        키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 학생선수 관련 연구동향 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하여 학생선수 관련 국내 논문들의 연구동향을 분석하는 데 있다. 자료수집은 국내 데이터베이스를 이용하여 2000년부터 2023년 3월까지 국내 등재지에 게재된 학생선수 관련 논문 912편을 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 텍스톰과 유시넷을 활용하여 키워드 빈도분석, N-gram 분석, 네트워크 중심성 분석, CONCOR 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체기간 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과, 가장 많이 출연한 키워드는 학교운동부, 운동선수, 경기력, 진로, 지도자로 확인되었다. 이들 키워드는 중심성 분석 결과에서도 연결 강도가 높을 뿐만 아니라 다른 키워드 사이에 위치하여 매개 역할을 하는 주요 키워드임을 알 수 있었다. N-gram 분석 결과를 통해 학생선수와 학교운동부가 결합하여 가장 많이 등장하는 것으로 확인되었다. CONCOR 분석 결과에서는 비슷한 특성을 가진 키워드를 중심으로 지도자, 학교운동부 정책, 운동수행능력, 진로라는 총 4개의 군집이도출되었다. 둘째, 시기별 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과, 제1시기를 제외하고 제2, 3, 4시기에 가장 많이 출현한 키워드는 학교운동부, 운동선수, 진로, 경기력, 지도자임을 확인하였다. 시기별 연결 중심성의 경우 제1시기부터 제4시기까지 학교운동부와 지도자가 가장영향력이 있는 키워드로 나타났으며, 매개 중심성의 경우 제1시기를 제외하고 나머지 시기에는 학교운동부와 경기력이 다른 키워드사이에 위치하여 중개자 역할을 하는 주요 키워드로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과에 근거하여 학생선수와 학교운동부, 학생선수와 지도자, 학생선수의 경기력과 진로 교육의 주제로 연구의 시사점을 논의하였으며, 향후 연구되어야 할 주제와 방향성을 제언했다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends of domestic papers related to student-athletes through keyword network analysis. For data collection, we collected 912 papers related to student athletes published in domestic registration journals from 2000 to March 2023 using domestic databases. Textom and Ucinet were used for conducting data analysis, including keyword frequency analysis, N-gram analysis, network centrality analysis, and CONCOR analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, as a result of keyword network analysis during the entire period, the keywords that appeared the most were identified as school sports team, athlete, athletic performance, career path, and leader. In the result of centrality analysis, it was found that these keywords not only had high connection strength, but were also major keywords that play a mediating role by being located between other keywords. The results of the N-gram analysis confirmed that the combination of student-athletes and school sports teams appeared most frequently. In a total of four clusters were derived in the result of the CONCOR analysis, which were centered on keywords with similar characteristics: leader, school sports team policy, exercise performance ability, and career path. Second, as a result of keyword network analysis by period, it was confirmed that the keywords that appeared most frequently in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th periods excluding the 1st period were school sports team, athlete, career path, athlete performance, and leader. In the case of degree centrality by period, from the 1st period to the 4th period, school sports team and leaders appeared as the most influential keywords, In the case of betweenness centrality, except for the first period, in the remaining periods, school sports team and athlete performance were identified as the main keywords acting as mediators as they were located between other keywords. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the implications of research on the subject of student-athletes, school sports teams, student-athletes and leaders, student-athletes performance and career education, and suggested themes and directions to be studied in the future.

        중심어 찾기 지도 방법 연구

        중심어는 텍스트를 이해하는 데 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 학교 현장에서는 중심어 찾기에 대한 지도가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 중심어 찾기 지도 방법에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 중심어의 개념 고찰을 시작으로 중심어 찾기 지도 방법을 세 가지 측면에서 접근해 보았다. 첫째, 중심어에 대한 정의를 내리고, 중심어를 1차 중심어, 2차 중심어로 나누었다.그리고 교육과정에서 중심어와 관련된 여러 요소를 검토하고, 교육과정 상에 나타나 있는 중심어 지도에 대한 문제점을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 중심어를 찾는 과정을 제시하고 그 안에서 중심어 찾기 방법을 체계화했다. 중심어 찾기 과정을 가시화하고, 중심어 찾기 처리 능력을 삭제와 대치 2개의 축으로 정리했다. 그리고 중심에 찾기 방법을 두 가지 반복과 상위어로 찾기로 제시하였다. 셋째, 중심어 찾기 지도 방법을 살펴보았다.중심어 찾기 방법을 정리했다고 이것이 그 대로 지도 방법이 되진 않는다. 아동들에게 가르치기 위한 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 이를 위해 중심어 찾기 지도 방향과 지도 단계, 중심어 찾기 지도 시 고려해야 할 사항, 지도 내용의 위계화와 교육적 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 중심어 찾기 방법이라는 학습자 중심의 활동을 가시화 하고, 교수방법으로 체계화했다는데 그 의의를 두고 본 연구가 현장에 바로 적용되어 활용되어지기를 기대한다. The keyword is one of the most important factors to understand text, However, it was not performed to teach the method for finding keywords in language class. Therefore, this study explores the teaching method for finding keywords. For this, this paper approached the methods to find keywords with three apects. Firstly, defined what the keywords were, and divided the keywords into two groups: the first keyword, and the second keyword. In next step, searched the factors were related to the keywords in current curriculum and found problems about the factors. Secondly, reviewed a process for finding thie keywords, systematized the process, visualized the process, and summarized the ability of finding keywords as delete and replacement. In addition, suggested two finding methods that use repetition and tracking higher keywords to find correct keywords. Thirdly, suggested teaching methods for finding keywords. It is necessary to approach systematically to teach students. Even though there is an optomal method to find keywords, if there is no effective teaching method, then the optimal method isuseless. Therefor. this study suggested new concepts for teaching methods to find keywords; the teaching direction for finding keyword, the procedure for finding keywords, the factors that teachers should consider when they teach students, of teaching contents and educational application methods in real classroom. This study had a meaning that showing the systematical approach to teach students the methods to find keyword effectively. Lastly, this paper expected the suggested methods would be applied in language classrooms directly.

      • Searchable Encryption with <i>Keyword-Recoverability</i>

        <P>Searchable encryption has many applications including e-mail systems and storage systems. The usefulness of searchable encryption derives from its support of <I>keyword-testability</I>. Keyword-testability means that a receiver of a ciphertext can test whether the ciphertext contains a specific keyword. Recently, Bellare et al. suggested an efficiently-searchable encryption scheme with <I>keyword-recoverability</I> as well as keyword-testability. Keyword-recoverability means that a receiver can extract the keyword from a ciphertext. All of the previous searchable encryption schemes have provided only keyword-testability. However, as explained by Bellare et al., no efficiently-searchable encryption scheme can provide even security against chosen keyword attacks. That is, Bellare et al.'s scheme assumes that no useful partial information about the keyword is known to the adversaries. In this paper, we suggest an SEKR (searchable encryption with keyword-recoverability) scheme which is secure even if the adversaries have any useful partial information about the keyword. Our scheme provides security against chosen ciphertext attacks which are stronger attacks than chosen keyword attacks. We also suggest an SEKR scheme for multi-keywords.</P>

        키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 청각장애 관련 연구동향 분석 : 2007~2016

        Purpose : The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the research trends of hearing impairment papers by using a keyword network analysis. Methods : For the analysis, we collected 1372 keywords from 659 research papers published in the domestic journals from 2007 to 2016. For the purpose, frequency analysis, keyword network structural property analysis based on co-keyword network modeling, and keyword network centrality analysis were used. The keyword network analysis was used by UCINET 6.0 program and NetDraw program was then utilized to show the image of some networks. Results : First, the most common keywords were: hearing impairment, cochlear implants, deaf, and student. Second, over the 10-year period, the keyword network of hearing impairment research has a small-world and scale-free network in which a small number of keywords have a tendency to monopolize. As a result of keyword network centrality analysis, keywords with a high degree of centrality, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality were: hearing impairment, cochlear implants, deaf, student, communication, child, university student, sign language, language, program, and inclusive education. The keyword ‘hearing impairment’ was related with all keywords directly. ‘cochlear implants’ was the highest tie-strength keywords. The main keywords were identified as hearing impairment, cochlear implants and deaf. The keyword hearing impairment was related with all keywords directly. However, there were difference between cochlear implants and deaf. Conclusions : This study contributed in understanding the trends of research related with the field of hearing impairment and discussed the prediction of the future research directions. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 최근 10년(2007~2016) 간 청각장애 관련분야의 연구동향을 살펴보는데 있다. 방법 : 학술연구정보서비스 사이트의 데이터베이스를 활용하여청각장애 관련 논문은 총 659편을 선정하여, 논문에서 제시한 주제어 1372개를 추출하였다. KrKwic 프로그램을 이용하여 10회 이상 출현한 주요키워드의 1 모드 네트워크 행렬을 만들었다. 연구경향을파악하기 위해, 키워드 빈도분석 및 키워드 네트워크의 지적 구조 분석과 중심성 분석을 실시하였다. 키워드 네트워크 분석은 UCINET 6.0을 활용하고, Netdraw 프로그램으로 시각화하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 결과: 첫째, 키워드 빈도 분석 결과, 10회 이상 출현한 키워드는 41개 중청각장애, 인공와우이식, 농, 학생이 높은 빈도를 나타내었다. 둘째, 청각장애와 관련된 연구는 지난10년 동안 소수의 키워드가 다수의 키워드와 연결된 멱함수 법칙을 따르고 있는 네트워크 구조를보여준다. 중심성 분석 결과, 청각장애, 인공와우이식, 농, 학생, 수어, 아동, 의사소통, 대학생, 난청, 통합교육, 보청기, 프로그램의 연결중심성, 사이중심성, 인접중심성이 모두 높게 나타났다. 청각장애는모든 키워드와 직접적인 연결관계가 있었다. 인공와우는 아동, 보청기, 말지각, 언어, 청능훈련, 심도, 농‘과 연결정도가 높았고, 농은 수어, 중복장애, 농 문화, 한국수어, 인공와우이식, 난청과 높은연결정도를 보여주었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 청각장애 분야 연구의 지적 구조와 최근 동향을전반적으로 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이 결과를 중심으로 청각장애 분야 연구에 있어 부족한 영역을 탐색하고, 향후 새로운 연구 주제 및 방향성에 대해 논의하였다.

        A Comparative Analysis on Keywords of International and Korean Journals in Library and Information Science

        The aim of this study was to discover various Library and Information Science (LIS) research areas by examining similarities and differences between LIS journals in terms of keyword characteristics. To conduct this study, for the years from 2004 to 2016, the keywords of 6 international journals were downloaded from Scopus database (http://www.scopus.com), and the keywords of 4 Korean journals were downloaded from the RISS database (http://www.riss.co.kr). The characteristics of keywords were investigated by examining frequently used keywords and frequently used distinctive keywords pertaining to international and Korean journals. The distinctive keywords are referred to as the keywords that appear in one domain but not in another. The result of this study indicated the following: a) a frequency analysis of the keywords showed major research themes and unique traits concerning Korea. b) In general, the keywords used in Korean journals frequently reflected the library as a major subject area of research, while keywords used in international journals reflected bibliometrics and information retrieval as major subject areas of research. c) The overarching themes of each created dataset were clearly noticeable in frequently used distinctive keywords. d) Some keywords were bound by a nation or by a region due to their scope of usage. The important implication of this study is that both most frequently used keywords and most frequently used distinctive keywords seemed to adequately represent the LIS subject areas

        저자 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 초등 환경교육의 연구 동향 탐색

        This study aims to investigate the research trend of elementary environmental education. Thus, author keywords were extracted from a total of 197 academic these related to elementary environmental education during two different periods when detailed goals were applied to the 2007 and 2009 revised curriculums respectively, and then this study analyzed the network of author keywords. The results of this study can be summarized as below. Firstly, as a result of analyzing the frequency of author keywords from academic theses related to elementary environmental education, this study discovered 369 author keywords from the period when detailed goals were applied to 2009 revised curriculum. Out of them, it was found that the keyword, `climate change education`, showed the highest frequency, followed by `environmental literacy` and `environmental perception`, except such central keywords as `environmental education` and `elementary school student`. From the period when detailed goals were applied to the 2007 revised curriculum, a total of 394 author keywords were discovered, and the keyword, `environmental literacy`, showed the highest frequency, followed by `environmental perception` and `ESD (education for sustainable development)`. Secondly, as a result of analyzing the network of author keywords, this study found out that in the total number of network connections, average connection degree, density and clique, the period when detailed goals were applied to the 2007 revised curriculum was somewhat higher than the period when detailed goals were applied to the 2009 revised curriculum. As a result of analyzing the centrality of author keywords, this study found out that during both the periods, `environmental perception` and `environmental literacy` were high in degree centrality and betweenness centrality, except such central keywords as `environmental education` and `elementary school student`. As a result of analyzing the components of author keywords as sub-networks, this study discovered 9 components from the period when detailed goals were applied to the 2009 revised curriculum and 6 components from the period when detailed goals were applied to the 2007 revised curriculum. During both the periods, the largest component was composed of keywords high in degree centrality and betweenness centrality.

      • 記憶戰略으로서의 Keyword 技法의 効果에 관한 考察

        This study aims to review the nature and effects of the mnemonic keyword technique to explore the possibility of it’s generalization. The keyword technique was proposed by Atkinson and Raugh (1975) to facilitate the learning of foreign vocabulary based on imagery. The keyword technique is a two-stage process for learning foreign vocabulary words. To use the technique, one first derives a keyword that sounds like part of foreign word. Then a meaningful interaction involving the keyword and the vocabulary word’s definition is constructed. This can be in the form of a provided interactive illustration, or the learner can generate an visual image. The studies that examined the effects of keyword technique reported that the keyword technique facilitated adults’ learning of definition of foreign vocabulary. Further, the keyword technique helped younger children effectively learn foreign vocabulary words when keyword and/or imagery variations were provided. And it was found that the keyword technique could be applied to other curriculum content. The studies were concerned with the teaching of learning strategies showed that the keyword technique can be used effectively as learning strategies. According to these results, it is apparent that the keyword technique can contribute the develop�ment of the theory about human memory and be applied to education. But, in order to apply the keyword technique to educational practice, further studies should be conducted. First, it is necessary to identify clearly the nature of the keyword technique. Second, can the keyword technique be applied to the learning of the higher cognitive skills such as intellictual skills? Third, is there interactional effect between the keyword technique and the traits of learners? Finally, can the keyword technique be applied other language, especially oriental language. Further can it be applied to Korean language. These questions should be answered by empirical studies for the development of theory as well as the application to educational practice. It is expected further studies will be conducted.

      • 내러티브 관련 연구논문에 대한 주제어 분석:KCI 등재 논문을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 KCI 등재 논문 중 내러티브 관련 논문 521편을 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 사전 주제어 정련 과정을 통해서 474개의 주제어에 대한 기초 자료 분석을 하고 주제어간 비교 분석과 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 기초 통계 분석을 통하여 연도별, 학회지별 내러티브 관련 연구 동향과 주제어 동향을 확인하였다. 시각화한 네트워크 분석을 통하여 주제어간 연결 강도와 연결중앙성이 높은 주제어를 제시하였다. 또한 주제어간 군집성 확인을 통하여 주제어 간의 관계를 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trend by research papers related to ‘narrative’. To attain this purpose, I analyze ‘Narrative’ papers and the keyword of these papers by basic analysis, comparison analysis and network analysis. 521 ‘Narrative’ papers that was registered in KCI and 474 keywords that were refined by the cleansing process were analyzed. In the basic analysis, analyzing the ‘Narrative’ papers are done per year, journal and researcher. And review of ‘Narrative’ papers in education field are done. As a result of basic analysis, it was noticed that not only ‘Narrative’ papers but also ‘Narrative’ papers in education field are steadily increasing every year. The percentage of the ‘Narrative’ papers in education field is 46.44%. The journal that has the most ‘Narrative’ papers is ‘The Korean Society for the Study of Anthropology of Education’ and The researcher who has the most ‘Narrative’ papers is ‘Kang Hyeon-suk’. In the comparison analysis, the analysis handles the 474 keywords of ‘Narrative’ papers. As a result of the comparison analysis, the top 3 keywords are ‘narrative’, ‘narrative inquiry’ and ‘teacher’. If analyzed by year, there are ‘narrative’, ‘narrative inquiry’, ‘teacher’ and ‘experience’ as major keywords. It has the semblance of the result of the whole keyword analysis. But if analyzed by journal, each major journal has various keywords, depending on the perspective of each journal. In the network analysis, 474 keywords and 2490 connection relations between keywords are studied. By using the Gephi, 474 keywords and 2490 connection relations are visualized. The keywords that have the high degree of centrality are ‘narrative’, ‘narrative inquiry’, ‘story’, ‘narrative thinking’ and ‘teacher’. Compared to the list of keywords per a frequency of appearance and the list of keywords per degree of centrality, ‘narrative curriculum’ and ‘fictional narrative’ are new keywords that have the high degree of centrality. As a result of cluster analysis, keywords have 25 clusters that are 6 isolated clusters and 19 linked clusters.

      • MULTIPLE KEYWORD MANAGEMENT IN SPONSORED SEARCH ADVERTISING

        Search advertising, the paid listings on a search engine website based on consumers’ keyword searches, has become one of the most important advertising formats and have thus received a huge amount of attention from both academics and practitioners. While many researchers have studied search advertising in a single keyword framework, in practice, consumers’ search usually involve multiple keywords related to their purchase, and similarly, firms advertise on a set of related keywords. Thus, understanding a utilization of multiple keywords is important for firms to efficiently allocate their advertising budget to each keyword, based on consumers’ decision of which keywords to search and which advertising to click. Therefore, this study aims to examine consumers’ search behavior in terms of their click decisions and retailers’ bidding strategy over a set of related multiple keywords. We empirically examine the aforementioned issues regarding consumer clicks and advertiser bids in a search advertising campaign. We use in our empirical analysis a unique dataset containing a number of related keywords in a running shoes product category, in which consumers frequently make online purchases, pertaining to two leading brands in the product category, Nike and Adidas. Based on the consumer purchase funnel framework, we have classified the keywords into five keyword groups at three different levels, the category, brand, and model level keywords. Our data contain daily information from 242 online retailers on their search advertising metrics such as payments per clicks, bids, quality scores, ranks, and the number of clicks from September 1, 2012 to November 30, 2012. Our empirical findings show that overall, consumers search for keywords in a manner consistent with purchase funnel, although some inconsistencies exist in the detailed behavior, depending on different keyword groups and brands. Our findings also show that retailers simultaneously bid on multiple keywords at different stages of the consumer purchase funnel, suggesting that retailers regard the different keywords as strategic complements. However, our findings suggest that retailers’ allocation of their bids across multiple keywords are often inconsistent with the consumer search behavior. Those findings provide advertisers with new insights on multiple keyword management to develop and implement a more effective search advertising strategy.

        목적 학술연구정보서비스를 통한 국내 학술지를 중심으로 청소년, 자녀, 양육, 유아, 부모 역할, 취업모, 출생 등의 키워드가 같이 포함되어 있는 결혼만족도에 관한 연구들의 주제어를 추출하여 분석하고 양육기의 결혼만족도에 관한 여러 키워드를 도출하여 양육기 결혼만족도에 관한 연구를 분석하고자 하였다. 주요 키워드의 빈도 분석과 TF-IDF를 통해 어떤 주제가 많이 연구되었는지를 분석하고 키워드의 연결중심성을 확인하여 다른 주제어와 많이 연결되어 있는 키워드를 살펴봄으로써 향후 연구에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 방법 국내에서 출판된 학술지에 발표된 논문 중 ‘양육과 관련된 결혼만족도’를 주제어로 하는 논문 132편을 수집하고 270개의 키워드를 도출하였다. 이후 NOTEPAD++를 사용하여 키워드를 1차 정제한 후 텍스톰 프로그램을 활용하여 단어 재정제하였다. 이후 정제된 키워드를 바탕으로 빈도분석과 Textom 프로그램의 TF, TF-IDF, N-gram을 통해 분석하고 이를 시각화하였다. 결과 첫째, 2000년대 이후 매년 이루어져 오던 연구가 2010년 이후부터는 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 둘째, 양육과 관련된 결혼만족도 연구는 52개의 학술지에 총 132편의 논문이 게재되었다. 한국가족복지학회지, 대한가정학회지, 한국가족관계학회지, 아동학회지, 한국영유아보육학회지 등 가족관계 및 아동, 영유아를 연구하는 학술지에서 주로 활발하게 연구가 되었음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 양육과 관련된 결혼만족도의 주요 키워드의 출현 빈도는 ‘결혼만족도’, ‘양육스트레스’, ‘아버지’, ‘어머니’, ‘양육참여’, ‘자녀’, ‘부부갈등’, ‘양육효능감’, ‘문제행동’, ‘우울’ 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, TF-IDF 가중치를 분석한 결과는 출현 빈도 순위와 거의 유사하나 ‘결혼만족도’는 상위 키워드 안에 들지 못한 것이 확인되었다. 가중치가 높은 키워드는 ‘어머니’, ‘아버지’, ‘양육스트레스’, ‘양육참여’, ‘자녀’, ‘부부갈등’, ‘문제행동’ 등으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, N-gram 분석에서는 주요 키워드 간의 연관성을 확인하였다. 결혼만족도와 연관성이 높은 키워드 순으로 나열하면 ‘자녀’, ‘우울’, ‘아버지’, ‘양육태도’ 등이 각각 출현하는 것으로 확인되었다. 가장 가중치가 높은 키워드는 ‘아버지’와 ‘양육참여’로 ‘결혼만족도’에는 ‘아버지’와 ‘양육참여’가 같이 많이 연관되어 언급됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 여섯째, 네트워크로 표현한 연결정도 중심성은 ‘결혼만족도’, ‘양육스트레스’를 중심으로 연결되어 있었다. 결론 양육과 관련된 결혼 만족도에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 키워드 네트워크 분석을 더욱 정교히 하여 다양한 후속 연구에 대한 제안을 하였다. Objectives Focusing on domestic academic journals through the academic research information service, we extracted and analyzed the keywords of studies on marital satisfaction that contain keywords such as youth, children, parenting, infants, parental roles, working mothers, and births. By deriving several keywords about The purpose of this study was to provide implications for future research by analyzing the frequency of major keywords and TF-IDF, which topics were studied the most, and by confirming the centrality of the keywords to identify keywords that are highly connected to other keywords. Methods Among the papers published in academic journals published in Korea, 132 papers with the theme of ‘marital satisfaction related to parenting’ were collected and 270 keywords were derived. After that, the main word was first refined using NOTEPAD++, and then the word was re-refined using the textom program. Afterwards, based on the refined keywords, frequency analysis and TF, TF-IDF, and N-gram of the Textom program were analyzed and visualized. Results First, research that has been conducted every year since the 2000s has significantly increased from 2010 onwards. Second, a total of 132 papers were published in 52 academic journals regarding the study of marital satisfaction related to child rearing. It was confirmed that the research was mainly conducted in academic journals that study family relationships, children, and infants, such as the Journal of the Korean Society for Family Welfare, the Journal of the Korean Family Society, the Journal of the Korean Society of Family Relations, the Journal of the Children s Society, and the Journal of the Korean Society for Infant Care. Third, as a result of examining the frequency of occurrence of major keywords of marital satisfaction related to child rearing, ‘marriage satisfaction’, ‘parenting stress’, ‘father’, ‘mother’, ‘parenting participation’, ‘children’, ‘marital conflict’, ‘Parenting efficacy’, ‘problematic behavior’, and ‘depression’ appeared in the order. Fourth, as a result of TF-IDF weight analysis, it was found that it was derived almost similar to the order of appearance frequency, but ‘marital satisfaction’ did not enter the top keywords. Keywords with high weight were identified as ‘mother’, ‘father’, ‘parenting stress’, ‘parenting participation’, ‘child’, ‘marital conflict’, and ‘problematic behavior’. fifth, the association between major keywords was confirmed in the N-gram analysis. When the keywords that are highly related to marital satisfaction are listed in order, it was confirmed that ‘children’, ‘depression’, ‘father’, and ‘parenting attitude’ appeared respectively. The keywords with the highest weight were ‘father’ and ‘participation in child rearing’, and it was confirmed that ‘father’ and ‘participation in child rearing’ were mentioned a lot in ‘marital satisfaction’. Sixth, the centrality of the degree of connection expressed through the network was connected centered on ‘marriage satisfaction’, ‘parenting stress’. Conclusions It can be confirmed that studies on marital satisfaction related to child rearing are increasing. The keyword network analysis was further elaborated and suggestions for various follow-up studies were made.
