As technology rapidly develops, the demand for manpower by new industries is increasing. In order to respond to the changing demands of the workforce, universities are actively introducing interdisciplinary majors, which is a program formed by two or more departments cooperating to develop new majors. Although the importance of the interdisciplinary major is increasing, universities have difficulties managing them due to non-flexible educational systems. The purpose of this study is to present an effective management direction for interdisciplinary majors based on the results of a survey on student satisfaction with interdisciplinary majors. Also, we analyzed the required level and possessed level of the IS practitioners' competencies, and developed specific educational directions for training IS talents. The results showed that there was a significant difference in satisfaction with the curriculum development and curriculum evaluation of existing subjects provided by existing departments and new subjects established of interdisciplinary majors, specifically the satisfaction of new subjects is higher than existing subjects. In the IS field, there was a high demand for education in the following areas, in order: information security, information technology strategy planning, information technology operation, information technology development, information technology management, information technology sales, and core competencies. Based on the results of the analysis, the satisfaction of students and the cultivation of the talents that the interdisciplinary major aims to develop can be improved.

The purpose of this study is to examine the direction of the students’ satisfaction improvement by comparison of related disciplines of undergraduate management information systems (MIS) majors. MIS is one of the academic disciplines that have become important as the demand for manpower for new industries in the 4th industrial revolution. We surveyed 3rd and 4th grade undergraduate students in the departments of management information systems, business administration (BA), computer engineering (CE) of C university. The results revealed that the students’ satisfaction was influenced by91 the ability of the professor, the curriculum development, and the curriculum operation factors. Especially, it was found that the curriculum operating factors among the three departments had greater effect on the students’ satisfaction. If the education environment is improved considering curriculum operating factors and the administrative and service factors and that are important in the CE departments, it will be helpful for the students’ satisfaction improvement of MIS.

A key component in tissue engineering for bone regeneration is the scaffold that serves as a template for cell interaction and the formation of bone-extracellular matrix to provide structural support to the newly formed tissue. In this study, poly(L-Lactide-co-glicolide)(PLGA) scaffolds were prepared by solvent casting/salt-leaching, ice particle-leaching and gas-forming/salt-leaching. Cellular viability and proliferation were assayed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole- 2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium-bromide(MTT) test. Osteogenic differential cells were analyzed by ALP activity. Through RT-PCR analysis, we observed ALP and osteocalcin m RNA expression. Scaffold with BMSCs were implanted into the back of athymic nude mouse to observe in vivo behavior. Thin section were cut from paraffin embedded tissues and histological sections were stained by trichrome, immunohistochemical, von kossa staining. The cell proliferation and ALP activity of BMSCs in the scafoolds was the highest in the scaffolds using solvent casting/salt-leaching method. In RT-PCR results, in the all type of scaffolds observed specific gene expression of ALP, osteocalcin. By histological staining, we could observed collagen and calcification region in scaffolds by solvent casting/salt leaching method. Thus Solvent casting/salt-leaching method provided highly porous structure with good interconnections between each pores, which can support the surface of cell proliferation, differentiation. This result indicates that solvent casting/salt-leaching is useful for osteogenesis of BMSCs.

According to Alexander Silbiger, as the first important European composer to concentrate on instrumental music, Frescobaldi (1583-1643) gives us great musical impact until present. Since his surviving keyboard works surpass those of any predecessor or contemporary and they encompass virtually every type of keyboard composition known to the period. Fiori Musicali (1635) is intended to be at mass and vespers and it is the last publication devoted entirely to new instrumental works. Toccata presents the improvisatory passage and durreze et ligature which is the chance to players being able to applying their musical interpretation in expressive and free way along with Frescobaldi’s indication. Elevation toccata is the good example of durreze et ligature and it produces mysterious mood with chromatic progression. Canzona and Ricercar, Renaissance musical genres, suggest the various uses from one theme for each different sections. Especially the post communion canzona from the mass of Apostle develops the theme to its transformation, which composers such as Liszt in late Romantic era used often. Canzonas have the active and live rhythms than other genres. These are all imitative, multi sectional based on motto themes. Ricercars suggest more severe style with chromatic subjects and its derived influences. Although Fiori Musicali is purposed appropriately to the dignity of the service, but the expressiveness and affeti are considered as an essential factors.

Tissue engineered medical products (TEMPs) are those protocols and products developed for use in the human body as biological substitutes to restore, maintain, or improve tissue function. So TEMPs may achieve a therapeutic potential from cells, biomolecules, scaffolds, and other materials, and processed tissue and derivatives used in various combinations or alone. Since interactions may occur among the components used in TEMPs, new standard descriptions, test methods, and practices are needed to aid the evaluation of these interactions. Therefore this technical report the aspects of tissue engineered medical that will be developed as standards.
