        국방위원장체제의 이데올로기와 특징

        This Article talk issue with ideology of Kim Jong-Il`s Regime and the characteristic of Kim Jong-Il`s National Defense Commission(NDC). In particular, I focuses on threes points. First, Historically since 1960, The Role of the Korean People`s Army(KPA) is an overwhelming power and plays a vital role in North Korea. Under Kim Jong-Il, The KPA has increased its political, social stature. In result, It plays important the pillar and main force revolution national security in North Korea society. Second, North Korea`s military system is situated in the decision making group. National Defense Commission, Central Military Committee, Ministry of people`s Armed Forces. Military and Security command structure set policy and overseas its implementations by the other military organizations. Especially, National Defense Commission controls Ministry of people`s Armed Forces. Third, Ideology of Kim Jong-Il`s Regime consist of Juche, the teachings left Kim Il Sung, the ideas Red Flag, Priority of Military, Strong State. It force North Korean people to self sacrifice and total obedience and absolute loyalty to him. Consequently, Supreme Commander of Kim is credited with army-people unity, promoting the army as a model for North Korean society. The logic of Priority of Military and Strong military state reproduce a government by a single person having unrestricted power.

      • 신경회로망(LANG)을 이용한 인쇄체 한글 인식

        In this paper, a recognition system for Printed Korean Character is proposed. Next to decomposing into three subpattern for a character with subpattern decomposition algorithm proposed by our Lab., it extracts directional codes of a phoneme by Rule Base System and then recognizes a character with Neural Network. Optimal codes of a phoneme is obtained by applying rule based on seven basic strock types to each strocks and processing two-stage translation, that is deletion for input noise and insertion for loss. For a character recognition, extracted direction codes are presented as input to Neural Network(LANG, mode).

      • Gumbel-Chow 法에 의한 確率渴水量의 誘導 및 比較 分析

        This study was carried out far getting reasonable design drought flows which can be contributed to the hydrologic design criterion of various hydraulic structures by comparative analysis between the results of Gumbel-Chew method and those of Weibull distribution which was studied by author already. Annual drought flows were used for the analysis of drought flows frequency at the three watersheds of Geum, Nag Dong and Yeong San river basins. The results were analyzed and summarized as follows. 1. Basic statistics were calculated for the analysis of Gumbel-Chow methed. 2. The frequency factors according to the return periods were evaluated to get probable drought flows for the research watersheds. 3. Probalble drought flows were derivated by the Gumbel-Chow method. 4. Comparing Gumbel-Chow method with Weibull distribution, it was found out that the former haute larger values than these of the latter within five years of return periods, and vice versa over the years of return periods at the research watersheds. 5. In comparison with the observed and the two kinds of results, probable drought flows by Weibull method were shown to be closer to the observed than

        The objective of this study is to estimate the feasibility of acoustic emission method for the internal leak from the valves. In this study, valve leak tests using various types of specimen simulated seat damage were performed in order to analyzer acoustic emission properties when leaks arise in valve seat. As a result of leak test for specimens simulated valve seat, we conformed that leak sound level increased in proportion to the increase of hole diameter and leak velocity, and decreased in proportion to the increase of leak depth. And also, leak sound level has hysteresis for leak velocity. From the experimental results, it was suggested that the acoustic emission method for monitoring of leak was feasible.

      • 스포츠 參與를 通한 靑少年들의 人性形成 比較硏究 : 서울특별시와 경기도 중학생을 대상으로

        To find the relationship between participating sports and building up humanity, let 608 middle school students in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do answer the survey of Beom-mo Cheong and Chong-seung Lee(Korea Testing Center. 1992) using T-test and F-test according to the elements. The results are the following. 1.Participating Style of Sports 1)As to sex, 39% of boys like to participate in sports, but 37% of girls don't like to. 2)As to the area, 35.22% students in the country participated in sports through mass media and 12.1% do it often. 31.3% participated in the city by mass media and 13.7% often. 2.Building up Humanity to Sports 1)Acting Participant(who participate in sports continuously) a.As to area, in the element of society, the students in the city is higher than those in the country. It made a big difference(p〈.01). b.As to sex, in society and activity elements, boys are higher than girls and in stability element, boys are higher and in the element of insecurity, girls are higher. c.As to grade, in the element of monomania, the 1st grader is higher than the 2nd and 3rd grade. So, statistically it made a big difference(p〈.05). 2)Recognizing Participant(who often participate in sports) a.As to area, in stability, insecurity, Melancholia and monomania elements, students in the country are higher than those in the city. b.As to sex, all the elements except carefulness, girls are higher than boys and in the element of stability, both boys and girls got the highest point. c.As to grade, autonomy element is being improved as to the higher grade and statistically it made a big difference(p〈.05). 3)Emotional Participant(who participate in sports by mass media) a.As to area in the element of insecurity, students in the country are higher and in the element of society, there was a big difference between the students in the city and those in the country(p〈.05). b.As to sex, in autonomy, insecurity, Melancholia and monomania elements, girls are higher than boys and there was a big difference(p〈.01). c.As to grade, stability, activity, Melancholia and monomania elements in the 2nd grade are higher and autonomy, control and carefulness in the 3rd grade, are higher. 3.Place of Sports Area In the country, 46.8% students play sports in the empty place around the house while in the city, 44.3% do it in the playground. Also, boys play in the playground and girls play in the empty place around the house. 4.The Items of Sports Activities As to the area, the first item in the country is soccer(25.76%) and the next is basketball. But in the city the first is badminton(22.5%) and the next is basketball. As to the sex, boys like soccer best(39.0%) and the next is basketball(25.8%). Girls like badminton(31.8%) and bicycling(19.6%). As it was shown, there was a big difference(p〈.001). 5.The Effect of Spores Activities Students in the country and in the city are expecting that their health and strength will improve through sports activities. But there wasn't a big difference. 6.The Motive of Sports Activities Boys and girls in the country and in the city, are motivated by mass media. As to sex, boys are motivated by mass media(39.2%) and girls are motivated by their parents' persuasion(31.6%). There were a big difference(p〈.001).

        경기관지폐생검의 진단적 가치

        The diagnostic value of transbronchial lung biopsy(TBLB) through fiberoptic bronchoscope was studied in 61 patients with diffuse or localized lung disease in which routine clinical and laboratory examinations revealed no diagnostic clue. By the technique adequate tissue specimen for diagnosis was obtainable in 28 of 33 patients (78.8 percent) and 25 of 28(89.3 percent) with localized and diffuse lung diseases, respectively. A histological diagnosis was possible in more than 75 percent of the patients with lung cancer proved by various means. On the other hand, in patients with tuberculous lesions, diffuse or localized, the incidence of positive diagnosis was less than a half. The complications among 61 patients underwent the TBLB were pneumothorax in one and hemoptysis in three, which subsided spontaneously. These facts suggest that the TRLB is a relatively safe, and more useful in the diagnosis of cancer of the lung than in inflammatory disease.

        방선균주 7489가 생산하는 DNA Topoisomerase 1 저해제에 관한 연구

        미생물로 부터 topoisomerase Ⅰ저해물질을 탐색하던 중 Streptomyces melanosporofaciens 7489 균주가 topoisomerase 활성을 저해하는 것을 발견하였다. 이에 균주가 생산하는 활성물질을 분리정제한 후 구조를 결정하였고 정제된 물질에 대한 활성을 조사하였다. 균체로 부터 acetone 추출, ethyl acetate 추출, silica gel column chromatography, preparative TLC 및 HPLC등을 통하여 topoisomerase 저해물질 7489-1을 정제한 후 UV, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, DEPT and EI-MS등의 기기분석을 한 결과 저해물질은 dibutyl phthalate로 결정되었다. 789-1의 topoisomerase Ⅰ 저해활성은 1μM에서 10μM까지 점진적으로 감소하였으며 25μM에서 완전히 저해되었다. During the screening of inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase I from microbial secondary metabolites, Streptomyces melanosporofaciens 7489 which was capable of producing high level of inhibitor was selected from soil. The active compound (7489-1) which was capable of producing high level of inhibitor was selected from soil. The active compound (7489-1) was purified from the culture broth by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and HPLC. The inhibitor was identified as dibutyl phthalate by spectroscopic methods of UV, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, DEPT and EI-MS. 7489-1 showed a strong inhibitory activity against topoisomerase I with 10 μM of IC_50 value.

      • 내용기반 이미지 검색을 위한 문자-에지 맵의 특징을 이용한 자연이미지에서의 텍스트 영역 추출

        자연이미지에 포함된 텍스트는 많은 중요한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그러므로 자연이미지에서 텍스트를 추출할 수 있다면 다양한 분야에서 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 문자-에지 맵 패턴 히스토그램을 분석함으로서 텍스트 영역을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 첫 번째 단계로, Canny 에지 검출기로 에지를 추출하여 16가지 에지 맵을 생성하고, 두 번째 단계로 16가지 에지 맵을 조합하여 문자 특징을 갖는 8가지 문자-에지 맵을 생성한다. 세 번째 단계로 8가지 문자-에지 맵과 16가지 에지 맵을 이용하여 텍스트 후보 영역을 추출 하고, 마지막으로 텍스트 후보 영역에 대한 검증은 문자-에지 맵의 패턴 히스토그램 및 텍스트 영역의 구조적 특징을 이용하여 수행하였다. 실험결과 제안한 방법은 복잡한 배경, 다양한 글꼴, 다양한 텍스트 컬러로 구성된 자연이미지에서 텍스트 영역을 효과적으로 추출하였다. The text to be included in the natural images has many important information. Therefore, if we can extract the text in natural images, it can be applied to many important applications. In this paper, we propose a text region extraction method using pattern histogram of character-edge maps. In the first step, we extract edges with the Canny edge detector and create 16 kinds of edge maps from the extracted edges. In the second step, we make 8 kinds of character-edge maps that has a character features with combination of edge maps. In the third step, we extract a text regions using 8 kinds of character-edge maps and 16 kinds of edge maps. Finally, verification about candidate of the text regions uses pattern histogram of character-edge maps and structural features of text regions. The proposed method is experimented with various kinds of natural images. Experimental results show that the proposed method extracts a text regions composed of complex background, various letters, various text colors effectively.

      • 현장환경의 원격제어를 위한 센서신호처리 및 전송시스템의 개발

        여러 분야에 걸쳐서 각종 센서의 개발과 센서신호 처리 시스템의 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업 현장 및 대형 건물내에서 입력되는 환경에 대한 센서 신호를 신호처리하여 최적 환경 상태를 유지하는 시스템을 개발하였다. Locall controller는 각각 독립된 마이크로 컴퓨터를 내장한 인텔리전트 형식으로 구성되고 이들이 전용 LAN을 통해 중앙통제 장치와 통신한다.

      • 韓國語文의 誤謬 柚出을 위한 形態素分析 알고리즘

        In the paper, we proposed a phoneme split algorithm and a morpheme analysis algorithm for auto-checking of ill-recognized character in Optical Korean Character Recognition System. The complexity of the problems asspciated with character recognition suggests that the system should include Post Processing. Through the two algorithms proposed in this paper, we could pick out ill-recognized character efficiently. So, we believe firmly that our algorithm will be available for correction of ill-recognized character using Dictionary Information.
