      • 산화물 첨가제에 의한 친환경 압전세라믹스의 특성연구

        PZT-based piezoelectric ceramics at domestic and abroad as a key raw material being used, but according to recent greening, lead-free systems have been actively investigated. In this study, the well known Li-NKN system, [(K0.5Na0.5)0.925Li0.075]NbO3 was selected as the basic lead-free piezoelectric composition. And (K0.5Na0.5)0.925-XLi0.075ZnX](Nb1-XTiX)O3 (0≤x≤0.05) specimens were prepared by doping Zn(+2) and Ti(+4) oxides simultaneously. Their crystal structures, microstructures, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated with different dopant contents and sintering temperatures. For all specimens, a typical perovskite structure with a trace of secondary phase identified as K3Li2Nb5O15 was observed. Sinterability was apparently changed with doping concentration and sintering temperature. Maximum density was obtained by adding 2.5 mol% Zn/Ti (x=0.025) and sintering at 1000 oC for 2 h. At that condition, relatively improved ɛr, 940 and Qm, 141 were observed. However, kp and d33 values are ∼31%(kp) and ∼28%(d33) lower compared to those of undoped NKLN ceramics, which suggest that the Zn/Ti is a good hardner dopant for NKLN ceramics.

        뇌졸중 장애인의 재활운동 및 체육 평가항목에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

        Assessment is essential for planning and guiding rehabilitation sports for people with disabilities. In this study, we applied a systematic review method to examine the applicability of studies conducted on people with stroke to develop evaluation items for rehabilitation exercise and physical education to guide more efficient rehabilitation sports programs for people with disabilities immediately after discharge from the hospital. The literature search was conducted on academic articles published in domestic databases. According to the NECA systematic review manual, 51 articles out of the initial 108 articles were extracted and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the onset period of the subjects was chronic. The most common types of exercise were strength training and joint mobilization exercises. The duration of the intervention ranged from 2-24 weeks and varied from twice a week to 14 times a week (twice a day), depending on the purpose and method of the study. The primary outcome measures were activities of daily living, upper extremity motor function, and balance. Based on the study results, it is necessary to develop a field-oriented assessment tool according to the characteristics of people with stroke and to validate the validity of the developed assessment tool.

        지방 공공기관의 ESG경영에 대한 연구 - 강원도 출자․출연기관 중심으로 -

        The main purpose of this study is to understand the recent changes in the business environment on the management evaluation items of the three representative government invested and funded institutions in Gangwon-do and to raise their awareness of ESG management. The major analysis results are as follows. First, it was shown that the proportion of the item 'management performance' was the highest among the evaluation items by 'unit' in all three institutions, but ESG management elements accounted for a significant number from the global viewpoint. In particular, the items 'sustainability management' and 'social value' are identified as the main characteristics. Second, since public institutions have basic purposes, such as coexistence with the local community and realization of social values, and the reflection of issues presented by policies is essential because of the nature of public institutions, ESG management is evaluated to be performing well in the sectors of society (S) and governance (G) when compared to the area of environment (E). However, since the indicators differ according to the characteristics by institution, and there is no forcibleness or clear standard for ESG management thus far, comparability, reliability, and the degrees of reflection by the nature of institutions are judged to be a little different. Third, in the case of the area of environment (E), it was found that although the institutions were operating environment-related policies, such as the Green New Deal and Carbon Neutrality, and public offering projects poured out from the central government, the institutions were not clearly reflecting the relevant indicators on management evaluation or management performance indicators. That is, it is evaluated that now is the time to design and operate indicators so that performances by item, including the relevant indicators according to government policies can be more clearly measured. This is thought to be in line with the government policy emphasizing the paradigm towards ESG management and sustainable growth of public institutions. This study expects that information users grasp the non-financial information of local public institutions and refer to this information for decision making. The principle of market competition in the public sector and the principle of investments in the market are changing rapidly, such as being accelerated. By understanding the level of sustainable management of local public institutions, this study is intended to raise local public institutions' interest in ESG management. 본 연구에서는 강원도의 대표적 출자·출연 3개 기관의 경영평가 항목을 중심으로 최근 경영환경 변화를 살펴보고 ESG경영에 대한 관심을 제고하는 데 주된 연구목적이 있다. 주된 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 3개 기관 모두 ‘단위별’ 평가항목에서는 ‘경영성과’ 항목의 비중이 가장 높았지만 전체적인 관점에서는 ESG경영 요소가 상당수를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, ‘지속가능경영’ 항목과 ‘사회적 가치’ 항목은 주된 특징으로 파악된다. 둘째, 공공기관은 지역사회와의 상생, 사회적가치 실현 등 기초적인 목적성을 가지고 있고, 공공기관의 특성상 정책적으로 제시되는 사안에 대한 반영이 필수적인 요인이기 때문에 사회(S), 지배구조(G) 부문은 환경(E) 영역과 비교했을 때 잘 수행되고 있다고 평가된다. 그러나 기관별 특성에 따라 지표가 상이하고, ESG경영에 대한 강제성이나 명확한 기준도 없기 때문에 비교가능성과 신뢰성, 기관의 특성별 반영 정도는 다소 차이가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 환경(E) 영역의 경우 그린뉴딜, 탄소중립 등 중앙정부로부터 발표되어지는 환경 관련 정책과 공모사업을 운영하고 있지만 해당 지표를 경영평가나 경영실적 지표에 명확히 반영하고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정부정책에 따른 해당 지표를 포함하여 각 항목별 성과를 보다 명확히 측정할 수 있도록 지표의 설계 및 운영이 필요한 시점이라고 판단된다. 이는 공공기관 ESG경영 및 지속가능한 성장으로의 패러다임을 강조하는 정부 정책에 부합하는 것으로 부합할 것이라 생각된다. 현재 공공분야의 시장 경쟁원리 및 시장의 투자 원리가 가속화되는 등 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지방 공공기관의 지속가능경영에 대한 수준을 파악함으로써 지방 공공기관의 ESG경영에 대한 정보이용자의 관심이 제고되길 기대한다.

        휴대용 의료 초음파 프로브 적용을 위한 압전체 제조 및 특성

        Ultrasound imaging by using piezoelectric materials, such as lead zirconium titanate (PZT) has been one of the most preferred modes of imaging in the medical field due to its simple, low cost and non-ionizing radiation in comparison to other imaging techniques. Recently, the market demand for portable ultrasound is becoming larger with applications in developing countries, disaster area, military, and emergency purposes. However, most of ultrasound probes used is bulky and high power consumable, so unsuitable for such applications. In this study, the 3 layered ceramic specimen consisted of 128 pitches of $420{\mu}m$ in width and $450{\mu}m$ in thickness were prepared by using the Ti-rich PZT compositions co-fired at $1,050^{\circ}C$. Their electrical and ultrasound pulse-echo properties were investigated and compared to the single layer specimen. The 3 layered ultrasound probe showed 1.584 V of Vp-p, which is 3.2 times higher than single layered one, implying that it would allow effectively such a portable ultrasound probe system. The result were discussed in terms of higher capacitance, lower impedance and higher dielectric coefficient of the 3 layered ultrasound probe.

        로버스트 의사결정을 이용한 영산강유역 종합치수계획 재평가

        This research adopted a Robust Decision Making framework to re-evaluate four alternative strategies proposed by the Comprehensive Flood Management Plan for the Yeongsan River Basin report (MLTM, 2005) considering uncertainties of future floods under condition of climate change. To reflect the uncertainties, multiple sets of future flood scenarios were used with three uncertainty factors: the change in rainfall intensity based on the RCP climate change scenarios and the changes in the temporal and the spatial flood distributions. With combinations of these factors, 216 plausible flood scenario sets were generated and the performances of the four alternatives under different future states were evaluated. From the results, the most robust alternative among the strategies was identified. Moreover, the key factors which made the tested alternatives poor were discovered through assessment of the uncertainty factors. This information can provide detailed insights to decision makers and can be utilized to overcome alternatives' potential vulnerabilities by modifying the strategy to be more robust. 본 연구에서는 미래 기후변화로 인한 미래 홍수의 불확실성을 고려하여 영산강유역 종합치수계획 보고서(MLTM, 2005)에서 제시한 4가지 홍수방어대안들을 재평가하였다. 불확실성을 반영하기 위해 미래 RCP 기후 시나리오에 따른 확률강우량 값의 변화, 홍수의 시간적 분포, 그리고 공간적 분포 등 세가지 불확실성 요소를 고려하였다. 이 요소들의 조합을 통해 각기 다른 특성을 갖는 216개의 홍수 시나리오가 생성되었으며 생성된 홍수 시나리오 하에서 대안들의 수행능력이 평가되었다. 평가 결과를 통해 4개의 대안들 중 가장 로버스트한(혹은 강건한) 대안이 선별되었다. 또한, 불확실성 요소 평가를 통해 대안들이 좋지 못한 수행능력을 보이게 하는 주 원인 요소를 파악하였다. 이러한 정보는 의사결정자에게 대안들에 대한 더 상세한 통찰력을 제공하며 이후 선정한 대안의 로버스트함을 증대시키는데 있어 중요한 단서로 활용될 수 있다.

      • 자체 정화용 고분자 필름에 적용 가능한 무기계 코팅소재 연구

        A wide range of transparent and self-cleaning materials such as glass, outdoom r billboard, traffic sign board or building wall tile, are already commercially available. But, some practical limitations still restrict their widespread use in the outdoor sector due to difficulty of their replacements. In this study, we prepared the coating solutions with hydrophilic property by using different organic and inorganic materials, which wiill be applicable to the flexible polymer film. TiO2 nano solutions were prepared and their crystal structure, powder morphology and transmittance were analyzed. After modifying to alcohol based solutions, their wettability and photoactivity were characterized in terms of coating solution on polymer film.
