음모이에 의한 안검염 1예

이(lice)는 인체에 기생하면서 그들의 생활을 영위하고 여러 가지 질병을 전파하는 매개체로서 널리 알려져 온절족동물의 일종이다. 과거에는 인체에 발생하는 많은 질병의 매개체가 되었으나 그동안 의식주의 개선,공중 및 개인위생의 향상으로 최근에는 인체기생의 빈도가 많이 줄었으며 따라서 이에 의한 질병의 발생도 많이 감소하였다. 더욱이 안검을 침범한 음모이의 국내에 보고된 증례는 1976년 백 등이 보고한 2례, 1977년 신 등이 보고한 1례, 1996년 이 등이 보고한 1례, 1997년 김 등의 1례로 총 5례 뿐이다. 저자들은 세극등과 광학현미경 검사로 음모이에 의한 안검염으로 확진한후,세극등을 이용한 물리적 제거와 항생제 안약 및 연고의 도포를 하며 총 4주간 추적관찰을 하였으며 이 기간동안추가적인 음모이의 성충이나 충란의 발견이 없는 좋은 치료 결과를 경헝하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. We have experienced with a rare case of blepharitis caused by pubic lice, which was confirmed by slit-lamp and light microscopic examinations and resulted with a good outcome with appropriate treatment as follows. A two year old male child complained of foreign body sensations bilaterally, and an itching sensation at both upper and lower eyelids for 2 months. He was diagnosed with blepharitis caused by pubic lice after observation of adult louse and nits on slit-lamp examination. The treatment was accomplished by mechanical removal of the lices and nits by forceps and antibiotic eyedrops and ointment were applied to both eyes. The morphologic evaluation was performed with slit-lamp and light microscopy. The follow-up interval was a week for next one month and no louse or nit was found under slit-lamp examination. So we decided that the pubic lice was completely removed.

A PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna) which can be used in GSM/IXS dual band mobile phone has been designed and fabricated. In particular, in order to reduce the required top patch dimensions, the patch of the present PIFA has been designed as a type of an asymmetric branch line slit in which the excited patch surface currents can be meandered. By use of the HFSS, important design parameters such as the position of feed point and the length of slit were simulated and determined. In the present study, the design procedure by which the exact operating frequency and the proper band width can be obtained, are discussed. In order to check the validity of the present study, some simulated and measured results are presented.

만성 호중구성 백혈병 1례

Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a very rare myeloproliferative disorder which is characterized by severe sustained mature neutrophilic leukocytosis in peripheral blood (PB), hepatosplenomegaly, elevated leukocyte alkaline phosphatase, serum uric acid. serun viatmin B 12 and the bleeding tendency despite normal platelet count and coagulation time, absence of philadelphia chromosome, and the absence of fever or underlying infection or disease sufficient to mimic a leukemoid reaction. We have experienced a 34-years-old male patient with atypical chronic neutrophilic leukemia. On admission, the leukocyte count was 56,860/uL. severe neutrophic leukocytosis with 76% neutrophils and rare immature forms on PB smear. Many neutrophils had toxic granules, and vacuoloes. Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase score was decreased. The cytogenetic study showed Philadelphia chromosome negative with normal karyotype.

Developed system to smallest 1pixel unit though measuring is possible 1pixel as 3.7μm×3.7μm(0.1369×1O^(-4)mm²) the accuracy to 10^(-4)mm minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.

醮禮山 소나무林의 山火地의 二次遷移

This report is an investigation of revestagation and secondary succession in the burned area. The forest fire occurred in Mt. Ch'olye on April, 1989. After logging of the burned pine tree, the seedlings of Pinus koraiensis were planted by the replaceable plant in there. The results are summarized as follows : Dorminant species in the first year(B-1) after fire were Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, Carex humilis and Duchesnea chrysantha and those in the second year(B-2) after fire Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens, Carex humilis and Lespedeza cyrtobotrya. the biological spectra in both burned and unburned areas were H-D_1-R_5-e type. The indices of similarity showed that B-1 and B-2 was 0.667, B-1 and U 0.526, and B-2 and U 0.500. Degree of succession(DS) was 181, 345, 1090 and species diversity(H) 2.35, 2,73, 2.54 and evenness index(e) 0.61, 0.73, 0.73 and dominance index(C) 0.17, 0.11, 0.15, in B-1 and U site, respectively. Biomass of B-2 site was higher than that of B-1 site. Litter amount(kg/m^2) of burned and unbrurned areas were 0.017 and 0.863. Soil pH, content of total nitrogen, organic matter, organic carbon, and water holding capacity of burned area were higher than those of unburned area while content of available phosphorus, exchangeable pottassium, C/N ratio, and water content of unburned area were higher than those of burned area, respectively.

Tuberculosis of duodenum is so rare and is usually secondary to pulmonary or intestinal tuberculosis . It is difficult to diagnose duodenal tuberculosis in clinical and radiologic findings due to its non-specific symptoms and inconsistent lesion. The diagnosis was made on the basis of the histological study of the endoscopic biopsy and resected surgical specimen. so we report a case of tuberculosis of duodenal bulb and of ascending colon with, the brief review of the literatures.

사무직과 생산직 근로자의 영양실태 비교 및 건강 관련 요인 분석

This study was carried out to collect information to establish a framework for meal management and nutritional service for prevention of chronic degenerative disease in the industrial workers. We investigated the health concerned life-style, nutrient intakes, anthropometry and biochemical parameters in the male workers in Korea by work condition. Anthropometric parameters of height, weight. waist, hip and triceps skinfold thickness were measured and bioched parameters including Urine pH. hemoglobin. blood glucose, total cholesterol GOT, GPT, 7-GPT and blood pressure were determind for 101 subjects(50 office workers : 33.9 yr, 51 laborers : 34.4 yr). To assess the nutrient intakes and diet quality of workers dietary intake was measured by one day 24-hour recall method. Result of anthropmetric parameters of height(P<0.01). weight(P<0.05). hp(P<0.05), TSF(P<0.01) were significantly higher in office workers than in laborers. Biochemical parameters were not significantly difference in both of them. Average daily nutrient intakes of both group was higher than the Korean RDA and report on 2001 National Health & Nutrition Survey. The calcim(P<0.0l), iron(P<0.05). vitamin A(P<0.01). vitamin B₁(P<0.01) and niacin(P<0.05) intakes in laborers were significantly higher than in office workers. Nutrition adequacy ratio(NAR), mean adequacy ratio(MAR) and index of nutritional quality(INQ) of laborers were higher than those of office workers. This results indicated that the onset possibility of chronic degenerative disease appeared higher in office workers. Therefore, meal menagement and nutritional service for prevention of chronic degenerative disease of industrial works needs to be more variant guidelines.

This research to streets at Daegu, and view adjective how people react when draw a bird into interior in city utilize and examine becoming direction of street trees system. Findings on survey, citizens appear by average 2.87 in management degree of street trees and average 2.76 in various of species of trees, discontent thing more or less by average 2.91 in satisfaction of the beauty, and demonstrate high shame from satisfaction for season stuff to comparative high 3.24, generally, citizens appear by there are parts to improve by do dissatisfaction about street trees system at Daegu. Also, street trees 2 lines plantings for a bird is average 3.05, shows affirmative feedback about that shrub utilization for a bird see high numerical value by average 3.4 and people draw a bird to space of city. Therefore, construct street trees friendly to the nature and be considered to need to re-establish set street trees environment in citizens preference to recover city ecosystem. As result that examine reaction which treat in street trees planting programs to draw birds into city through view adjective, Likert scales about 2 lines plantings of street trees and additional planting of shrub show affirmative feedback by average 3.4 both ordinary people and specialist group, if people want to draw birds into city by various of method, various research should be accomplished.
