재난안전정보 네트워크 분석 : 재난 사례 기반의 스마트워크 시스템 구현

본 연구에서는 과거 우리나라에서 발생했던 대표적인 재난사례를 중심으로 재난안전정보의 활용 관점에서 재난유형별 재난안전정보 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 어떤 재난안전정보들이 재난의 감지부터 복구까지의 재난관리단계에서 활용되었는지를 분석하고, 이를 활용하여 기존 재난관리 내에서 비체계적이던 부분을 스마트하게 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 재난 사례 기반의 스마트 워크 시스템은 재난 담당자가 재난 상황에서 과거의 재난 사례, 재난 위기관리 메뉴얼을 등을 참고하여 필요한 정보를 판단하고 요청하는 과정에서 소요되는 시간을 단축하고, 재난 상황을 인지하고 복구하기 위한 과정에서 필요한 재난안전정보를 자동으로 패키징된 형태로 제공 받는 등 신속한 의사결정 지원을 위한 스마트워킹을 실현한다. 또한 국내 재난책임 및 유관기관이 수행하고 있는 다양한 재난관리를 위한 활동을 체계적으로 지원하거나 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 다만 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크 방법론을 실제 현업환경에 적용하려면 과거 우리나라에서 발생했던 과거 재난의 유형별로 재난관리단계에서 활용되었던 재난안전정보에 대한 데이터 구축이 선행되어야 한다는 한계점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구 프레임워크의 적용 가능성을 보여주기 위해 각 재난 유형별로 한 개의 과거 재난 사례로 한정하여 분석을 수행하였다.

보건계열 대학생의 전공만족도와 의사소통능력이 인성에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study intends to identify the relationship between health students' personality, major satisfaction, and communication ability level and use them as basic data for character development of health students. Methods: This study was prepared using the self-report questionnaire method for convenience extraction of college students from health-related universities located in Daejeon and Chungcheong Province from March 29 to April 15, 2021. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program. Results: Based on 5 points, personality was 4.05, major satisfaction was 3.70, and communication ability was 3.55. Factors affecting the personality level of health students were college life satisfaction, communication ability, and major satisfaction, and the most influential factor was college life satisfaction, which accounted for 40.3%. Conclusions: As a result of the above, efforts are required to increase college life satisfaction, communication ability, and major satisfaction as a measure to strengthen the personality level of health students.

미술시장에서 인지도 상승의 가격효과 분석 - 국내 미술 경매시장의 단색화 사례를 중심으로

The studies related to the price of artworks have focused on how factors that are determined on production level, such as artists and the artwork materials of the studies, affect the artwork prices. As ‘Dansekhwa’ is in the spotlight within local Korean art auction matket, this study would like to analyze the trend of the price changes of ‘Dansekhwa’ with its growing popularity among the public. We have estimated the price changes based on 4,199 auction data of 20 artists with top 20 auction prices selected by the Korean Art Price Appraisal Association, between 2005 and 2016. Also, in order to compare and analyze the price changes of the ‘Dansekhwa’ products, we have classified the 20 artists into groups of Dansekhwa and non-Dansekhwa. Starting from 2013, when Dansekhwa has first appeared, we applied the Difference in the Difference model(DiD) to estimate the result. As a result, the difference between two groups showed 71% of price difference due to the increase in popularity of Dansekhwa. This result proves that recognition level has an important role for increase in price of an artwork. Moreover, the fact that the formalized style of Dansekhwa has linked to the appreciation of the price means that production of information could play an essential role in growth of art market. As recognition level of Korean artists and their artworks is considerably low within the local art market, putting in the effort to increase the popularity of artworks among the public might be a helpful way to magnify the potential demand. 미술품의 가격결정 요인에 대한 연구는 그 동안 작가나 작품 소재 등 변하지 않는 요인들이 주로 다루어져 왔다. 그러나 미술품은 자산의 기능을 가지고 있고 거래 가능하기 때문에 다양한 외부 요인 변화에 의해 가격이 영향을 받게 된다. 본 연구는 국내 미술 경매 시장에서 주목을 받고 있는 ‘단색화’가 대중에게 인지도가 상승함에 따라 작품 가격이 변화하는 양상을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 (사)한국미술시가감정협회에서 선정한 낙찰 총액 상위 20명 화가의 12년간의 미술 경매 자료(4,199개 표본)에 이중차감모형(DiD)을 적용하여 추정하였다. 분석 결과, 단색화 인지도 상승으로 인해 약 71%의 가격 효과가 나타났다. 또한 작가의 특성에 따라 인지도 상승으로 인한 가격 효과가 다르며, 시간이 지남에 따라 인지도가 가격에 미치는 효과가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 인지도, 시장 저변 등에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 정보 제공이 예술시장 정책에 있어 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 현재 한국 미술계나 미술시장에서 한국 작가 및 작품의 인지도 및 평가가 상당히 저조한 것을 볼 때 미술품의 대중적 인지도 상승 노력이 미술시장의 대중화와 함께 시장규모를 확대시키는데 유용한 방안이 될 수 있다.

Enzymatic Synthesis of Anabolic Steroid Glycosides by Glucosyltransferase from Terribacillus sp. PAMC 23288

The application of steroids has steadily increased thanks to their therapeutic effects. However, alternatives are required due their severe side effects; thus, studies on the activities of steroid derivatives are underway. Sugar derivatives of nandrolone, which is used to treat breast cancer, as well as cortisone and prednisone, which reduce inflammation, pain, and edema, are unknown. We linked O-glucose to nandrolone and testosterone using UDP-glucosyltransferase (UGT-1) and, then, tested their bioactivities in vitro. Analysis by NMR showed that the derivatives were 17β-nandrolone β-D-glucose and 17β-testosterone β-D-glucose, respectively. The viability was higher and cytotoxicity was evident in PC12 cells incubated with rotenone and, testosterone derivatives, compared to the controls. SH-SY5Y cells incubated with H2O2 and nandrolone derivatives remained viable and cytotoxicity was attenuated. Both derivatives enhanced neuronal protective effects and increased the amounts of cellular ATP.

조직평판(reputation)이 파트너십 체결에 미치는 영향 연구: 지방정부와 대학의 MOU를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyse empirically the impact of organizational reputation on the establishment of partnerships between organizations. We would like to consider the impact factors on partnerships between organizations with no similar organizational characteristics, and specifically analyze partnerships between local governments and universities. For the purpose of analysis, a total of 22, 448 partnerships, consisting of 244 local governments and 93 universities, were conducted in 2014 as the analysis targets. The analysis found that the reputation of universities is important for local governments to form partnerships with universities, which are higher when there is a lack of information about universities, i.e. location mismatch. Beyond partnerships between similar organizations, this study distinguishes itself from existing studies in that it empirically analyzed the factors that organizational reputation affects partnerships between local governments and universities, and there is a theoretical/policy implication.

주가지수 상승 예측을 위한 주제지향 감성사전 구축 방안

최근 다양한 소셜미디어를 통해 생성되는 비정형 데이터의 양은 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으며, 이를 저장, 가공, 분석하기 위한 도구의 개발도 이에 맞추어 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 다양한 분석 도구를 통해 텍스트 데이터를 분석함으로써, 기존의 정형 데이터 분석을 통해 해결하지 못했던 이슈들을 해결하기 위한 많은 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 뉴스에 대한 오피니언 마이닝을 통해 주가지수 등락 예측 모델을 제안한 최근의 연구는 이러한 시도의 대표적 예라고 할 수 있다. 이 연구를 비롯한 오피니언 마이닝을 다루는 많은 연구는, 각 어휘별로 긍정/부정의 극성을 규정해 놓은 감성사전을 사용하며, 한 문서에 나타난 어휘들의 극성 분포에 따라 해당 문서의 극성을 산출하는 방식을 채택한다. 하지만 특정어휘의 극성은 한 가지로 고유하게 정해져 있지 않으며, 분석의 목적에 따라 그 극성이 상이하게 나타날 수도 있다. 본 연구는 특정 어휘의 극성은 한 가지로 고유하게 정해져 있지 않으며, 분석의 목적에 따라 그 극성이 상이하게 나타날 수도 있다는 인식에서 출발한다. 구체적으로는 주가지수의 상승이라는 한정된 주제에 대해 각 관련어휘가 갖는 극성을 판별하여 주가지수 상승 예측을 위한 감성사전을 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 한 뉴스분석을 통해 주가지수의 상승을 예측한 결과를 보이고자 한다.
