Transformers are the most famous deep learning models that has achieved great success in natural language processing and also showed good performance on computer vision. In this survey, we categorized transformer-based models for computer vision, particularly object detection tasks and perform comprehensive comparative experiments to understand the characteristics of each model. Next, we evaluated the models subdivided into standard transformer, with key point attention, and adding attention with coordinates by performance comparison in terms of object detection accuracy and real-time performance. For performance comparison, we used two metrics: frame per second (FPS) and mean average precision (mAP). Finally, we confirmed the trends and relationships related to the detection and real-time performance of objects in several transformer models using various experiments.
Regulation of vascular smooth muscle phenotype by crossregulation of krüppel-like factors

Regulation of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) phenotype plays an essential role in many cardiovascular diseases. In the present study, we provide evidence that krüppel-like factor 8 (KLF8) is essential for tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα)-induced phenotypic conversion of VSMC obtained from thoracic aorta from 4-week-old SD rats. Stimulation of the contractile phenotype of VSMCs with TNFα significantly reduced the VSMC marker gene expression and KLF8. The gene expression of KLF8 was blocked by TNFα stimulation in an ERK-dependent manner. The promoter region of KLF8 contained putative Sp1, KLF4, and NFκB binding sites. Myocardin significantly enhanced the promoter activity of KLF4 and KLF8. The ectopic expression of KLF4 strongly enhanced the promoter activity of KLF8. Moreover, silencing of Akt1 significantly attenuated the promoter activity of KLF8; conversely, the overexpression of Akt1 significantly enhanced the promoter activity of KLF8. The promoter activity of SMA, SM22α, and KLF8 was significantly elevated in the contractile phenotype of VSMCs. The ectopic expression of KLF8 markedly enhanced the expression of SMA and SM22α concomitant with morphological changes. The overexpression of KLF8 stimulated the promoter activity of SMA. Stimulation of VSMCs with TNFα enhanced the expression of KLF5, and the promoter activity of KLF5 was markedly suppressed by KLF8 ectopic expression. Finally, the overexpression of KLF5 suppressed the promoter activity of SMA and SM22α, thereby reduced the contractility in response to the stimulation of angiotensin II. These results suggest that cross-regulation of KLF family of transcription factors plays an essential role in the VSMC phenotype.
Regulation of retinal angiogenesis by phospholipase C-β3 signaling pathway

Angiogenesis has an essential role in many pathophysiologies. Here, we show that phospholipase C-β3 (PLC-β3) isoform regulates endothelial cell function and retinal angiogenesis. Silencing of PLC-β3 in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) significantly delayed proliferation, migration and capillary-like tube formation. In addition, mice lacking PLC-β3 showed impaired retinal angiogenesis with delayed endothelial proliferation, reduced endothelial cell activation, abnormal vessel formation and hemorrhage. Finally, tumor formation was significantly reduced in mice lacking PLC-β3 and showed irregular size and shape of blood vessels. These results suggest that regulation of endothelial function by PLC-β3 may contribute to angiogenesis.

This study examines Literature of the middle of Osamu Dazai, especially in the relationship with Clothes and Apparence on a equivocal aspect of the human about the inner and outward appearance of the world. Then, this paper had researched about the meaning of clothes in the process of others-awareness from a self-consciousness discovery. First of all, a protagonist is seriously aware of apparence by himself through pieces of work, and he feels a sense of inferiority. In other words, it is a meaning of being sensitive from‘seeing.’The clothes are mediators that play a role as a link between inner and outward appearance of human; thus, a protagonist starts being aware of others gradually. As following, human being is conscious of self-awareness and others. Thus, it is better not to avoid such these interesting materials in order for Dazai’s special feature of workA distinctive material of this novel introduces selfish feature of human who choose to wear fake masks for others good, rather than recognizing and respecting one’s pureness of inside. Finally, modern society unfortunately changes in a way others like as well as current social condition is too appearance-oriented. Senryu from this novel gives meaningful messages to modern people.

MADS-box genes are involved in plant reproductive development. However, the role of gene nucleotide diversity in soybean flowering and maturity remains unknown. Therefore, in this study, the distribution of DNA polymorphisms in the putative MADS-box gene located near the quantitative trait loci (QTL) for flowering time and maturity was targeted for association analysis using Glycine max (cultivated soybean) and Glycine soja (wild soybean). Sixteen single nucleotide polymorphisms identified in the upstream region of the putative MADS-box gene around QTL Pod mat 13-7 and Fflr 4-2 on chromosome 7 were found to be highly associated with maturity in soybean. The genetic diversity between cultivated soybeans and the wild relative was comparable, although the early maturity group (EMG) was less diverse than the late maturity group (LMG) of the cultivated soybean. Population size changes of the MADS-box gene in this soybean germplasm appeared to result from non-random selection. A selective pressure seemed to act on this gene in the EMG, while the LMG and G. soja were in genetic equilibrium. Neutrality tests and the constructed neighborjoining tree indicate that the EMG of G. max has experienced strong artificial selection for its domestication and genetic improvement.
