexokinase, and pyruvate kinase in the liver and nrocytes of streptozotocin (STZ) diabetic rats. The levels of plasma glucose and insulin and the activities of glycolytic enzymes were measured onchird day after phlonzin treatment in normal and STZ diabetic rats and the results were as follows. 1. Plasma glucose levels were reduced by 14.35%(P<0.05) in normal rats and by 39.38% (p<0.01) in STZ diabetic rats. 2. Plasma insulin levels were reduced by 45.6% (P<0.05) in normal rats and by 58.2% (P<0.01) in STZ diabetic rats. 3. On the third day after phlorizin treatment, hepatic glucokinase and pyruvate kinase activities in normal rats were reduced by approximately 56% (P<0.01) and 43% (P<0.01) respectively, and erythrocyte hexokinase and pyruvate kinase activities were reduced by approximately 18% (P<0.05) and 22% (P<0.01) respectively, In STZ diabetic rat shepatic glucokinase and pyruvate kina activities were reduced by approximately 52% (P<0.01) and 22% (P<0.01) respectively, a erythrocyte hexokmase and pyruvate kinase activities were reduced by approximately 4% and 3 respectively. Thus the overall decreases of the levels of plasma glucose and insulin and the activity of glycoly enzymes were observed on the third day after phlorizin treatment in normal and STZ diabetic ra These alterations in the enzyme activity with phlorizin treatment were shown to be a result of reducinsulin levels, and the smaller decrease in enzyme actvity in STZ diabetic rats than in normal rats thought to be probably due to the reduced response to changes in insulin levels at near basal levels enzyme activity.

Purpose: Even though the entire resection is only option for primary cure in case of the localized colorectal cancer. However, recurrence rate is relatively high(30%). The evaluation for chromosome 18 long arm status in the patients who have stage II colon cancer gives a important information about a prognosis and evaluation of the patients. This study was undertaken to evaluate the possible prognostic role of the expression of deleted in colorectal cancer (DCC) protein in the patients with stage II colon cancer. Materials and Methods: The present study analysed 22 patients with stage II &II (AJC TNM 1992 classification) colorectal adenocarcinoma who were admitted to the Chosun University Hospital between March 1989 and February 1992. Clinicopathologic parameters including age, sex, TNM stage, adjuvant chemotherapy, location and tumor differentiation and DCC status were examined. Results: The survival rate of the patients expressing DCC was found to be significantly higher in the patients in whom the DCC was expressed, while 4 (18%) in the other who had not the expression of DCC(P= 0.044). Although the patients with the stage II of the TNM stage have a better prognosis than those with stage III (P=0.046), no significant difference was found between these two groups in terms of the eastern cooperative oncology group (ECOG) performance status of patients (P= 0.525). Conclusion: when the expression of DCC protein is negative in patients with colon cancer staged II need a more aggressive treatments like in the patients with staged III colon cancer and thereafter the more exact operative method is required identifying the expression of DCC protein using the frozen biopsy during operation and thereafter the consideration for the chemotherapy and radiation therapy will be possible.
