        필름콘서트의 구매의사 영향요인에 관한 연구

        필름콘서트는 통상 클래식 음악 공연장에서 유명영화의 상영과 동시에 오케스트라의 라이브 OST 연주가 이루어진다는 점에서는 클래식 음악공연과 OSMU 콘텐츠의 속성을 동시에 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 383명의 응답자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 필름콘서트의 선택요인과 구매의사 영향요인에 관해 실증분석 하였다. 분석 결과, 필름콘서트의 선택요인은 총 6개(명성 요인, 실력 요인, 정보 요인, 내용 요인, 마케팅 요인, 원작영화 요인)로 도출되었다. 이는 소비자들이 필름콘서트를 클래식 음악공연과 동시에 OSMU 콘텐츠로 인식하고 있음을 나타낸다. 하지만 선택요인 중 내용 요인과 원작영화 요인만이 필름콘서트의 구매의사에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 소비자가 원작영화에 대해 잘 알고 있거나 호감이 있을수록 필름콘서트의 구매의사가 커지며 영화와 라이브 음악을 함께 즐길 수 있는 독특한 공연의 형식 자체가 소비자들의 구매의사를 자극하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 필름 콘서트 기획 및 마케팅에 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다 Film concerts have the properties of both classical music performances and OSMU contents in that they usually perform live OST performances by an orchestra at the same time as famous movies are screened at classical music venues. This study empirically analyzed the factors influencing film concert selection and purchase intention through a survey of 383 respondents. As a result of the analysis, a total of 6 selection factors for film concerts (fame factor, skill factor, information factor, content factor, marketing factor, original movie factor) were derived. This indicates that consumers indeed perceive film concerts as OSMU contents at the same time as classical music performances. However, it was found that only the content factor and the original movie factor among the selection factors had a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of the film concert. It can be seen that the more the consumers know or like the original movie, the greater the purchase intention of the film concert and the unique form of a performance that allows consumers to enjoy movies and live music together stimulates their purchase intention. The results of this study will be able to provide practical implications for film concert planning and marketing.

        개발사업에 의한 자연경관 영향 저감방안 중요도 분석에 관한 연구

        Environmental impact assessment (EIA), which predicts, evaluates, and manages the influences on natural landscape, plays a role of monitoring natural resources for systematic management of natural landscape. However, the function of verification and correction of the system is still insufficient and feed-back, one of the most important features of EIA follow-up, has not been introduced in Korea’s EIA system yet. As a procedure, it is required to check if the opinions of the evaluators are properly reflected to the outcomes of the project through a reviewing process after assessing environmental impacts of a development project. In reality, despite the awareness about the importance of follow-up inspection of the conformity with, the system mainly focuses on the agreement during the planning stage of the development project and fails to continuously manage after its completion. There have been various preceding studies related to prediction, evaluation, and management of environmental impacts on natural landscape for better management. They primarily dealt with the problems in the EIA process and suggested improvement measures, including directions for institutional development, step-by-step goals, and operation methods, to address the problems which arise in the EIA follow-up process. However, suggested measures are not actively applied with the focus only put on institutional operation, there are virtually no standardized methods to predict and assess landscape changes due to the development project and to manage landscape after the project. Against this backdrop, this study aims to explore the existing methods to analyze the impacts natural landscape and to establish a system where landscape management is continued after the development project. To this end, we will suggest reducing methods according to the predicted changes in landscape for post-project management of natural landscape. Characteristics of reduction methods by project type were examined through reviewing the guide to natural landscape rating and the importance of development project impacts on natural landscape by type of reduction was evaluated through questionnaire for experts. Evaluated types of reduction are classified and presented by characteristics of each development project and content of reduction type.

        중소형 의료기관의 개인정보 보안실태 및 개선방안

        Rapid developments of IT technology has been creating new security threats. There have been more attacks to get patients' sensitive personal information, targeting medical institutions that are relatively insufficient to prevent and defend against such attacks. Although the government has required senior general hospitals to get the ISMS certification since 2016, such a requirement has been burdensome for small and medium-sized medical institutions. Therefore, this study was designed to draw measures to identify and improve the privacy status of the medical institution by dividing it into management, physical and cyber areas for small and medium-sized medical institutions. The results of this study showed that the government should provide financial support and managerial supervision for the improvement of personal information protection of small and medium-sized medical institutions. They also suggested that the government should also provide medical security specialists, continuous medical security education, disaster planning, reduction of medical information management regulations not suitable for small and medium sized institutions. 급격한 IT 기술의 발달 및 환경의 변화로 새로운 보안 위협이 나타나고 있다. 공격자들은 상대적으로 사이버 범죄 공격의 예방과 방어에 미흡한 의료기관을 대상으로 환자의 민감한 개인정보 유출 공격을 시도하고 있다. 이에 정부는 2016년부터 상급종합병원을 대상으로 ISMS 인증을 의무화하여 의료보안을 강화하고 있지만, 광범위한 보안체계 및 인증은 중소형 의료기관이 수행하기에 한계점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 중소형 의료기관을 대상으로 관리적, 물리적, 사이버 영역으로 구분하여 의료기관의 개인정보 보안실태 파악 및 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 중소형 의료기관의 개선방안으로 의료보안 전문인력 투입, 의료보안 교육 및 보안 관리에 대한 지속적인 홍보, 재난·재해에 대비할 수 있는 보호 대책 마련, 중소형 기관에 적합하지 않은 의료정보관리 규정 폐지 및 축소, 정부 차원에서 경제적 지원 및 관리·감독이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

        자연경관관리를 위한 시각적 경관영향 요소 설정에 관한 연구

        A Visual landscape planning and management system has been introduced and implemented by each ministry so as to solve the problems of visual landscape destruction due to recognition on the value of natural landscape of beautiful territory and various development projects. At present, this system emphasizes the importance of the visual and perceptual aspect of the landscape however, there is a lack of techniques required for comprehensively predicting, evaluating, and managing it. Furthermore, sustainable landscape management after the completion of development projects has been inadequately carried out, as the focus has been only on consultation in the planning process of the development project in institutional performance. To this end, we presented objective and standardized criteria to predict and judge the effects of development projects on landscapes before project implementation. During the implementation of the development project, the influence of the visual landscape becomes accumulated in the construction progress stage. There is a need to identify the main viewpoints and to examine the continuous changes in the landscape-influencing factors, owing to the remarkable influences on the landscape, such as the change in the topography and the change caused by the artificial structure. During the stage of managing the influence on the visual landscape after the completion of the project, the influence on landscape should be monitored by measuring the change in the continuous landscape-influencing factors and determining the extent to which the actual reduction plan has been implemented. These processes should be performed continuously to maintain the quality of the visual landscape. The change in the landscape caused by the development project is shown to cause relatively greater visual damage than other factors composing the landscape owing to the influence of the artificial factors including the structure or the building. This shows that not only detailed examination of the visual impact before the development project but also continuous management is required during and after the development project. For this purpose, we derived eight landscape-influencing factors including form/shape, line, color, texture, scale/volume, height, skyline, and landscape control point. The proposed considering to be of high utilization in that it has a clear target of the landscape influencing factors.

        일본과 한국의 맞춤형 보육 제도 비교연구

        The purpose of the study is to discuss issues on Korean custom-made day-care system, through comparative analyses with authorized kindergartens in Japan. Comparisons were made on; operating organization, target children, using time, using process, expense decision, and supporting policy. The following were suggested for Korean custom-made daycare system based on the results. First, authorizing system should be re-arranged, considering the qualitative factors of the custom-made daycare system. Second, selecting system of the custom-made daycare children should be re-arranged. Third, various cases should be considered for decisions regarding the using time of the daycare facility. Fourth, systematic process for using process of the custom-made daycare system is necessary, considering various cases such as parents' human rights. Fifth, policies related to securing financial resources for supporting policy and expense for the daycare should be re-arranged based on shared responsibility of people in Korea. 본 연구는 일본의 인정어린이원과 한국의 맞춤형 보육 제도를 비교, 분석하여 한국의 맞춤형 보육 제도에 대한 시사점을 찾아 논의하였다. 일본과 한국의 맞춤형 보육 제도의 비교는 맞춤형 보육 실시기관, 대상 아동, 이용시간, 이용절차, 보육료 결정 및 지원정책의 5가지 측면에서 이루어졌다. 일본과 한국의 맞춤형 보육 제도를 비교, 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 맞춤형 보육 제도에 대한 시사점을 논의해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 맞춤형 보육 실시기관의 질적인 측면을 고려한 인가기준의 재정비가 필요하다. 둘째, 맞춤형 보육 대상 아동 선정기준에 대한 재정비가 필요하다. 셋째, 맞춤형 보육 이용시간을 정할 때 부모의 다양한 상황을 고려한 시간 설정체계가 재정비되는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 맞춤형 보육 제도 이용절차에 있어 부모의 인권과 상황을 고려한 제도적 정비가 필요하다. 다섯째, 맞춤형 보육료 결정 및 지원을 위한 재원 확보에 있어 국가, 지방자치단체, 국민의 공동 책임에 기반을 둔 제도 정립이 필요하다.

        자연경관 내 개발사업에 대한 경관영향예측 시뮬레이션

        This study saw developed to build a landscape monitoring methodology by simulation of landscape effect prediction. A Visual landscape planning and management system has been introduced and implemented by each ministry so as to solve the problems of visual landscape destruction due to recognition on the value of natural landscape of beautiful territory and various development projects. At present, this system emphasizes the importance of the visual and perceptual aspect of the landscape however, there is a lack of techniques required for comprehensively predicting, evaluating, and managing it. Furthermore, sustainable landscape management after the completion of development projects has been inadequately carried out, as the focus has been only on consultation in the planning process of the development project in institutional performance. The viewpoint for judging the change in the visual landscape of the development plan and development project should be selected as the effective point where the development project is expected to result in a remarkable landscape change. As for the method of selecting effective viewpoints, the main viewpoints are selected by analyzing the visible area of the target viewpoint. When selecting the viewpoint centered on the viewpoint target, it was judged that it is possible to reduce the procedure of selecting and checking the existing preliminary viewpoints and widening the effective visible range. The proposed visual landscape monitoring is expected to be able to solve the existing institutional problems, and to be used when the implementers and authors of the development projects review the effects on the landscape.

        공익형 농촌 생활서비스 접근성 분석

        The purpose of this study was to determine whether public services in rural areas performed the functions of public interest value that benefited all residents of rural areas. Therefore, the results were derived through spatial distribution and population characteristics analysis at the level of basic living service facilities. As a result, the status of spatial distribution in the Favorable and Vulnerable areas of rural villages and the status of population distribution in the vulnerable areas was analyzed for retail, child care and medical facilities. In the case of retail facilities, it was found that more than 80.0% of the country’s farming villages were distributed in the favorable areas that could be reached within 15 minutes. In the case of child care facilities, 91.5% of the total number of favorable areas could be reached within 15 minutes, and the distribution of child care facilities nationwide was deemed proper. In the case of medical facilities, 90.8% or more villages could be reached within 15 minutes of travel time as a lawmaker, and in the case of hospitals and emergency medical services, 92.7% of hospitals and 68.2% of emergency medical services were analyzed as favorable areas. Through these results, the government intends to establish objective spatial data in rural areas to provide basic information on policy directions and contribute to planning.

        미국 연방항소법원의 실질적 유사성 판단기준과 시사점

        In the Copyright Act, infringement is required to have the same or substantial similarity between the Defendant and the Plaintiff's works. Even if it is not completely the same, it protects even if the substantial similarity between the two works is recognized. However, the practical similarity that is the standard for infringement is an uncertain concept and is characterized by difficulty in preparing generalized standards. In U.S. law, it is called "unfair use," and many theories such as three-stage tests and external/internal tests have been proposed to materialize practical similarities, but each circuit court takes a different position. Discussions are continuing to materialize practical similarities in Korea, but specific individual issues are being proposed. Focusing on these discussions, a critical review of domestic practical similarity criteria was conducted, and implications and directions for laying the foundation were studied by comparing the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals criteria, which is the most similar form to the basic legal principles of domestic copyright.
