The purpose of this study is to argue that religious maturity is necessary for the healthy life of the aged of Korean churches in the rapidly aging society. It is also to suggest educational method for the formation and development of a positive image of God for relations with God, which is essential factor in religious maturity. To this end, this study argues that the direction and task of senior education should be religious maturity through the search for prior research on church education of senior citizens. This study also looked at the variables involved in how religious maturity affects many areas of human life. To achieve the task of religious maturity, the biblical and theological concept of maturity and religious psychological concepts of maturity are summarized, and the concept of God's image for relations with God, which is important in religious maturity, and the variables related to mature human life are examined. This study was proposed methods of church education for the formation and development of a positive image of God in order to have the right relationship with God for the religious maturity of the elderly on intellectual, emotional and behavioral levels. In the intellectual aspect, it was proposed to educate the concept of biblical and theological God and and to educate the elderly to recognize themselves as beings that need to grow and mature in order to constantly establish relationships with God. In the affective aspect, it was proposed to educate the elderly to reflect on and identify the origin and formation process of God's image and to heal their distorted God's image with an educational counseling approach. In the behavioral aspect, it was suggested to educate their roles of faith education for the next generation as parents and grandparents and to educate using educational methods that induce them to practice their relationship with God to appear in daily life.
중도·중복장애 학생의 특수교육 지원체계에 대한 요구조사

The present study was designed to provide basic data and directions for special education support system for students with severe and multiple disabilities(SMD). Teachers- and parents needs survey analyses were conducted to inquire the perceptions of instructional barriers and support needs of special education teachers, when they taught (or were supposed to teach) students with SMD, and of parents of those students. Data were collected from 503 special education teachers and 263 parents of children with SMD from 3 special schools and resource rooms from 5 school districts in Incheon, South Korea. Based on findings from teachers- and parents needs survey, discussion and implications for developing special education support system for students with SMD were suggested as following: 1) improving quality of education for those students through adapting and/or augmenting curriculum as well as optimizing educational environments, 2) highlighting the importance of therapeutic supports and supports for professional staffs, 3) providing flexibility in curriculum as well as for class time and location, and 4) developing and implementing differentiated curriculum for those students. 본 연구는 학교 교육 및 서비스에서 소외되기 쉬운 중도⋅중복장애 학생을 위한 공교육내에서의 적절한 지원체계 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 교사와 부모들이 중도⋅중복장애 학생의 지원 실태 및 교육에 대한 인식 및 경험을 수렴함으로써 중도⋅중복장애 학생의 성공적 교육을 위한 지원요구를 판별하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수학교 및 특수학급의교사 503명, 부모 263명을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를교사 및 부모요요구조사로 나누어 요약 정리하면 다음과 같다. 교사요구조사 결과는 세 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 교사들의 중도⋅중복장애 학생 교육에 대한 경험은 준비도에 비해 낮게 나타났으나 세부 지도 내용에 따른 경험과 준비도는 비슷한 양상으로 나타났다. 둘째,신체활동의 제한과 자립생활 기술의 제한 등이 교사들이 인식하는 중도⋅중복장애 학생 교육에 대한 가장 큰 어려움으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중도⋅중복장애 학생의 교육에 있어서 물리적 교육환경의 개선과 교수자료 및 보조공학 기기의 지원에 대한 요구가 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 부모요구조사 결과로는, 첫째, 적절한 교육기관 확대의 필요성이 지적되었고, 둘째, 안전하고 편안한 교육시설 설치 및 보조공학 도구의 제공이 요구되었으며, 마지막으로치료지원에 대한 요구가 매우 강하게 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 중도⋅중복장애 학생의 교육지원체계에 대하여 다음과 같은 논의가 이루어졌다: 첫째, 물리적 교육환경의 최적화와 교수방법의 적합화를 통한 특수교육의 질적 제고. 둘째, 치료지원 및 전문 인력 지원에 대한 문제의 중요성 강조. 셋째, 교육과정 및 교육 시간, 장소 등에 대한 융통성과 지원 및 지침 제공의 필요성. 넷째, 차별화된 교육과정의 필요성.
유치원 교사가 교육구성원 간 경험하는 폭력적인 문제에 대한 생각

본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사들이 교육 현장 속 모든 교육구성원 간 관계 속에서 경험하는 폭력적인 문제에 대해 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는지 파악하는 것이다. 서울 및 경기도 지역의 공립 및 사립유치원 교사 15명을 대상으로, 심층 그룹 면담 방법을 통해 자료를 수집, 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유치원 교사가 인식하는 폭력적인 문제의 특징은 지속성, 강제성, 힘의 불균형, 피해 주체의 느낌, 회복 가능성, 사회적 수용 가능 여부로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육 현장의 폭력적인 문제를 학교폭력이라는 용어로써 표현하는 데 어려움이 있을 뿐, 폭력적인 문제 자체를 부정하는 것이 아닌 교육구성원 간 관계 속에서 양방향적으로 민감하게 인식해야 한다고 생각하였다. 셋째, 폭력적인 문제에 대한 대처가 이루어지고 있으나, 적극적인 대처를 위한 구조적 차원에서의 진단과 보완이 필요하였다. 본 연구는 유아교육에서도 학교폭력 및 폭력적인 문제에 대한 관심을 촉구하고 관계 속에서 양방향으로 봐야한다는 인식의 방향성을 제시하는 데 의의가 있다. This study aims to explore kindergarten teachers’ perceptions of violence-related issues that occur among all members involved in the educational process. Data were gathered and analyzed from comprehensive group interviews with 15 kindergarten teachers from both public and private institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The findings revealed that the kindergarten teachers indentified the following characteristics of violence-related issues: persistence, enforcement, power imbalance, the victim’s feelings, resilience, and social acceptance. Furthermore, we found that the term “school violence” does not adequately capture the vioence-related issues in early childhood education. These issues need to be considered sensitively as centered on relationships and as a two-way interaction between all educational members, without denying the existence of the violence-related problem itself. Although appropriate measures are being implemented to minimize the negative effects of these issues, there is a need for diagnosis and supplementation for more proactive and suitable measures at the structural level. This study is significant, because it draws attention to school violence and violence-related issues in the field of early childhood education, and proposes that these issues be considered as bi-directional in relationships.
한국 통합교육정책의 효과와 개선방안에 대한 교사, 학교 관리자, 학부모 인식 비교

이 연구의 목적은 정부의 통합교육 정책의 타당성과 효과 및 향후 발전 방안에 대해 전국의 교사와 학교 관리자, 장애학생 학부모의 인식을 조사하여 비교, 분석하는 데 있었다. 전국에서 4,698명의 일반 및 특수교사, 2,372명의 교장, 교감, 장학사 등의 학교 관리자, 그리고 1,260명의 장애학생 학부모가 설문 조사에 참여하다. 설문 분석 결과, 조사 결과, 통합교육 정책 목적의 명료성이나 타당성, 대부분의 정책 항목의 이해 정도나 집행 정도 등에 대해서는 세 집단 모두 ‘보통’ 이상의 만족도나 인식을 보였으며, 특히 학교 관리자 집단의 만족도가 상대적으로 높았다. 반면, 통합교육련 정책 목적이 공유되거나 달성된 정도, 일부 항목에서의 통합교육 효과에 해서는 특히 교사와 장애학생 학부모 집단의 만족도가 상대적으로 낮았다. 연구결과에 대한 논의와 함께, 연구결과에 기초하여 학생, 부모, 교사 등 관련 집단의 지속 인식 개선 및 전문성 강화, 통합교육 실행의 질적 제고를 위한 정책적 지원 강화, 통합교육 성과 관리를 한 체제 마련 및 일반교육과의 협력 강화 방안 모색 등을 정책 중점 추진 사항으로 제안하였다. The purpose of the study was to survey and compare the perceptions of teachers, school administrators, and parents of students with disabilities on the validity, effects, and tasks to be solved of government’s inclusive education policies. From all over the nation, 4,698 teachers, 2,372 school administrators, and 1,260 parents participated the survey. The results of the survey were as followings. First, all the participants expressed satisfaction at or more than ‘average’ on the validity or clarity of the government’s policies about inclusive education. The school administrator group showed significantly higher satisfaction than other two groups. Second, however, especially these two groups showed significantly lower satisfaction on the effects in several areas, the share, the accomplishment of the policies. Critical findings of the survey were discussed in terms of the inferred reasons, the implications, and the suggestions for the further development of the government policies on inclusive education were presented.
Understanding of Christian Nurture

The Biblical view of nurture is related to distorted human nature. Humans lost their image of God, through Jesus, God shows the concrete goal of our lives which is to regain God’s image. The process of regaining God’s image is Christian nurture. This is a changing process. Humans need to convert, and also, to nurture in the Christian faith. Therefore, Christian nurture is based on the developmental possibility of human. The content of Christian nurture is Christian faith. The Bible teaches that the goal of Christian nurture is Christlikeness. We need to strive for full maturity and completeness in our spiritual lives. Conversion in Bushnell meant coming more and more to the love of God, in other words, this is a process, a growth in grace and the development of a new spirit. Faith as it is defined includes the content of believing and a process toward higher stages, that is maturity. The goal in faith development is to reach maturity. Maturity in human being has a dynamic point of view, that is, a process of becoming. We cannot see maturity as a static point of view. Maturity is not a state of being. Maturity is not the highest moment in developmental stages. Maturity is an ongoing process towards growth, and a continuing development. Therefore, the concept of content and development in Christian nurture gives Christian educators some implications. First, Christian educators need to understand theology and science. Second, spiritual maturity which is the aim of Christian nurture can be led by education and by the Holy Spirit. Third, the content of Christian nurture should be the Bible. Fourth, through the understanding of content and aim of Christian nurture, Christian nurture can be understood as content and development. Fifth, through the understanding of Christian nurture, Christian educators can get insights of concrete ways for Christian nurture. Objectives The purpose of this study was to develop a test tool to identify self-help techniques for infants and to verify its validity. Methods To this end, 56 preliminary questions were developed through analysis of prior research, interviews with field teachers, verification of content validity, and verification of item comprehension and suitability. To validate the final draft, a survey was conducted on 371 children aged 3-5 years, and item quality, validity, and reliability were verified. Results In the area of infant self-help skills, which is the ability necessary to maintain life in the society to which they belong, a test tool of 54 questions was developed in a total of 4 areas: eating skills, toilet skills, putting on/off skills, and personal hygiene skills. The item quality, validity, and reliability test results were all good. Conclusions The test tool developed through this study is expected to provide meaningful practical information for the development of self-help skills programs suitable for the development of children as well as a basis for evaluating the degree of self-help skills of infants and helping them to lead independent daily life.
심리적 임파워먼트와 직무열의가 주도적 행동에 미치는 영향

The present study assumes that active and voluntary actions of organizational members in domestic enterprises can improve organizational performance as they have to seek differentiated strategies and changes in the midst of infinite competition. Considering the nature of psychological empowerment and proactive behavior, the study conducted a survey on members of companies with 100 or more workers of a certain size and used 300 samples for the study. Accordingly, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between personal factors influencing overall organizational competitiveness, i. e. job engagement, proactive behavior and psychological empowerment. Also, the mediating effects of job engagement on the relationship between psychological empowerment and proactive behavior were also examined here. The analysis established the relationship between psychological empowerment, job engagement and proactive behavior. Also, psychological empowerment was found to exert positive influence on job engagement and proactive behavior to a significant extent. Likewise, job engagement proved to have positive influence on proactive behavior to a significant degree. In addition, the mediating effects of job engagement on the relationship between psychological empowerment and proactive behavior were confirmed. Based on these findings, this study suggested relevant theoretical rationales and practical implications. 불확실한 경영환경 속에서 기업들은 보다 차별화된 전략과 경영 변화를 모색해야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 구성원의 적극적이고 자발적인 행동이 조직성과를 높일 수 있다는 점을 인식함을 전제로 조직 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 개인적인 요소로서 주도적 행동과 직무열의 및 심리적 임파워먼트의 관계에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 연구는 심리적 임파워먼트와 주도적 행동의 성격을 고려하여 일정규모 이상인 근로자 100인 이상 기업의 구성원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 300개의 표본을 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직구성원의 심리적 임파워먼트의 의미성과 유능성, 자기결정성이 높을수록 주도적 행동이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 임파워먼트가 주도적 행동에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 조직구성원의 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무열의를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 심리적 임파워먼트를 통해 조직구성원들의 권한과 책임을 부여 받음으로써 직장 내에서 스스로가 활력과 몰두, 헌신을 하게 된다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 조직구성원의 직무열의가 높을수록 주도적 행동을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직구성원의 직무열의는 심리적 임파워먼트가 주도적 행동에 미치는 영향에 매개작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 임파워먼트와 주도적 행동관계에서 직무열의의 매개작용을 살펴봄으로서 심리적 임파워먼트가 어떠한 과정을 거쳐서 조직구성원의 태도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알 수 있다. 그리고 급변하는 환경에 신속한 대응을 위하여 인적자원의 잠재성을 최대한 활용하는 것이 필요한데, 심리적 임파워먼트는 조직 내에서 구성원의 직무열의를 고취시키고 이를 통하여 주도적 행동을 높이므로, 관리자들은 심리적 임파워먼트를 통하여 유능하고 역량을 갖춘 구성원 스스로 잠재력을 개발하고 인식하여 조직을 쇄신할 수 있도록 하는데 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 구성원의 주도적 행동을 이끌어 내는 과정에서 동인으로 작용하는 심리적 임파워먼트와 직무열의의 효과를 확인할 수 있는 자료가 될 수 있다.
Cancer Statistics in Korea: Incidence, Mortality, Survival, and Prevalence in 2021

Purpose The current study provides national cancer statistics and their secular trends in Korea, including incidence, mortality, survival, and prevalence in 2021. Materials and Methods Incidence, survival, and prevalence rates of cancer were calculated using the Korea National Cancer Incidence Database, from 1999 to 2021, with survival follow-up until December 31, 2022. Deaths from cancer were assessed using causes-of-death data obtained from Statistics Korea. Results The number of new cancer diagnoses in 2021 increased by 27,002 cases (10.8%) compared to 2020. In 2021, newly diagnosed cancer cases and deaths from cancer were reported as 277,523 (age-standardized rate [ASR], 289.3 per 100,000) and 82,688 (ASR, 67.6 per 100,000), respectively. The overall cancer incidence rates increased by 3.3% annually from 1999 to 2012, and decreased by 5.3% from 2012 to 2015, thereafter, followed by non-significant changes. Cancer mortality rates have been decreasing since 2002, with more rapid decline in recent years (annual decrease of 2.8% from 2002 to 2013; 3.2% from 2013 to 2021). The 5-year relative survival between 2017 and 2021 was 72.1%, which contributed to prevalent cases reaching over 2.4 million in 2021. Conclusion In 2021, the number of newly diagnosed cancer patients increased as healthcare utilization recovered from the coronavirus disease 2019–related declines of 2020. Revised cancer registration guidelines expanded the registration scope, particularly for stomach and colorectal cancer. Survival rates have improved over the years, leading to a growing population of cancer survivors, necessitating a comprehensive cancer control strategy. The long-term impact of the pandemic on cancer statistics requires future investigation.

본 연구에서는 만5세 유아들의 신체상에 대해 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 만5세 유아들 285명을 대상으로 ‘나의 몸' 그리기와 신체상과 관련된 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 유아들은 자신의 신체를 내 몸이 하는 일, 내 몸의 생김새, 내가 좋아하는 스타일로 생각하고 있었다. 둘째, 유아들은 신체 부분의 기능적 측면이나 스타일의 표현, 미관상의 이유 등에 따라 만족도를 표현하였다. 신체 각 부분이 제대로 기능하거나 원하는 스타일을 표현할 수 있을 때 만족을 나타낸 반면, 신체 부분이 제대로 기능하지 못하거나 원하는 스타일을 표현하지 못하고, 미관상 신체가 좋지 않을 때 불만족을 보였다. 셋째, 유아들은 신체적 기능 및 능력이 뛰어나고 힘센 신체를 이상적으로 생각하기도 하고, 신체적 조건이나 패션 스타일이 예쁘고 멋진 신체를 이상적으로 생각하고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과에 의해 유아기에 바람직한 신체상을 형성할 수 있는 적절한 교육의 필요성을 시사하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore 5-year-old preschoolers' body images. The subjects of this study were 285 preschoolers. They drew their own body images and then were interviewed about the meaning of their drawings and their ideas of the body images. There are three questions in this study: 1) What images do 5-year-old preschoolers have about their own bodies? 2) How are they satisfied with their body parts? 3) What are the ideal body images regarding their own bodies? The results are as follows:First, the children showed a variety of images: what their bodies can do, what their bodies are composed of, and how they look. What their bodies can do means children think bodies can perceive senses or express emotion or do physical-activities. What their bodies are composed of means children perceive bodies as a physical model. How they look means children get images of bodies from fashion styles. Second, the children showed satisfaction with their body according to what their bodies can do and how they look. third, The children thought that the ideal body is the one having physical ability or strong powers, and being slim or well-dressed with fashion accessories. Accordingly, it seems necessary that teachers help children to have appropriate body images they need to have.
