고속철도용 방음시설 보완을 위한 소음저감장치의 현장적용에 관한 연구

Recently, the speed of high-speed railway has been rapidly increased with the development of high-speed train design and operating technology. This causes a lot of complaints related the environmental noise in residential areas near the high-speed railway. Also the civil complaints about environmental noise of high-speed railway are also increasing continuously. In this study, we was surveyed the current state of soundproofing facilities for high-speed railway and general railway in Korea, and conducted long-term monitoring of the noise reduction device installed to supplement soundproofing facilities. And in order to evaluate the field application performance through long-term monitoring, domestic and overseas evaluation methods were analyzed. Through such research, we have presented the two types method to verify the performance of the newly developed noise reduction device. One is to evaluate before and after installation, and the other is the evaluation method which measures installed and not installed site at the same time. The results of monitoring using these evaluation methods according to the season for 5 years, it has been confirmed that performance of the noise reduction device is consistently above 3 dB. 고속열차의 설계 및 운행기술이 발전하면서 고속철도의 운행속도가 빠르게 증속되고 있다. 반면 증속 시 발생하는소음으로 인해 고속철도 연변의 주거지역에서는 많은 소음문제가 발생하고 있으며, 고속철도 소음에 대한 민원도 지속적인증가추세에 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 고속철도 및 일반철도에 대한 방음시설 현황을 조사하고, 방음시설 성능보완을 위해설치된 소음저감장치에 대한 장기모니터링을 수행하였다. 또한 소음저감장치의 현장적용성능을 평가하기 위한 국내외 평가방법을 분석하였다. 이와 같이 평가방법에 대한 조사 후 두 가지 평가방법을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 평가방법은 설치 전과 설치 후에 측정하여 평가방법이고, 다른 하나는 설치와 미설치 구간을 동시에 측정하여 평가하는 방법으로 장기모니터링에 적합한 평가방법이다. 한편 이 두 가지 평가방법을 이용하여 소음저감장치에 대한 성능을 분석한 결과, 개발된 소음저감장치는5년 동안 시기나 날씨에 관계없이 지속적으로 3 dB 이상의 소음저감이 되는 것을 검증하였다.
Influence of Uncertainty in Vs Profiles in the Southeastern Korea On Site Response Analyses

The effect of uncertainty on the shear wave velocity (VS) profiles from the Korean soil conditions on the seismic site response analysis (SRA) was investigated by comparing the amplification factors (AFs) computed from 170 VS profiles to those from three (representative) statistically derived VS profiles (Approach 1: a constant standard deviation of VS, σln(Vs), Approach 2: a depth-dependent, σln(Vs), and Approach 3: 5% and 95% percentiles for generating lower and upper bounds). All of the VS profiles are divided into three site classes (B, C, and D) by the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NHERP) site classification system. Seven pairs of ground motion records (two horizontal components) that represent Korean bedrock conditions are entered into all of the three types of VS profiles to run the SRA with a single type of modulus reduction and damping curves. The root-mean squared difference (RMSD) of the mean and standard deviation, (μln(AF), and σln(AF)) of the AFs in natural log-scale between the three types of VS profiles is estimated, which results in Approach 3 with the smallest RMSD measure for all the site classes. Conventionally, characterizing the uncertainty of the VS profiles is typically assessed through the representative profiles of Approach 1; however, this practice suggests that the inclusion of the percentile bounds (Approach 3) can be supplemental to better describe the VS uncertainty while taking the Approach 1 as primary representative profiles.
국내외 이상지질혈증 치료지침의 비교 및 한국인에서의 치료지침의 적절성

There have been accumulating evidences that dyslipidemia is a major risk factor of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and improvement in lipid profile can reduce the incidence of CVD. Guidelines for management of dyslipidemia have been developed by major organizations in several contries including the United States. In Korea, a guideline was also published by the Korean Society of Lipidology and Atherosclerosis. However, This guideline was not based on evidences in Korea,but was made by a consensus of experts using a pre-developed guideline as a reference. For clinical application for Korean of guidelines developed in different nations, the disease epidemiology and medical environment in Korea should be considered. In this article, we reviewed whether guidelines for management of dyslipidemia are applicable in Korean context. 이상지질혈증이 심혈관질환의 중요한 위험인자이며, 혈중 지질 농도의 개선을 통해 심혈관질환을 예방할 수 있다는 사실이 밝혀지면서, 미국을 비롯한 세계의 여러 나라에서 이상지질혈증의 개선을 통해 심혈관질환을 예방하기 위한 근거 중심 치료지침들을 발표하고 있다. 우리나라에서도 한국지질동맥경화학회를 중심으로 이상지질혈증 치료지침을 발표하였으나, 치료지침을 구체화할 만한 한국인을 대상으로 한 연구결과가 부족하여, 외국의 치료지침을 참고하여 전문가들의 의견을 모아 치료기준을 정하고 있다. 외국의 치료지침을우리나라에 적용하기 위해서는 우리나라의 질병 발생양상 및의료환경 등을 먼저 고려해야 한다. 이에 우리나라의 심혈관질환의 역학적 특성을 검토하여 국내외의 이상지질혈증 치료지침들이 한국인에게 적절한지를 평가하였으며, 이와 함께건강보험심사평가원의 지질저하제 처방 심사기준의 문제점에 대해서 살펴보았다.
