        불평등 전계에서 변압기 절연유 절연파괴 연구

        A breakdown voltage and breakdown electric field of the transformer insulating oil of liquid dielectric were studied in uniform electric field and non-uniform electric field and the transformer insulating oil was observed by the process reached breakdown. Insulation performance evaluation of the liquid dielectric was evaluated at the electrode spacing of 2.5 mm under the conditions of domestic and international standards (KS C IEC 60156), so a comparative review was conducted at the electrode spacing of 2.5 mm. When the electrode spacing is 2.5 mm, the average breakdown voltage is 38.5 kV for sphere-sphere electrodes, 26.6 kV for plate-plate electrodes, 22.9 kV for needle-needle electrodes, and 24.3 kV for sphere-needle electrodes. 23.7 kV for the sphere-plate electrode, and 20.7 kV for the needle-plate electrode. From these results, it can be seen that the average value of the breakdown voltage at the electrode spacing of 2.5 mm, in ascending order, is sphere-sphere, plate-plate, sphere-needle, sphere-plate, needle-needle and needle-plate. It was found that the breakdown voltage of the unequal field was lower than that of the equal field.

        청소년기 생애목표와 공동체 의식의 관계에서 자아정체감의 역할

        In this study, we examined how life goals are classified among early and middle adolescents and explored the influence of life goals on sense of community. We also aimed to identify the moderating effect of self-identity on the relationship between life goals and sense of community. Additionally, we sought to compare the predictability of life goals between early (grade 7) and middle (grade 10) adolescents. Data were extracted from a total of 2,378 participants from the fourth-grade panel of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2010 (KCYPS 2010) conducted in 2013 and 2016. We employed exploratory factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and the difference test of regression coefficients in our study. The results are as follows. First, life goals were found to be classified into five dimensions: extrinsic goals, intrinsic-self-oriented goals, intrinsic-affiliation goals, intrinsic-self-growth goals, and intrinsic-self-transcendence goals. Second, self-transcendence goals had a positive impact on sense of community, while extrinsic or self-oriented goals either had no significant impact or had a negative impact. Third, extrinsic goals predicted a lower sense of community when interacting with self-identity. However, self-transcendence goals predicted a higher sense of community through interaction with self-identity. Finally, the predictability of self-growth goals was higher for early adolescents, while self-transcendence goals showed a higher predictability for middle adolescents.

        생성형 인공지능을 활용한 지역 아이덴티티 반영 건물 파사드 디자인 방안 - 서울 성수동 지역의 상업가로를 중심으로 -

        (Background and Purpose) This paper proposes an approach to generating building facade design images based on the local identity using generative AI. In the domain of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Facility Management (AEC-FM) projects, architects and clients' design requirements and conceptualizations have traditionally been communicated in the initial design phase through a combination of visual representations and verbal explanations. With the advancement of computing technologies, these established practices are developing into simpler and more efficient processes, incorporating 3D modeling, rendering techniques, and artificial intelligence. In this study, we aim to explore the application of generative AI based on large language models such as ChatGPT, in generating facade design proposals resembling photo-realistic images that can be utilized in early-stage design communication. Additionally, we seek to enhance the applicability of these proposals by integrating architectural knowledge, allowing for the incorporation of local identity considerations in facade design. This integration aims to augment the adaptability and relevance of the generated designs in reflecting local identity aspects. (Method) The research methodology for this study is conducted in the following sequence. Firstly, image generation tests are conducted based on existing publicly available models and platforms to utilize viable generative AI models. Secondly, fine-tuning is performed on the generative AI models based on the outcomes of these tests. This process involves 1) constructing a training dataset through image data collection and pairing with text data, 2) hyperparameters adjustment, and 3) generating fine-tuned model files. Finally, potential applications for the generated fine-tuned model files are proposed. (Results) The study demonstrated that using fine-tuned generative AI models, diverse and photo-realistic facade design images could be created in a much shorter time compared to traditional methods employing high-performance PCs and GPU rendering. These images have captured the specific facade design identity of Seongsu-dong, not previously achievable with publicly available models. They were validated to closely resemble real buildings in the Seongsu area. Furthermore, the methodology allowed for creative local facade design alternatives by adjusting the weighting of Seongsu-dong's design style. This method approach was also applied to 3D modeling, enabling the rapid generation of a large quantity of rendering images. (Conclusions) This study holds significance in proposing a generative AI-based approach for building facade design, enabling the rapid generation of creative design images. By utilizing this approach, efficiency in design communication during the initial stages of the architectural process can be pursued. The importance of this research lies in its potential to offer foundational insights, using generative AI technology, into visualizing architectural images incorporating various design considerations. In the future, it is anticipated that this research will serve as a fundamental study, laying the groundwork for visualizing architectural images that encompass diverse design factors based on generative AI technology.

        상속이 자녀출산에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzes the effect of bequest on the childbirth for the married couples using National Survey of Tax and Benefit. The estimation results indicate that bequest has positive effect on the married couples’ childbirth decision. The number of children which have been increased due to bequest is estimated as 21,009 and this accounts for 0.4% of the total number of children expected to be born by the fertile women population. This result might imply that government needs to begin discussions on changing the direction of fertility subsidy policy from several times of small subsidies to one time big subsidy. 상속은 가구의 생애소득을 증가시켜 가구의 출산결정에 영향을 줄 수 있는 사건이나 상대적으로 연구자들의 관심이 적었다. 이에 본 연구는 재정패널자료를 이용하여 19세∼45세의 여성 배우자가 있는 부부 가구를 대상으로 상속이 자녀출산에 미치는 영향을 포아송(Poisson) 회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 상속은 자녀출산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상속으로 인해 증가된 것으로 추정되는 자녀수는 2016년을 기준으로 21,009명이며, 이는 총 유배우 가임여성이 일생동안 출산할 것으로 예상되는 자녀수의 0.4%에 해당한다. 게다가 증여를 포함한 분석과 완결출산율을 고려한 분석에서도 일관성 있는 결과를 보였다. 이는 현재 정부에서 시행하고 있는 출산지원방식의 전환에 대한 논의가 필요함을 시사한다. 즉, 단계별로 일정 금액을 지급하기보다 큰 금액을 일시에 제공하는 방식이 출산율 제고에 효과적일 수 있다.

        기수산 물벼룩의 유충 호르몬(Juvenile hormone) 신호전달경로 관련 유전자의 특성 분석

        In crustaceans, molting is regulated by interactions between ecdysteroid and juvenile hormone (JH) signaling pathway-related genes. Unlike the ecdysteroid signaling pathway, little information on the role of JH signaling pathway-related genes in molting is available in zooplanktonic crustaceans. In this study, three genes (juvenile hormone acid O-methyltransferase (JHAMT ), methoprene-tolerant (Met ), and juvenile hormone epoxide hydrolase (JHEH )) which are involved in the synthesis, receptor-binding, and degradation of JH were identified using sequence and phylogenetic analysis in the brackish water flea, Diaphanosoma celebensis. Transcriptional changes in these genes during the molting cycle in D. celebensis were analyzed. Sequence and phylogenetic analysis revealed that these putative proteins may be functionally conserved along with those of insects and other crustaceans. In addition, the expression of the three genes was correlated with the molting cycle of D. celebensis, indicating that these genes may be involved in the synthesis and degradation of JH, resulting in normal molting. This study will provide information for a better understanding of the role of JH signaling pathway-related genes during the molting process in Cladocera. 갑각류에서 탈피는 ecdysteroid와 juvenile hormone (JH) 신호 경로에 관여하는 유전자의 상호작용에 의해 조절된다. Ecdysteroid와 달리, 탈피 과정에서 JH 신호 경로 유전자의 역할은 부유성 갑각류에서는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구는 기수산 물벼룩 (Diaphanosoma celebensis)의 JH 신호경로에서 JH 합성, 수용체, 분해 등에 관여하는 3종의 유전자 (JHAMT, Met, JHEH)의 염기서열 분석과 계통 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 탈피 주기에서 이들 유전자의 mRNA 발현 양상을 분석하였다. D. celebensis의 JH 관련 유전자는 잘 보존된 domain을 가지고 있었으며, 아미노산 서열 분석과 계통 분석 결과는 이들 단백질이 곤충 및 다른 갑각류의 해당 단백질과 기능적으로 유사한 특징을 나타낸다. 또한 탈피 주기에 따른 유충 호르몬 (JH) 신호전달경로 관련 유전자의 발현변화 결과를 통해 이들 유전자가 JH의 합성 및 분해에 관여함으로써 D. celebensis에서 성공적인 탈피에 기여할 것임을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 지각류에서 탈피 주기에서 JH 경로 유전자의 역할을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

        실험적 뇌지주막하 출혈에 의한 뇌혈관 연축에 대한 Vasodilators의 영향

        This paper notes the effect of vasodilators on the cerebral vasospasm induced by experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage. Artificial subarachnoid hemorrhage produced by dual injection of non-heparinized autologous blood into the cisterna magna in rabbits with 72 hours interval gave rise to considerable narrowing or spasm of the basilar artery and its branches demonstrated by cerebral angiography. SAH was induced in 12 rabbits by injecting 1.3㎖/㎏ of autologous fresh arterial blood into the cisterna magna, followed by suspending the rabbits in a head-down position at 30 degree for 1 hour in order to accumulate blood around the basilar artery. The animals were divided into 4 groups ; a group receiving nifedipine, a group receiving aminophylline, a group receiving papaverine, a group receiving trifluoperazine HCl. Angiographically vertebrobasilar arterial spasm was demonstrated 3 days the 2nd autologous blood injection into the cisterna magna. Radiographically visible spasm was resistent to the vasodilating drugs. Rabbits were sacrificed by the overdose injection of sodium phenobarbital at the end of experiment.

        다낭성 질환을 동반한 다발성 뇌동맥류 : 1예 보고 A Case Report

        We have experienced a rare case of multiple intracranial aneurysms associated with polycystic kidney and polycystic liver, which were incidental findings after minor leakage. A 57-year-old female was admitted with the chief complaint of severe headache under the impression of subarachnoid hemorrhage due to rupture of the intracranial aneurysm(which were appeared as the right middle cerebral artery and A-com aneurysm). The brain CT scan showed subarachnoid hemorrhage in the right sylvian fissure and the right temporal lobe. On physical examination, 2FB hard irregular palbable mass was noted on the right costal margin. On neurological examination, her neck was mildly stiff and other signs were within normal limit. We checked abdominal sonography, abdominal CT scan and carotid angiography preoperatively, and reviewed the literature about polycystic disease associated with intracranial aneurysm and discussed about it.
