Background : Many doctors are under a bias toward clinical severity in patients with atopic dermatitis. But the various studios show that atopic dermatitis may produce a range of impacts on the qualify of lift . Nevertheless there is much to be desired about the association between the quality of lift and atopic dermatitis in the department of Dermatology in Korean medicine. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the impact of the atopic dermatitis on quality of life and explore prognostic factors that influence outcomes. Methods : 70 patients were recruited in this study rho write out more than 90% of Skindex-29 questionnaires. The function of total scores and three domain scores and SCORAD index was investigated and the correlation of each domain scores also . Result : The total scores, showed significant correlation with three domain scores in atopic dermatitis. The correlation of each three domain scores were significant. SCORAD index showed significant correlation with three domain scores and total scores. Conclusion : In this study atopic dermatitis efface of the quality of life in physical, social, and psychological factors. So we considered to the quality of life as well as clinical severity in patient with atopic dermatitis.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to clarify the gender difference during standing balance in accordance with recruitment of abdominal muscles against sudden support surface translation. Methods: Twenty healthy males (n = 10, $26.50{\pm}3.54$ years, $170.60{\pm}6.30cm$, $72.80{\pm}5.69kg$) and females (n = 10, $24.40{\pm}2.63$ years, $163.00{\pm}4.97cm$, $52.10{\pm}4.41kg$) participated in the study. Each subject performed standing balance task on a platform, which moved in the anterior and posterior direction, with a total of 18 trials in three abdominal conditions (resting, hollowing, and bracing). We analyzed angular displacement of thoracic and lumbar spine and linear displacement of center of mass for evaluatione of spinal stability and standing balance, respectively. Results: Angular displacement of thoracic and lumbar spine and linear displacement of center of mass did not differ significantly between female and male in all conditions. Conclusion: Our results indicate that the ability to maintain spinal stability and standing balance were similar between male and female regardless of the abdominal contractile conditions and the direction of support surface translation.

In this study, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) hydrogels were successfully prepared by electron beam irradiation. The morphology and mechanical properties of the hydrogels were examined by scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing, which indicated that the compressive strength of the hydrogels was closely associated with their pore wall thickness. In addition, the equilibrium swelling ratio of the hydrogels was evaluated in both distilled water and different physiological media, which indicated that their maximum swelling ratio was higher in water than that in physiological media. Moreover, their maximum swelling ratio decreased with an increase in salt concentration. The fabricated cellulose-based hydrogels were shown to be promising for applications in drug delivery systems and the field of biomaterials.

Obstacle detection is much studied by using sensors such as laser, vision, radar and ultrasonic in path planning for UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle), but not much reported about its characterization. In this paper not only an obstacle classification method using 2-dimensional LMS(Laser Measurement System) but also a decision making method whether to avoid or traverse the obstacle is proposed. The basic idea of decision making is to classify the characteristics by 2D laser scanned data and intensity data. Roughness features are obtained by range data using a simple linear regression model. The standard deviations of roughness and intensity data are used as measures for decision making by comparing with those of reference data. The obstacle classification and decision making for the UGV can facilitate a short path to the target position and the survivability of the robot.

The archeological remains usually exist in some excavated ancient soils. The ancients oils are buried in underground with the environmental, biological and social facts for circumstantial evidence at past times. Consequently, it is very important thing to carry out scientific analysis of the ancient soils side by side with archeological study. In this study, we accumulated some basic data for scientific analysis of 5 kinds of ancient soils excavated at Wanggung-ri, Iksan city. So we obtained some characterizations of organic chemical source, ancient parasite egg, and some seeds in the soils. The organic sources showed the content of high organic material as 7~22%, and strong acidic condition as pH 2~6. It is indicated that Wanggung-ri soils have included so many organic materials from the degradation of biological remains. Most of all, we searched a lot of eggs of parasite Trichuris trichiura and so it is possible that this area had been a ancient toilet at that times. The more scientific analysis of the soils will be showed us about the utility of the area, ancient dietary life style, ancient environment and ancient human diseases.

A female sixty years old visited the Dept. of Oriental Medical Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology Hospital, Dong-eui University with contact dermatitis. she was suffering from the topical itching, empalement, ruler, edema and vesicle etc in skin of the face and two dorsum manus. We treated a patient with only Oriental Medicine.(internal and external use of the herbal medicine and acupuncture) After two weeks or so, the symptom of the skin disease recovered remarkably, we think that this is good case to treat with Oriental Medicine.
간호대학생의 COVID-19 예방 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the prevention behavior of COVID-19 infection among nursing students. Methods: This survey was conducted from September 3 to October 2, 2021 among 172 sophomore and senior students at universities in D metropolitan city and J province. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Hierarchical Regression. Results: There were significant differences in COVID-19 preventive behavior by gender (t=0.13, p=.017) and clinical practice experience (t=2.78, p=.006). COVID-19 preventive behavior showed significantly positive correlations with subjective norm (r=.35, p<.001), self-efficacy(r=.33, p<.001), and intention(r=.62, p<.001). The variables affecting COVID-19 preventive behavior were intention(β=.529, p<.001), subjective norm(β=.169, p=.008), and clinical practice experience(β=.118, p=.049), and the explanatory power was 43%. Conclusion: Considering these results, it is necessary to develop strategies that can encourage the intention of nursing students to practice prevention for COVID-19 infection control. In addition, maintaining subjective norms through national policies is a critical strategy.
커큐민으로 프린팅된 종이와 면직물의 유해가스에 대한 색채 감지 거동

친환경 천연 소재에 대한 필요성이 증가하면서, 천연 염료에 대한 연구에도 많은 관심이 증가하고 있다. 자연에서 얻을 수 있는 천연 염료 중 하나인 커큐민(Curcumin)은 인체 무독성의 친환경 분자로, 강황에서 발견되는 원료 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 커큐민을 잉크화 한 후 잉크젯 프린팅(Inkjet Printing) 방법을 통해 종이와 면직물에 프린트하여 암모니아 및 염화 수소 가스에 대한 색채 감지 거동 특성을 분석하였고, 이를 이용하여 음식물 부패여부를 확인할 수 있는 비색 센서로 제안하였다. 이를 위해 종이와 면직물에 프린트된 시료의 암모니아 가스 노출에 따른 색차를 비교하고, 가역성과 내수성을 확인하였다. 두 시료 모두 암모니아와 염화 수소에 대한 가역반응을 보였으며, 부패한 음식에서 발생하는 미량의 암모니아에 대해서도 육안으로 관찰할 수 있을 정도의 색상 변화를 나타내어, 식품 부패 비색 센서로 활용 가능함을 확인하였다. Increasing the needs for eco-friendly natural materials, much attention on natural dyes has been attracted. Curcumin, one of abundant natural dyes available in nature, is an eco-friendly molecule found in turmeric. In this study, the colorimetric sensing behavior characteristics of ammonia and hydrogen chloride gases was analyzed using curcumin ink-printed paper and cotton fabric by inkjet printing method. The fabricated paper and fabric were utilized as a colorimetric sensor that can track food spoilage. The color changes of the samples printed on the paper and cotton upon exposure to the toxic gases, the reversibility of the color changes, and the water resistance were investigated. Both samples showed reversible reactions with NH3 and HCl, and small amount of ammonia produced by food spoilage was successfully sensed with naked eyes, confirming its capability to warn food spoilage in our daily life.
