본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 노인에 대한 지식, 태도 및 행동 간의 관계를 파악하고 노인을 대하는 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 실시하였다. 2014년 5월 20일부터 6월 15일까지 B광역시에 소재하고 있는 2개 간호학과 2, 3, 4학년 학생 266명을 편의표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 노인에 대한 지식의 차이는 학년, 노 인관련 교과목을 수강한 경험, 태도의 차이는 알고 지내는 노인 여부, 노인관련 교과목을 수강한 경 험에서, 행동의 차이는 알고 지내는 노인 여부, 노인관련 교과목을 수강한 경험에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 가족사회적 지식은 신체생리적 지식, 심리적 지식과 태도는 심리적 지식, 가족 사회적 지식과 행동은 태도와 통계적으로 유의한 정상관관계가 있었다. 노인에 대한 행동에 영향을 미치는 변수는 태도로 나타났으며 31%를 설명하였다. 노인인구의 증가에 따라 노인을 간호할 간호사 의 역할이 점점 강조될 것이므로, 간호대학생들이 노인에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 노인을 이해 할 수 있도록 하는 다양한 기회를 제공할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was designed to analyze recent trends in adolescent suicide intervention research in Korea and to suggest future research directions in this area. Methods: Studies Thirty-four studies selected from http://www.riss4u.net over the for last20 years were analyzed by field and design of the study, study participants, and the outcome variables used in intervention studies. Results: Nineteen (55.9%) of the 34 studies were conducted in the fields of welfare (9), psychology (5) and nursing science (5). Ordinary adolescents were the most frequently studied participants. A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used in twenty one (61.7%) of the 34 studies. The most frequently measured outcome variables were depression, suicidal ideation and self-esteem. Conclusion: These results suggest that research on adolescent suicide intervention programs is expanding with a focus on ordinary adolescents as and subjects. In order to prevent suicide, research on family, teachers, and friends, who all are important parts of a teenager’s support system, is needed. It is also necessary to develop a post-management intervention program to prevent recurrence in high-risk teenagers who have attempted suicide.
성적 성숙도, 부모양육태도, 성적 성숙 불안이 초등학교 여아의 정서행동문제에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the sexual maturation, parenting attitude, maturity fear and emotional and behavioral problems of girls in elementary school, and to examine the relation between these variables and factors that influence emotional and behavioral problems. Methods: Participants were 128 second, third and fourth year students from 3 elementary schools. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Emotional and behavioral problems were related to eating rate, eating breakfast, frequency of late-night snacks and main communicator on pubertal development. Emotional and behavioral problems showed a positive correlation with maturity fear and father’s parenting attitude (strictness) and a negative correlation with parenting attitude and father’s parenting attitude (intimacy). Maturity fear, father’s parenting attitude, eating breakfast, and main communicator on pubertal development had significant influence on emotional and behavioral problems of girls in elementary school. Conclusion: Findings show that for effective management of emotional and behavioral problems in elementary school girls, programs including coping with maturity fear, supportive parenting of father, diet education, and functional communication with mother on pubertal development should be developed.

Objectives: This study was conducted to analyze the trends of researches regarding childrenwith precocious puberty and their families in South Korea and to find a new way to research inthis area. Methods: The 50 selected studies from http://www.riss4u.net for last 28 years were used. Thesewere analyzed by publication type, field and design of study, subject of study, key concept, andsubjects and results used in the comparative study. Results: The 34 of 50 studies were articles and 90% of studies were conducted in medical science. There were 27 (54%) quantitative studies and 20 (40%) qualitative researches and descriptivestudies were the most frequently used study design. Key concepts related to precocious pubertywere classified in 5 sub-theme; disease, diagnosis, treatment, related factor, and psychologicalfactor. GnRH concentrations of the precocious puberty are higher than normal group. Precociouspuberty is related to the endocrine disrupting chemicals(Bisphenol A[BPA] & di-2-ethyhexylphthalate [DEPH]) and diet. Conclusions: There is a steadily growing presence and increasing visibility of precocious pubertyliterature in recent years. Further research is necessary to use an interdisciplinary approach todeal with physical and psychosocial needs of children with precocious puberty and their families.
간호대학생의 회복탄력성, 대처 및 정신건강이 소진에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate resilience, coping, and mental health in relation to burnout and to identify factors influencing burnout in student nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 241 student nurses from 2 universities in B city. Data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for burnout in student nurses was 3.01 out of 5 points. Burnout explained 29.2% of the variance in satisfaction with college life (${\beta}=-.367$, p<.001), coping (${\beta}=.293$, p<.001), mental health (${\beta}=.228$, p=.011), and training hospital (${\beta}=-.198$, p=.026). Conclusion: The results of our research suggest that satisfaction with college life is an important variable affecting burnout student nurses. Therefore, education is needed in order to develop for more effective teaching coping methods and strategies and to reduce burnout with nursing practice.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify middle school female students' children-parents communication, emotional reaction to menarche, support to menarche, and menstrual attitude. Methods: The participants were included 311 middle school female students. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire. Results: There were significant differences in the menstrual attitude between upper 25% and lower 25% group of emotional reaction to menarche, support to menarche and children-parents communication. Emotional reaction to menarche, support to menarche and children-parents communication showed a positive correlation with menstrual attitude. Emotional reaction to menarche, support to menarche and children-mother communication showed a significant influence on menstrual attitude. These variables were accounted for 36% of menstrual attitude. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the positive emotional reaction to menarche, support to menarche and open children-mother communication should lead to positive menstrual attitude in middle school female.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify and explain the essences and structures of maternal conflicts in Vietnamese marriedimmigrant women in Korea. Methods: A phenomenological methodology was used for the study. Eleven Vietnamese married immigrantwomen participated in the study. Verbatim transcripts were analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Results: Four categories, 10 clusters and27 themes emerged from the data for the experience in maternal conflicts of Vietnamese married immigrant women. The four categorieswere ‘An unprepared young motherhood in another culture’, ‘Feeling left out of the mother’s place along the bands of Nap tai tradition’,‘My image is like not-being able to stand alone/be independent’ and ‘Finding hope in motherhood despite of conflicts and stigmas’. Conclusion: Vietnamese married immigrant women experienced not only the negative aspects but also sublimation of maternal conflicts. Based on the results, health professionals need to develop effective nursing interventions toward a positive maternal identity andapproach with interculturalism for the Vietnamese married immigrant women in Korea.
다문화 청소년의 부모 방임, 국가 정체성, 자아탄력성이 학교 적응에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influences of parental neglect, national identity, and self-resiliency of multicultural adolescents on school adaptation. Methods: Participants are multicultural adolescents in the 4th year (2014) of the multicultural adolescents panel survey. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Self-resiliency was the most influential factor on school adaptation of multicultural adolescents, followed by parental neglect, and national identity, mother's Korean reading ability, multicultural adolescents' speaking ability, city size, mother's education, and mother's speaking ability. Conclusion: Multicultural families who had an experience of parental neglect should be selected and those parents need to be educated about the appropriate parenting method to improve the school adaptation of multicultural adolescents. In addition, the school adaptation improvement program should be developed and provided to strengthen the national identity and self-resiliency of multicultural adolescents.
초등학생의 부모성취압력, 또래애착, 그릿, 사이버비행 문제의식 간의 상관관계

본 연구는 초등학생의 부모성취압력, 또래애착, 그릿과 사이버비행 문제의식 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 한국아동패널 11차(2018년) 자료를 활용하여 초등학교 4학년 아동 1,028명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, Independent t-test one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients을 이용하여 분석하였다. 초등학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 사이버비행 문제의식 수준 차이는 없었다. 또래애착(r=.26, <.001), 그릿(r=.14, <.001)은 사이버비행 문제의식과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 부모성취압력(r=-.10, =.693)과 사이버비행 문제의식은 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 따라서 초등학생의 긍정적인 또래애착과 그릿을 강화하여 초등학생의 사이버비행 문제의식을 향상시키고, 사이버비행을 예방하기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. This study is a descriptive research study to identify the relationship between parental achievement pressure, peer attachment, grit, and awareness of cyber delinquency of elementary school students. The participants of the study were 1,028 elementary school children in the fourth grade using the data of the 11th Korean Child Panel (2018). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Independent t-test one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. There were no differences in cyberbehavioral problems according to the general characteristics of elementary school students. Peer attachment (r=.26, <.001) and grit (r=.14, <.001) were significantly and positively correlated with awareness of cyber delinquenc, while parental achievement pressure (r=-.10, =.693). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply programs to enhance positive peer attachment and grit in elementary school students to improve their awareness of cyber delinquenc and prevent cyber delinquenc by strengthening their positive peer attachment and grit.
