        AHP를 활용한 국내 위탁급식사업의 KPI 우선순위 및 가중치개발에 관한 연구

        The contracted foodservice business as an intangible service industry requires measurement in intangible values. By these measurements the limited capitals should be selected and invested to differentiate itself from competitors and secure competitiveness. Currently, there are items to evaluate the present, future, and past of the Contracted Foodservice Business, however no academically established priority of the items. The purpose of this research, a follow-up research of Kim, Hak-Jun & Kim, Ju-Yeon(2009) is development on significancy and priority of KPI in Korea. As a result of the study, customer perspective was understood to be most important, next financial perspective, internal process, and lastly the learning and growth perspective. KPI`s priority consists of customer satisfaction measurement in first place with a significant rate of 0.187. Next, following up was achieved profit targets and achieved sales goals. The results implicate that in the contracted foodservice business in Korea the business strategy should select and invest in limited capitals by investing in the increased customer satisfaction measurement and corresponding to the needs and wants of the customer to increase customer satisfaction measurement.

      • 생체분해성 망막압정을 이용한 망막고정에 대한 실험적 연구

        Biodegradable retinal fixation devices obtain mechnical fixation of the retina with desirable chorioretinal scarring and with the potential for local, sustained release of antimetabolites and steroids to inhibit proliferative vitreoretinopathy. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack with barb that was designed in order to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. This study was carried to evaluate the efficacy for retinal fixation and the capability for sustained release of drugs with a newly designed biodegradable retinal tack Biodegradable retinal tacks were made of polymers of glycolic acids and were designed with barbs in a shape to prevent the disinsertion. Biodegradale retinal tacks are divided into 3 parts, a conical portion that is inserted into the sclera, a cylinder portion that remains in the vitreous, and a neck portion between the pin and the cylinder. The tapered conical end was manufactured to allow easy insertion through the retina and choroid into the sclera. A cylinder portion was manufactured with a tapered angle that fixes firmly into the orifice of 19 gauge spinal needle. A neck portion, 0.4 mm in diameter, was designed to prevent disinsertion from following implantation of retinal tack. The applicator was a 19 gauge spinal needle and its orifice was prepared to 15°angle to accept the tapered cylinder portion of the retinal tack. The retinal tacks, secured in the needles, were passed through the formed vitreous and inserted into the retina, choroid, and sclera and were released by pushing the internal needle, usually within 2-3mm of the medullary ray of the posterior rabbit retina A retinal tack was placed in each of 8 pigmented rabbit eyes. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy and fundus photography were performed periodically from 1 day to 8 weeks after surgery. Eight eyes were enucleated and studied by light microscopy at 8 weeks. Biomicroscopic evaluation of the animals revealed edemas adjacent to the retinal surfaces immediately after insertion of the biodegradable retinal tacks in all the animals. These edemas disappeared after 1 week. The first noticeable change in the size of retinal tacks was shown after 2weeks. The size of the retinal tacks gradually got smaller, decreasing to about one-half at 4 weeks and about one-third at 8 weeks. All retinal tacks remained in inserted places without any movement for an 8 week period. On light microscopy, epiretinal proliferations were seen to extend into the vitreous cavity. Cellular capsules that lined the inner aspect of the scleral defect caused by tack insertion were found. However the adjacent retina had a normal cytologic appearance and architecture in all specimens. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack that is designed to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. All biodegradable retinal tacks reduce in size with time, but no retinal tacks extruded from the inserted place. The newly designed biodegradable retinal tack can be used for retinal fixation and may be used as a vehicle for the introduction of pharmacologic agents to prevent the cellular events that promote proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

        국내 여행상품 기획을 위한 리조트 사업의 핵심성과지표(KPI)에 대한 우선순위 및 가중치 개발

        To survive the competitive environment in and outside the country, the Resort Industry needs to measure the past financial recordings and future values. The Resort Industry being an Intangible Service Industry requires measurement in intangible values. By these measurements the limited capitals should be selected and invested to differentiate itself from competitors and secure competitiveness. Currently, there are items for evaluating the present, future, and past of the Resort Industry, however no academically established priority of the items. The purpose of this research, a follow-up research of Kim, Hak-Jun & Kim, Dea-Kwan(2007), “A study of suitability of the indicators for the Key Management Performance Evaluation in the resort industry”, is development on significancy and priority of Resort Industry KPI for domestic travel product planning. As a result of the study, Customer Perspective was understood to be most important, next Financial Perspective, Internal Process, and lastly the Learning and Growth Perspective. KPI`s priority consists of Operating Profit Rate in first place with a significant rate of 0.147. Next, following up was the Revisiting Intention Rate and Customer Satisfaction Rate. The results implicate that in the domestic Resort Industry the business strategy should select and invest in limited capitals by investing in the Customer Perspective and corresponding to the Needs and Wants of the customer to induce revisits.

The purpose of this research, a follow-up research of Kim, Dea-Kwan, Kim, Hak-Jun & Park, Yang-Woo(2009), A Study on the Development of KPI in the Super Deluxe Hotel Business in Seoul Korea Using BSC, is development on significancy and priority of KPI in the Super Deluxe Hotel Business in Seoul Korea for travel product planning. As a result of the study, Financial Perspective was understood to be most important, next Customer Perspective, Internal Process, and lastly the Learning and Growth Perspective. KPI`s priority consists of customer satisfaction measurement in first place with a significant rate of 0.145. Next, following up was operating profit to sales ratio of sales and achievement ratio of operating profit. The results implicate that in the Super Deluxe Hotel Business in Seoul Korea the business strategy should select and invest in limited capitals by investing in the increased customer satisfaction measurement and corresponding to the Needs and Wants of the customer to increase customer satisfaction measurement.

      • 생체분해성 고분자를 이용한 사시수술용 제형개발 및 효용성에 대한 연구

        A new device, muscle clamping system was developed to facilitate exact quatifying technique A strabismus surgery, and reduce the risk of complications. The device is composed of a lower fixing body with three jaws and an upper supporting body. They are used to clip an extraocular muscle and fix it to the sclera with a single bite. Superior rectus recession on 16 rabbit eyes were performed with this new device. Conjunctival injection, muscle adhesion strength, and light microscopic findings were examined at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively. The Conjunctival injection were minimal, adhesion power ranged from 420 to 600 gram gravity, which is sufficient in withstand the normal pull of human extraocular muscle. In microscopic exam, some Inflammatory cells and fibrosis were found. The new device was technically easy, fast, and accurate, so it may be useful in stabismus surgery.

        수종의 단일병 접착제의 적용 시간 연장이 건조 상아질의 미세인장 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 친수성 용매가 함유되어 있는 3종의 단일병 접착제의 적용 시간을 증가시켰을 때, 건조 상아질에 대한 재습윤의 효과가 있는지를 미세인장 결합강도의 측정을 통해 알아보고자 시행하였다. 실험대상은 최근에 발거한 상하악의 대구치로, 교합면 1/3 부위의 치질을 치아 장축에 수직으로 절단하여 상아질을 노출 시킨 후, 32%인산 (Unietch, Bisco Inc., Schaumburg, IL, USA)으로 15초간 산부식 하고 수세하였다. 치아는 무작위로 S군 (Single Bond), O군 (One-Step), P군 (Prim & Bond NT)으로 분류하였고, 각 군은 다시 3군 (W: 상아질 표면의 남아있는 과잉의 물을 수분에 적신 거즈를 이용하여 제거한 후, 즉시 단일병 접착제를 적용하고 광중합, D: 30초간 건조 한 후 즉시 단일병 접착제를 적용하고 광중합, 30: 30초간 건조 한 후 단일병 접착제를 30초간 적용하고 광중합)으로 소 분류 하였다. 접착제 도포 후, 복합레진을 축조하고 접착계면이 1 ㎟가 되도록 절단 하여 각 군당 20개의 표본을 사용하여 미세인장 결합강도를 측정하였다. S군, O군의 30초 적용군 (S-30, O-30)은 건조군 (S-D, O-D)보다 높은 미세인장 결합강도를 보였으며, S-30군의 경우 S-D군보다 통계학적으로 유의성 있게 높았다 (P< 0.05). 하지만, P군의 30초 적용군 (P-30)은 건조군 (P-D)에 비해 미세인장 결합강도가 통계학적으로 유의성 있게 감소하였다 (P < 0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of increasing application time of single bottle adhesives (SBA) to microtensile bond strength (MTBS) of dried dentin. To expose the superficial dentin surfaces, human molars were sectioned perpendicular to the long axis of tooth. 32% phosphoric acid gels were applied for 15s and rinsed. The teeth were randomly assigned to 3 groups ; S group (Single Bond), O group (One-Step), P group (Prime & Bond NT). Each group was divided to 3 subgroups (W: dentin wipe with wet gauge and light cured immediately, D: dentin dried for 30s and light cured immediately, 30: dentin dried for 30s and light cured after applying SBA for 30s). Composite resin was built up on the dentin surface and sectioned to obtain 20 specimens with 1 ㎟ cross sectional area and the MTBS was measured. For Single Bond, the mean MTBS of S-W and S-30 group were higher than that of S-D group statistically (P < 0.05). For One-Step, the mean MTBS of O-D group was statistically lower than that O-W group (P < 0.05). For Prime & Bond NT, the mean MTBS of P-30 group was statistically lower than that of P-D group (P < 0.05).

        지방족 탄화수소의 할로겐 유도체 수용액의 광촉매-광분해

        The rates of photodegradation, reactivities, and mechanisms of photooxidation for the aqueous solution containing with halogen derivatives of aliphatic hydrocarbons have been discussed with respect to the kinds of photocatalysts, concentration of photocatalytic suspensions, strength of radiant power , time of illumination, changes of pH of substrate solution, wavelength of radiation, and pressure of oxygen gas saturated in the solution. These aqueous solutions suspended with 0.5 gL^-1 TiO_2 powder have been photodecomposed in the range of 100 and 93.8% per 1 hour if it is illuminated with wavelength (λ≥ 300nm) produced from Xe-lamp(450W). The photocatalytic abilities have been increased in the order of Fe_2O_3 < CdS < CeO_2 < Y_O2_3 < TiO_2, and rates of photodegradation for the solution have maximum values in the condition of pH 6∼8 and 3 psi-O_2 gL^-1. These rates for the photooxidation per 1 hour were dependent on the size of molecular weight and chemical bonding for organic halogen compounds and the rates of photodegradation were increased in the order of C_2H_5Br < CH_2Br_2 < C_5H_11Cl C_2H_4Cl_2 < trans-C_2H_2Cl_2 < cis-C_2H_2Cl_2 The t_1/2 and t_99% for these solutions were 5∼21 and 40∼90 minutes, respectively, and these values were coincided with initial reaction kinetics(r_0). It was found that reaction of photodegradation has the pseudo first-order kinetics controlled by the amount of h^+_VB diffused from a surface of photocatalysts.
