        국가기록원 질의로그 빅데이터 기반 이용자 정보요구 유형 분석

        이용자의 정보요구를 파악하기 위한 다양한 방법 중 로그 분석 방법은 이용자의 실제 검색 행위를 사실적으로 반영하고, 대다수 이용자의 전반적인 이용행태를 분석할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가기록원 웹 포털서비스를 통해 입수된 대량의 질의로그 빅데이터를 기반으로 이용자의 정보요구를 파악하기 위해 1) 질의에 내포된 정보요구 유형별과 2) 검색결과로 제공한 기록 유형별 분석을 진행하였다. 분석에 활용한 질의로그는 국가기록원이 웹을 통해 검색서비스를 제공한 2007년부터 2018년 12월까지, 총 141개월 동안 수집된 월별 상위 100개 질의어 1,571,547개를 대상으로 하였다. 나아가 분석결과를 토대로 이용자 검색 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 개선방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국가기록원 검색 서비스 개선 및 고도화를 위한 구체적이고 실질적 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Among the various methods for identifying users’s information needs, Log analysis methods can realistically reflect the users’ actual search behavior and analyze the overall usage of most users. Based on the large quantity of query log big data obtained through the portal service of the National Archives of Korea, this study conducted an analysis by the information type and search result type in order to identify the users’ information needs. The Query log used in analysis were based on 1,571,547 query data collected over a total of 141 months from 2007 to December 2018, when the National Archives of Korea provided search services via the web. Furthermore, based on the analysis results, improvement methods were proposed to improve user search satisfaction. The results of this study could actually be used to improve and upgrade the National Archives of Korea search service.

        마이그레이션 이론을 적용한 유튜브로의 소비자 정보채널 전환에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of YouTube use as a consumer information search channel and to identify the behavior of switching information channels from portal sites to YouTube. By applying migration theory as a theoretical framework, the perceived benefits of YouTube were adopted as pull factors, the perceived risks of portal sites were adopted as push factors, and conversion costs were adopted as mooring factors to predict consumers' information channel switching behavior. An online survey was conducted on adults in their 20s to 50s who had experience using YouTube within the last month, and a total of 312 data were collected and analyzed by applying t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. First, YouTube was found to be the most used information channel by consumers in the purchasing process. It was followed by portal sites, online price comparison sites, manufacturer sites, and SNS in that order. Second, as a result of surveying consumers' perceptions of online information channels, the level of commerciality of portal site contents was high. This suggests that consumers perceive portal sites as a source of commercial information due to C2C information generated by many online advertisements and corporate sponsorship. The usability of YouTube's content and the level of personalization were high, which can be seen as a relative advantage of YouTube as a source of consumer information. Third, as a result of multiple regression analysis, it was found that YouTube's content usefulness and information source trust, as well as portal site's platform distrust and content commerciality, had a significant positive effect on the consumer information channel conversion from portal site to YouTube. The effect of conversion cost was found to be negative, indicating that time and effort costs impede the conversion of information channels from portals to YouTube. This study is meaningful in that it demonstrates the importance of YouTube as a consumer information channel and provides useful implications for improving information channels by identifying factors that affect consumers' conversion of information channels from portal sites to YouTube.

        교수자의 피드백 제공에 따른 EFL대학생의 영어 쓰기 오류의 변화

        The purpose of this study is to investigate error patterns in EFL college students’ English writing as well as their change over time, based on the teacher’s feedback. In order to accomplish this purpose, two research questions were constructed; first, what are the characteristics of Korean EFL students’ writing based on the maturity of English sentence by the T-unit analysis? Second, what types of error patterns are produced in Korean EFL students’ writing? Also, how do the error patterns change based on the teacher’s feedback over time? The participants were four Korean EFL college students, and they were asked to pre-write, draft, revise and edit until they completed their final draft. The results of pre- and post-writing test were also analyzed. The major findings are as follows: 1) The mean number of T-unit among participants was 42.25 units, and the mean number of words per T-unit was 10.95 words. 2) The most frequently committed errors were found out as lexical and morphological errors. Moreover, the rate of lexical and sentence structure errors has been dropped, whereas the rate of punctuation errors has increased as the teacher’s feedback progressed over time. Pedagogical and practical suggestions are also made on the effective teaching of English writing in Korean classroom settings.

        항공서비스의 지상직 종사원 교육훈련과 고객서비스품질의 관계에 관한 연구

        [Purpose]This study examine the difference of the employees’ perceived service quality between pre and post service education training. Also it studies on employees’ perceived service quality that can make an influence on customer service quality. [Methodology]After searching the airline service, the education and training and service quality through the literature reviews related to the subject, established is a framework of an empirical study about the subject of study. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the survey method was conducted to the airlines’ ground staff members and the time frame and the target subjects were set. Collected data was used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and t-test analysis with the SPSS 21.0 for a statistical package program. [Findings]The study results are shown as follows: first, the employees’ perceived service quality between pre and post education and training indicated statically significant difference. Second, employees’ perceived service quality showed positive impacts on customer service quality. [Implications]This study empirically explored the effectiveness of education and training of the airlines’ ground staff’s and customer service quality. [연구목적]본 연구에서는 항공사 지상직 종사원의 교육훈련의 차이검정을 통하여 직원서비스품질을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 직원서비스품질이 고객서비스품질에 어떤 영향을 주는지 분석하는데 있다. [연구방법]본 연구는 항공서비스, 교육훈련, 서비스품질 등에 대한 관련 이론들과 기존에 수행되었던 연구들과 논의를 충분히 검토하였고 3개의 연구질문을 제시하였다. 이를 위해, 국내 항공사 지상직 종사원과 항공사 이용고객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였고, t-test와 회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. [연구결과]항공사 지상직 종사원의 교육훈련의 효과성에 대한 연구결과, 교육이수 전과 후 직원의 서비스품질에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었으며 교육이수 후 직원의 서비스품질은 향상된 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 직원서비스품질은 고객서비스품질에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]지금까지의 항공사의 교육훈련에 관한 연구는 객실승무원의 교육훈련에 관한 연구가 다수 진행되어왔으며 지상직 종사원의 교육훈련에 관한 연구는 미미하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항공사의 지상직 종사원의 교육훈련의 차이분석을 실증적으로 검정하였으며 또한 고객설문에 있어 접근성의 어려움으로 고객서비스품질과의 영향관계에 관한 연구는 미미하였으나 본 연구에서 직원과 고객의 일대일 대응으로 설문하여 실증적 연구를 수행함으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다.

        메모리얼 공간에서의외상 후 성장(PTG) 경험 분석 연구-세월호 참사와 4.16기억전시관 기증자를 중심으로-

        Unforeseen natural and social disasters are increasing every year with the advent of climate change, armed conflicts, and social disruptions in the world. The Global Assessment Report (GAR2022) by the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) revealed that 350 to 500 disasters took place every year over the past two decades. In this light, memorials are becoming increasingly important public spaces where the community can partake in the pain of the tragedy, heal from the trauma experienced by the community, and recover from the divided society to build a healthier future. This study focuses on the April 16 Memorial Exhibition Hall that commemorates the victims of the Sewol Ferry Incident of 2014. 304 among 476 on board were lost during this incident, the majority being highschool students in their teenage years. This tragedy shook the nation in its entirety, and many who witnessed the event suffered from indirect posttraumatic symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and helplessness. An in-depth interview of five donors of artworks to this memorial hall revealed that all of them experienced positive changes as the result of their social interaction with other participants, families of victims, and visitors at the exhibition hall. Through self-disclosure and social support, the donors experienced positive changes in self-perception, life outlook, and relation to others. These changes ultimately correspond to the model of posttraumatic growth proposed by Tedeschi and Calhoun. As such, interactive memorial spaces can provide posttraumatic growth for the community that experienced trauma. 현대 메모리얼 뮤지엄은 비극적 사건으로 인해 발생한 희생자에 대한 기억의 보존과 추모, 공동체가 겪은 외상의 치유, 나아가 균열된 사회의 복구 및 건강한 미래사회 건설 등을 목적으로 운영되는 공적의미를 지닌 공간이다. 이런 메모리얼 공간은 전 지구적으로 빈번해지고 있는 자연재해와 사회재난을 극복하고 더 건강한 미래사회 건설을 위한 공간으로 그 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 2014년 세월호 참사는 우리나라에서 사회적 후유증이 컸던 근래 최대의 재난사건이었다. 본 연구는 세월호 참사의 희생자들을 기리기 위해 조성된 4.16기억전시관을 중심으로 메모리얼 참여자들이 경험하는 현상의 본질을 밝혀내고 메모리얼 참여를 통한 외상 치유 및 외상 후 성장의 가능성을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 대규모 사건을 목격하고 간접외상을 겪은 공동체가 재능기부와 전시물 기증을 통해 어떻게 자기지각의 변화와 대인관계의 변화, 그리고 인생관의 변화를 이루어냈는지 Tedeschi & Calhoun의 외상 후 성장(posttraumatic growth) 이론을 기반으로 참여자의 경험을 분석하였다. 결과적으로 자기노출(self-disclosure)과 사회적 지지(social support)의 경험이 가능한 상호작용 환경을 기반으로 참여자들이 외상 후 성장 경험을 이루어냈음을 확인하였다.

        An Analysis of Semantic Errors in Machine-Translated English Compositions by Korean EFL College Students

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the types of semantic errors made by MT in translating EFL college students’ original drafts written in Korean into English. Specifically, this study attempts to find out 1) what types of semantic errors are most frequently committed by MT? and 2) how students feel about the quality of the MT-produced output? The findings from this study indicated that MT produced the errors related to accuracy (47%) the most, followed by the errors related to fluency and ambiguity (14.6% respectively). Students were well aware of the errors with accuracy and fluency but had limited ability to check the errors with ambiguity. Based on the findings, this study suggests pedagogical implications which can be implemented in L2 writing classrooms.
