This study analyses the effect of distributive and procedural justice upon the job satisfaction as well as the effect of work satisfaction perceived by hotel employees on the service quality and turnover intention. Empirical data were gathered from the survey of employees in luxurious hotels of Daegu and Kyungbook region. Analyses prove most of the hypotheses that state direct and indirect effect between justice satisfaction, organization effectiveness and turnover intentions. That is, distributive, procedural condition were found affecting on work satisfaction while work satisfaction were affecting on turnover intention of the employees. However, relation between work satisfaction and service quality were found not significant statistically.

Under the local self-government, local festivals have recently been regarded asa very effective means of developing local economies and increasing awareness in those areas. This study sought to find out the motivation factors of local festival participants. Based on the results, an empirical study was carried out to prove the significance among This study found that a significant number of festival participants must be drawn each year, and continuous reinforcement in each stage of integrated marketing should be made to make this festival successful.
Preparation and Properties of Sb2O3-doped SnO2 Thin Films Deposited by Using PLD

Transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) are key materials in optoelectronic devices applications, such as flat-panel displays, touch panel, heat mirrors, gas sensor, light-emitting diodes and solar cell. In this study, the Sb2O3-doped SnO2 films have been deposited on glass substrates by using the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. The structural, electrical, and optical properties of these films have been studied as functions of the dopingconcentration, oxygen partial pressure, film thickness, and substrate temperature during deposition. The structural properties of films were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The electrical and the optical properties were checked by using a four probe sheetresistance, Hall measurement system and an UV-VIS-NI spectrometer, respectively. Under optimized deposition conditions (6 wt% Sb2O3, Ts = 500 °C, and 60 m Torr of O2 and film thickness at 700 nm). The optimized films had an electrical resistivity of 1.3 × 10−3 Ω·cm, a carrier concentration of 2.3 × 1020 cm−3, a Hall mobility of 20.1 cm2v−1s−1 and an average optical transmittance of over 80% in the visible range.

The use of artificial grass tennis courts is increasing because of easiness of maintenance and quick drainage. Silica sand is sprayed over the court to aid the grass to stand upright for allowing quick drainage and similar ball rebound with clays. Even though many artificial grass tennis courts are used in Daejeon, different soil types are used for the court. It is observed that the drainage time after rainfall is different depending on soil types used for the artificial grass tennis courts. Soil laboratory tests are performed and compared for the soils collected from 3 different tennis courts. According to the test, all soils from 3 tennis courts contained finer soils including silts and clays than those regulated by specifications. The range of particle diameters of silica sands and allowable percentages of fine soils should be suggested from the future study.

Radioactive Oxides are formed on the surface of the primary equipment in a nuclear power plant. In orderto remove the oxide film that is formed on the surfaces of the equipment, chemical and physicaldecontamination technologies are used. The disadvantage of traditional technologies is that they producesecondary radioactive wastes. Therefore, in this study, the short-pulsed laser eco-friendly technology was usedin order to reduce production of the secondary radioactive wastes. They were also used to minimize thedamages that were caused on the base material and to remove the contaminated oxide film. The study wascarried out using a Stainless steel 304 specimen that was coated with nickel-ferrite particles. Further, the lasersource was selected with two different wavelengths. Furthermore, the depth of the coating layer was analyzedusing a 3D laser microscope by changing the laser ablation conditions. Based on the analysis, the optimalconditions of ablation were determined using a 1064nm short-pulsed laser ablation technique in order toremove the radioactively contaminated oxide film from the irradiated stainless steel surface.

Objects : This study was aimed to investigate relation to the Psychologic factor and Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Booindaejoenyangbang(婦人大全良方) and Dongyipogam(東醫寶鑑). And study the psycho elements in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Psychologic factor have a part in A cause for mental disorder of women, certainly. 2. The weakness is fundamental cause for mental disorder of women and the Wind is an immediate cause frequently. 3. Most mental disorder of women develop severe psychiatric symptoms. 4. Psychologic factor is concerned to causing and symptoms at various diseases of women. Conclusion : The results suggest that women is delicate at the psychologic factor, so mental disorders are taken easily.

The purpose of this study is to explore a historical of development during the pst hundred years with five diachronical divisions from the early cycling introduction to Korea in 1880 through to 1988 Seoul Olympics. The five historical divisions are : 1. A Period of Awakening (1880~1899) 2. A Period of Beginning (1990~1994) 3. A Period of Growth (1945~1957) 4. A Period of Settlement (1958~1981) 5. A Period of Progress (1982~1988) The research findings have been developed with the theories of administrative management to these five temporal phases. As a result, it can be seen how the marketing theories have been emloyed to each of them for the contribution to developing cycling in Korea. In addition, the developing process of cycling have been structures on the basis of school cycling, leisure-time cycling and competitive cycling in the components of administrative marketing. The result of this study implies that a continuous striving is needed to going on developing cycling with five models suggested.
