        Reconstruction of Rabbit Corneal Epithelium on Lyophilized Amniotic Membrane Using the Tilting Dynamic Culture Method

        <P>Abstract: </P><P>Rabbit corneal epithelium was reconstructed using tilting dynamic culture with a self-manufactured, amniotic membrane (AM) supporter and a lyophilized amniotic membrane (LAM). Rabbit corneal epithelial (RCE) cells were cultured and cryopreserved after isolation from the limbus. The second- and third-passage RCE cells were plated onto the epithelial side of the LAM of Ahn's AM supporter. Two days later, the air–liquid interface culture was maintained with third-passage RCE cells for 6 days and second-passage corneal epithelial cells for 9 days. The average viability of thawed RCE cells, assessed using trypan blue dye exclusion, was 77.42%. The reconstructed corneal epithelium was characterized by histological (hematoxylin and eosin) and immunohistochemical staining (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) for light microscopy, and by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction, glucose assay, and transmission electron microscopy. The basal layer of the reconstructed corneal epithelium was well formed, and the epithelium was tightly constructed due to the increase in cell proliferation and differentiation caused by the tilting dynamic culture, as opposed to static culture. Tilting dynamic culture was useful for the reconstruction of the epithelium using easily damaged epithelial cells and resulted in more stratum cell layers. Moreover, cytokeratin (CK3) mRNA expression in tilting dynamic cultured third-passage RCE cells seeded onto AM was greater than in static cultured third-passage RCE cells. The morphology of the reconstructed corneal epithelium on LAM by tilting dynamic culture for 9 days resembled that of the skin epidermis. This was thought to be because the tilting dynamic culture not only accelerated the proliferation and differentiation of cells by physical or mechanical stimulation, but also ensured that the supply of medium was delivered to the basal cells more efficiently. Thus, the reconstruction of the corneal epithelium using LAM and tilting dynamic culture was considered to be a good in vitro model for autologous or allogeneic transplantation of corneal epithelium and skin epidermis in patients with damaged epithelia. </P>

        We had a result of the treatment as below when is devided Korean medicine Tx.. Western medical Tx., Cooperative Tx.. 1) At the improvement of BP control, an average in Korean medicine Tx. (from 170㎜Hg/100㎜Hg to 150㎜Hg/90㎜Hg), an average in Western medical Tr. (from 170㎜Hg/100㎜Hg to 130㎜Hg/80㎜Hg), an average in Cooperative Tx.(from 180㎜Hg/110㎜Hg to 130㎜Hg/90㎜Hg), generally all pars had improvements of BP control. But it is not significant of each case. 2) At the improvement of symptoms by the apologetics, Cooperative Tx. is profitable in cases of 'GanHwa',' DamEum', 'EumYangYangHer', 'EumHer'. Korean medicine Tx. is superior in case of 'GiChe'. 3) At the improvement of symptoms by a questionnaire, Korean medical Tx., Western medical Tx., Cooperative Tx. groups had improvements, but each practice group didn't have specific significance. Only it was somewhat profitable to Korean medical Tx. in the 210㎜Hg/110㎜Hg, Western medical Tx. in the 180㎜Hg/110㎜Hg, Cooperative Tx, in the 170㎜Hg/90㎜ Hg. 4) There are the apparent improvements in patients whose BP are over 200㎜Hg of Korean medical Tx. group, whose BP are over 190㎜Hg of Western medical Tx. group and whose BP are over 170㎜Mg of Cooperative Tx. group. There are the improvement of diastolic BP in 110㎜Mg(Korean medical Tx., Western medical Tx.) and 90㎜Hg(Cooperative Tx.). 5) At the improvement of Pulse pressure, generally Pulse pressure are decreased. There are similar improvements in all of Korean medical Tx., Western medical Tx., and Cooperative Tx.. 6) At the Symptomatic approvement according to ages, Korean medical Tx., Cooperative Tx. are somewhat good for his twentieth, and Western medical Tx. is somewhat good for his forties. 7) the correlation of Obesity-grade and BP, as Obesity-grade is higher as BP is higher, but there are no similarity in the improvement. 8) At the EAV improvements, as examination into correlation with the point of 1~3th, we could get results as below. There are high improvements of DRHTM, DRALM, DLLYM, DLLIM in Cooperative Tx. There are high improvements of DRPASI, DLLARI in the Korean medical Tx. group. There are high improvements of DRFADM in Western medical Tx. group.

        부분 치수절단술을 이용한 복잡 치관파절의 치료 : 증례보고

        혼합 치열기 및 초기 영구치열기의 소아,청소년에서 외상에 의한 치관 파절은 빈번하게 발생한다. 치관파절은 치수의 노출 유무에 따라 단순 치관파절,복잡 치관파절로 분류된다. 치수가 노출된 복잡 치관파절의 경우 치수에 대한 고려 및 처치가 필수적인데,초기 영구치열기에는 전치부 치근의 발육이 완전히 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 완성된 치근을 가지는 치아보다 치료가 복잡하다. 치료의 목적은 적절한 치수 치료를 통해 치근의 완성을 도모하는 것으로 이를 위해 직접 치수복조술,부분 치수절단술,치경부 치수절단술의 방법을 이용한다. 이 중 부분 치수절단술은 성공률도 높으며 치경부 치수를 보존하기 때문에 여러 장점을 지니는 치료방법이다. 복잡 치관파절을 주소로 내원한 환자에서 부분 치수절단술을 시행하여 양호한 결과를 나타내어 이를 보고하는 바이다. Traumatic crown fracture in mixed dentition or early permanent dentition is relatively common. Crown fracture is classified into simple or complicated crown fracture by the presence of pulp exposure. The condition of pulp must be considered in treatment of crown fractures with pulp exposure. Treatment of immature crown-fractured incisor with pulp exposure is more complex because of its incomplete root formation. Pulp capping, partial pulpotomy, cervical pulpotomy can be used for continuous root development in immature crown-fractured incisor with pulp exposure. The success rate of partial pulpotomy is very high and there are several advantages of partial pulpotomy because the cell-rich coronal pulp tissue is preserved. This paper reports 2 cases of crown-fractured permanent incisors with pulp exposure that had been treated by partial pulpotomy successfully.

        In order to be determined the position by Loran C receiver automately, author make the formula of hyperbolic curves that is the equivalent of time differences and compute position with micro computer for them of 9970 chain of Loran C to be measured on the A, B and C courses in the south coast, and compare the computed positions with positions by Radar. The computed positions around them by Radar on the A course make two groups in the east and west but on the B and C courses are scattered in all directions. On the A, B and C courses, the ranges of total errors of the computed positions to them by Rader are 0.16-1.40 miles, 0.10-1.30 miles and 038-1.27 miles, and the mean values of them are 0.63 miles, 0.66 miles and 0.81 miles, and its standard deviations are 0.25 miles, 0.31 miles and 0.26 miles respectively.

      • 海中 TNT爆發音에 있어서 爆藥重量에 따른 爆發音의 騷音準位와 자주복(Takifugu rubripes) 치어의 반응

        港灣俊渫工事나 特殊目的의 防波堤 設置工事를 위하여 TNT爆藥을 使用하여 水中岩 破碎를 實施하는 등의 水中爆破를 행하였을 때, TNT爆藥量에 따른 騷音源의 騷音準位를 測定하였다. 또 그 騷音으로 인한 周邊海域에 棲息中인 魚類의 生態變化에 대한 基礎資料를 提供할 目的으로 2개의 정방형 가두리(2x2x2m)에 全長 13-16cm되는 자주복을 45마리 및 47마리씩을 수용하여 爆破地點으로부터 各各 60m 및 100m 地點에 놓고 爆破時의 魚類의 行動變化 觀察과 爆破音의 騷音準位를 測定하였다. 1. TNT爆藥 30kg 및 50kg 爆破時에 爆破音源으로부터 약 250m 떨어진 곳에서 測定한 爆破騷音의 受信波形은 幅이 1ms以內의 瞬間的인 펄스音으로, 尖頭音壓은 各各 2.5X10⁴Pa(208.0dB) 및 5.4X10⁴Pa(214.6dB)이었다. 또, 이것으로 音源强度를 換算하면 各各 256.0dB 및 262.6dB이 되며, TNT爆藥量과 距離 및 尖頭壓力의 關係를 式으로 나타내면, P0(μPa)=4.007X10? w?/r이 된다. 2. 爆破音에 대한 자주복 치어의 行動變化를 관찰한 결과, 爆破直後 60m 距離에 있는 가두리에서 計算된 音壓은 227.0dB이었는데, 이 音壓下에서의 魚類는 1마리가 斃死하였고, 약 10%가 出血을 일으켰으며, 2마리는 眼球가 突出하였다. 그리고 가두리내의 全體 魚類가 쇼크를 받아 가두리의 바닥과 벽쪽을 향하여 逃避行動을 보였다. 100m 距離에 있는 가두리에서의 計算된 音壓은 222.6dB이었는데, 가두리내의 魚類는 2마리가 약간의 出血症勢를 보였으며, 全 魚類의 逃避行動은 60m에서와 같았다. 따라서, 227.0dB가 자주복 치어에게 致命的인 音壓의 臨界値로 생각된다. These days, the underwater excavator and the TNT explosive have been commonly used to reclaim land and to build a breakwater. As the TNT explosive generates high underwater sound pressure in all directions, various kinds of marine organisms must be largely affected even if they inhabit in a quite long distance from a explosion sound source. Therefore, the damages of the TNT explosion on the young puffer, Takifugu rubripes, were examined using sound pressure which had been generated by 50kg of the TNT explosive, respectively. The results obtained are followed : 1. As the TNT explosive of 30kg and 50kg was used, the sound pressures detected at the location, 250m off from the explosion sound source indicated that the waves had pulse width of 1ms or less and showed peak powers of 2.5X10⁴Pa(208.0dB) and 5.4X10⁴Pa(214.6dB) respectively. Based on these data, the source levels calculated were 256.0dB AND 262.6dB, and the relation between the pressure level of explosion sound and the amount of the explosive can be expressed by the equation : P0(μPa) = 4.007X10? w?/r 2. When the TNT explosive of 50kg was used, the sound pressure levels calculated at the sites of the cage, 60m and 100m off from the sound source, are 227.0 dB and 222.6dB respectively. At the pressure level of 227.0dB, one fish was dead, two exophthalmos, five hemorrhage, and the rest of 45 fish escape. In contrast, at the pressure level of 222.6dB, only two fish were hemorrhage, and the rest of 47 fish escaped.

        A systematic construction and re-use of technology related to the product development and production has been the most important for the semiconductor industry dependent on process and equipment Therefore, numerous outputs in the form of paper has been produced in the process of information management ranging from the creation to recycling and disposal of technologies. In this research, the technology and documents necessary for the business management in the field of semiconductor manufacturing were classified in an effort to solve problems while the modeling of document management architecture at the enterprise level was performed by properly setting up the security system to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the product development technology to the third parties. Especially, the product and process specification are designed in such a way as to ensure a real-time response in interface with the production system in order to shorten the development lead-time and improve the productivity. This paper is to discuss the modeling approach, the strategy to construct the system and its results.

        A Comparison of Lyophilized Amniotic Membrane with Cryopreserved Amniotic Membrane for the Reconstruction of Rabbit Corneal Epithelium

        Many researchers have employed cryopreserved amniotic membrane (CAM) in the treatment of a severely damaged cornea, using corneal epithelial cells cultured on an amniotic membrane (AM). In this study, two Teflon rings were made for culturing the cells on the LAM and CAM, and were then used to support the AM, which is referred to in this paper as an Ahn's AM supporter. The primary corneal epithelial cells were obtained from the limbus, using an ex-plantation method. The corneal epithelium could be reconstructed by culturing the third­passage corneal epithelial cells on the AM. A lyophilized amniotic membrane (LAM) has a higher rate of graft take, a longer shelf life, is easier to store, and safer, due to gamma irradiation, than a (AM. The corneal epithelium reconstructed on the LAM and (AM, supported by the two­Teflon rings, was similar to normal corneal epithelium. However, the advantages of the LAM over that of the (AM make the former more useful. The reconstruction model of the corneal epithelium, using AM, is considered as a good in vitro model for transplantation of cornel epithelium into patients with a severely damaged cornea.

      • 객체 지향모델인 Actor에서 최대 병렬성 지원의 순차 합성법

        Actor 모델은 병렬 처리 구조를 기반으로 하는 병행 합성 방법을 사용하고 있기 때문에 특별히 문장의 처리 순서가 유지되어야 하는 순차 합성의 경우에는 고객 actor를 생성하여 이용하는 방법으로 처리하고 있다. 그러나, 이 고객 actor로 하여금 다음 문장의 처리를 전가시키는 방법에서 발생되는 병렬성 감소로 인하여 Actor 모델 자체의 미세화 병행성 개념에 위배된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위한 방법으로서 순차 합성의 경우에 각 프로세스들 간에 의존성을 평가하여 동일한 시스템을 유지하면서 병렬성을 극대화하는 MPS 알고리즘을 세 가지로 제시하였다. 제안된 알고리즘을 이용한 MPS는 앞장에서 살펴본 바와 같이 그 병렬성은 기존의 Actor 모델에서와 같이 고객 actor를 이용하는 처리 방식보다 증가되었으며, 또한 [정리 1,2]를 이용한 알고리즘보다는 전달 기능의 고객 actor를 제거하는 방법이 궁극적으로 프로세스의 수를 줄일 수 있기 때문에 매우 효율적인 방법으로 평가되었다. 이 알고리즘은 Actor 모델의 구현을 위한 커널의 설계에 있어서 병렬 처리 구조가 갖는 병행 처리의 정도를 최대로 부여하기 위해 제안하였다. In Actor model based on message-passing mechanism and parallel architecture, all commands in an Actor are processed concurrently. However, when sequential processing of commands must be preserved, it can be solved by creating actors called customers which are to do delegation, because concurrent compositions inherent in Actor, are not enough to do the sequential processing of commands. In this paper, the dependency between expressions in the sequential composition of actor commands is analyzed, and the sequential composition method for supporting minimal sequentiality and maximal parallelism in the Actor model is presented.
