무균팩 재활용체계 문제점 분석 및 개선방안

EPR제도 내에서 관리되고 있는 포장재 품목 중 종이팩은 2014년부터 재활용의무율에 미달되고 있어 실무적・제도적 관리 개선방안이 요구되고 있다. 현재 종이팩은 회수・재활용・관리단계에서 문제점이 있으며, 관리단계에서는 종이팩 재활용의무율 달성을 위해 살균팩과 무균팩을 분리관리 하고자 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 무균팩의 재활용 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 재활용체계 개선을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 무균팩과 살균팩을 분리관리 하게 된다면 향후 EPR 제도 내에서 살균팩의 재활용률이 의무율에 90%까지 달성 할 수 있지만, 현재 종이팩과 폐지 분리배출 인식 문제 및 종이팩 분리수거함 부재 문제 확대, 경제규모 문제로 인한 회수율 저하 등 현존하는 종이팩 재활용 문제들이 해결되지 않고 확대 될 것으로 예상된다. 무엇보다도 분리관리를 위해서는 무균팩과 살균팩의 회수부터 재활용까지 통계자료 집계가 가능해야 하지만 따로 통계자료 집계를 할 수 있는 체계가 구축되어 있지 않아 종이팩을 분리관리 한다는 것은 자원순환형사회 구축을 위해 EPR 품목을 확대하고 있는 제도적 방향에서 벗어나는 방안이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 무균팩 재활용의무율 달성을 위해 단순한 수치 달성 목적이 아닌 현재 종이팩 재활용 각 단계별 문제점을 근본적으로 해결하여 고급 순환자원인 무균팩 및 살균팩을 통합 관리하여 지속가능한 사회를 만들 수 있도록 현 체계 내에서 정부 및 이해관계자들의 노력이 필요 할 것으로 사료된다.

계획행동이론을 적용한 코로나19 위험지각이 크루즈 관광객 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 크루즈 경험의 조절효과 -

본 연구는 장기간 지속된 팬더믹 상황에서 코로나19 위험지각이 크루즈 관광객의 행동의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고, 크루즈 경험의 조절효과를 파악하여 크루즈 업계의 코로나19 위험지각에 대한 대응방향 및 포스트 코로나의 크루즈 여행 정상화를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 코로나19 위험지각을 단일차원으로 구성하고 계획 행동이론을 적용하여 크루즈 관광객의 행동의도와의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 265부의 유효 표본을 실증분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과, COVID-19 위험지각은 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제와 행동의도에 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제는 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 크루즈 경험 유무에 대한 조절효과는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 장기화된 코로나19 상황에서의 위험인식은 인식하고 있으나, 크루즈 경험의 유무와 상관없이 억눌린 여행욕구에 대한 표출이 나타난 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 본 연구는 코로나19 위험지각을 계획행동이론에 접목하여 이론적 확장에 기여하였으며, 포스트 코로나의 크루즈 여행 정상화에 대한 대응 행동을 실무적 시사점으로 제시하였다.

북방전복 Haliotis discus hannai의 형태학적 성분화

This study was conducted to provide the reproductive biological information and basic data on the artificial sex control of Haliotis discus hannai. The morphological sex differentiation process of H. discus hannai could be classified into following five phases: 1) formation of gonad outer membrane (FGOM) (≤ SL 10.0 ± 1.0 mm), 2) primordial germ cells (PGCs) appearance in the connective tissue between intestine and hepatopancreas (PAC), and formation of gonadal cavity (FGC) (SL 15.0 ± 2.0 mm), 3) PGCs appearance in the epithelial layer of gonadal cavity (PAG) (SL 18.0 ± 2.0 mm), 4) formation of gametogenic follicle and appearance of early oocytes and spermatogonia (FGOC) (SL 21.0 ± 2.0 mm), 5) morphological sex differentiation (MSD) (≥ SL 23.0 ± 2.0 mm). From histological analysis sex differentiation rate in SL 24.1-25.0 mm of H. discus hannai was 90.0% and sex ratio (female : male) was 1:0.8.

A Research on Information Security Based on Digital Watermarking

Researchers in the fields of information security and computer image processing are deeply concerned about digital watermarking technology as piracy of digital products like images, audio, video, and files, which are becoming increasingly serious due to the Internet's rapid development and the media resources' digitalization. By detecting the watermark information embedded in the digital media to identify the media copyright, the copyright of the digital media can be effectively protected. In fact, digital watermarking has important application value in covert communication, bill anti-counterfeiting, digital signature, fingerprint identification, logo implicit authentication, and so on. In this paper, an algorithm- and algorithm-combination-based dual digital watermarking design technique is proposed. Based on a careful examination of the algorithms and algorithms one at a time, this creative proposal combines the two algorithms to achieve efficient embedding and extraction of digital watermarks and to take advantage of the double watermark's security benefits to encrypt the transmission of digital maps, thereby enhancing the security of image transmission. Then, the scheme is tested to prove its feasibility. At the same time, in order to verify the advantages of the scheme, a variety of attack experiments are carried out on the scheme, and the experimental data in the same environment are compared with other dual digital watermarking schemes. Finally, the superiority and robustness of the scheme are obtained, and it is applied and popularized in the military. The emphasis of this paper is to realize the information security of armored mechanized troops. During the battle, armored mechanized units use the positioning system equipped by armored vehicles to snap the geographical environment of the battlefield instantly, and upload the image to the rear combat command center in time through the network, military network, and people's network. In this long-distance transmission process, in order to ensure the security and timeliness of the transmitted images, it is necessary to use encryption technology to protect and verify the military images.

러시아 지방 도시 경관의 변화와새로운 도시 이미지의 형성 - 요시카르-올라를 중심으로 -

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, some cities of Russia are rebuilding their regional identity by reviving historical symbols and cultural heritage, while others are transforming itself into a tourist city by creating new symbols and images. Changes in the city are accompanied by changes of the cityscape. One of the cities where have took place the most noticeable changes is Yoshkar-Ola of the Republic of Mari El. What makes this city unique in the transformation of the Russia’s ordinary provincial cities is that the city landscape has been totally renewed due to the active initiative of this Republic’s head and his personal preference rather than considering the city’s political and economic development or harmony with the historical heritage. The newly completed cityscape has given a distinctive urban brand such as ‘Venice of Volga-Ural regions’ and ‘Europe of Volga-Ural regions’ to Yoshkar-Ola, which has not had a concrete image in Russia. The city’s new appearance is can be used as a important city asset, even if there are some conflicting reactions because of new buildings and symbols that are not related to the city’s history and culture. The formation of the new city image resulting from the change of cityscape can also affect the regional identity and the development of city. 소련 붕괴 이후 러시아 지방 도시에서는 크고 작은 변화가 일어났다. 어떤 도시들은 역사적인 상징을 되살리고 문화유산을 끄집어내며 지역정체성을 다시 구축하는가 하면, 다른 도시들은 새로운 상징을 창조하며 관광객을 유치함으로써 도시재정 확립에 나서고 있다. 도시의 변화는 도시 경관의 변화와 함께 이뤄지고 있다. 도시를 대표할 수 있는 동상들이 소비에트 지도자 동상들을 대신하기 시작했으며, 역사적 건물과 장소가 복원되거나 아예 새로운 건물들이 등장하였다. 러시아 지방에서 도시 경관의 변화가 가장 뚜렷하게 이뤄진 곳 중의 하나로 마리 엘 공화국의 요시카르-올라를 들 수 있다. 이 도시를 러시아 지방 도시들의 변화에서 독특한 사례로 꼽을 수 있는 것은 공화국 수장의 적극적인 주도로 도시 경관이 완전히 새롭게 바뀌었으며, 이 과정에서 도시의 전반적인 개발이나 장기적인 정치경제적 발전, 혹은 역사유산과의 조화를 고려하기보다는 수장의 개인적인 취향이 우선되었다는 데 있다. 새롭게 완성된 도시 경관은 그동안 러시아 내에서 별다른 이미지를 갖지 못했던 요시카르-올라에 ‘볼가-우랄 지역의 베네치아’, ‘볼가-우랄의 유럽’이라는 도시 브랜드를 부여했다. 요시카르-올라의 새 모습은 도시 고유의 역사와 문화와 상관없이 러시아 대도시나 유럽의 유명 건축물들을 따라했다는 점에서 엇갈린 반응을 받고 있음에도 다른 도시와는 분명히 차별화된 도시 이미지를 형성하는 데 결정적인 역할을 했다. 이러한 도시 경관의 변화로 형성된 새로운 도시 이미지는 지역정체성과 도시 발전에도 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 요시카르-올라의 변화는 러시아 여러 지방 도시들의 발전 양상을 관찰하고 전망하는 데 있어 흥미로운 사례라고 할 수 있다. 이런 점에서 러시아에서 정치적으로나 경제적으로 그 의미가 미미한 한 지방일 뿐이었던 이곳이 도시 경관의 획기적인 변화를 계기로 앞으로 어떻게 발전하게 될지 지켜볼 필요가 있다.
