This paher shows a polyphonic key-switching in electronic musical instruments by means of key-assigning method. Key-assigner carried out the polyphonic sound generation successfully with Z-80A cpu and M112 tone-generator through developed program. This system can be used electronic musical instruments and adapted to other applications such as MIDI or automatic musical performances.

A New Modality for Treating Congenital Melanocytic Nevus: “Cogwheel Pattern” Serial Excision Method

Congenital melanocytic nevus consists of congregations of nevomelanocytes. It is found inapproximately 1% of new born infants. Congenital melanocytic nevus needs to be excisedbefore it transforms into a malignant lesion. Many strategies have been attempted for theremoval and reconstruction of the nevus. Serial excision enables wound closure to beaccomplished with a shorter scar than if the original lesion was elliptically excised in a singlestage and reorientation of the scar closer to the relaxed skin lines. The routine utilization ofan elliptical serial excision as a standard method of closure often leads to the formation ofelongated scars and waste of skin. The “Cogwheel pattern” serial excision is a new techniquefor reducing the size of the nevus efficiently. Reducing the final scar length, distributing thetension over many directions, and having the chance of decrease in operation numbers areultimately achieved with the use of the “Cogwheel pattern” serial excision.

도시재생사업의 의사결정 지원을 위한 가치체계 관리 방안

도시재생의 패러다임은 재개발사업과 같은 물리적 개발 정비가 아닌 중심상업 업무기능을 포함한 행정 관리기능, 광역적인 문화 관광기능, 국제적 기능, 적정수준의 주거 기능이 균형적으로 활성화 될 수 있도록 바뀌어 가고 있다. 도시재생 사업은 물리 환경, 생활 문화, 산업 경제적 재생을 통해 도시의 기능을 회복하는 것을 목적으로 하며 이러한 도시재생사업에는 다수의 프로젝트들이 포함되어 있어 기존의 프로젝트 매니지먼트와는 많은 차이가 있다. 도시재생사업이 추구하는 가치와 사업 내에 존재하는 다수의 프로젝트들이 추구하는 가치 간의 관리를 통해 전체 사업을 관리해야만 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 사업 내에 존재하는 여러 목적으로 인한 충돌을 방지하기 위하여 가치관리 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 가치체계를 수립함으로써 사업간 목적의 충돌을 방지하고 변화에 유연한 목표 및 가치의 체계를 구축하고자 한다. 또한 각 가치간의 상관관계 및 우선순위를 도출하여 의사결정 지원을 위한 가치체계 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Objective of Urban regeneration is a recovery of urban utilities through a physical, environmental, cultural, industrial and economic regeneration. The current paradigm of urban regeneration is not a simple redevelopment as physical redevelopment or improvement. This study is proposed that value system management applied the benefit management, value system, Quality Function deployment for a value conflict of urban regeneration. There is a reason to conflict value that value system is unstructured. Because this study is proposed to establish the process of value system, and applied this process to Se-woon 4th area urban regeneration project. This study is analyzed to divide value system of urban regeneration program into city level, district level, zone level in district. An analysis of value system obtained through '2020 urban master plan', 'the downtown recreate a comprehensive plan', 'Se-woon New town plan'. It is proposed that value system management method through Between values correlation analysis and the order of priority deduction. These are obtained to use Delphi technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)

In this study seismic performance of rectangular reinforced concrete staggered wall system(SWS) structures with middle corridor were evaluated. To this end, 6, 12, and 18-story SWS structural models were designed and were analyzed by pushover analysis to observe the force-displacement relationship up to failure and the location of plastic deformation. Also response modification factors were computed based on the overstrength and the ductility capacities obtained from capacity envelopes. The analysis results showed that plastic hinges formed first at connection beams located between two staggered walls and the structures failed by formation of weak stories. When the bending rigidity of the connection beams increased up to 100%, the overstrength increased by only about 25%. When the reinforcement ratio was increased by 50%, the overstrength increased by about 40%. The replacement of the RC connection beams with steel box beams resulted in superior performance of the structures with reduced beam depth. The response modification factors ranged between about 4.0 and 6.0 with the average value around 5.0. Based on these observation it was concluded that the staggered wall systems with a middle corridor have enough capacity to resist the design seismic load.

금융규제 샌드박스와 소비자보호

The Korean government introduced a legislation called the Financial Innovation Support Act (the “FinISA”), which took effect from April 1, 2019, with an intention to lay the legal foundation to introduce a financial regulatory sandbox, which is already implemented and operated in the UK, Singapore, Australia, etc, where FinTech firms may test their new products and services without certain regulatory oversight pursuant to exemptions for a limited period of time. As of now, a total of 32 innovative financial firms have been exempted from regulatory guidelines under the move, thereby allowing us to observe the actual operation of the financial regulatory sandbox in the FinTech industry. The implementation of the financial regulatory sandbox has some positive aspects in that it allows existing financial services institutions to develop, market and sell a variety of financial products and services by easing the burdensome regulations and strict control over business activities. However, one of its negative aspects that damages may be incurred to financial customers in the operation of the innovative financial services should not be overlooked. There is a necessity to review whether there are measures in place to protect financial customers under the financial regulatory sandbox as a possibility that damages may be incurred to financial customers during the operation of businesses that have been designated as innovative financial services has been raised sufficiently. In consideration of the foregoing, this Article aims to discuss ways to improve the current customer protection measures in place in order to protect customers using the financial regulatory sandbox, after reviewing the general customer protections measures in place under the FinISA and the customer protection measures in place under the financial regulatory sandbox implemented in the UK and Australia, where the concept of the financial regulatory sandbox which forms the basis of the FinISA has derived from. 영국, 싱가포르, 호주 등 금융선진국과 나란히 우리나라도 2019. 4. 1. 금융혁신지원 특별법을 시행하여 금융규제 샌드박스 제도를 전면 도입하였으며, 지금까지 32건의 혁신금융 서비스가 지정되어 본격적인 금융규제 샌드박스의 실현을 지켜볼 수 있게 되었다. 그런데 이러한 제도 도입으로 혁신적인 금융서비스의 출현이 가능하게 되었다는 점에서 긍정적인 측면이 있으나, 이러한 혁신금융서비스의 영업과정에서 금융소비자의 피해가 발생할 수 있다는 부정적 측면도 간과해서는 아니될 것으로 보인다. 따라서 조만간 혁신금융 서비스로 지정을 받은 사업들이 등장하게 되고 이러한 서비스의 운영 과정에서 소비자 피해가 발생할 가능성은 충분히 제기되는 만큼, 현재 금융규제 샌드박스의 소비자 보호방안이 적절히 마련되어 있는지 이에 대한 검토가 필요하다고 본다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 금융혁신지원 특별법의 전반적인 소비자 보호방안에 대해 살펴보고, 동 법의 모태가 된 영국, 호주의 규제 샌드박스 소비자 보호방안을 검토해 본 후, 향후 금융규제 샌드박스를 이용하는 소비자 보호를 위하여 필요한 개선방안에 대해서 논의해 보고자 한다.
